I think I just found some new inspiration for a hypnosis fanfiction again

Hypnosis is literally one of my favorite hobbies and Marc being a yandere hypnotist is everything to me

Run Nath, it doesn't matter what miraculous he has, Marc will always be one step ahead of him, (and his spider voodoo design is actually far more terrifying than you think)

And by far the coolest design for Marc I have ever seen, he doesn't even need to be in akuma just a kid who's really good at hiding his dark powers and malevolent side

I woke up one day and went "let's make a Marc akuma based around voodoo dolls and spiders while listening to Melanie Martinez"

Fnaf's duality

After re-watching game theories video on secret of the mimic Tom mentioned something that was very interesting the fact that duality seems to pop up quite a bit in these games

So I decided to have a little fun and look back at the games with that information in mind to see if there are any other moments of duality throughout this game franchise not just the most recent but even the originals

The more obvious ones

(the ones he brings up in the video)

Moments that I noticed after watching

Duality in the Kids:

Charlie and Elizabeth

Elizabeth and Cassidy

Pretty much all four of these boys have some unique connections

Duality in the Adults:

William, Henry and Edwin

M1 and M2's eyes

And those were just the ones I could think of off the top of my head, but some of these probably deserve their own explanation

For now I want to stick with the animatronics but this probably will be multiple posts to explain some of these things

When it comes to the animatronics none represent duality better than Sun and Moon and eclipse for when they become whole we see this a lot in secret of the mimic too but they're not the only ones who have a unique duality to them (whether you want to call them parallels or not is up to you)

Even though these two animatronics (or characters I guess) have a different amount of kids inside of them, the theme of duality is still there

The heterochromic eyes

at one point before SOTM was theorized to represent Charlie and Elizabeth because of the swirling code we saw in ruin and what the books were telling us about but I just don't think that's the case. If those two colors are supposed to represent those two girls shouldn't the colors be purple and green instead of blue and green because Elizabeth size with her father, and think about it the color green is technically associated with both girls, one has green eyes and the other one has a green bracelet that the security puppet is supposed to respond to, if green is supposed to represent safety why is it also being shown to have negative connotations too remember baby's eyes when green after Elizabeth Possessed her. I believe that both of the eyes actually represent David not just because he might have had heterochromia but because of the way he views his family safe but highly emotional and when you let your emotions get out of hand you tend to do things you would later on regretThe two spirits of golden Freddy

The relationship between Evan and Cassidy is quite interesting don't you think considering she was killed by his dad you would think she would hate him but the fact that she even allows him to speak to Michael during the original games shows that she doesn't hate him and probably feels bad for what happened to him, this is interesting considering just like them David has a similar nature when it comes to the fazbear technician Arnold, he's playful and doesn't hate him but will still attack him, but because he's much younger than the other spirits it could be the fact that he thinks they're playing a game not fully aware or in control of his powers after all he was never stuffed inside of an animatronic or a suit. Not to mention many people have pointed out the fact that Evan and Cassidy were probably a lot like Gregory and Cassie in the main games and other point of duality here the relationship between these kids all comes crumbling down because of Afton in one way or another

I'll probably keep posting more about this as I think about it I just thought it was kind of interesting duality in this game tends to be everywhere and for me duality and parallels are very much similar like they go hand in hand so sorry if what I'm bringing up is just me paralleling things and drawing conclusions where are they probably aren't, but I guess that's the fun of theory crafting for you.

Personal head Cannon: Nathaniel has a Jewish family but he himself isn't Jewish

Okay question I know that everyone else in the community of miraculous knows that Nathaniel is Jewish because of his name or I think it's trivia makes that clear

But has anyone actually stopped to consider if that's even the case? What I mean by that is just because the wiki says that his family is Jewish doesn't make him Jewish. There are plenty of families out there that are like that lots of Christian kids who grew up in that kind of environment but that doesn't automatically make them Christian it just means they have a family and that's religious like that and they could be walking down a completely different path

I asked this question mainly because we never once here or seen Nathaniel talk or do anything involving Jewish tradition that I'm aware of yes he doesn't appear in the Christmas special but for all we know that could have been the animators completely forgetting to animate him like they did in zombiezo, that kid does have a bad habit of disappearing in episodes for some God forsaken reason

So I really want to know what do you think just because Nathaniel might come from a Jewish family does that automatically make him Jewish or he could be something else entirely

Like the episode ruler shows us just because a kid is part of the LGBT community doesn't always mean they have LGBT parents and not all parents who have kids like this are going to be supportive

Just a thought I never once considered the idea of Nathaniel being Jewish being possible because there was just not enough evidence in the show to support that claim and I usually like seeing that kind of stuff but if you guys have a different opinion I'd love to hear it

Let's hope we get more character progression like this for the others just like we have for him but it's also important that the show highlights some flaws about him as well so that way people don't call him a perfect character

isn't it cool to anyone else how much Marc has developed as a character? When we met him, he was so shy and clumsy that people thought he might be Marinette's cousin 😭

In his next couple appearances, he'd grown a lot more confident and enthusiastic about sharing his ideas, not only with Nathaniel, but with the whole class. His stutter had completely vanished.

