What is the Average Weight Loss on ProLon?
Fasting has been around for thousands of years, but it has recently become increasingly popular as it can provide essential health benefits and aid in weight loss. ProLon, in particular, is a scientifically designed 5-day, plant-based, meal-based program that promotes metabolic health and weight loss. Developed by Valter Longo, a professor at the University of Southern California, ProLon can help support fasting's health and longevity benefits.
What is ProLon? Let's delve into this dietary program and see how it can help you lose weight.
What is ProLon?
ProLon is a 5-day, plant-based diet program designed by Doctor Valter Longo. It is based on "Fasting Mimicking Diet" and "Meal Rejuvenation." Fasting Mimicking Diet is designed to meet human dietary requirements while limiting calories to as low as 500 per day. It was an alternative to traditional fasting to help the body naturally heal and regenerate.
The diet includes pre-packed food items like soups, snacks, and bars, providing the body with all the nutrition needed for the five days. This includes macronutrients, vitamins and minerals, antioxidants, proteins, fiber, and healthy fats. The foods are also free from artificial colors and preservatives, contain no added sugar, and are low in sodium.
Additionally, the foods are designed to be tasty and enjoyable, making it easier to stick with the diet. Ingredients include organic olives, nuts, soups, and bars. It also consists of a beauty and body care product kit that provides dietary support and promotes deep beauty and cellular rejuvenation.
Can You Lose Weight With ProLon?
It has been scientifically tested and clinically proven that ProLon does indeed help promote weight loss. The 5-day program has been documented to result in an average weight loss of 3.5 pounds. However, it is essential to note that this is not a long-term weight loss solution, and results may vary depending on the individual.
Although weight loss is a crucial benefit, the main focus of ProLon is on metabolic health and cellular rejuvenation. It helps people promote healthy eating habits, enjoy delicious meals without restriction, and support their body's natural cleansing and metabolic balance.
What Are the Side Effects of ProLon Fast?
Most people experience several common side effects while on the ProLon diet. These side effects include hunger, fatigue, muscle aches, mood swings, and decreased energy levels. Although these symptoms can be uncomfortable, they typically do not last long and do not cause any severe health issues.
Additionally, it is essential to note that ProLon is not meant to be used as a diet for long-term weight loss. It is designed for short-term weight loss and should not be used as a regular diet plan.
Can I Eat Anything While Doing ProLon?
No, you cannot eat anything while on the ProLon diet. Although the meals provided in the kit are satisfying and delicious, consuming any food outside of the ProLon meals may interfere with the program, thus making it less effective.
It is also important to note that the ProLon diet should not replace an existing balanced diet and should not be relied upon as a long-term dietary solution.
Conclusion
ProLon is a scientifically-designed 5-day plant-based meal program to promote weight loss and metabolic health. It is clinically proven to help people lose an average of 3.5 pounds and provides an enjoyable experience with tasty meals and other benefits.
However, it is essential to remember that ProLon is not a long-term diet solution and should not replace a balanced diet. Additionally, it is necessary to be aware of the various side effects and to pay attention to your body's reaction while on this program.
By keeping all of this in mind, ProLon can be an effective way to jump-start weight loss and may be beneficial in promoting overall health and well-being.

Petlike Dramillion (httyd) please and thank you? I love these goofy little fellas. Preferable with one that is well trained, kinda like toothless is
I ended up making this a general concept as I did not see the specific while writing it on Docs, I hope you still like it! I haven't actually seen this dragon in action yet so I read the wiki like usual! I can try a more docile and trained Dramillion in the future I guess.
Yandere! Dramillion(s) Concept
Pairing: Pet/Animal-like
Possible Trigger Warnings: Gender-Neutral Darling, Obsession, Overprotective dragon(s), Clingy behavior, Kidnapping, Possessive behavior, Forced companionship.
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/48139ac3edd23ccb60bc02ed6a33ee42/fa8935a8cfec3ca4-18/s540x810/efc09729d254de2db77efba4e2702374e8b55321.jpg)
Dramillions are dangerous dragons, especially since they can mimic dragon fire types.
Dramillions are typically pack dragons, too.
These dragons are highly intelligent and social, making them strategic during hunts.
Although, an interesting trait of these dragons is their loyalty.
If they like an individual, usually a pack member, they will protect them at all costs.
