Prompts 2022 Fest - Week 3
Maedhros/Maglor seduction (incest, possible dubcon)
Rating: E
Additional tags: Dubious Consent, Seduction, Strategy & Tactics, Sibling Incest
Prompt: Maedhros applies his strategic thinking/confidence/je ne sais quoi to making Maglor absolutely desperate for him (dubcon edging or somnophilia? fake casual flirting or robe falling off shoulder? alcohol? IDK this can be as sweet or amoral as you want, but he has some kind of Plan and is melting Maglor's brain with it) and they get together.
Maybe in Tirion where Maedhros is a bit more of an arrogant princeling and they have more opportunities to be close, but a darker returned-from-Angband Maedhros is OK too
top Maedhros preferred
Trans hcs, a/b/o, etc fine if they speak to you
DNW: Them being younger than young-adult-adjacent Elf ages; Maglor isn't into Maedhros or it shatters their relationship. Ideally this brings them closer together in a new and fucked up way.
Would like: Maglor feeling guilty/confused about his own feelings at first (but horny), Maedhros really does love and care for Maglor (he's just convinced he knows best how to do that.)

Beren/Lúthien - Pegging
Rating: E
Prompt: We all know Beren would be into it, don't we?
Bonus points (but not by any means required):
+ They have NO idea what they're doing. Maybe, in true plot armor fashion, they get it very wrong and just stumble on how to make it work.
+ Canon-typical femdom overtones are awesome. Maybe Beren gets overwhelmed and Lúthien is really into that? I feel like she would be, especially because of the vulnerability aspect.
++++ Beren is the one to suggest they try it, because the best way to learn how to be good at fucking is to get fucked.
I don't have DNWs, so have fun
Ao3 link | dreamwidth link
Fingon and Aegnor and Angrod, Gen, Friendship
Rating: G
Warnings: Character Death
Prompt: I just want some quality fluffy times with these three. They were canonically close friends, so I'd love some carefree times in Valinor, maybe followed by angst after the kinslaying and more angst after Aegnor and Angrod die in Dagor Bragollach.
Please keep it PG
Ao3 link | dreamwidth link
casual dom/sub finwe/thingol/ingwe
Rating: E
Prompt: Before the valar ever came, finwe thingol and ingwe had an unusual arrangement. In private, finwe was very casually dominated and ordered around. He did not speak, generally, only took orders. He wears an altered outfit that looks presentable at first glance but really really isn't (think tunic with crotch/assless pants). He is available for use at all times, and when not occupied may be left bent over a bed while ingwe and thingol talk idly. He may also have chores like periodically "polishing" a dildo (he is not allowed to touch himself). No rape/noncon/dubcon. No voyeurism or public humiliation please.

March of the Quendi
What is it?
A month-long event to celebrate the long walk the Elves took from their home on the shores of Cuiviénen, across great and unknown lands, to the blessed realm of Aman.
When is it?
March 1 - March 31
How do I participate?
Post something regarding the march and mention @march-of-the-noldor. Everything made will be reblogged here. You can also use the tags #march of the noldor and #march of the quendi but make sure to also tag this blog.
Go forth and create something New!
This is also a Great time to appreciate the lovely works already made in our fandom! So, please consider digging up posts that would fit into this event from the past and tagging this blog so that they can be shared anew!
What is allowed?
EVERYTHING!
Art, fic, meta, moodboards, poems! It's all welcome!
Want to do a character study? Awesome!
Make a collage of the kind of wild life the elves might encounter? Amazing!
Want to write a little essay about the ecological impacts of mass migration? Fantastic!
Want to consider what would happen if the Quendi were late leaving, or early? Bring it on!
However, we do ask that you refrain from using generative AI.
Is there a prompt list?
There is no official prompt series for this event. This event to meant to be very laid back where anyone can make what catches their fancy. However, if you appreciate a little more structure to follow please consider:
part 1: 1st - 8th The Great Departure * what did leaving look like? * how did the Quendi choose to organize themselves? * the joys and pains of starting a new adventure in life.
part 2: 9th - 16th Those Left Behind * this land of Aman might very well be good and joyous, but what good and joyous things had to be left being? * how were those to chose to stay affected but the departure? * and yet the elves who stayed must continue living.
part 3: 17th - 23rd Trials on the Trail * what amazing things happen while travelling? * many elves turned back or were lost, what happened to them? * they will catch up, we must keep moving.
part 4: 24th - 31st The End is in Sight! * after all this time, the end is insight, how do people feel? * how does it feel for those who decided to end their journey early? * I am so tired, I think I will lay down, just for a while once we reach Aman.
We shall depart on this voyage together!
If you have any questions please ask them! <3

