FLUFF HEADCANONS ABOUT WILDBREAK/STARSTREAK !!

Starstreak's nicknames for Wildbreak are "sweetspark" and "Breaky." Other nicknames are supposed to be very cute and endearing.

Wildbreak's nicknames are actually very casual BUT SO SINCERE- He calls him, "My guy" and "Streaks"

They are a touchy-feely type of couple, lots of hand holding, hugs from behind, but - Starstreak has a PDA ick, so it's only when they are alone or in their private quarters.

Astrology: Starstreak would be a Capricorn, Wildbreak is a Pisces.

Starstreak is such a blushy boi around him. Usually, he's much more composed and above it all. Wildbreak doesn't have to do much but slip in tiny compliments about how "cute he is" when he's being a poindexter.

They live in completely separate worlds, in many different ways, Starstreak feels that distance, but with Wildbreak's face value approach, it allows for Streak to be more comfortable in their circumstances. If Wildbreak doesn't mind it, then neither should he.

Starstreak believes no one can be trusted, and befriending anyone comes with complications. However, Wildbreak is the most sincere bot ever made, and the fact he's a Decepticon makes Starstreak believe they were similar.

It's a no-brainer that Wildbreak is pretty cowardly and dents easily, so Starstreak tries to use his position to give him more missions without conflicts, like surveying and tracking. Which he appreciates 🙏

Streaks has never had anyone give him attention that wasn't threatening or used for ulterior motives, so Wildbreak gives him the time of day just for the purpose of being nice

Streak was the first to fall, as the being nice was getting to him. It's not like he didn't notice Wildbreak was the most attractive, and as young as him, and is also running with the wrong crowd- there was a lot that drew them together.

Wildbreak is not the brightest and that is fine with Streaks as he's not judgmental at all for that. The only thing he judges WB on is his follower mentality. "Quit jumping off bridges just because all the other Stunticons are!" "I panicked!"

It's cute that WB has to be the one to introduce a lot of the Cybertronian culture to Streaks. Whereas, Streaks is showing him around Earth in their holoforms! (Which is also funny cause Streaks still doesnt know much about human stuff so they are both pretty clueless in that regard xD)

WB likes how "powerful" Starstreak looks when he's working. There's a different vibe and demeanor about him when he's serious, he won't lie - it's pretty hot.

Starstreak likes that WB isn't really a boy scout - he chose the Decepticons cause he likes running with the Stunticons, gang life, and being a hazard on the roads. Streak sees the appeal in a cinnamon roll that treats him very well but is a bad boy in the streets. its pretty hot-

I believe in the KOBD theory about Wildbreak being their kid, and I also like to think that Streaks doesn't care about respecting his parents- He's a little too haughty to give any attention to Knock Out's jabs.

Yeah just so everyone is aware. Almost a decade ago to the month a dumb doodle I drew between classes (I would have been a sophmore in high school I think?) with colored pencil and sparkly nail polish was featured on the Rammstein website. I almost wanna redraw this lol

After exhausting myself storyboarding, i decided to do some more doodling. And then i got thinking about certain aspects of the riders dynamics.

Having four fifteen to sixteen year old teenagers traveling with a twelve and thirteen year old leaves a lot of room for the older kids trying to take care of the younger kids. And the aspect of that that I was thinking of was how they handle danger.

Kari has mild anger issues due to an unstable home life with unreliable role models. She will and has gotten into fistfights with other people, something the older kids wished she didn’t do. Ant is younger than her, three inches shorted, and just attracts trouble. This kid will go a whole day purposefully avoiding anything that might end in trouble, and still end his day being chased by bandits through the woods. The older kids grow increasingly distraught at the sheer levels of chaos that Ant just attracts, usually ending in bodily harm on his end. The twins went a whole month being atheists against Loki specifically because they thought their favorite god cursed Ant with bad luck as some sort of prank.

Ant does not always purposefully attract trouble. Kari sometimes purposefully does. They are both tiny, squishy, untrained tweenagers. One of them is missing a whole foot, and is absurdly small for his age. The older kids desperately want them to stay out of trouble. As much as they can with half the Archipelago and then some after them.