They have incredible memory, allowing them to prevent attacks and probably remember the one they are most attached to.
These dragons are fast, strong, and agile physically.
When having a Dramillion obsessed over you, there's a good chance you may win the favor of the whole pack if not just a few individuals.
Another thing is these dragons are aggressive and territorial in order to defend their packs.
That's some info about the dragon I pulled from the wiki and interpreted into the concept.
These dragons are easy to train and can be protective of a rider they adore due to their social nature.
You'll most likely have at least two or three Dramillions attached to you when it comes to their behavior.
But at first… it starts with just one.
Dramillions can trust a human if the human shows they mean no harm and touch them on the nose.
These dragons act as raptors in a way, although are often compared to parrots.
As they like to mimic, even if they probably didn't actually do this, I can see a Dramillion playfully mimicking their human.
Honestly, befriending a Dramillion seems harmless at first.
Maybe you helped them from Dragon Hunters or gave them food.
Either way, you just think you've helped it and don't expect anything from it.
Maybe you could ride them someday… or maybe not at all.
Your thoughts change when the Dramillion you helped brings back food as a gift.
They often look for spots you frequent due to their intelligence before sitting by them
When you do see the Dramillion face to face again they act very friendly and respect you.
You find it nice, they're great dragons.
Then… another one appears alongside the one you befriended, this one a different color.
It's a Dramillion from the same pack as the one you helped.
You're then introduced to this new Dramillion and given another gift of berries, their favorite food….
You find it odd but try not to think much of it.
Then another day there's three Dramillions waiting patiently for you.
This is what I meant by the fact the pack may grow attached to you.
Dramillions are intelligent and social, the one you helped may remember you and tell their pack about you.
As a result you're considered an ally… and their most trusted human.
Instead of having one dragon, you're given at least three.
The original one you saved often rubs up on you, growling lowly to show that they're happy.
The Dramillion you saved no doubt allows you to ride them, too.
The only way you'd get one Dramillion obsessed with you is if you raised just one from an egg.
Other than that, if they're wild you'll get more.
Since these dragons are territorial, I imagine their pack would either settle around your home or they would drag you somewhere else to be cared for by their pack.
Either situation provides you with protection.
Protection you don't really want-
Dragons don't approach you since a pack of Dramillions quickly huddles close to you.
Expect your diet to be primarily berries as that's what they eat.
Due to being social these dragons may huddle up to you for affection.
You'll be trying to rest only for a Dramillion or two to lay by you and place their heads on you.
It would be hard to escape these dragons as they'll swarm you then drag you back to where they want you.
They'd do anything to protect you, they aren't carnivores but can still be deadly.
The moment a human or dragon approaches you… Dramillions spill into the area with hisses and growls.
Dramillions are great protectors and very social… you'd be tempted to try and befriend them.
However, if you do, then expect more than you bargained for.

without further ado... Sparks Austin recap
I won’t elaborate but the two days of travel to get here were very exhausting and trying. I rolled up to the venue, prepared to maybe sit during some songs and nurse a Diet Coke.
I had never been to Austin before and boy, is it a music oriented city. Not just the venues but the people, the culture. There were multiple fans in Hippo tour shirts, a fully cosplayed Cate Blanchett, and lots of women in beautiful dresses. The Moody Center’s hallway had snapshots of all the cool people that had played there. I love venues with history!
I was worried that the venue set up would be annoying or awkward but I got to my front row seat and I was 4 feet from the stage, just off to the left of Ron’s piano - the perfect view.
The show started... a lot of U.S. venues had audiences who mostly sat and then got up during MTCYDT but the two thirty something hipster dudes behind me stood the whole time so I got to stand and dance :) And a good chunk of the crowd on the left stayed standing too! I was drenched with sweat maybe 4 songs in and it was amazing. All my tiredness and stress melted away as I was loudly singing and dancing.
This crowd was electric, so loud and responsive and to the Latte cuts too! Not just the hits! People were going crazy for TGICIHL in a way that Milwaukee was more subdued about. Russell smiled at me really big early in the show, probably because I knew the words and was loud and enthusiastic. I got a cute SMWS Russell tummy jump video which I will post later.
During Nothing Is As Good As They Say It Is, I obviously knew the way Russell sashayed and waved his arm back and forth during the chorus from other shows and was mimicking him. He locked eyes with me and we did the hand punctuating thing at each other during that TWICE.
