Should have posted this sooner but Netflix leaked the date of The Amazing Digital Circus episode 4 back in October
Back when episode 3 had just launched on Netflix like a whole minute before the Youtube premier (since it had a count down), Netflix showed this on the mobile app.
A placeholder image for Episode 4 of Pomni in front of the digital turkey from episode 1 and text that says "Coming in December."
I screenshotted it because surely there's no way this was true given the spacing between release dates of the last 2 episodes (two & three) and sent it to my partners and a server I'm in dismissing it as just Netflix being Netflix and putting out misinformation as streaming services are known to do quite often. Seeing as Netflix just acquired the rights to have it also shown on their platform, it was even more likely it was just total misinformation as GLITCH hasn't been that transparent with us before about this series and there was no word on episode 4 in any official capacity.
Editing this after having written the initial post: Apparently it was also supposedly leaked on the Netflix website too with a more specific date given.
Cut to yesterday when we got this image of seemingly promotional material for the next episode from GLITCH. I was shocked, it's coming soon then? Maybe this is just to tide us over for a few months, the Netflix leak was probably not even a leak. (This is the best quality I got, I don't have a twitter and I'm sure the instagram image compression is as bad as the Youtube community post.)
Ah yes, this man is super charitable with his 57 cents. 😂 (inb4 North America public service job moments with the two gunmen NPCs on the loose.)
AND THEN TODAY THE TRAILER DROPPED TELLING US THAT EPISODE 4 WILL DROP ON DECEMBER 13TH! I am shocked, I am in awe, and fuck Netflix for leaking the general date (even if it's just the month) that the next episode would come out as that wasn't official information that we were probably supposed to know. Having said that though I enjoy little leaks like this personally, whether it was coincidental and misinformation on the streaming service's part or not. CHECK THE NETFLIX PAGE AND APP RIGHT AS EPISODE 4 DROPS OR WITHIN THOSE 24-48 HOURS I GUESS! MAYBE THEY'LL DO IT AGAIN! 🤯 Netflix just can't stop leaking things I guess, from entire shows to release dates of shows.
Another edit: Apparently Gangle's VA said somewhere in this live stream that it was coming out in December, but I haven't watched all of it; so, I can't confirm if that's true.

In the town I'm hopefully moving to I was worried there wouldn't be a coffee shop (I have a crippling caffeine addiction) but there IS and it's INSIDE THE BOOKSHOP!!!!!!! This is going to be wonderful
#its technically a village tbh but i feel silly saying 'the village im moving to'#but its def not a city so i go with town#but anyway. the tiny village im moving to doesnt have much#but its such a cute little place#ill be living in the farmlands about 15 minutes outside of the actual town#but in the actual town theres the aforementioned bookshop+cafe whoch im so excited to visit#as well as a community garden. forest preserve. library. an organization that hosts drag brunches which was very surprising to me#considering its literally a village#but there are harris/walz signs around and rainbow flags in the bookshop windows and drag brunches so it seems great#and theres a culvers. and a Qdoba 50 minutes away. and within comfortable driving distance of several more major cities#what else do you need tbh#im breathing much easier knowing that ill be getting out#my mom showed me the 'depression spiral' once which are the three things that make the deoression keep going#and i only remember one which is environment#my environment has been making the depression spiral like a fucking whirlpool#but im about to get out. to a better environment. and i started therapy again. and im back on my mood stabilizers#things are looking up#i hesitate to say that bcuz i fear the universe will hear and strike me down#but maybe the ball is rolling uphill (starstruck odyssey my beloved)#im going to romanticize the fuck out of village life and you can count on that#wake up in the farmhouse. put on a cute sweater. go to the bookshop+cafe. then the library#make eye contact with a cute girl across the library or bookstore cafe. notice shes reading one of my fav books. she smiles#i walk ivef and introduce myself. we hit it off. spend all day talking. exchange numbers#cue a montage of cute dates. at ny fav tourist attraction. at her fav nature preserve#buying a christmas tree at the hallmark style christmas tree farm#we kiss under a gentle snow#anywho#i didnt anticipate writing that i was just possessed by the desire for a hallmark romance in the village#i tried to google the depression spiral but i cant find the graphic. its not relevant anymore it just bothers me that i cant remember#but im about to break the spiral! im gonna break it and im gonna be okay!!

Now that the new mini arc is finally starting Imma make a couple predictions. Angelina is now a bizarre doll and ✨coincidentally✨at the hotel. Grelle is also there. For drama's sake you know how it goes.

this is so funny to me actually bcuz this is 100% how i talk abt my characters ages. i know what YEAR they were born and i know what rheir ages are supposed to be at the start of the story but i dont actually know when it takes place?? im really bad at math. There was a moment where rainbow was supposed to be 23 and i somehow accidentally made her 17 lmfao
#theoretically it would take place in 2021 bcuz thats when i created my object ocs but the more time passes#the weirder it feels to have it take place years in the past#i considered moving up their birthdays by a few years but like. idk i like their birthdays theyre cute :3#bubblegum is SUPPOSED TO BE 15 and she was born july 2007#watermelon is supposed to be 7 and he was born june 2014#etc etc#starr is 27 and she was born september uhhh 1995 or 1997 i actually dont remember. whichever one makes sense#also that would mean building block was born in 2020 and since she's always gonna be a baby the furhter away we get#it means that she wouldnt have even been born when the story is actually supposed to take place. ok but. my flamin’ hot take is that hw’s tendency to lock lore/character/relationship info behind a paywall kind of does more harm than good when gen 3 (particularly lxl, hiyori, and chizuchan) is involved

#I’ve spent a very long time trying to change my brain so I can just operate at a neurotypical level#it’s always been impossible and I feel like shit for it#so recently I finally just said#I am not neurotypical and never will be no matter what I do!#so I need to be kind to myself and make the accommodations I need for myself!#which is a work in progress but idk. it’s kind of painful that the neurotypical people in my life act like I’m asking for an arm and a leg#when I’m very genuinely asking if slight changes could be made between us#I absolutely don’t expect anyone to change their lifestyle for me or anything#it’s stuff like not holding long conversations when I’m in the middle of writing because it messes up my flow#and I tell my family beforehand! hey I’m gonna write for a couple of hours does anyone need anything from me before#and they say no! but then ten minutes later will start telling me a story about their day#which I’m okay to hear BEFORE I start a writing session or AFTER#and I goddamn communicate that!!! but they act like I’m asking for nobody to ever speak to me again#another thing is that I CANNOT eat anything past an expiration date#I know it’s still probably good but my brain will just keep saying YOURE GONNA DIE OF FOOD POISONING#so say the half gallon of milk is past its date#I will buy a fresh one to start using myself but I don’t toss the old one because I know others don’t care as much#and they they complain that I’m wasting milk#like I’m sorry it’s 1) my money and 2) how is it being wasted when y’all are happy to drink it til it’s done?#idk man!! neurotypical people sure do say that shit should be easy for neurodivergent people#but they sure do struggle to be slightly accommodating without bitching#idk rant over peace out