Even though I will NEVER stop hating on Finwe for how horrible he was to Miriel (even going as far as mispronouncing her name because he was bitter she didn't return... really? 🤢)... I will try to look at the situation from his POV sometimes as a treat
I do wonder if Finwe was plagued by loneliness a little? And I don't just mean in the sense of romantic companionship.
When you look Thingol's family tree... you see that his brothers Olwe & Elmo were there from the start, and so was his deeply loyal relative Cirdan.
When you look at Ingwe's family tree... you see that he was married to his wife Ilwen even before his journey to Aman (maybe they already even had kids), and he had a niece (or sister?) Indis. He even has a listed father Ilion.
And then when you look at Finwe's family tree... nobody... not until he has a bunch of children in Aman.
Maybe that's why he wanted a big family so bad even at the expense of Miriel... despite her being his motivation to move to the blessed land, despite him not loving Indis & their children as passionately as he loved her & Feanor, the family he had still loved him. And I suppose he was desperate for that love even if he couldn't return it.
I still hate loathe him though. His issues don't justify condemning a depressed woman (who's energy was DRAINED giving birth to his freaking child) to eternal death (because she wouldn't get up and give birth to more children fast enough).

Pre-orome: (cw: sexual humor)
Elwe & Lasgen: *talking*
Finwe: *sneaks up behind them and peaks out from behind a tree* *whispered hiss* hey!
Elwe & Lasgen: ???
Finwe, a little louder: over here!
Elwe & Lasgen: *turn around to face finwe*
Finwe: *butt naked from what they can see from where they’re standing* *tears streaming down his face* *looking like he’s about to cry again* i need help
Elwe:...
Lasgen: what the fuck did you do?
Finwe: uuuhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
——————- 1 explanation later ————————-
Lasgen: *rubbing her temples*
Elwe: so let me get this straight: you were horny-
Finwe: *blushing madly* y-yes
Elwe: and instead of using your hands, or finding a partner, or something-
Elwe: you grabbed a long circular shaped metal and... decided to use it as a make shift p***y.
Finwe: .... yeah.
Lasgen: *world’s longest sigh* but you forgot to account for your d**k growth when you get hard and now the metal’s stuck on your mini-me.
Finwe: please help me, the sharp edges are going to tear it open-
Lasgen: *breaths* Akami-
Elwe: i mean, we’ll have to cut it off. I don’t see any other way. Not with the way the metal’s shaped.
Finwe:
Finwe: *starts sobbing* i don’t wanna loose my d**k. Miriel will never want me with only 1 inch!
Elwe: oh my Okrea.
Lasgen: hhnnnnnn, you hold him, i’ll cut him out. Though it might be better for miriel to do it, since she’s much more precise with the blade-
Finwe: NO PLEASE!! I CAN’T HAVE HER KNOW ABOUT THIS!
Lasgen: why? She already knows of your particular brand of idiocy.
Finwe: *starts crying harder*
Elwe: let’s just get this over with.
———————— almost an hour later ————————
Finwe: *clinging onto and sobbing in Elwe’s lap as Elwe holds him still*
Lasgen: *carefully handling finwe’s d**k and cutting the metal away* i now know you in a way i never wish i did.
Elwe: yeah, let’s not have a repeat of this.
Lasgen: *accidentally poking at the sensative flesh*
Finwe: *yelps loudly*
Lasgen: if you don’t stop moving i will actually remove it permanently.
Finwe: *stifling his whimpers*
Elwe: please just finish quickly.
Lasgen:
Lasgen: never say that again.
Lasgen: *making the final cut* and done. Fucking finally.
Finwe: *extracting himself from elwe’s lap and craddling his d**k* oh my god, i’d thought i’d loose you! *turns to Lasgen and Elwe* thank you so much, i’ll never be able to repay you.
Elwe: don’t mention it.
Finwe: i can-
Lasgen: Seriously. Don’t. Lets all agree to never talk about this ever again.
Finwe: *nodding his head rapidly before running off to get some clothes*
Elwe:
Elwe: *leans towards lasgen* you’re gonna use this as blackmail later on, aren’t you?
Lasgen: only if he pisses me off.

