It just sucks that there are so many things you can't do on an empty stomach.

Like you can't smoke weed or drink alcohol, you can't sh because you will faint and one time on the second day of my longest fast of six days i decided to roll a cigarette with the longest ocb and got a nicotine poisoning and couldn't sleep all night from how many pain i was in and i woke up my roommate because i couldn't stop vomiting (lol you can see how much my roommate suffers from me based on my posts)

I actually liked the nicotine poisoning and all the fainting but i guess i just love to complain

imagine being thin for band camp, wearing a sleeveless cropped shirt and cargo pants as you shake your hair and make it fluffier. imagine your collarbones peaking down the collar and your chest looking flat because it's small so your brinder can actually work. imagine having to worry less about stinking like sweat or overheating. imagine being able to actually see your ribs. imagine saving money instead of spending it all on food so that you can get more clothes and shoes. imagine looking good in dresses AND tuxedos. imagine people staring at you and admiring you in the hallway. imagine everyone asking how you did it, congratulating you on your weight loss. imagine being pretty and having pretty, thin arms, and having small thighs. imagine the way your hands would fit around your waist compared to now. imagine how much less space you would take. imagine how much cuter it would be when you would swing, or how much more comfortable you would be. imagine how much lighter you would just feel. imagine your spine showing. imagine being able to just wear pants and a binder.

you would be so beautiful if you were just thin. you have to starve. you have to be pretty. you want to look like a cute boy or girl. you want to be perfect.

lose the weight. be skinny. be perfect. starve. fast. fast. fast. drink water.

starve. starve. starve. get thin. you will be perfect if you starve.

Whenever I want to eat I chew 5 gum and it helps a ton. Or I drink a shit ton of water. Also V8 is very low calories and it’s pretty healthy and filling!
