you laugh, “of course i am! and this isn’t useless, this is a limited-edition cat plush! don’t you think it looks like you?” shoving the plush in front of his face, he sighs.

blade takes the plush from your hands and stuffs it in the shopping bag, “so, need anything else? or are you finally running out of money?”

taking a look around, you spot a beautiful rose in the distance. immediately, you run towards it. blade looks at you with disappointment before catching up.

“seriously..? a flower this time? and look at the price tag, where do you even get the funds for this?”

“oh, blade! these gifts are all for you, y’know?” you smirk, planting a kiss on his cheek. “as long as i have you and money, i think i’ll be alright~”

“not enough? ahaha, you asked me for a few books! and since i love you so much, why don’t i just buy you the whole store?” you shoot dan heng an innocent cheeky smile, causing him to look away.

“w-what are you..?” he asks. “asta’s long lost twin? don’t you even know how expensive this series is?”

you pick up the book in question and chuckle, “money means nothing to me, but you mean everything to me. so shut up and let me buy these for you.”

“waaah!”

LUKA falls to his knees as you keep piling gifts onto his arms. he winces in pain, but quickly picks them back up.

turning around and giggling, you give him a helping hand. “what’s wrong? the strong luka can’t handle a few heavy items?”

he looks at you in disbelief. how dare you doubt him! “hah, of course i can! this is nothing to me! but how on earth are you gonna afford all of this?”

“well.. i always place the highest bets on you during your tournaments. of course, my strongest boy always wins, gaining me some easy money!”

the look of disbelief shrouds away and turns into pure love, blushing, he gets back up and caresses your cheek. “hmph, then allow me to carry all of these gifts back home!”

hi!! could you tell us about your guitar? what model is it and what difficulties did you encounter when mastering this instrument? and maybe a pic 👀

MASTERED A VERY GENEROUS EVALUATION

I suck big time at guitar, like I can only do simple chords and lead melodies. I'm embarrassed at the idea of actual guitarists hearing my sloppy playing hahah

Still, it's the kind of instrument that makes you feel like the coolest bitch in the world even when you do the most basic stuff. And I'd like to get better at it of course!

My guitar is a gray Squier Bullet Mustang. Very affordable, but great quality for the price.

I have a lot of experience with string instruments, so I didn't have to go through the phase of painful finger calluses.

Still, there's so much technique to it, I believe guitar playing is something you can spend your whole life perfecting.

I started learning chords by playing Kino songs and learning leads with songs from Bocchi the Rock. The latter make for a rather steep learning curve, but after learning a couple of them a lot of other stuff became super easy in comparison!

This man was way too close for comfort.

Dark blue hair, closer to a violet if the light hit it and shadowed by white, hung in front a handsomely familiar face. But the seriousness of it didn't seem fitting of the playful green glimmer of his sleepy eyes.

And 'sleepy', in this case, didn't translate to 'oblivious' in the slightest.

Aventurine felt like prey.

Hm... if the blond took a step back- when there was room to step back- and squinted, maybe tilted his head a little to the right, he'd almost be reminded of a certain doctor. It's with that comparison that the gambler is able to find his voice.

"Something on my face?"

Aventurine forces a levity he doesn't feel into his tone, if only to mask the growing unease that made a home in his chest. It fluttered and jumped around like a bug, beat it's wings into the hollow of his throat, as he pressed his left wrist into the wall behind him.

The man straightens up from his intense staring.

It's almost impressively synthetic, how his sharp seriousness melts into lazy edges and swagger. Almost believable too, had the blond not been able to see the twin daggers sitting on his exposed hips. And if the man hadn't literally been cornering him against a wall not two seconds prior.

Who was this guy?

"I know my face is pretty, but surely you realize staring is bad manners."

And so is crowding them against walls, he doesn't say. They're long past the point of correction, after all...

A sleazy sort of cat-like smile curls over the man's face like it was always meant to be there, completing the illusion of friendliness and leaving Aventurine feeling vaguely wrong footed.

"My sincerest apologies! I'm afraid your familiar face got me all wrapped up in nostalgia. I was just trying to place where I'd seen such- striking- features before."

He talks like there's something thick in the back of his throat. It's not nasally but... honeyed. Tiptoeing the line of sarcasm and sincerity like he was born on it.

And apparently Aventurine wasn't the only one who felt that twinge of recognition either.

"Oh? What a coincidence, friend. Do you happen to have an unpaid debt?"

It was a long shot, but perhaps...

The man cringes back.

"Eugh.. so you are with the IPC then. And here I was hoping that Ms. Sparkle was lying again..."

Aventurine can feel his smile tighten.

Why did he know who Sparkle was? Wasn't this the man that Topaz had been chasing through that snowball of a planet? Did he guess wrong?

Syrupy words cut through the questions cramming into the blond's skull like a knife.

"After all, I find it hard to believe that a man like yourself would turn down an invitation for performative freedom, just to do the exact same thing with a collar."

He's smiling like a cat that caught the canary and Aventurine suddenly feels very cornered. There's nothing stopping him from leaving this conversation, not since the man had backed off his space, but now that felt vaguely like surrender...