Planning on doing a series focused on the relationships between the members of The 9-we (what is that?)
Because how do Melian and Indis feel about each other? What about Finwe and Ilwen? Are they star-crossed lovers? The personification of a trouble double? Platonic soulmates? The designated adults™ of the bunch? SO MANY QUESTIONS!
I plan to create a template of a short description of their relationship, maybe 3-5 relationship questions (for example "Who is the early bird and who's the night owl"? or "What's their favourite things to do together"?) and a tiny drabble with them!
I'll either do it as a planned out series or an ask game, where you can ask me about a specific couple (or throuple) you're most curious about.

Things I would want from a Silmarillion show (part 1):
Season 1
Protagonist: Finwe, with Feanor as the secondary protagonist (a la Viserys I & Rhaenyra in HoTD season 1).
Events covered:
Episode 1
Establish Finwe's personality and relationship with Miriel early on. Also introduce Indis.
Finwe, Ingwe, & Elwe journey to Aman with Orome.
Episode ends with Finwe, Ingwe, & Elwe seeing the light of the two trees and being in disbelief.
Episode 2
Shows Finwe, Ingwe, & Elwe return to middle earth.
Show Elwe meeting Melian after returning and establish his brother Olwe as an important secondary character.
Also introduce Cirdan and establish his relationship with Elwe/Thingol.
Episode ends with the second journey to Aman.
Episode 3
Mostly a filler episode.
Just show how the elves are doing in their new home.
Establish Manwe & his closeness with Ingwe (and the Vanyar).
Finwe finds out he's going to be a father and is overjoyed but his pregnant wife seems miserable and is spewing some concerning seemingly prophetic things.
Miriel goes into labor cliffhanger, says the famous line "Never again shall I bear a child" or something.
Episode 4
Miriel dies.
Focuses mostly on Feanor's childhood with several time skips and establishes Finwe & Feanor's incredibly strong codependent father/son bond.
Finwe comes to terms with the fact Miriel no longer wishes to live
Focuses on Finwe's developing relationship with Indis.
Finwe declaring he'll marry Indis and the Valar allowing it.
Time skip to Fingolfin's birth to establish the tension in the Noldor's royal family.
The episode ends with Feanor leaving to go out on his own at the elven equivalent of 15/16. It's clear the main reason he's leaving is because of his father's new family though.
Episode 5
Finwe is pretty depressed this episode with the absence of Feanor in his life.
Add splashes of Indis's kids childhoods, but mainly focus on Fingolfin.
Show how distant Finwe is to his younger kids compared to Feanor.
Feanor does his apprenticeship under Mahtan and develops a romance with Nerdanel.
Episode ends with Feanor introducing Nerdanel to Finwe and father and son reconciling. Fingolfin is also in the elven of someone in his late teens by the time of Feanor's return.
Episode 6
Feanor & Nerdanel are married by the start of the episode.
Feanor manages to maintain a good relationship with Finwe but gives a cold shoulder to everyone else.
Feanor realizes Fingolfin became popular in Tirion while he was away and feels threatened that by the idea the Noldor might prefer Fingolfin to him. It only adds tension to their relationship that Fingolfin questions him more than he's comfortable with.
Baby Maedhros is born somewhere in the episode and his father name causes quite the stir.
Feanor also makes one (or more) of his well known inventions, not the Silmarills though.
Episode 7
Large timeskip. All of Finwe's children plus Maedhros, Maglor, and Fingon are adults.
The Finwean cousins dynamics are explored with a spotlight being put on Russingon and their Madara/Hashirama type dynamic.
Feanor askes for Galadriel's hair but she says no.
Feanor makes the Silmarils.
Melkor, the agent of chaos, starts convincing Feanor that Fingolfin wants to usurp him.
Feanor threatens Fingolfin.
Episode 8
Feanor gets banished. His sons and Finwe join him.
Melkor comes knocking on Feanor's doors and Feanor realizes Melkor wants the Silmarills and tells him to screw off.
Melkor murders Finwe while Feanor isn't home.
Feanor returns to his house to find his father's dead body.

okay, here's my rubric:
-no shouting. Arguments are fine as long as they stay quiet.
-I need at least one person who can read a map and/or navigate in a meaningful way
-No bitching about stopping for bathroom breaks or pulling over at a state park to stretch our legs
-at least one person who's willing to help me change my car tire if needed. They don't need to know how, just be willing to get sweaty and dirty without too much griping.
Shouting disqualifies both Finwian family groups, and of the two remaining... I'm taking the Iathrim. Beleg and Mablung get to take turns navigating in shotgun, and I also trust both of them with a tire emergency. Luthien and Daeron take turns sitting in the middle. All four have to teach me to be better at bird identification in repayment.
none of them can drive so they're just in the back of your honda civic trying to give you directions and asking you to change the radio station.
tell me in the tags who you're making sit middle seat and who gets shotgun.

