everyone learn a new hobby!!!!!! if you think life is empty or meaningless or unfulfilling please please just pick up a hobby. i'm so serious i know people say it and it sounds like such a pipe of shit but I'm speaking from the heart. start drawing, even if it 'sucks'. start writing, even if no one ever sees it. if you get two paragraphs in and never look at it again. start line dancing. start sewing. make the most garbage crochet project you've ever seen. make another one. buy a plant, water it everyday. every other day. journal, even if it's once a week only about the stuff you remember. take those pottery classes, even if they're advertised as 'for the elderly'. do a crossword in the morning. before bed. read a chapter of a book. then two. become the person you'd fall in love with, be best friends with. i love you.

As much as I want to be a wholly joyous about the fact that Henry Kissinger is finally fucking dead, as he deserves... There's a lot of me that can't help being upset with. With the fact that he lived to 100 years old. He got better medical care, better housing, and a better, more stable life for those 100 years than billions on this planet ever going to see and he did it specifically through exploitation, state sanctioned murder, and lies. He lived to 100 years comfortably on a legacy of violence that rarely threatened his personal comfort. I want to be joyous that he's finally dead, because the world IS better with him dead, but the reality is he won a long time ago.
