On subject of my AU of Bruce, he’s the same character from Finding Nemo, but in the Monsters Universe. A monster who as a former scarer, yearned to be in touch with the ocean. The pressure of being ‘great’, despite his appearance and potential, never truely stood in Bruce’s heart.

After the monumental effort that was my last bind, I wanted to de-stress and do something less fiddly or time-consuming. Luckily, I have been eyeing a certain fic from the bowels of Disney Kink at LiveJournal from the ye olde time of 2012: Daddy's Little Secret.

It was my introduction to the wild world of kink memes and the premise was a head-turner: a Finding Nemo fic where Bruce the shark is a Sydney biker who is in love with Marlin and wants to be a dad to Nemo. You can't get a wilder non-NSFW introduction to kink memes than that! Perfect for a single-signature bind!

✨ With the help & inspiration from @deathanilerhellsking , old mate Brucey has been graced as a monster in the same world with Mike and Sulley & with the original addition of Ryan and Jonah ! ✨

Beast Bruce has the same laidback, roughhouse charm and jokester personality as his Great white counterpart part in down under 🇦🇺✨

- His former occupation was scarer at MI, but ultimately, he and his mate’s, Chum and Anchor, found their home away from home at Fear Co where a proud Johnny saw right at Bruce’s mammoth contribution to the company!

Bruce does have old acquaintances at MI and now and then pays a visit to his old stomping grounds, while also giving some sarcastic scolds to the cooperations use of ‘laugh’ power. 🃏

Bruce catches on about Pete’s particular bond with a HUMAN child, and with fresh knowledge of this particular boy’s love for monsters, Bruce doesn’t pass the opportunity to - ‘introduce’ himself to the young morsel- I mean, lad. 😅

At some point Steph decides that Damian needs to watch the entirety of the Pixar films because maybe it'll help him with his public facing "I'm just a mostly normal child" persona. Bruce watches with him because "family bonding time is important"

When they watch Finding Nemo, someone comments that Bruce is totally Marlin but before he loosens up. This is very distressing for poor Brucie who didn't think he was *that* overprotective.

He ends up asking Selina if he's Marlin - she did not know about them watching the movie and doesn't know the context but she can tell this is really getting to him, soooo she says he's definitely Marlin, because Selina Kyle is a total punk