"Hahah... what did you say your name was again?" "How could I be so rude? The name's Sampo Koski, a business man! Anything you need, I can get. For the right price."

A business man. Right... and Aventurine was a free man.

"I was there, you know."

The blond feels like he swallowed a brick of ice. 'Sampo Koski's' oppressive presence drowned out any possible thought Aventurine could hope to form, like an actor dazzling in the spotlight.

"There?" "When the invitation was extended, of course!"

Sampo snaps, as if having some bright realization, and his smile somehow gets even wider.

"That's where I've seen you before! Let's see, what name did it go out to again? K-A-... Kakav-" "Aventurine."

Maybe it's the sudden hardness of his voice, or the realization that maybe Sampo shouldn't be pressing someone that controls his debts, but the man backs off with deceptively innocent eyes.

Aventurine doesn't want to hear this stranger say his name.

"...Wow, I was way off. You work with Ms. Topaz then?"

The larger than life attitude Sampo had donned dissipates like smoke. His countenance had never changed from lazy swagger, but now it felt... skittish. Confident, but in a way that conveyed 'exiting stage left'. The gambler felt like he could breathe a little easier.

Yeesh, was this how Ratio felt talking to him? He might have some apologies to make...

"That's right. You work with Sparkle?" "Ugh, as little as possible!"

Despite the rather... tumultuous, circumstances that led to their meeting, Aventurine found himself chuckling. After all, he completely understood the distaste.

"What, not a fan?"

Sampo scoffs theatrically, crossing his muscled arms over his chest. He was pretty impressively built, now that the gambler could properly take in his features without feeling stuck in place. Not as muscular as Ratio was, of course, but- still.

Slender waist and fingers, broad shoulders, tall... Wow.

Maybe Aventurine had a type.

The two quickly found themselves in the throes of pleasant conversation, trading snippets of their experiences with the Fool like girls at a slumber party.

Sampo, of course, had a lot more to share than Aventurine did but that was to be expected. The blond almost found it endearing how cautiously the man talked about her, almost as if he couldn't bring himself to speak badly of a lady- no matter how much he disliked one.

It was an admirable trait for a Fool.

In the end, Sampo disappears in the same manner he had thrown himself into Aventurine's path.

Abruptly and with barely a trace.

The blond sends the selfie he had taken with the man to Ratio, trying to regain some sense of normalcy after that rollercoaster of a conversation.

SPOILERS BELOW CUT

i love kara. i love the way her character was handled, i love her realistic mix of naivety and maturity beyond her years. i'll talk a bit more about her later.

the representation of krypton is beautiful. from kara's point of view, she sees the kryptonian empire as this utopian place where all was well in the world, but clark knows better. he's seen the truth of krypton from a mostly unbiased perspective, and could probably make the connections between krypton and similar empires on earth. he understands that the beauty of a so-called perfect world comes at a devastating price. of course kara didn't know about the destroyed planets due to her brainwashing, but even after she found out she denied it because krypton is perfect, because why would the planets have to get destroyed in the first place? why wouldn't they want to become part of this perfect world?

and clark. aurgh, clark. i stand by my belief that this is the best characterization of superman. his fear of hurting others, his fear of being a weapon, his constant fighting to protect the world from devastation and to unite all peoples within our nation even if the powers of that world reject him for existing. and when he became his worst fear, when his body became a weapon turned against earth, he still fought. he fought to protect his family, his friends, his home. he fought against himself, his origins, and everything he was supposed to be. by breaking free of brainiac's control, both kara and clark claimed their own identities. they separated themselves from their predecessors and ancestors, allowing the kryptonian empire to truly fall without the pillars of the next generation holding it up. i have so many fucking thoughts about the generational trauma of krypton but i won't get into that right now.

now back to kara and her relationship with brainiac. she was a sheltered, manipulated child, and her situation absolutely reeks of stockholm syndrome. she's aware that brainiac isn't her biological father, but he raised her. he saved her from that escape pod, she taught him to be strong. every time he called her weak, beat her, scolded her over small mistakes, he was only helping her get stronger! her father was never wrong, when he called her weak it's because it was true and he wanted to help her be a warrior!

right?

clark is an outside influence, a foreign entity, an unpredictable variable getting in the way of their relationship and helping her to open her eyes. but after everything, after brainiac is revealed to be the kryptonians' murderer, she still despairs when he dies. she feels sorrow for the man who nearly killed her cousin, who wiped out her people, who brainwashed her into acts of genocide. who raised her, who cherished her as a daughter, who shaped her into the warrior she is today. i think it will be fascinating to see how she copes with brainiac's death and her different environment in season 3, especially because we saw she kept part of her father abuser with her. she's a wonderful character they could never make me hate you kara from my adventures with superman. i think rät by penelope scott really works well for her and her life with brainiac, give it a listen if you haven't before.

