Into the Pit AU!

This is 4 years after the 3 star ending.

[Spoilers ahead!] + (another drawing)

Oswald's family moved to a nearby town after Oz got his dad back from the ball pit. Oz recently got into highschool and his parents got decent jobs.

They still visit Jeff's Pizzeria every now and then! The place has improved a lot ever since Oz helped Jeff with the arcades and all.

But Oswald never revisited the ball pit room.. He still thinks about it to this day because of frequent nightmares. What happened to the creature? Did Jeff get rid of it? Does he even know?.. Did it escape or go away? Did it ever exist? 👀 What if the ball pit is gone now?

He'll find out soon.

The Rabbit in the Moon

"Whatcha looking at there, friend?" Asked Sun inquisitively. The child that was transfixed on the animatronic's face blinked and looked away sheepishly.

"The spots on your face. I was looking for the rabbit."

"The rabbit?" Sun's tone was confused, unsure what the child meant. "Why would there be a rabbit on my face?"

"Mommy says there's a man in the moon, but I never see a man. I told daddy I can't find the man, so he showed me the rabbit." As the child explained, various hand movements accompanied each word. "Granny showed him the rabbit, too. He's up there making something. You and Moon have the same spots, so I wanted to see if he was there on your face."

Sun's rays shrunk at the idea, although he wasn't quite sure why. "That's a cute story, but sadly neither I nor Moon have a rabbit on our face. Oh! How about you draw me the rabbit so I can see him?"

The child smiled and eagerly grabbed the supplies needed while Sun wrung his hands. On some level, the daycare attendant already knew there was a rabbit in the Moon.