i want to know what happened to thingol's parents. clearly they were alive at the beginning of the great journey since elmo was born during it, but if i have my timeline straight, by the time thingol vanishes for years in nan elmoth, he's become one of the principal leaders of the teleri. does that mean his parents died sometime between those events? was full kingship and responsibility suddenly thrust on thingol with their demise? or was he already in that position even while they were still alive? we can extrapolate that he indubitably had a role of considerable influence and respect even before his parents' deaths, since he along with ingwe and finwe are the ones chosen to act as ambassadors for the valar -- which would have happened during a time when his parents were definitively still alive. on top of all that, when do they die? definitely by the time doriath is established thingol does not in the least seem to be someone whose mother and father are still living. hmmmm

Hi! Please do Galadriel/Melian, Daeron/Maglor and Finwe/Thingol (and/or the 4-we) for the ship opinion!
Daeron/Maglor
I enjoy them. Admittedly I don't think about Maglor a lot but I love Daeron and I think they're just kinda a hilarious but compelling ship. Like, they have such strangely similar fates, minstrels who are never seen again. I think it would be interesting if Maglor saw Feanor in Daeron (an inventor, a linguist) and Daeron saw himself in Maglor.... and they both were into that.
Galadriel/Melian
This is canon. To me. This is one of my favourite dynamics of all time just because there's so many ways it could go. Creepy. Soft. Angsty. All of the above.
Melian could (and should!) be kinda creepy and strange. Galadriel could be eager and a little sheltered and bold. The impact Melian has on her... Galadriel is cosplaying her in Lothlorien thousands of years later.
Finwe/Thingol
Listen. It's got it all: sweet romantic times in pre-Valinor, the angst of Finwe finding out Elwe is missing, of leaving without ever knowing what happened to him. Finwe moving on with his life only to lose ANOTHER partner to an Unusual Fate. Both of them having Special Important kids (Lu and Fea).
It just makes the whole Silmarillion even juicier. Those Noldor that Thingol doesn't like all that much? His ex's kids and grandkids. OOF.
4-we is like the upgraded version. I cannot even imagine what must have been going through Ingwe's mind.... oh I bet it would be delicious
Plus you can add the wives and get like, what, 9-we? Or Indis can have all the wives.

Finwe, Ingwe, Olwe, and Elwe (The -We’s) are all emotionally stunted and have untreated PTSD.
Seriously though, most of their subjects don’t realize it because they were born in valinor/the girdle, while the -we’s were born before the valar discovered the elves.
Let me tell you what indicates that the -we’s are emotionally stunted.
In the girdle/valinor, the elves were safe for the first time in existence. And this safety allowed them to focus on fostering positive and emotionally healthy relationships with one another because they no longer needed to fear death around every corner. For once, whole families could grow together with no chance of a member being killed due to the darkness. The elves even had time to foster skills and explore at their leisure, instead of being solely focused on “survive, survive, survive”.
All in all, this means that those who were born/grew up in valinor/the girdle were the first elves with the chance to grow up emotionally healthy, with proper communication and relationship skills. Because they actually have the time and energy needed to learn these skills.
The -we’s (finwe, ingwe, olwe, and elwe) however, were born and grew up during a time where they were in constant survive mode, fight or flight. Their priority was living to see another day, and they likely were surrounded by constant death/disappearances of their family members/people they cared about. AND while the elves may have spawned in cuvinan fully grown, they still have absolutely no life experience then, nor did they magically know how society and their fellow elves worked.
They essentially had the cognative function of an adult, yet were as dumb as babies, because they didn’t just immediatly know everything. They had to figure everything out. Like cave men, kinda. So yeah, these first elves are absolutely useless when it comes to being emotionally healthy and well developed. It wasn’t until they were safe (in the girdle/valinor) that they really started to develop society as a whole, with kings and queens and governments, etc. Before that, they had a loose-ish leadership going on. Heck, the -we’s only really became the leader bc they were the first to follow the valar.
Now, you’re probably wondering “well what about the other elves that went on the great journey? Are they emotionally stunted to?” Probably to some extent, but the -we’s are by far the worst. And the reason is because they are the kings (I guess Miriel probably also falls in this category).
No one’s going to go up to the leader of a nation and say “hey, you need therapy”. That and the pressure of being perfect leaders means that they never got the chance to really become emotionally healthy and be able to form healthy relationships with their family, because they couldn’t admit that they weren’t perfectly mentally healthy in the first place.
Now, why is it important that finwe, ingwe, olwe, and elwe are emotionally stunted? What affect does it have on the story/silmarillion? Well-
*points at Miriel breaking down and fading*
*points at finwe’s crap handling of his family*
*points at elwe’s crap handling of his family/people* *in all honesty, his refusal to make peace with the noldor might be a result of his pre-valar’s arrival all-or-nothing survival drive* (don’t get me wrong, I still think he was dumb for some acts, but somethings I understand)
*idk a lot about olwe or ingwe, but olwe’s fear of returning to the pre-great journey days would explain his refusal to allow feanor the boats*
So I guess what I’m saying is that finwe, ingwe, olwe, and elwe (and Miriel) are emotionally stunted and have untreated ptsd from the days before the valar arrived, and no one’s forcing them to go to therapy bc 1. They’re kings and 2. Most elves (especially those born in valinor/the girdle) probably don’t even realize they have it, and it resulted in a lot of problems.
Side note: this either means that the silvans/avari/cirdan’s people are either the most emotionally healthy as a whole OR the most emotionally stunted. For the sake of my feral silvan au, I’m going with stunted, yet acutely aware of other elves’ emotional needs.

