Hit the 3:30 class WOD today after some lifting this morning... - For Time - 50 Wall Balls (20/14lbs) 40 GHDSU 400m Run w/Wall Ball Time - 5:22 Rx. ------------------------------------------------ Really stoked on how that went today, especially considering it was not a wheelhouse WOD. Wall Balls were done in one set and I only stopped to take a breath once on the GHDSU. That run turned the legs into jello. Groovy day.
