So I have been revisiting some Gen Z franchises lately,I marathoned and ranked the Shrek films last year,Im one third the way through the X Men films......And there is a ranking I really wanna do cause I wanna talk about it and no one has talked about it the way I want to :Harry Potter .See most people want to ignore it cause of the transphobic elephant in the room ,or ignore the problematic shit entirely and mindlessly gush over nostalgia

Heres the take I want to do.,...I want to view them as movies cause ,even before we knew JK Rowling was nuts ....I dunno where I land on this franchise .I saw the first 4 in theaters ,enjoyed them as a child ,then wasnt allowed to see 5 due to a fantasy hating stepfather ,saw 6 and was totally confused ,saw 7 on DVD which was so visually dark I had no idea what was going on,saw 8 in probabbly the worst theater experience I have ever had due to tothunder blacking out the power thrice ,and finally saw 5 last .I also saw that first Fantastic Mr Beast movie or whatever the fuck that was called(Wouldnt include those in the watch through ),saw the first film at a church screening 10 years ago where I did cosplay as Snape (Mainly cause I can do a decent Alan Rickman impression ) which I believe is the last time I viewed any of the main series movies

I wanna stress as far as memory tells me there is stuff I liked (Like of course ,the cast is stacked )and stuff I really hated (Voldemort is one of the worst villains ever )and that I know Rowling sucks.....But shes not the only person who made theser movies ,film is collaborative and I wanna see if the series is good ,bad or meh just as films .I just feel like I need to see why these films which were massive hits took off like they did

a lot of the argument was "oh its for children, it was written in a way children can understand. except you, op, you were a dumb as shit little kid" (im paraphrasing but you get the point) i read the hunger games just a few months after i read harry potter. i believe i was towards the later end of eleven when i read harry potter, and i had just recently turned twelve when i read the hunger games. everything that you said was perfectly clear for children to understand, and didnt need to be expanded on because its a kids story and kids wouldnt understand, thats what the hunger games did. maybe im just a feral little gen z teenager, but it felt to me like jk rowling wrote a childrens story that was perfect for revolution, and then just... didnt make it a revolution. either because "kids wouldnt understand" or because it wouldnt fit in with her own political beliefs

I would say yes, especially older jws. Some gen z ones are slightly more open minded but wouldnt express that publicly. The reality is for most PIMI JWS, they will try to be civil in public, but in private are quite vicious and hostile towards lgbt people in private and during jw services.

I hope for your sake that your coworker is one of the more open minded ones but to protect yourself I wouldnt let them become that familiar with that part of your identity if you want to avoid being hurt

I think The Kingdom will never be defeated in Ultra Galaxy Fight The Destined Crossroad, because it will be a main antagonist Ultraman Decker New Generation Dyna.

There's actually 2 things we can unpack from what you said, especially because its linked to various implications about the Decker-Absolutian dynamics that Ive talked about in depth recently

One is the reasonable assumption that Decker would be somehow tied to the Absolutians due to the the leaks saying that he and his antagonist comes from the future. And on the side of the Absolutians, there's also this interesting point about their time travelling abilities, that being they have yet to been observed to be able to time travel to the future from their original time period. Like yeah sure we saw them time travel to the past as well as the past of other universes but it was all time travelling back from their own original time period, never forward.

Why do I point this out? Well considering that the same leaks (actually several anyways) also say that Decker would also be able to somehow use the powers of all the New Gen Ultra, coupled with the fact that he comes from the future, its very likely that he would also be well aware of the multiversal war that went down during this period of time. And I would go out on a limb to say that even his antagonist does and perhaps seek to somehow benefit from the chaos that is going around.

And conveniently enough, TDC is likely to start in June/July, which means that itll air alongside Decker so it wouldnt be a surprise if TsuPro pulls a meta move to have each series having implications on the other like Decker’s antagonist chose to arrive specifically 7 years after episode Z because like Decker, he knew that during this period of time, most of the Ultras would have their hands full fighting against the Absolutians as an example

Secondly, its the assumption that the Ultra vs Absolutian war lasting beyond UGF3. I believe I talked alot about this before, in which I expected the whole conflict would be resolved in UGF3 with the Ultras helping to fix the Absolutians’ power source, but that was before we heard about Decker and Episode Z’s announcement. Knowing that Episode Z takes place 2 years after the main series and Decker takes place another 7 years after that based on leaks, I definitely find it harder to stand by my original premise. But then again, because the whole conflict takes place in a whole other universe, the timeline issue would be explained away as a time dilation phenomenon whereby time in another universe flows faster than the other. However, there isnt enough information to give a concrete answer on that for now.

With all that being said, I dont really think that Decker’s antagonist would be an Absolutian as I mentioned, there isnt any indication to show that the Absolutians come from the future and according to the leaks, Decker and his antagonist would be related to each other somehow as its an obvious reference to Ginga and Dark Lugiel

The conjouring happenings became sus to me after seeing Kat,Stass,and Amanda do a bunch of tiktoks outside the house in the driveway and look all peppy. You just went through something "horrifying", you saw a demon child and yet once you're in the drive-way y'all jumping and skipping. I dont get it I'd be freaked out rethinking my beliefs not coming up with dances lol. I have to go back and check if Kats done it at other spooky places, i think her and stass included the boys during the place where the book fell over and i didnt get that either.

Honestly, the thing that got me to believe with the Conjuring video was Colby having a legit panic attack when they were in the basement. You can fake a lot of things, but you can't fake a panic attack that well (especially Colby- an Oscar worthy actor he is not). Whether or not any of the events of the Conjuring video can be explained, debunked, or fake, I think what went on in that basement was real to them. 🤷‍♀️

Hello! I have a strange question. Whenever Gen-Z are fully able to vote, dont you think the world is gonna take a twist for the best? Like, at what point do you think males and females will be treated equitally, black lives will be treated the same as whites, and racism wouldnt be no more? I mean, we may not even make it to 2050, and we just want rights.

I believe the political sphere will shift left as younger generations come of age. However, that’s incumbent on higher voter turn out. Until we fix the political system to enable greater civic engagement, it may be a while before we see that. It’s frustrating that, in the meantime, the Establishment is embedding its corruption further and further. By the time younger gens can fully vote, it may be too late. 5. Whats your favorite pair of shoes? Oh man, I have auch a variety, i could never pick. It just depends on the day!

10. Do you own any signed books/memorbilia? I do, actually! Ive been to tons of conventions and have lota of photographs from different celebrities and authors! And then i did have a signed autobiography from an astronaut, but someone stole it, so I'm pretty sad about that one.

15. What coffee do you describe yourself as? I believe im a black coffee that is pretty rich and full so it doesnt need any cream or sugar, but its in a tacky novelty mug.

I have some specialty and dress socks that even if I dont wear the set, will stay together, for the sake of the pair, but I have toms of those basic socks (you know the ones) that just stay in a big pile because theyre all the same shape, so I just grab two and they'll never be matched.

soo this is a bit different(?? kinda not really??) than my usual headcannons but i hope you guys like it!! 

basically what i’m doing is starting a little mini series of cnco as superheroes/what superhero cnco remind me of!