I am a “woo”er I will freely admit that and so I am constantly obnoxiously screaming and clapping and just being super loud. So I obviously was screaming my head off when Ron got up for Shopping Mall Of Love. During the second chorus he looked DIRECTLY at me and went “yeah ✊” I will post video later but I was shakinggggggg.
There were lots of loud applause breaks and late-ish in the show (can’t remember when), Ron looked directly at me again and mouthed “thank you”. Like no thank YOUUUUUUUU KING!
I know Russell bounces around a lot on stage, HOWEVER, the way this stage was set up, it was probably a bit harder to get to our side of the stage, but he came over a lot anyway and I have to think it was partially because of me because he seemed to almost be finding excuses to come dance with us even when he was about to have to start singing again 🤗
Eli dancing and feeling the music was so slay I love that short king jfdgkjrfkjg
I’m not sure how or why Russell would ever EVER feel self conscious about his tummy.... I was lucky to get it captured during SMWS... during MTYCTD though he danced over and it was too fast for me to get filmed but I basically was 4 feet from the man and watched his tummy bounce out from under his t-shirt for a good 5-7 seconds... mesmerized is the most polite way to put how I felt in that moment but oh my fucking god 😵💫😵💫😵💫 [redacted] [censored] [an oncoming train whistle obscures what i’m about to say] but suffice it to say [meme voice] I think I hauve covid...
And the open collar and sweat obviously..... yeah.
As I divulged to a few of you and was encouraged by @jefffreybeaumont, the plan was to make a sign that says “YOU’RE MUCH HOTTER THAN THE GALLAGHER BROTHERS” because in interviews they’re always being asked how they don’t fight like the Gallaghers or the Davies. The secret spice was typing it out in Barbie font. I somehow managed to not get it wrinkled in my over 1000 mile 2 day voyage and held it up during the shuffle. I don’t think Russell could read it because he was farther away but during the shuffle I held it up. It was hard to tell Ron’s reaction because I was multitasking but I watched later and sent it to @rhythmthlef and she says his face showed “bemused self effacement” fdkjgkldjsfkg.
Something I’d stupidly personally worried about for ages was that Ron and Russell didn’t care about the U.S. as much - the U.K. has always embraced them and I’d worried that they didn’t think of these shows as special or meaningful because radio stations here don’t give them the time of day and they don’t always sell out. Since Chicago, I don’t worry about that anymore. Their faces shine with excitement, pride, and pure joy at EVERY SHOW. They’ve gotten more fans since TSB and opportunities that they wouldn’t have gotten ten years ago, even in the U.S. I mean, NPR Tiny Desk! Wow. Russell was emphasizing that the feelings of the shows “don’t go away when we go to the next city” and I could tell that he really meant it.
Eli came out for the encore in the bucket hat and a red Southern style bandana - very cute. The man who took the photo handed Russell his cowboy hat beforehand and Russell says, “Oh yeah, my hat.” He then proceeds to put it on, smirk confidently at the audience, and say, “What’s up, yall? You from these parts?”WHAT IS WRONG W HIMMMMMMMM GFHJDKJGFKLDSJFKDS CALIFORNIA DOOFUS!!! And I fought for my life squeezing into the pic but I’m in there! Right behind the keyboard!
The pic is taken and I know my chance is now. I start screaming for Ron (who was a bit closer to me) but he doesn’t hear me. I then start screaming at the top of my lungs “RUSSELL!!! I HAVE A LETTER!! RUSSELL!!” and after about 7 times he hears and sees me and meanders over and takes the letter and 2 rainbow Sparks logo acrylic pins (the ones I sold to some of yall a couple months ago)! I’m not sure if they’ll wear the pins but I had to try. I do hope they read the letter - they really do mean everything to me. I was unsure that I’d get their attention at all, so I didn’t get the moment I handed it on film, but I do have a video of Russell holding and then glancing down at the letter. They were leaving the stage and Russell stopped to hold hands with multiple people on his way offstage.
I stood there for a minute, very emotional, then made my way out. As I left, a security guard off to the side went “Hey, you sang all night man, that was great.” and I just replied “They’re my favorite band, you’ve gotta be passionate, y’know, thanks!” Even non fans know I’m a real one kgcjkgjfdkjgfd.
My Lyft driver was super sweet and chatty and I rode back to my hotel feeling like I was floating on a cloud.