So the older kids devise a super thought out, carefully constructed system of fishing them out of danger. And that is simply picking them up and running in the other direction as fast as they can.

Kari and Ant are both considerably smaller than the other riders, being considerably younger. Ant even more so, being small and light for his age. Kid weighs sixty pounds soaking wet (i had to google twelve year old boy weights to find an accurate weight for teeny Ant). They are both very easy to pick up. Carry away, now that depends. Kari kicks and bites and screams indignantly when they do it. Ant goes limp like a scruffed kitten at first, but then he gets comfortable with being around them, and soon also starts squirming and wriggling when he gets picked up and ran off with. Turns out getting kicked by a metal prosthetic hurts a lot, but they have butts of steel from riding dragons everywhere, so what’s a few bruised shins and ankles?

It’s a surprisingly effective method, especially when Ant and Kari fall behind with their much shorter legs, and when Ant was first adjusting to his prosthetic. The other riders start trading tips on where to grab the littlest riders in order to avoid the widest of their horribly frustrated swings and kicks.

It gets a little hard to do their by-then habitual scoop-and-run method when Ant and Kari stop being so little though.

Doesn’t stop them from trying.

I did a re-draw of my doodles from back in 2015 when I first read Good Omens! (plus a bonus hand+wine). I love Zira's mop of curly hair and how Crowley's is slicked back. I like the red motif I did originally for Crowley: his eyes, the bottom rim of his sunglasses, his tie, and his eyebrows, apparently! I'm realizing now I forgot the red pocket square... Pretend it's in his pocket!

I really understand your take on sharing amigurumi patterns. I crocheted A LOT about 10 years ago, I crocheted Pokémon plushes, wrote the patterns, and sold both for a bit. But the patterns were just a PDF with plain text telling the reader the stitches for each round with a quick note partway through each piece to advise them when to start stuffing. Free patterns on like Ravelry from 2005-2015 are also like this, it’s my normal. Fast forward to last year. For the first time, I buy a pattern on Etsy. It’s FULL of photos and diagrams and custom fonts and intricate page borders and decorative doodles and excruciating detail, none of which I need. So now like, hooooly shit, if I ever start selling patterns again, do I have to get professional photography setup and a graphic designer??? To make 5 freakin bucks???????? My patterns might just have to remain a trade secret. 😬

Yeah I definitely feel like expectations for patterns have just risen unrealistically. I only freehand so I don't buy patterns or even look at them, but whenever I see people talking about them, there's always so much- neediness? about them. People will complain about FREE patterns if they don't have pictures or explain how to attach things or is formatted differently from what they're used to. FREE PATTERNS. The entitlement and lack of appreciation is just so jarring to me. And then the same group of people will act like they are so generous for throwing a dollar your way for such a pattern, maybe $3 if it just looks nice, maybe even $5 if they like you. Very often you'll see PACKS of patterns, sets of 3 or 5 or 10 or 12, each with, like you said, photos and diagrams and excruciating detail, and that's the only time people will think it's justified to pay up to $10 on them. It makes no sense to me. Personally all I need, and the way I write my patterns is mostly like this Fomantis one I put out years ago with basically just the colors needed, and the actual stitches needed in each row for each part. That's it.

And then when people would tell me they'd gladly pay for my patterns however they were formatted just because they liked the crochet- that is simply not true by and large. Most of the people saying that kind of stuff did not subscribe to my patreon when I had it, and I just made myself miserable putting out slightly more refined versions of my pattern notes. I don't like to think of it as keeping my patterns as a trade secret like you said, but it kind of feels that way sometimes because I just do not want to put any kind of effort into typing up a pattern that people won't even use and will only complain about.

I would want minimum $50 for typing up just one set of notes as is because it took me more than 5hr to crochet the thing and it'd take another hour to type up the rows and I hate it and people just are not here for that, not hearing it at all. "Well it's only for one Pokemon? You already have the notes written can't you just snap a pic and share those? [Some bullshit about potential passive income so the price should be pennies]." You cannot give give an inch or they will demand a mile. So no patterns of any kind at all ever for any reason.
