My sister made me a tea pet and I'm so happy! It's so fucking cute

I was a huge fan of the velveteen rabbit as a little kid. The idea that love makes things Real really resonated with tiny me. And the idea that tea pets gain a soul over time from being used and being fed tea reminded me. So my sister made my a little bunny!

His first tea bath is an old tree shou puer from my favorite local tea shop @friday-tea

I love the way this tea start out looking almost like coffee

And ends up looking almost pink! And speaking of pink

I love the way the tea runs down my boy's big pink ears!

Honestly I cried a little during this session. I felt very loved and seen and supported in my interests. And! I inspired my sister to make a delightful little guy! Maybe several delightful little guys as she is currently working on a frog that spits. It's sibling mutualism!

i was looking for a 100-ish chapter popcorn danmei to read (as you do) followed a promising sounding recommendation on a reddit thread, was prepared to read this book, looked down and saw 589 chapters .

Cmon im already reading reverend insanity im not doing that #rev insanity does take me like 2 minutes per chapter but its so fucking long #its i became a god in a horror game for anyone interested #it does seem to have a bit of a cult following i might check it out #but my non-popcorn danmei list already has erha and liu yao not to mention there being some gen novels im getting to #so idk if ill have the interest/energy long enough to get through to this one