Random sidenotes: A) They cut “Toughest Girl In Town” which I didn’t realize til later - I’m sure they’re getting tired near the end of the tour B) Eli is truly such a talented guitarist? He slayed the Bon Voyage solo. He was right in front of me so I really got to see him shine (in my brief moments not zeroed in on Ron and Russell) but obviously the whole band is amazing C) I sent Alissa snaps of me during Beaver O’Lindy and they said “You’re almost singing louder than Russell is” kdgfjkdjkg D) This was the one time I didn’t cry during It Doesn’t Have To Be That Way because I was sweating so much that [Lucille Bluth voice] I couldn’t spare the moisture E) I will share a few videos but I swear my singing is horrendous and embarrassing so just the key moments jfdgjfi F) I used almost 10GB of memory on photos and videos...
The plan is to get a Sparks tattoo within the year. I’ve gotta do it. They are so special to me. I’ve been into bands before and I don’t regret any of it but this feels different and special. This truly feels like where I belong as a fan and a person and as someone who has always felt strange and awkward and out of place. But there’s one place and one song and that’s Sparks.
SparksTour forever ✨

Fast Lean Pro: Unveiling the Claims Behind the Hype
Fast Lean Pro enters the weight loss ring with a bold promise: mimicking the effects of intermittent fasting without the inconvenience of skipping meals. Sounds like a dream come true, doesn't it? But before you reach for your wallet, let's delve a little deeper and see if this supplement lives up to its claims.
The Allure of Fasting, Without the Fast:
Fast Lean Pro positions itself as unique because it supposedly triggers the body's fasting mechanisms even when you continue eating normally. This is achieved by, they claim, tricking your brain into thinking it's in a fasted state. This, in turn, supposedly compels fat cells to release and eliminate stored fat, ultimately leading to self-destruction.
Tempting as it sounds, there are a few reasons to be cautious:
Where's the Science?: The notion of mimicking a fasted state without actual fasting is a significant claim. Scientific evidence to support this specific mechanism for Fast Lean Pro is currently lacking.
**Beyond Reality: **The claims regarding cellular regeneration are a vast oversimplification of human biology. While our bodies do undergo some natural cell renewal, the idea of a supplement replacing all "old" cells with "new" ones is simply not supported by science.
The Anti-Ageing Allure: Fact or Fiction?
Fast Lean Pro goes beyond weight loss, venturing into the territory of anti-ageing. They claim it not only burns fat but also replaces old cells with new ones, promoting a youthful appearance. This bold statement raises further concerns:
Cosmetic Comparisons: The comparison to cosmetic procedures like hyaluronic acid injections and Botox is misleading. These procedures target specific concerns, while Fast Lean Pro's claims are broad and lack specifics regarding how it achieves such drastic anti-ageing effects.
A Look at Proven Alternatives:
While the idea of effortless weight loss and a youthful appearance is certainly enticing, a safe and sustainable approach is generally recommended. Here are some alternatives to consider:
Dietary Changes: Making adjustments to your diet, such as reducing calorie intake and focusing on whole foods, can be a significant step towards weight loss.
Exercise: Regular physical activity is a cornerstone of a healthy lifestyle. It can boost metabolism and promote weight loss in a natural way.
Professional Guidance: Consulting a doctor, registered dietitian, or qualified nutritionist can help you create a personalized plan for safe and effective weight loss that considers your individual needs and health history.
The Final Verdict: Buyer Beware
Fast Lean Pro's claims lack strong scientific backing and appear to rely heavily on marketing jargon. There's currently no magic bullet for weight loss, and effortless solutions often come with a hefty price tag (both financially and potentially for your health).
Here's what to keep in mind:
Independent Reviews: I wasn't able to find independent reviews to verify the claims made by Fast Lean Pro. This lack of independent verification raises a red flag.
Focus on Healthy Habits: Prioritizing healthy habits like a balanced diet and regular exercise is a more sustainable approach to weight loss and overall well-being.
Consult a Professional: If you're serious about weight loss, consider seeking guidance from a qualified healthcare professional who can develop a safe and personalized plan for you.
Remember, achieving lasting weight loss and a youthful appearance requires dedication and a commitment to healthy living. Don't be swayed by flashy marketing claims; focus on building a healthy lifestyle that you can maintain in the long run.