other stuff i really liked about this season:

lois and sam, how their past together is revealed as their future together constantly shifts trajectories. two lanes diverged, amiright fellas... hahah... yeah. i love how lois still carries her father's lessons with her, even after everything he did. how yes, he was a shitty father, but he truly did care about keeping her safe. that he's a flawed character with problems of his own- and she acknowledges that, and recognizes why he does what he does. but still doesn't forgive him. this show is SO FUCKING GOOD at complicated relationships i swear

livewire and heatwave power couple? fuck yeah. monsieur mallah and the brain returning? hell yes. STEEL??? HELL FUCKING YES.

silas stone cameo and somewhat important role in the first half of the season, hopefully we'll see more of him soon... (hopefully we see victor. im a little bit not normal about victor stone. in a non simp way.)

kara and james is so cute... love me some healthy straight ships in my silly show about a himbo and his emotional support goblins. clois and jara double date RIGHT THIS INSTANT I DEMAND OF YOU

the alternate world where clark was raised on krypton... i kind of want to see more of that. like a short episode released independent from the storyline showing a bit more of kryptonian culture and what it would've been like to grow up there. i just think it'd be really neat

Soulmate: Again, Death and An Angel by @littlemisspascal was an amazing fic. A totally different take on the soulmate trope that had me hooked from chapter one. I absolutely loved it!

Fluff: Let Me by @polaroidpascal is a very gentle fic about taking care of your partner and giving them a bit of extra love - especially when they need it most.

Bookshop AU: The Book of Love by @undercoverpena is still one of my favorite Bookshop AU fics to read. Full of all the feels and fluff and flirting.

Mortifying Typo: I think we've all done this before. LOL

Marcus Pike: All the Time in the World by @whataperfectwasteoftime was a beautiful one-shot about a couple's first time together. Very romantic and full of emotion and so very, very gentle. I loved it!

Angst: Emergency Contact by @javiscigarette definitely hit me right in the feels. So much emotion packed into a one-shot!

You’ve talked at length about Jade (in many universes) being very predatory when it comes to darling’s period. What about Floyd and Azul? I know Azul probably does not have a keen a nose as the twins, but he’s still a predator.

And I bet Floyd is just barely keeping himself in check or just blatantly scenting the air whenever you’re near. Or does he get all protective thinking that you got hurt? Hahah, that would be interesting.

Floyd knows you're on your period before you do. Something about you changes—that's what he tells you when you ask how he can possibly know. You smell different, faintly tinged with the scent of blood, and he claims that you feel different when he squeezes you (though you have no idea what that even means coming from Floyd). All it takes are a few inhales and he'll know. He'll look at you sharply, mismatched eyes blown wider than normal, and say very casually, "That time again for shrimpy, huh?" Everything about Floyd seems abnormally calm; he doesn't bat much of an eyelid when you later confirm his question, but he is much more perceptive of you for that entire week. He won't leave you alone; he's always near you, always wanting to feel you up, always pulling you against him in bed to cuddle, where he'll tangle his legs with yours and bury his face in the crook of your neck.

Unlike Jade who views you more as injured, vulnerable prey, it's the opposite for Floyd. He'll be more territorial of you and he might treat you like you're an injured mate rather than prey he's getting ready to feast on. He's more protective, whereas Jade is readying his fork and knife (playfully, of course). Both twins want to taste your blood for themselves; it's more of a thrilling curiosity for them, considering they're merfolk and aren't accustomed to seeing blood come out of a place that isn't the result of an injury. It's all so very fascinating, so naturally you must sate their curiosity and appetites.

Azul isn't nearly as predatory or territorial as Jade and Floyd. Rather, he's more clingy than he normally is. He finds out you're bleeding and he feels compelled to hold you tight and dispel your cramps and anywhere else that may ache. He's actually really anxious around you when you're on your period, as if he thinks you're suddenly more fragile in this state and that the slightest touch will break you, so for that reason you'll be coddled quite a bit. He's willing to do anything you ask, though his help usually comes at a price that he'll remind you you owe later on after your period has ended. Azul's a little smug, too. When you're so doubled over in pain, you only have him to rely on for help and that makes him immensely pleased.

It's not that he delights in your pain. In fact, it saddens him to witness your discomfort, but he will use this as a means of currying favor with you, getting closer to you, and proving to you just how genuinely helpful and caring he can be. Although there is a very subdued primal part of him that likes the sight and scent of your blood when it washes away in the bath, staining clear waters in foggy crimson.

5. Do you respond to comments? Absolutely! I try to do so in a timely fashion, sometimes it does take me a while though, especially when I'm busy doing other things and not checking in on my AO3. I am deeply humbled whenever someone takes some time out of their day to leave some words (or even compliments!) on my fics and it means a lot to me.

6. What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending? ...is this a bad time to menion I haven't really finished a fic before? x'D I mean, aside from my one shots of course. I have a penchant for working on massive ideas that take forever to write, so yeah. Anyroad though, the answer currently would be a hard tie between either The Price of Perfection (Resident Evil) or Love me whole (Final Fantasy VIII). The first is a glimpse at Wesker's life from birth to death, the second is a songfic based off of Missio's Love me whole, and focuses on a toxic interpretation of Squall and Seifer's ... "relationship".

