[Perhaps last OC drop from "We Happy Few" Franchise. JUST FOR BALANCE WE NEED OLD MAN. The basic of him are:

>Name Dima Lionhem. His original surname was replaced in his passport so he sound more British for propaganda purposes.

>Russian but speaks English on professional level. He is passionate about his former culture but doesn't pledge loyalty to his old country.

>Formerly field medic during war. Now passively works as licensed doctor. He tends to often more wealthy citizens of the city but he doesn't have his own clinic- so hes going to people houses for checkups. He refuses to work at joy facility and avoids other doctors claiming they're very amateur and psychedelic to properly conduct helping patients.

>Can consume joy but it has no effect on him. Doctor Dima was one to help revolutionize wear of "masks" and in darkest times of his career he was conducting facial surgery experiments to keep people "contantly" smiling. Later he focused on working over masks finding effect of joy to be too experimental.

>Slightly slow due to his age but physically strong, durable and incredibly intelligent.

>Most people including bobbies and old veternans pay no mind to him when hes off his joy. Only weastrels are more aggressive towards him and will attack him immidately on the spot. He has umbrella that has quite a damage. And he can crack most of chests and picklocks. He is not fan of technology. He can craft himself medicine on the go and object like alcohol heal him granting him short perk "cant put that bear down" with grands him short resistance to every damage. Alcohol and joy has no negative effect on him.

>Serves as NPC. I felt like adding him would give more variety of foregin characters to the mix and expand worldbuilding of the game. Doctor is willing to heal player for free upon being stumbled upon. He is cold and aloof man but man with principle that shows some regret for his past actions as a man and especially doctor. He is nostalgic to his culture but he's great fan of new age musicians and interested in fashion changes. He has high dislikings for other war veterans often bickering with them. Thats in short!]

Welcome Home, My Friendly Neighborhood, Don't Hug Me I'm Scared, Threadville... surely you like, or at least know one of them!!

Well, if that's the case, then boy oh boy, I may just have something you might like!!~

May I present, one of my MANY personal projects, The Felttip Files~

Now, dear reader, you might be wondering, "What IS The Felttip Files?"

I am SO glad you asked!!~

The Felttip Files is a fictional universe/worldbuilding project I'm making, mostly taking place within the made-up city of Felttip, Puppetsylvania!

There are a few stories, within this universe [which interconnect nicely~], but that's not ALL this universe has to offer!!

In fact, I'm not even going to get INTO those stories!!

... Yet~

For now, let's simply get into what makes The Felttip Files fun!!~

Alright, just going to start this off by saying - the world within this project, in terms of Geography is pretty much EXACTLY like Earth, with just one small difference...

Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, is made out of foam, felt, cardboard, or some kind of art supplies. The planet, the plants, the animals, the people-

Speaking of the people - every single one of them.. is a puppet!

Humanoid puppets, monster puppets, animal puppets.. they all look like a character straight out of The Muppets!!

This place is every craft/puppet nerd's DREAM, LET ME TELL YOU-

It's me. I'm the craft/puppet nerd- 🧍‍♂️

However, not everything in Felttip is all sunshine and rainbows - and that's actually the problem!

You see, if there is ONE THING that the residents don't enjoy.. it's sadness.

Being a "Downer" is considered an absolute problem, one that should be fixed IMMEDIATELY!

If you've ever watched a playthrough of, or played the game We Happy Few, it's... a little like that-

It's considered a bit of a disease, among alot of puppets, one that the people "infected" by it often get discriminated against for.

In fact, this may be one of the things the big baddie of the universe is against~

Of course, not everyone hates Downers! In fact, there are quite a few safe havens for them, scattered about the city!

But, of course... these poor fellas can't catch a break.

Afterall.. alot of residents that have been disappearing are Downers!! Buttttttt, that's a story for another day~

Now, onto ANOTHER fun bit!!~

Of course, these are all simple concepts, but I should have some more art soon!!~
