🤮🔥 RAW HIP THRUST WORKOUT 🔥🤮 . . I thought I’d do a video to check my form as I had no one to spot or correct me. But I also wanted to show you the dreaded and top 3 worst but rewarding gym workouts. Why I say dreaded and raw is because this video includes the set up (edited of course) which is just tedious tbh. Unfortunately my gym isn’t as advanced as those in the states etc so we gotta do it old school n manually. .