7. What’s the fic you wrote with the happiest ending? Day 2 - Festivities (Final Fantasy XV), easily. It was part of a series for an event or somesuch a couple years ago and focused on more casual themes (which I admittedly usually don't tackle).

8. Do you get hate on fics? Thankfully no.

9. Do you write smut? Big yes to that. I actually love writing intricate smut, which I did for Final Fantasy VIII without much story or context. I should get back on that for Resident Evil and Dune at some point (not everything has to be a novel Nihil, gdi.....) But admittedly, I enjoy when there is some set up around the actual smut just as much. It can be an amazing vehicle to convey character development, power dynamics, show trust or the loss thereof... I am a fan hahah.

10. Do you write crossovers? I did write crossovers in rp, so I think technically I could. But in fanfic, I personally don't really see the need to as I prefer to take the canon lore and expand on it, see how many headcanons I can make work with the actual lore so it fits seamlessly as if it was intended to be there. I do enjoy reading the occasional crossover though!

11. Have you ever had a fic stolen? Not to my knowledge.

12. Have you ever had a fic translated? Not yet, no. I am comfortable writing in English, despite German being my mother language, and honestly I don't think I could properly translate certain things into German without it sounding weird/cringe.

13. Have you ever co-written a fic before? Nope! I could imagine doing that if I ever get my time schedule sorted. And I actually had plans to do a co-written fic with a friend ( looking at you, Bee :p ) but alas, time. I do sometimes help people brainstorm some fic ideas though if that counts^^

14. What’s your all-time favorite ship? Almahart (Squall Leonhart & Seifer Almasy), and of course Chrisker (Chris Redfield & Albert Wesker). Something about the blond bad guys and the brunet heroes ig °^^ With Almahart it's the tragedy binding the two together, the fact that Squall became everything Seifer wanted to be (without Squall even really trying/wanting it!), the resentment and rivalry that only barely manages to conceil the real feelings. I like them both as a ship that solves their hardships eventually, and as a toxic ship with Seifer never redeeming himself and not wanting to, either. As for Chrisker, it's a similar streak but darker, more violent, with a lot of psychological warfare included. The hardest thing is to convey Wesker's machinations and how he views the world (according to my interpretation) because I write him as extremely closed off, keeping to himself even with his facial expressions. It's a challenge to portray him correctly and I like it a lot. I love the tangle the both of them are in, how Chris wants to hate Wes so much for all he has done, while simultaneously being unable to let go, even decades later. There is desperation, hatred, blood, passion, everything I love in a ship.

15. What’s a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will? I am absolutely convinced I will finish both my Resident Evil project (which will consist of multiple one shots, The Unquiet Grave, as well as a sidestory to it focusing on HUNK), as well as The Darker the Weather, The Better the Man. What I will say though is that I am also certain it will take a long ass while. Both are huge and complex stories, so building them up and telling them correctly is time consuming, and oftentimes real life gets in the way, sadly. I hope the people who were excited about The Darker the Weather will have patience with me.

16. What are your writing strengths? I want to say my high standards when it comes to fleshing out characters, finding their voice and writing their perspective. It's at least something I get a lot of compliments for, so I seem to be doing something right ^^ Also, I am very thorough when it comes to canon. I try to keep everything in mind and weave my story into the existing lore and world as seamlessly as possible. For The Unquiet Grave I took a whole day to collect all possible information about the entire Resident Evil Timeline (it spans from 1909 to 2037), which I regularly consult while I am writing to make sure I have events lined up properly.

17. What are your writing weaknesses? I definitely question myself too much. As in, if the quality I am providing is good enough; if the characters are OOC, things like that. It's my perfectionism getting in the way of things. Generally I have a bad habit on putting too much unneccessary pressure on myself (publish within a certain time, write a certain amount of words, etc.) - silly, really.

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic? Ohhh yeah I love that! I don't use this enough and definitely should. (needless to say but it should not be too much untranslated content of course, and made available for the readers in some way so they know what is being said)

19. First fandom you wrote for? I believe my very first fic was Ville Valo x Lauri Ylönen, don't hit me for writing smut about real life people please xD I was young! Aside from that, Final Fantasy VIII or Angel Sanctuary, not sure anymore (I am rather certain it was FFVIII though because I have always been obsessed with it)

20. Favorite fic you’ve written?  Urgh this is hard.... Given how much my writing has improved and how I learned to apply certain tools (like drafting properly etc), I'd have to say The Unquiet Grave. Since I am not writing in my first language, the time I practised between this and The Darker the Weather definitely had a positive impact.

hey stelle! I’m still thinking about the johnny western horror au you wrote and was wondering if I could ask some questions that have been rattling in my head??

does the new ‘johnny’ visit ghost/does this johnny even know about ghost? since he doesn’t have the same memories as the original Johnny, it’s making me think of how isolating it might be for the reader to be stalked by this ‘johnny’ and how she thought she was already free of this marriage. Like she if she does close the door on him and doesn’t let him, I can just picture him showing up every night and hearing his horse when she tries to sleep and the sleep deprivation turned into paranoia 😵‍💫😵‍💫 I picture this ‘Johnny’ as more like a body snatcher or something looking for a new body to inhabit, doesn’t matter who so she’s just the most technical option for him