Multituberculate Earth: Djadochtatheroidea: The Children of the Desert
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/32fd4a0c9e8759b1a03e035d916eafe4/d402f1df1a5eb2d4-c5/s540x810/3a401b84832e494ef174b7f171400bdff1d04979.jpg)
Djadochtatherioidea (also spelled Djadochtatheroidea or Djadochatheroida in publications because an already complicated name needs a more labyrinthine approach obviously) is probably the second best understood multituberculate clade due to the amount of complete skeletons. These animals evolved in the Cretaceous of Asia and were in fact the dominant multituberculates in the continent, to the point the only unambiguous non-djadochtatheroidean allothere from the Late Cretaceous of Asia are the taeniolabidoids Erythrobaatar and Yubaatar. They occupied a myriad of ecological niches from the predatory Kryptobaatar to the herbivorous Catopsbaatar, though they all seem to share adaptations for jerboa-like hopping and digging.
Traditionally, it is thought that djadochtatheroideans met their end in the KT event, since they are conspicuously absent from the Asian Paleocene. However, recently two Paleocene groups, Eucosmodontidae and Boffiidae, have been recovered as nested within this group; similarities have been noted between at least the former and classical Asian taxa for years now so it doesn’t come out of nowhere and I’m inclined to believe it. Both groups are still conspicuously absent from Asia, where lambdopsalid taeniolabidoids dominate, so either the Asian species became extinct in the KT event or were quickly displaced by the lambdopsalids. Considering these animals evolved in desert environments, its clear that the wetter forest world of the Paleocene didn’t do them many wonders.
Both eucosmodontids and boffiids continue the trend of djadochateroidean diversity, the former tending towards carnivory with seed side dishes and the latter being a large herbivore, one of the largest mammals of the Belgian Paleocene. In our timeline they actually endured for quite a bit until the PETM, and in this one this is no different at all, the main difference being that they survived this event, having a higher diversity as placentals declined.
Eucosmodontidae
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/f7c36fc37ca512a833d1ac92971217cc/d402f1df1a5eb2d4-80/s540x810/4d1534e1d517f3c1288eb47f1a4a3640dbd60e55.webp)
Khusuurbaatarelegans by Dave García.One of various flying euscosmodontid lineages, this one lasted across the Eocene, with fossils found in Asia, Europe, North America, Australia and Antarctica. It was a genus of fast aerial insectivores, this species being the largest known with a wingspan of 60 centimeters.
Relatively basal members of Djadochtatheroidea, eucosmodontids possess large plagiaulacoids, apt for their primarily carnivorous diets with occasional granivory and frugivory. Across the Paleocene and Eocene they mostly diversified as small sized carnivores and omnivores, occupying niches similar to those of muroid rodents, tarsiers and cats, with some otter and desman-like swimmers. Like their Cretaceous relatives they are well adapted to hopping, and larger species resemble carnivorous kangaroos that act like dogs, hopping after prey for long distances. Also like their Cretaceous ancestors (and most multituberculates for that matter) they possess tarsal spurs, though they are rarely venomous as they use that energy and resources for hopping.
Myypbaatar eocursor, a civet or cat like eucosmodontid from the Eocene of Mongolia. Like many of its peers it was a predator, but also an opportunist fruit and seed-eater. By Dave Garcia.
In terms of predatory niches, eucosmodontids carefully remained in the background as other clades like ptilodontoideans and microcosmodontids duked it out. This lasted until the Miocene, when a combination of expanding grasslands and the decline of other multituberculate predators allowed them to sky rocket both as mouse analogues and as carnivoran analogues, mimicking the ecological radiation of those clades in our timeline.
And they were quick to turn to another ecological goldmine: the skies. And in this a group of mostly unassuming hoppers produced some of the most spectacular mammals of this timeline.
Hopping animals, eucosmodontids were prime material for developing powered flight. Most species were only semi arboreal, but in the rainforest world of the Eocene it paid off to be able to use both resources on the trees and the ground. Hopping offered the begins of a flight stroke in the extension of the forelimbs before landing, and as the animals developed various airfoils different wing types evolved. Some like Plummobaatar developed “feathered” wings similar to those of pteroectypodids, while others like Khusuurbaatar developed flying squirrel-like styliform bones on the wrist, that quickly elongated to form a pterosaur-like wing. Others still just developed bat-like wings.