Ooooh boy I have opinions. Here we go. (Buckle up, it's gonna be a long one).
First of all, lots of excellent choices here, I was mostly torn between Ingwe, Olwe, Turgon and Dior.
Now, pretty much anyone here has made mistakes at some point or another (except maedhros he's perfect in every way ❤) and while I consider those four to be the worst kings here for different reasons, I ultimately went with Ingwe for the simple reason that he calls himself king of ALL elves which is ...laughable at best. It's like Thingol calling himself king of Beleriand, or Manwe calling himself king of all Arda...hmm, I'm noticing a pattern here 🤔 (Smart choice not to include Thingol OR Manwe in this poll btw 🤣)
To quote my favourite guy “A king is he that can hold his own or else his title is vain.”
So I picked Ingwe just for that, although others on this list are pretty strong contenders and have more severe fuck-ups than him.
I'm not so hard on Dior here despite him being an abject failure as king only due to his age and the fact that he didn't exactly have the best role models, at least in terms of ruling and responsibility , so he was bound to be utter idiot I think.
As for Turgon, do we even count him as a high king of the noldor or just the king of Gondolin? I'm not sure if he was ever a high king at all, seeing that he was too busy hiding under his rock to claim any authority over the noldor. I think the kingship passed straight to Gil Galad but I could be wrong. Was he ever referred to as the high king in the text? If so, an abject failure, desperately needs a reality check in the form of a steel chair in the face along with the others I mentioned, might be worst that Ingwe in that case actually, because unlike Ingwe he was right there, not an ocean away and chose to fuck off into the mountains and abandon everyone anyway.
If we're only counting him as the king of Gondolin then....good enough ig? Towards only the Gondolindrim and absolutely no one else ever, but in that case everyone else wouldn't have been his responsibility anyway so...Not great, but not as terrible as he could have been. He's made some serious mistakes and he did fuck up massively at the end but at least he kept his people fed and safe for some time, so there's that. Personally I would hate to live in Gondolin but hey that's just me, if the Gondolindrim were happy more power to them.
Olwe... what @dfwbwfbbwfbwf said basically. I would only add that his speech to Feanor made me want to smack him through the page, he was so condescending and stand-offish for no reason to the grieving son of his supposed friend? His friend that was just murdered...wtf Olwe? Would it kill you to show some sympathy?!? Actually it might, for this was also the elf who, when the Trees died and Finwe was dead and Morgoth was on the loose and the Valar were useless and everyone was in a panic he just went...."Trees? What Trees? Not my problem, we prefer ✨ starlight ✨ here anyway, so we'll be just fine, and that's all that matters really 😄. My thoughts and prayers to you guys though 🙏" And I'll never stop screaming about how he wasn't even willing to ferry them OR EVEN TEACH THEM how to build their own boats, what an asshole. "Friend"...yeah right. Friend my ass.
Finwe and Fingolfin made mistakes, sure, but they're nowhere near as bad as some of the others here, so not much to say about them. Fingolfin's mistakes were for the most part before he became a king, so he gets a pass here. Finwe made many mistakes as a king, even more as a father but ultimately not as bad as everyone else here I think.
Feanor, my sweet darling boy...I'll be the first to admit he wasn't the greatest king, BUT I want it acknowledged that he came into kingship under terrible circumstances in what was an unprecedented and quite frankly unwinnable situation and had to figure out how to wage war on a literal deity while the other deities were looking away and tutting (and cursing him and his people 👀), AND had to figure out a way to get his people off the continent quickly while having his brother undermining him AND having to deal with his own immense grief on top of all that. My guy was in an impossible situation where he encountered obstacle after obstacle and considering all that, I don't think he was that bad at all actually. Not a king that was prepared for wartime certainly, not the right leader for that situation (or in the frame of mind that he was in at the time) but not a bad king by a long shot.