But also! what if reader goes to ghost thinking he’s also getting stalked baring her soul on Johnny harassing her but ghosts not and he almost gets jealous? And angsty, not clicking that this isn’t the real johnny but just hearing that Johnny is back sends his brain in a spiral and that he has to back to him, flash forward some time and Johnny stops showing up at the house and ghost starts walking a bit weird

i’d say no

you’re right that he doesn’t have the same memories, i’d say whatever has taken his body might be going off vague recollections of places and where the scent of johnny is strongest. this was johnnys home before he got his wife, he’d have likely stayed there with ghost often until reader arrived, so it’d make sense to the parasite (?) to go there first. i’d argue that johnny and ghost travelled and camped all over once he had his wife move in, hence the long time spent away

how does reader feel being stalked by johnny?

stalking is the least of her worries - parasite johnny IS getting inside her home that night whether she likes it or not. he’s not fucking around waiting for her to let him in after she shot at him, he’ll force his way in if he has to. it just might’ve been easier for him in the long run if she’d gone along with it all sweet like he’d originally tried to play it.

reader knows this isn’t her johnny either (if he could’ve ever have been considered hers) so the pressure of a marriage holding her hostage again isn’t even on her mind - she’s got bigger fish to fry.

yes absolutely similar to a body snatcher to me too! i left it open in case people prefer possession or ghosts or zombies - but to me it feels very ‘supernatural parasite has taken over the freshest body in the graveyard’.

does reader go to ghost?

ghost isn’t in town anymore! he left as soon as johnny was buried since there’s nothing else there for him, just too many memories.

gaz or price would still be there but after they suggested medical help (read: getting her institutionalised for ‘hysteria’) i don’t think she’d be willing to go back and tell them an undead version of johnny is walking around 🥴

BUT!

i’m a sucker for aus of aus,, so i think if she survived the night (maybe she made a break for it out the back and got on her horse) and she found ghost on the outskirts of town while he was laying low after the train robbery then he’d know straight away from her story that it wasn’t his johnny too. however i think he’d want to confront whatever wasn’t letting the love of his life rest peacefully and would be off like a shot to reader’s house despite her protests.

idk if i think the parasite would move bodies or not - i like the visual of simon wandering the dusty roads acting like edgar in men in black and the concept that the parasite logically wants a bigger healthier body - but i also like the thought of parasite johnny managing to convince simon it is him. and that he just needs simon’s help to get back to normal 🥺 won’t he help him, his johnny? and simon would just cave (even if that means killing strangers to feed him or whatever,, simon can justify it to himself given the people they’d hurt before - he’d killed for money, he can kill for love)

And could you imagine how they found out about the yandere Zeldas and Malon!!!

Imagine Reader wises to the Chain’s obsessive and possessiveness and goes to the Zeldas or Malon for help in escaping the Chain and that’s when they find out.

Ugh, Reader is F’ed.

I may feel like this is where team ups start to come in to play. Like Time and Malon are deffo rallying together to get Reader to just stay at their nice house with them, why would you want to leave? It’s so nice and cozy here after all.

Of course that peace wouldn’t last too long cause Zelda would be dropping in real quick to storm the party. She’s definitely be trying to steal reader away, Mr. Steal-yo-girl style. Breaking out the Sheik attire, training and all.

Meanwhile, perhaps Wild and his Zelda team up to get Reader to be with them. They’ve already lost so much, they’re friends, family, most of their home. They can NOT afford to lose Reader too.

And hell, if we’re throwing the Zeldas and Malon in here let’s throw Ravio in as well. I BET him and Legend would team up to try and get Reader to be somewhat of a third “roommate” with them, of course Reader just has to pay to stay with affection and love. Really isn’t a steep price to pay and Ravio could make Reader pay with rupees, but he’s feeling generous.

Sky and his Zelda will obviously team up together, try to get Reader to stay on SkyLoft with them. It’d be perfect! Reader wouldn’t have lived there and bonded with a loft wing so they’d have to depend on either Sky or Zelda to get them anywhere and that means that they can’t leave!

Again since I’m not too familiar with the rest of the games I can’t say for sure how the other Links and Zeldas would react. I would say that the Links that seem to have a close relation to their Zeldas would be working together to try and get Reader to be with them, meanwhile those who don’t have quite a close connection would work against each other.

Take Twilight Princess for example, I feel like they actually wouldn’t team up. Y’know Twilight kinda had more of a connection with Midna and throughout the game Twilight and Zelda don’t exactly interact with one another much? So for these two I feel like they would be working against each other.

Maaaaybe they’d form a short alliance to get Reader to stay in their world. But after that, it’s anyone’s game. The alliance has been burned.

But yeah no, in short: Reader is boned, done for, f’ed, etc.

I’d say Reader better start praying but we all know that wouldn’t help one bit.

