I've been putting together the details for an upcoming long fic I'm currently filling out the outline for, and because it's me and Deadpool and Wolverine are both Canadian hockey has come up. And I was like, why NOT make women's hockey more popular than mens in Logan's OG universe? So Logan is gonna follow the PWHL. Because I DO make the rules, and I think it would be funny for Wade to be into hockey the way a lot of Americans are into football, aware of it and enjoys it but doesn't follow it, until Logan moves in and he picks a different team so he has something else to argue with Logan about. So now I get to pick what team he supports! (Realistically he should probably pick the Sirens since he lives in New York but I'm gonna be real with y'all. I will be cold in my grave before I support a New York sports team.)

However this ALSO means I have to pick a different Canadian city for Logan to support bc the pwhl doesn't have a Calgary team. I will make sacrifices to canonical authenticity (what little comics have anyway) to talk about women's sports though.