Also, I'd like to point out something that really bothers me. I keep seeing other people's actions or even the unintended consequences of someone's actions being attributed to Feanor as a way to paint him in a worse light, chief of which is that he supposedly made/forced his sons to take the oath which is...not canon? "Then Feanor swore a terrible oath. His seven sons leapt straightway to his side and took the selfsame vow together" How is this wording indicate that they were forced in any way? If anything it's the opposite of that. I'm not going to rant about the oath here, and if that someone's headcanon whatever, you do you, but please remember that not only it's not canon, it's contradicted by canon. I'm only saying that because I keep seeing people earnestly arguing that Feanor was a controlling, overbearing father who took his poor sons away from their mother and forced them to swear a terrible oath that destroyed their lives and like....where are you people getting that from???
Anyway, back to the point of the post. (I'm almost done, I promise)
As for Thranduil, I just want to say that this is complete slander, Thranduil was never a greedy, isolationist, discount Thingol, that was an invention for the movie (because they needed an antagonist to bully the heroic dwarves 🙄), he was a badass who withstood an evil spider infestation (very brave) while having to deal with Sauron squatting in his backyard for centuries AND did all that without a Girdle (suck it Thingol) but he was also just a chill guy who wore berries in his hair, who raised a goofy ass kid, who had good relationship with his neighbours and immediately came to their aid when the dragon attacked. He also thought that Bilbo was just adorable, so you know...very relatable king.
Because Thingol wins by default:
Propaganda/Who's Who
Elu Thingol, King of Doriath Didn’t even need to be involved with the Silmarils, but nooooo. Claimed to be king of all Bereriand, despite hiding behind the Girdle. Managed to be racist toward Dwarves, Men, and other Elves simultaneously. Banned an entire language out of spite. Didn’t listen to his wife or daughter, even though they were both more powerful and wiser than him. Imprisoned his daughter and tried to get her boyfriend killed. Got chopped up by Dwarves over jewelry and honestly? He had it coming. SIR NOT APPEARING IN THIS POLL.
Finwë, King of the Noldor Handled his remarriage poorly and played favorites. Arguably the reason Fëanor is Like That. Hiding in Mandos so nobody can ask him uncomfortable questions.
Fëanor, King of the Noldor Pick your battles. Pick- pick fewer battles than that. Put some of battles back. Stabbed people over boats, then ditched his siblings in the parking lot to deal with the authorities. Got his sons to swear a binding Oath with him, then died immediately. On the other hand, he is very charismatic.
Fingolfin, King of the Noldor Schemed against his brother because he thought he would be a better king. He was RIGHT, but it wasn’t a good look.
Ingwë, High King of the Elves Everyone forgets he’s High King of the Elves. High King of doing NOTHING.
Maedhros, Lord of Himring Listen. Listen. I know he was involved in multiple kinslayings. But have you considered that I love him.
Olwë, King of the Falmari Stood between the Noldor and the exit. In hindsight, a bad choice. Probably should have agreed to Uber, dude.
Turgon, King of the Noldor & Gondolin Stop hiding under a rock and help out, you utter failson. He did build Gondolin though. In hindsight, not sure that’s actually a positive.
Dior Eluchíl, King of Doriath Unfortunately, it turns out that being hot does not exempt you from Consequences.
Thranduil, King of the Silvan Elves Racist isolationist with a tendency to project his own flaws on everyone else. Somehow managed to learn only wrong things from Thingol’s example. Bad host, too.