I mean hey maybe it just turns into a worldly game of keep away/capture the flag with Reader acting as the flag. Like the portals are still up connecting their different worlds/realms and everyone is just snatching Reader up and trying to book it back home and enjoy their time with Reader before they get snatched again.

Here comes another question from yours truly (and don't know if i asked this); i finally saw a tmnt 87 episode called " back to the egg " where 2 of the turtles went back to tots.

What would peepaws react if one or all turtles turned back to tots thanks to some reverse age liquid/mystic thing?

I’ve been saving a bunch of asks and I realized they kinda piled up oopsie

Anyways, here we go with the hypotheticals. (Long post) First one:

The peepaws would be STRESSING. They remember clear as day how difficult it was to help raise Casey Jr, but now the turtles? Have mercy on their old souls.

Reunion would trust that Splinter is well versed in raising turtle tots and would suspiciously and suddenly be busy during that time so he won’t be able to help out as much. In that time, he would definitely ask his Donnie for help on the cure and would return to the past with the antidote just in time to save Splinter from dying/j.

DMD would try to scold the turtles for being so careless and let this happen to them. But he would put in a lot of time helping make sure nothing bad happens to them while Donnie makes a cure. If Donnie is one of the two to become a tot, then he would go to Draxum for some help in creating a cure/antidote. April would think it hilarious that he’s suddenly the spitting image of Splinter in their baby books, and would definitely take photos of DMD fathering it up.

LCD would be the most stressed I’d like to think. I think this would be a time where he spends the most amount of time in the lair since he had moved in to the Hidden City. He’d ask Donnie for help or even Big Mama (with a price of course hahah) before he visits Draxum. I think he’d surprisingly go to Hueso before Draxum simply because he’s not sure what to do. But this would be the safest the turtles have ever been, and the two non-tot turtles would be even more shocked to realize that the “Murderer of the Hidden City” still has a heart.

WDS would have the least amount of time spent with the turtle tots simply because he has F!Donnie on his side. F!Donnie would guide him through creating a cure in no time flat before anything could happen to the turtle tots. In the short time that the cure/antidote is created, the non turtle tots would really just be babysitting and take cute photos.

If the kids were faced with a formidable enemy where life or death was on the line, I think the peepaws would try their damnedest to prevent them from having to make such a difficult decision/action.

But for the hypothetical,

Reunion would first pity the turtles. Then, he would make sure they’re not injured. He’d check each turtle, make sure they feel safe before bringing up the kill. He’d ask them if they realize what they have done, and if they truly believe it was the right decision. Then he’d apologize that they had to do what was done, that they were pushed to that limit of breaking their morals and ethics.

DMD would hug them. He knows how it feels to cross that line. He remembers clearly how it felt, the feeling of taking a life and the heavy burden of carrying that weight with them as they continue forward. He’d give them their alone time, and think that avoiding talking about it is the best course of action because that’s how it was for him and his brothers(as shared in the DMD main story). Eventually he’ll learn that the kids need to talk about it because of how much it affects them, and he’ll realize that he was wrong in his approach.

LCD would be absolutely livid. He won’t understand why they, of all people, were brought to that conclusion. He’d point to himself and question whether they understand what has become of himself because of all the lives he took. He is a living embodiment of consequences for taking lives, and he can’t see why they didn’t learn from him. He’d question whether they’ve realized what they’ve done, how idiotic they were to make that decision. And most of all, he’d search and search for the bigger enemy behind that kill and erase the problem from the source. He’d eliminate the source and all that come from it so that they never have to make that decision again.

WDS would be… upset. A little disappointed and a little confused on what to do. He recognizes how it makes the turtles feel, how it affects them in their every day life, but he’s not sure how to go about dealing with it. He’d consult everyone within their circle for tips: his ghost brothers, Splinter, Draxum, even Big Mama (not like she’d be much help). He’d try to find the safest, responsible, and affective way to talk about the decision they made so that they realize what has been done and the consequences behind it while making sure it’s not a light topic.

If they were struck with amnesia, I think that the peepaws’ first reaction is to find a cure.

Reunion would easily return to the future to consult with F!Donnie and F!Mikey for their ideas on how to resolve the issue with ease. F!Donnje would probably say shake them like an 8-ball as a joke that he would kind of take seriously. He’d retell everything he remembers to the turtles, sneak in a few small lies that saves him from embarrassment (only for them to later remember the truth and further embarrass him for lying). One certified F!Donnie cure and the kids would be good to go, no worries. Totally didn’t almost give the turtles a concussion from panicking and wanting to get their memories back asap.

DMD would kind of be glad that they lost their memories—for a brief moment. He’d only be glad because then he could save himself from the shame and negative opinions they have of him (they literally have none, they love him to death but he’s just very guilt-ridden). But he’d miss how they treated him, how they loved him as a strange big brother/father/uncle figure. Casey Jr would try to help them remember with violence (he is his mama’s son after all, action first think later) before DMD resorts to asking Big Mama and Draxum what to do. Draxum would think it’s the perfect time to ingrain in their heads the “truth” behind humanity and any humans should bow before yokai—DMD would very much punch Draxum for messing around. Big Mama would suggest sending them to her Battle Nexus for a hands-on approach before she actually helps by suggesting something mystical. Silly little adventure completed and boom, memories are back and good as new.

