If you can look in the eyes of a child -- a toddler -- a BABY -- and you see someone that deserves to be destroyed, your soul has been BADLY poisoned. If you are threatened by the mere NOTION that a child exists out there that isn't white, or isn't Christian, or isn't straight, or isn't cisgender, or isn't neurotypical, or isn't mentally healthy, or isn't physically healthy, or doesn't come from money, or fails to meet any other arbitrary standards we have placed on other human beings to justify abusing them en masse, you really need to get that sorted out, because my God are you making things difficult for underage human beings that you will never personally meet in your LIFE.

A CHILD. You're threatened by CHILDREN. HYPOTHETICAL children. You've been convinced by an institutional depravity that groups of people not only need to be wiped out, but killed while they're young. Like they're not human beings, they're just a mold that can spread, they're just maggots that will grow into flies. You think of other human beings this way.

You let someone else get THIS deep into your head, let them teach you to hate THIS DEEPLY, and now the muscles that you use to hate with in your brain are stronger than anywhere else. You only want to hate, because hatred makes you feel good. You think about people -- think about children -- suffering in ways Dante himself couldn't dream up, and it causes you euphoria.

Either the human brain has strayed too far from the beaten path of evolution, or we've been told that the bar to clear to be considered human is to have our heads full of weapons. The only way some of the people in power see the world can be improved is if entire bloodlines are wiped out -- as a preventative measure -- and somewhere down the line the commonwealth adopted this mindset as their faith.

every day I think about how Palestinians are surviving an Israeli-induced famine during a western-backed genocide and yet they still are sharing what little they have with the surviving cats and dogs and other domesticated animals left in Gaza I can only imagine how Palestine would flourish once the occupation is finally lifted. The care Palestinians have shown one another has been humbling.

I am forever thinking about an exchange during Al-Aqsa Flood in which one resistance fighter told another to take care of captives as the IOF was attempting to massacre them--captives, included-- because "[the occupation's] humanity is not ours." Even in the face of imminent death, which could have been more readily escaped by sacrificing captives, fighters chose a better and more thorough understanding of humanity because their intent was to force the colonial regime to end its occupation, to halt the genocide, not to simply kill or terrorize. The occupation has made atrocities routine, crimes against humanity a celebrated event, enshrining them in popular culture but Palestinians have taken enormous pain--and human losses-- to ensure that the humanity of Palestinian resistance is remembered and centered. May every resistance effort look to Palestinian solidarity for inspiration. May every radical be moved to show more militant kindness and a steadfast resolve in the face of cruelty to remember one's humanity, even the humanity of one's oppressors. Let us all give a great celebration of the death of Richard Henry Pratt. He's the devil who gave nothing to the indigenous peoples of Turtle Island, but genocidal suffering by his and his fellow thieves' hands. Their acts of cruelty such as kidnapping, child abuse and murder for their lies, racism and lust for power are acts shall never be forgotten. No different from his German successor and coward, Adolf Hitler and the Israeli Government that should and forever be abolish.

The whole point of voting is to see what everyone's actual opinion is, when you do things like only vote for people you think will win, you're gamefying the system and helping its continued dysfunction.

Which is very frustrating. Not as frustrating as it is to watch people insist that not voting is the biggest mistake you could possibly make.

Our government is not functional as a government. Its entire focus is war, it punishes its populace for doing anything that would prevent it from doing war. We have less than 5 percent of the world population and 20 percent of the world prison population. Slavery is legal in American prison. Our prisons are privately owned. American individuals own human beings whom they hold captive and force to do labor without pay.

We cannot vote this out. We tried. They stripped the power of the vote away because people other than "them" (land "owning" white men) obtained the right to vote. There is no way forward where the American government continues to exist and humanity continues to thrive.

Voting is legitimizing an illegitimate system. We no longer even vote for the people we want, only the people we think can win. There are other options. We don't have to keep playing the game of white supremacists. We can live differently. If we don't, we will all be dead. There is no year 2100 with capitalism still going. Either we make different choices or we allow white supremacists to kill us all by finishing their destruction of the planet.
