does anyone else love being "easily impressed" by life, just in general? from art pieces of all forms- films, paintings, sculptures, literature, tv shows etc- to most mudane things in life, im impressed. im impressed by them all. im overwhelmed by the beauty of life, by the beauty of the things humans create, by the beauty of nature in action. all of it feels so extremely overwhelmingly important to me, all of it feels alive. everything is truly important to me and i dont quite know how to explain it in any other way,,, genuinely tho i love being like this, i love loving things so easily, finding the beauty in it all so instinctually. its all natural to me, its all so beautiful, its all so impressive. i love being impressed by the beauty of life thats seen in everything : )

the amount of joy i get from my instrument while playing in front of others is insane. i was just doing pep for a volleyball game, but there was something there. i see why rob rolfe genuinely loves what he does and why shikari relies on live shows for creativity. i want to play the drums, or atleast some instrument for as long as i can. maybe i’ll pick up the trumpet and learn the akftww fanfare, or maybe i’ll relearn guitar, or maybe i’ll learn how to use double mallets on marimba, or—

i love music forever. i fucking love the drums.

no i dont even know how to describe how i feel abt pre fall crowley. he is everything to me . a being SO IN LOVE with the universe & creating it, with painting the sky and hanging up stars, that hes cast down to hell. all he wants is to protect a work of art deemed as meaningless in the long run, something most people wont even witness. what a beautiful metaphor for falling in love with humanity & all the tiny beautiful things and acts of kindness despite our mortality
