If you are like my family who dont eat tg at a diner table, have bags in your room and put any food given in there so you wont have to say im not hungry which will raise suspicion (throw it out when u take out the trash and dont have it for too long 1 week max or else it will start to smell)
When trying to workout in secret, place a blanket over a yoga mat to soften any sounds of hitting the ground, also having the fan on could blend out ur breathing (the yoga mat is for grip so u dont slip from the blanket)
Stay cold <3 ur body will burn more calories trying to warm u up
Distract urself from eating pass time by doing literally anything, except eating ofc 😇
“Wake up late” even if u dont wake up late pretend that u do so u can go half the day w/o anyone nagging u to eat
Don't be rude. Ik it might b a little hard but ppl typically associate bad attitude w hunger
If u can, lock ur door at night when u go to sleep so u can workout w/o anyone walking in on u (relates to 5, u can workout during the time ur “still sleeping”)
Look at thinspo
Have rewards for everytime u reach one of ur goal weights. Ex. Once u reach __ , ull get new clothes or if u dont have money u could do something involving self care like home manicure/pedicure
Take photos of what you dont like about urself and everytime u think abt eating, look at it
