No other Fazbear Fright character stuck as much as Devon did, probably because I see myself in him, especially with the Autistic traits, PLEASEE SCOTT GIMME MOREE (possibly) AUTISTIC GUYS

after he killed a bird he gets attacked by birds everywhere he goes, and now he apologizes to every bird he sees out of fear

if you think about it from @uhhatori rant,

People villainizing Reed just because he stands up for himself/dislikes Julius reminds me of Devon and Heather and how people view them

Heather get villainized because she doesn't like Devon for being creepy (I don't hate devon btw, it just his actions aren't good. He's mentally ill but that doesn't mean hes innocent)

She basically is the bad guy just for standing up to Devon because she doesn't like how much of a creep Devon is (I'll be offended too if someone wrote a fanfic about my siblings dying??)

Devon literally harass heather and even stalk her from beyond. She's literally the victim of it but people romanticize the stalking....like what?

I get you like devon but you gotta know how much of a creep he is....(it's just history repeating at this point, Reed get's villainized just because he did a prank but wanted to save julius/not liking julius for his bullying)

Reed with Julius and Heather with Devon aren't so different as you think

Trust me, their similar in a lot ways

(I feel bad for both Heather and Reed....their harasser/tormentor are being victimized here like they didn't bully/stalk one of them while Heather and Reed are seen as the "bad guys" here just for righteously being upset/annoyed at Julius/Devon. I seriously actually feel sorry for both of them...)

i have seen a sudden surge of devreed and the like. fandomisation of it and it is scaring me

im sorry guys but to me its very strange having someone, whos portrayed as obviously mentally ill, enjoying beating someone with an axe, yelling die at that.

its a weird thing to just turn devon who struggles with mental stuff into a 2d killing machine, because hes not that. he regretted killing kelsey. did he kill a bird? yes. did he write a weird fanfic? yes. but guys this does not equate to him being super sadistic and enjoying beating someone this way, that's not who devon is. very ooc

he had black and white thinking, he felt rejected so his perception on kelsey switched and became negative, so he planned to leave kelsey in the suit until sundown. he didnt intentionally kill him, and the guilt followed him.

this is obviously different to him intentionally wanting to kill someone lmao

all the people posting about it? they are cool people but i dont appreciate the weird warping of devons mental state to be just a super sadistic murder loving guy

do i hate devreed? absolutely not, the ships fine, people can enjoy it all they like! but giving it this weird and common fandom dynamic and warping devon to be a sadistic murder loving freak is where i start to question you guys,,,,,