LCD would think of this as an improvement and refrain from getting back their memories. He would save them from the trauma of facing against him and not attempt to find a cure or help them regain their memories slowly. It would be up to Splinter, alone, to help them get their memories back. Whether it was a good decision is not for Splinter to say since some turtles were upset after getting it back (*cough Donnie and F!Leo cough*).

WDS would easily get their memories back before Splinter or Draxum or even April learned that they got amnesia. F!Donnie and F!Mikey (including F!Raph with moral support) would team up in creating a mystic/tech-infused cure that would have them in tip-top shape in no time. The act of getting amnesia would be longer than the time the turtles actually have their memories lost. It’ll be like it never happened.

Rather than writing out a scene, I immediately thought of what they would say. (In the case that the kids were hypnotized to attack peepaws)

Reunion: “Oops, you missed. Missed again, man, it’s like you learned nothing from me. Here drink this, made just for you, (insert forcing cure on them one-by-one with ease) feel better?”

DMD: “No hard feelings, okay? I’ll make it better, just do what you must. I’m not mad, I could never be mad at you.”

LCD: “It’s about time.”

WDS: “Donnie, I could really use some help creating a cure here! No, I don’t deserve this, look at them! No, I’m not getting old, I can keep up just fine!”

In the case that the peepaws were hypnotized to attack the kids, I thought of what they might be thinking.

Reunion: “Dodge left! No, your other left! You learned this in the fifth Lou Jitsu movie, no! Splinter would be so upset to see you moving like this.”

DMD: “Damnit, run away! I can’t hurt you too! Please! Don’t let me do this to you! Run! I’m so sorry, I’m so sorry…”

LCD: “Give up on saving me already and finish the job. Kill me. Get rid of me like you’ve always wanted. Stop trying so damn hard…”

WDS: “Donnie! Mikey! Raph! Isn’t there anything I can do to stop this?! Please! Do something! Hold me back, stab me, just stop me before anyone gets hurt!”

Like,, Cyn being so so loyal to Diantha as well, and is one of the few Coven Heads who really try to encourage people to join the Empress' Coven, and ofc low-key a suck up as she tries to go above and beyond compared to the other Coven Heads, as Diantha would give her praises for her good work

And since I just made a concept abt Hau being undercover to get back Drasna's journal, imagine if Diantha also trusted Cynthia enough to watch over him to make sure that he won't deviate from his mission. Cyn was more than happy to accept ofc, anything for the empress

Tho, Cynthia was also rather impulsive, when she saw Iris all alone, she couldn't help but go to her and see what's all the fuss abt this human. It didn't take long for Iris to find out that Cynthia was part of the Empress' Coven, the head of Potions as well, as there's a clear sigil on her wrist. Iris backed away from her, even asking her what she wanted, but Cyn just smiled, going on how the empress might be impressed w her if she just brings Iris to her

Ofc, Iris put up a fight, even going on as to why Cynthia still follows Diantha. And Cyn tells her that Dia is the one who'll save them all, she just wanted to make sure that everyone in the demon realm is safe

"do you really not see that she's using you?"

"Diantha had warned me about you humans. You're trying to make me go against her, aren't you? Well.. so sorry to disappoint but," she grabs a potion from her belt, "I know better than to fall for your lies."

And insert another cool fight scene bc yeah ofc, then during the fight, Iris was still going on abt Diantha, how Cynthia didn't even wonder why Dia had to limit the others' magic, why she's the only one who can use any type of magic, "don't you think that's unfair for all of you?" But Cynthia, ever the loyal devotee, paid no heed, going on how Diantha said it would be for everyone's best interest, how it would help the people be more united, and it'd lessen the casualties as Diantha had said that those who are careless would hurt not only themselves but others as well. That's what Diantha had told everyone in the Boiling Isles, only those who are strong can wield different types of magic, and Diantha is the only one strong enough to do so.

But ough cbxnxb imagine if Drayden finally finds them tho, and was there ready to fight Cynthia, but Cyn knew she shouldn't really draw much attention to herself, she'd rather not disappoint the empress. So she left, leaving no trace behind.

Imagine tho when she got to the castle, as she was about to head to her chambers, Diantha was there in the hallway leading to her room. Cynthia bowed before her, but she could feel vines wrap around her legs, forcing her to kneel. She looked up at Diantha, her features were calm and serene, but there's that burning hatred in her cold blue eyes that made Cynthia shiver.

"where have you been?"

"at.. at Bonesborough, your highness."

"I don't remember telling you to go there."

"ah, I was looking after Hau—"

"I didn't assign Hau there today either."

