A-FREAKIN-LOT has happened, which is why I haven't been able to update. We had to evacuate because of the East Texas storms. Workouts took a hit, eating habits too a hit & water took a hit. We got back home yesterday so today I started my water back up & I've freakin been peeing all day long 😑

Workouts will start back up tomorrow but eating habits are getting back on track today.

Today marks 31 days keto and I am so happy that I’ve stuck with it and made it this far! I am feeling better than I have in a long time and I’m super proud of myself for not giving up. Two years ago, I signed up to be a distributor for a health + wellness company. At the time, I had officially started my journey + thought being a part of a company would keep me accountable while providing me with extra income. Or so I thought. Within the first few weeks of starting, my upline quit without any notice + I was laughed at for the products I was attempting to sell (I get it now 😏). After a year of spending money on products + being surrounded by a "team" that was more concerned about their rank than the people they were helping, I was done. I felt crappy for quitting on myself but at the same time, I had goals + those goals weren't going to be met if I stayed in the same place. So, I made some changes + joined another company as a coach. I haven't looked back since because I have found inner peace, knowledge + growth in one place.

I'm feeling pretty good today. Day 2 of Insanity was completed earlier this afternoon. It was extremely difficult & I needed to modify some of the moves but I didn't give up and I completed the whole thing! I'm feeling pretty proud of myself. I wanted to quit several times during the 45 minute workout, but I pushed through those thoughts and mental blocks, which I am also proud of.

One year today since I decided I was tired of losing weight just to gain it back. I knew it was now or never. I've had lots of ups & downs this year but it's been an amazing experience. I'm 65 pounds smaller & almost out of the 300's. I've lost a combined total of 20 inches. I was barely fitting in 28's, now I'm buying 22's. I can shop at so many different stores now too. I can't wait to see where this next year takes me, especially on a big trip in March that I wouldn't of even considered 65 pounds ago. I'm hoping to lose at least 30 more by then.. Tomorrow I'm switching up my workout routine. I'm going to do Insanity. I have attempted it many times since we bought it about 10-12 years ago. I have never completed it, but I plan on changing that this year, this time. I've been working out & getting more comfortable with being uncomfortable. I just printed out the schedule and I'm going to place it somewhere I can see it and cross the days off daily.

HERE'S TO CONSISTENCY, DISCIPLINE & SELF CONTROL!