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/405a59a2f27860ffa555f3cc9f5542d9/d402f1df1a5eb2d4-68/s540x810/b3b8a1539f86725ee3952d8c69fb8b4c8830c0ba.jpg)
This innovation proved quite useful. Like all flying mammals and pterosaurs, acamapichtliids launch quadrupedally, vaulting using the forelimbs. The backwards-pressing styliform bone adds more power, acting like a spring; likely an ossification of the triceps tendon, it is pulled backwards by the humerus muscles, and against the ulna by wrist tendons. As such it is suffused by tendons inside and out, extending or flexing the bone, preventing it from breaking by distributing pressure and adding additional energy as they move. Combined with the respiratory benefits of the epipubic bones (to which are attached muscle systems responsible for lung ventilation), this allowed acamapichtliid flight to be energy efficient, and they quickly attained massive sizes.
Already by the Rupelian/Chattian boundary these animals attained wingspans of 7 meters, comparable to those of the largest flying birds and contemporary insulonycteriids and surpassed only by the long gone azhdachid pterosaurs; this might represent the current size limit as the wing length is limited due to the styliform folding against the lower arm when in disuse, though derived species are getting around this problem by developing bent wing tips, digitigrade forelimbs and a more flexible yet strong styliform with various ossified tissue and tendon arrangements, all allowing for a potentially longer wing with top-tier folding.
Still, the low aspect ratios are mostly favoured by inland soarers, which is exactly what these animals specialised as. Occupying a niche similar to those of azhdarchid pterosaurs, they stalk their prey in the ground, though their tends to be proportionally larger since all terrestrial mammalian carnivores above 30 kg need to subsist on prey about the same size or larger. This is mostly not a problem the smaller members of this group with wingspans from 2-4 meters, which tend to be under 30 kg, but for the titans they are the first great raptorial flyers, competing both with birds of prey and insulonycteriids as well as terrestrial carnivores like microcosmodontids, ptilodontoideans and flightless eucosmodontids. On island ecosystems acamapichtliids can very well be the apex predators, though even here they retain the ability to fly.
Besides the styliform, acamapichtliids have collagen membranes fibers to keep their wings from fluttering, similar to pterosaur aktinofibrils; these fibers also further help disperse stress and strengthen the styliform when launching. Their uropatagium is supported by a modified calcar-like tarsal spur but it is otherwise small, the long tail being free from it. It is instead used as a display device, for these animals are rather social, gathering in massive flocks when not hunting.
Unlike most djadochtatheroideans, which have fast breeding cycles, acamapichtliids are K strategists. At birth the young can already walk and run, but like all flying mammals they can only take to their air when they’re close to adult size and the young are rather small in proportion to the mother in order to save weight (i.e. a species with a seven meter wingspan produces a pup the size of a domestic cat). This leaves them at least one year on the ground, so to lessen vulnerability most species form creches like those of flamingos, even located in less hospitable environments like salt flats to deter predators. Both parents take care of the young, males capable of producing milk much like in some bats. Even after growing large enough to fly the young may stay in the vicinity of the family group, with males being the most likely to leave.
Flightless eucosmodontids are mostly retricted to the northern continents, but both acamapichtliids and some Eocene flyers have managed to reach as far south as Antartica. In the southern continents they frequently meet their distant relatives, the boffiids.
Tauutus peon, a derived bipedal boffiid from the Late Oligocene of Africa. These animals tended towards fast running herbivorous niches, and eventually graduated from kangaroo-like hopping to theropod-like running. By Dave García.
More derived and related to forms like Catopsbaatar, boffiids debuted as the large herbivore Boffius splendidus and indeed most members of this group are herbivorous, even losing the plagiaulacoid. They seem to have been displaced from Asia by lambdopsalids in both timelines, and in this one they kept diversifying in Europe’s Eocene, where they produced a myriad of hopping herbivores, some as large as a red kangaroo.
Messelboffius atraxa, a red-kangaroo sized hopper from the Eocene of Europe. By Dr Spooky.
