Star Sapphire Jason is so real but also I'm imagining a scenario where he happens to run into one and they just stop dead in their tracks, stare at him in silence for a minute, and then start calling for reinforcements. Every new Sapphire that shows up does the exact same thing and they all huddle and whisper and after the sixth one Jason finally asks them what the fucking problem is.
And then Carol has to explain in the simplest possible terms that there's enough love in his heart to stitch the whole universe back together but he's so sad and so much of that love has rotted into grief. Luckily, it's possible to heal! They just have to mend Jason's previous relationships.
...all of his previous relationships are dead or bad for him.
Well they could always find more! Being Red Hood doesn't allow him to connect with civilians in a meaningful way and most of the hero community dislikes him.
The girls are really running out of hope, but they scavenge the archives and- ah ha! There's a handy third option. Jason just needs to mend his relationship to himself, the Sapphires can be all the support system he needs.
Doesn't look like that's gonna happen on earth though, so naturally their next course of action is to bring him back to Zamaron. Whether he likes it or not. It's NOT kidnapping if it's for his own good! And they'll maintain that no matter who comes knocking at their door to get him back.

i think a month long vacation in washington would fix me
#i havent been in over a decade and its the only place ive ever felt at home#i know its basically a stereotype that furries move to seattle but ive been going there since i was a small child nearly every summer#while growing up and i have such a deep appreciation for the land and the mountains and water there#the weather#there's a hole in my chest in the shape of an ice cold drink from the cafe my mom works at#there's another in the shape of those cool nights with the window open#watching the ferry cross the sound while you take in the sea breeze#i miss it so much i cry whenever i think about it#i left something behind when i got on that plane back to chicago when i was 16 and i need it back

had a bad dream : )
#some of my teeth fell out#but mainly i was kidnapped in some facility with a group of others and we were shown two identical men#one who already had his leg broken and then one who we watched get his leg broken#and i kinda knew it was going to be a situation where as a group we would pick who survived#and we ourselves would be picked off#and i knew i wouldnt make it passed that part so instead of doing the skill testing stuff i kept trying to either escape or cry abt dying#i did tell the identical guy who previously broke his leg because i thought we were both doomed but also cause he seemed older#and maybe hed survived this already?#anyway i asked to bone one time before i died and he said no and i was like yeah thats fair we just met and im missing teeth#oh also at one point we were ferried between sites and the whole time i spitting out jewelry chains#so i threw them out the window of the bus in hopes someone would find them and thered be some evidence i was taken#it was very unsettling

i should draw the places i see in my dreams.
#they're so fucking cool#theyd all make great digital paintings#ok well. most of them. they all look cool imo but not all would be great art pieces.#however they WOULD be great for practice with 3D objects and spaces and perspective#like. no one wants to see the abandoned mall that my dreamself and his friends broke into the other night.#bc it was just a 2 or 3 story center of a mall with no stores or anything. it was just all brown and dusty.#HOWEVER. the pier with the ferris wheel and rides and stores in the middle of a dried up and cracked lake? THAT would be a good piece.#the ocean with those oil pump things in every direction only about a mile apart from each other being seen from a plane window?#depressing but still a good idea!!!#the theme park meant to resemble sea world but it looked like it was on the shores of seattle and was all gross and shit? also good!#...now that i think about it. why is the ocean so fucked up in my dreams. thats sad. i dont like that.
