And the only fish biting are bitter cat-women, self-hating “male feminists,” and the occasional man so desperate for validation he’d agree to anything. Dr. Bryant’s brand of pseudo-religious grifting isn’t fooling any well-adjusted heterosexual male—or any woman with a functioning BS detector, for that matter. But before we dive deeper, let’s call this what it really is: spiritual heresy dressed in Instagram-ready soundbites.

1. Dr. Bryant: The Lesbian Heretic in Sheep’s Clothing

Let’s not ignore the elephant in the room—or rather, the credible reports, pictures, and whispers that Dr. Bryant is not just a “relationship coach” but a grifting, man-hating lesbian with a history of committed same-sex relationships.

The Irony of It All: A woman who openly scolds men is now giving sermons on how to “fix” them. That’s like a vegan trying to teach you how to grill the perfect steak—insulting and inherently dishonest.

Her Real Audience: She’s not speaking to men. She’s performing for an audience of bitter women and the occasional male ally who thinks agreeing with her nonsense will score him points. Spoiler: it won’t.

Hilarious Thought: If Bryant’s true goal is to get hetero men to repent for their existence, she’s about as convincing as Mrs. Carmody from The Mist.

2. Mrs. Carmody and Dr. Bryant: Two Sides of the Same Heretical Coin

Remember Mrs. Carmody, the deranged religious zealot from The Mist? She weaponized scripture to manipulate her terrified followers, convincing them to sacrifice each other to monsters in the fog. Dr. Bryant’s game is eerily similar, only her fog is the modern dating landscape, and the sacrifices are men’s dignity and sanity.

Mrs. Carmody’s Gospel: “Sacrifice the non-believers for salvation!”

Dr. Bryant’s Gospel: “Sacrifice logic, biology, and biblical truth to appease bitter, man-hating ideologies!”

Relatable Parallel: Both claim divine authority, yet their real aim is control. And just like Carmody, Bryant uses emotional manipulation and fear-mongering to rally her flock of the deluded.

3. The Bible Is Clear: Women Shouldn’t Be Clergy

Let’s address the elephant in the pulpit. Under no circumstance is a woman allowed to lead men spiritually. Don’t take my word for it—take it up with the Big Man Upstairs.

1 Timothy 2:12: “I do not permit a woman to teach or to assume authority over a man; she must be quiet.”

1 Corinthians 14:34-35: “Women should remain silent in the churches. They are not allowed to speak but must be in submission.”

Why It Matters: It’s not about misogyny—it’s about divine order. Every single apostle was male, and that wasn’t a random accident.

If you’re struggling to answer, congratulations—you’ve just proven she’s full of it...Shit, that is.

For the froggy commenters feeling brave enough to leap into the replies with name-calling and shame tactics: think twice.

You’ll Only Prove the Point: Emotional outbursts and shaming language are the tools of someone who can’t argue with facts.

The Mirror Test: If you’re defending a woman who openly flouts biblical truth, manipulates her audience, and despises the very men she claims to help, what does that say about you?

Dr. Bryant is not a spiritual leader, an authority on relationships, or even a well-meaning fraud. She’s a modern-day Mrs. Carmody, using half-truths and manipulative rhetoric to sow division and chaos.

Her ridiculous “cheeks in the shower” question is a distraction—a desperate ploy for attention from an audience too angry, bitter, or lost to see the grift for what it is.

So, no, men shouldn’t listen to her. Women shouldn’t either. And anyone who feels froggy about defending her should take a long, hard look at themselves—and maybe read their Bible while they’re at it.

After some minor confusion resulting in backtracking and head-scratching, I finally made it to Dublin Castle!! With my approach from the north, it doesn't much resemble my preconceived notions of a castle, especially considering that there has been some degree of fortified structure here since the Vikings populated Dublin (ca. 9th century)...

AHA!! The subterranean remnants of a tower!! The guided tour revealed more of what I was looking for! This space specifically shows both Viking (irregular rock wall on the right) and Norman (regular, rounded rock wall in the left) stonework. It was also used to store all the gunpowder!! When a fire broke out, much of the medieval castle was toppled in an effort to prevent the flames from reaching this tower (phew!)

This image depicts what would have happened if an invading force attempted to scale the trick stairs along the castle's moat (professional reenactment, do not attempt). Each step is set at different heights and widths, to be disorienting to those expecting regular stairs; compounded with heavy armor (though not suits), shields, weaponry, and an outward-opening door, these steps ensured that Dublin's attackers fell, and not the castle!

Here is the remaining medieval tower (different from the subterranean one the tour explored)! Given that ground level used to be much lower than in present day, the victorians raised this tower to create a more impressive silhouette. About a third of the way down, in between the different style of windows, one can see where the tower's old height had been!

The chapel, in which everything is made of wood (yes, even the bits that look like stone!) this allows for a lighter building, which is important in preventing the structure from sinking, as Dublin once was a marsh.

My, what a beautiful organ!

While this cushioned throne is rather comfortable, monarchy does not suit my humble, froggy form! Not even a kiss could turn me regal!! (May 31)