We got to see his assertive and excitable side in "Penalteam" when he drags Nathaniel along to the soccer game and expresses his love for the sport, showing he is more than just a writer and romanticist; he's also athletic and a big fanboy.

In season 6, we see how his kindness and understanding goes bone-deep. He accepts Nathaniel's decisions despite his own feelings, and cries in private so he doesn't inflict guilt on anyone :( plus, when The Ruler tries to brainwash Nathaniel, Marc doesn't even hesitate to go to bat for his friend.

he's become this relatively unflappable person who is bold about who he is and what he does, but still has that soft heart that wants to protect the people he cares about. and I think that's neat.

Plus it's also important to remember that he realized when he looked over to marinette's house that she was recording him which is why he thought she was a part of this, he thought she was trying to hurt him when in reality she wanted to capture a really sweet moment

(plus rewatch evilistrator and then rewatch ruler and suddenly his impulsivity and his anger makes a lot of sense when you remember the adults behavior around him and how it influences a kid especially in negative ways)

It’s really annoying whenever people insist on calling Nathaniel an asshole for what he did in Reverser.

Miraculous isn’t exactly a great example of a show that doesn’t rely on exposition and lets the audience figure out by themselves, but the way Nathaniel acts in Reverser is a good example of this.

Keep in mind, two things have been stablished about him, he can be impulsive and he is a victim of bullying.

When he saw Marc in the park the first thing he did was jump into the conclusion that it was another attempt on making fun of him, which is a normal reaction for someone who was and might still is be bullied. Him ripping Marc’s notebook was also a showcase of how impulsive he is.

He actively takes a step back later, to reflect on it with Alix and by the end of the episode they make up. Further proving that it wasn’t a deliberate act of evil, it just was a hurt teenager making a dumb decision on impulsive to try to keep himself safe.

People who act like he did it out of malice are missing the whole point.

Two male nights one in bright armor and another in dark armor why does that remind me of something…I don't know why but I feel like I've seen this before… 🤔🤔

Nah I'm sure it's just a coincidence

(but in all honesty do you think the people who worked on this episode were inspired by Balthazar & Ambrosius from Nimona to create Sun heart and Rain piercers designs like that because the resemblance is uncanny)

Because if that's the case think about the implications this could have on the story of mlb.

One of them was framed for betraying the kingdom (the miraculous team)

Loses an arm (or something equivalent to losing a limb like trust or their miraculous)

Goes on a journey to prove their innocence with a chaotic companion (time travel maybe you know for a fact that either Luka or Alix will get involved)

If we go by traitor Nathaniel theories:

He would be the one to get framed or blamed for something he didn't do (that would be action based)

aka the scapegoat

Marc might end up hurting him in one way or another

He would go on a journey with Alix and maybe even Adrian or Zoé to prove his innocence

And he might even make excuses for the behavior Marc showed to him without addressing his own feelings

Marc might even lose his mind trying to prove his boyfriend is innocent which would make him susceptible to chrysalis

But if it's traitor Marc:

He would be framed for maybe a different crime (that would be word-based rather than actions)

They would be suspicious of him because he's younger therefore more impressionable

Nathaniel wouldn't believe it but that doesn't mean the others would have a hard time trusting him specially since his powers a lot more OP

Of course Alix would try to help but his chaotic companion would probably be someone like Sabrina and maybe Ivan

Unlike Nathaniel, Mark would care about protecting Nathaniel, he would be his first priority then clearing his name

Heck Marc could have taken a bullet for Nathaniel so that way he wouldn't be framed for something because he loves his boyfriend

It just all depends on who you view as Sun heart and Rain piercer therefore whose Balthazar and Ambrosius, whichever knight the boys are can drastically change the story

( I personally think that Marc is Sun Heart while Nathaniel is Rain-piercer, just look at the way that they're sitting in that final shot look at which night they're underneath when they do that gorgeous picture before the big reveal)