Fear settled within Cynthia as Dia's eyes glowed brighter, as Cynthia was abt to explain, a flash of light went past the right side of her face, shutting her up. Diantha chuckled, crouching down to Cynthia's level, a hand on her face, gently running a thumb over Cynthia's cheekbone. "Cynthia..." She breathed out, and god Cynthia leaned in on her touch. But Dia's touch became rough, her thumb almost pressing on Cyn's lower eyelid, "don't make me hurt you again." She feigned concern, and just chdmdn Cynthia feeling phantom pains on her left side, the jagged scar on her face almost felt like it was burning, remembering the time she failed a mission and her left eye paid the price. She promised herself never again will she disappoint Diantha.

"of course, my queen.." Cynthia managed to say, "it won't happen again."

Diantha stood up straight again, smiling at her, "I'll be counting on that." And she left, the vines on Cynthia's legs finally freed her from their grasps.

the original brewer was in germany and it is teensy and no doesnt brew it anymore. they went out of business and were shut down. budweiser did it yes took it. and lost it. and the name is thiers and real. sorta. startd there after our son named it. lol. nad was symbolic in name nad place only had one small brewery and they called itthe mster berwery. then bud di d tke it over. and made tons of it. nd our son boosted it to the new limits. we wnt to make classy operation and top notch. will do that. and start right and hve memorabeilia and open it iin munich. he has been there too and nearby the exact spot. tons saw it yes. and then this hmm what is that it is on the label. good they said. saw it. now we use it the fame of his and name and they want to get him to drink to make him suffer and threten him. and gilrs to take seed. and it is no joke ok. his product and dave found the town made the recepei on our sons design. and it worked. not too full bodied. german but no ipa taste to it. and a nice sturdy head. and fifty fifty and he did and wodnerfull success. and goes down smooth strong beer stout a bit not too stout not bitter no. yummy after a few. we use the label shrinkg the lion a bit yes. and it is good. have some emmoabielia and contests. nd to go to munich and see it. hahah lol. pin it. they will use it to go see jc and mary. the tomb ok. not too many. and good they say.

13072024 TLDR

omg busy hari ni. i had archery class at 8am-10am. im on next level so its more challenging than previous class. the bow is getting heavier and the arrows went from 9 to 12. lenguh sia tangan nak aim hahah. then straight after class pergi hospital bcs i have an appointment with my ENT. my ear was infected (again) and is hurting for sometime now. i spent RM166.00 for diagnosis, operation (ear cleaning je but bill ckp operation), and meds. had to stay there until 1230. Then explore bandar by WALKING bcs i parked my car in paid parkin lot so i am not going to let my RM5 wasted for a mere 1 hour. spent another 2 hours walking. i fixed my watch yg had it strap broken since last year. RM5 for the strap and it worked perfectly fine.. i also jumpa my ex old working place . she always say ts near the hospital but never actually went there. lah rupanya dekat je. i should have visited her there. would be fun ig. then pergi cheng to have a look at a flowers wholesaler there. omg they exist here! so ni je would be my place to buy flowers in the next foreseeable future. its vastly cheaper than my usual florist.

after seeing their stocks and price range, aku pergi al Ikhsan to look for trail shoes for my running event and a comedic incident happened to me. in the store, aku tanya staff (male) where they dispayed their trail shoes, and i was directed to go to the second floor. on the second floor, right after aku entered the door, aku kena sergah dengan this one pretty girl store staff hahahah. obviously im not the target of her prank. so bila aku kerna sergah, of course aku terperanjat. then dia pun terperanjat sekali hahahah. she was so cutee. then we had good laugh then she apologized. idk why maybe the andrenaline ke apa, aku ckp "hahaha x pe, nasib awak cantik jadi x takut sangat" HAHAHAHAH. fuck what in the casanova is thatt. plsss i wish i had the balls utk mintak no phone dia but alas, her collegue dtng pulak so terpaksa move on. she dissapeared after that, malu kot hahaha. then as i looking for the selection, the male staff ajak berborak, asking about whats the purpose. then aku cerita la how i have running events in bukit beruang soon and would need a proper shoes to train and attend. what a charming boy sbb dia pandai tanya soalan that make me want to talk with him. sampai aku barely tengok kasut. not like it mattered bcs seletion dia sikit, and cheapest is RM89 and highest is RM 249. i think im more lean towards yang mahal but idk. banyak nak pakai duit this month. semoga cuku rezeki untuk dpatkan new shoes.

Then sampai rumah at 3pm. sumpah barai. dgn x zohor lagi, nak mandi lagi. legit serabut. dah la panas hari tu. setlekan semua je took me 1 hr. tapi x sempat relax kena siap2 pulak because i had a running session with my friends dekat bukit beruang. had to go at 430 sbb nak asar dekat situ. so... 30 mins to relax. barely can catch my breath. sampai sana, lepas asar, naik trail at 505pm. total route distance is 5km but sbb salah route, tershort 500 meter :( anyway the route is fun, im looking forward for my race day there. since i knew the route already, aku plan nak train there every weekends. sionce my race event is trail run, i need to train on the trail rather than training on the road. then we have dinners. my lawyer friend bonds with my procurement friend. we end up amde a new group to share our pictures.

hari tu mmng sangat2 la sibuk. penat sangt. tido pun awal. haish i wish an eventful day like that happen more to me. for once i had fun being alone. love this life
