#dinnertonight Preheated my oven to 375° I sprayed a baking dish with EVOO spray, prepped my asparagus and lined the dish. I had these two gorgeous chunks of salmon, 2.2 lbs total, I skinned and rinced them, then overlapped the thinner belly parts in the middle. I poured several tablespoons of gluten free ponzu sauce and a teaspoon of lemon juice over it, then I seasoned with black garlic, lemon pepper, thyme and finally, my secrat salmon ingredient: everything bagel seasoning! 5 tablespoons of butter on the highest points, and into the oven for 15 minutes. I cleaned, cut, seasoned and sautéed my sad, puny leeks. They have lemon pepper, black garlic and, a splash of gravy master mostly for color. Hubby brought home some beautiful salmon I prepared tonight. While I do not prefer farm raised #salmon, this piece from @publix was delicious and had a great never -been-frozen texture. Seasoned with @mccormickspice #gourmet #japanesesevenspice #garlic and @kikkomanusa #sweetsoysauce that I get from @foodlion I sprayed my grill with olive oil, put fish on it, seasoned, and placed in a 375 degree oven for around 15 minutes. The veggies are from @aldiusa and called #princeedwardblend . Hubby requested a lot of #seafood for his #birthday weekend. Tonight was #grilled #octopus 🐙 yum! Served with #tomato #basil #bisque and #kimchi #furikake white #rice or rice with #ponzu as I had. It was pretty great too. Perfect 👌 amazingly tender. The guys loved it so I call it a success! I made another post with the #recipe if you want it! Last pic is the starting point.