The Grand Coupure led to the end of these forest-dwelling hoppers in Europe, but a lineage managed to raft its way to Afro-Arabia during the mid-Eocene. Here they diversified, there being not only no other djadochtatheroideans besides them but also no other fast-running small herbivores and omnivores, galulatheriids being specialised herbivores, kogaionids hypercarnivorous and afroptilodontoideans stuck in the trees (barring some terrestrial seed eaters). As such, they underwent a massive adaptative radiation, giving rise to a variety of kangaroo and springhare-like hoppers, anomalure-like tree climbers and even tree-kangaroo-like folivores as leaves were too icky for afroptilodontoideans. Most notably, one lineage became bipedal runners, likely evolving in a similar manner as our timeline’s sthenurine kangaroos by being forced to walk bipedally while browsing, though unlike them they were truly agile animals like small dinosaurs. A number of species also appear to have been in an intermediary state, between bipedal runners and hoppers; in general, hoppers preffered open environments and were grazers while runners were forest animals and browsers, with both groups having mixed feeders.

Two lineages rafted forth from Africa in the Eocene/Oligocene boundary: one to Madagascar and one to South America. The former diversified in a way similar as they did in Africa, but the latter were met with an essentially overcrowded continent with all manner of mammal lineages. For now, they simply occupy small hopping herbivore niches similar to that of our timeline’s Argyrolagus, but the decline of local omnivores and carnivores by the late Miocene might imply an expansion, particular as eucosmodontids haven’t reached South America yet…

a peculiar comorbidity, part two
i'm experiencing a diabetes-associated autistic meltdown. and it's not pretty. it's made me develop a really bad relationship with food, a massive fear of it. it makes me doomscroll on Beyond Type 1, on Twitter, on Reddit, just to find some glimmer of hope. It makes me panic-message my endocrinologist if I stay elevated at 220 for like two hours - I was between 200-270 mg/dL when I developed ketoacidosis symptoms, I can feel my heart pound in my chest at 250 mg/dL, I develop ketones within an hour of staying out of range. and yet her biggest concern is the fact that I kinda have to bend over backwards to wrap my life around this autoimmune disorder, to get really tight control and stay out of highs (but ultimately be more susceptible to lows - which are not good at all, since I am mostly hypoglycemic unaware) in fear that I will have to be charged to the hospital later that night. my body works really fucking weird - like, Nick Jonas had to have a blood sugar of 700 mg/dL just to get admitted for DKA in the middle of recording It's About Time. most T1D diagnosis stories share the same thing. the closest diagnosis story I can compare mine to is maybe a few LADA stories - but LADA cases always start out mimicking type 2 diabetes, which I could've been well in danger of developing because of an astoundingly bad fast-food-heavy diet (three times a day when I was working at the bookstore, IIRC - binge-eating during the bookstore closure). it takes YEARS for a LADA case to really show its true colors. mine took two months. I'm gonna try to get my C-peptides tested again - and if they're still 0.9 (just slightly under range) after three months of a raging autoantibody reaction, then I know there's more to me than "body attacks body." i'm hoping they are. that means I could benefit from Tzield - if they ever approve it for people like me. every few weeks or so I have diabetes burnout so horrible that it intermingles with the meltdown and, combined with whether or not the sun's outside, puts me in a really bad mental spot. and you wanna know how bad it gets? you really want to know? well, let me put it like this, to quote Kid Cudi's weird grunge album: "I hate the gun, but I love the sun." From "Confused!" - from Kid Cudi, whose big shtick is that he's REALLY honest about his struggles with suicidal ideation. that specific line is about how he really does not want to kill himself, but he DESPERATELY wants peace of mind. usually, when it comes to suicide, nobody talks about it or, if you do, people just lock you up and throw away the key. i have worsening suicidal ideation because of this comorbidity. Nick Jonas thinks the worst he has to deal with is that he can't eat pizza super-libertine anymore or that he might get shaky enough to chug an apple juice in the middle of singing "Waffle House" during a show? imagine being afraid of all your safe foods because if you take too little insulin, you're in the hospital for DKA later that day because elevated sugars hit you way harder than everybody else, and your entire medical team (but specifically your educator and endo) will tell you "don't eat that anymore, don't eat that anymore" because they don't get the fucking memo despite you not making eye contact with them at all, despite having the monotone voice, despite occasionally stimming since I can't keep my guard up at all times - they think that as long you don't look like the Rain Man, counting cards in a suit from Armani and underwear from K-Mart, you're not autistic.
do I HAVE to whip out my diagnosis and observation papers from 1994 to 2005 just for them to get the idea of why I'm desperate for the long game to be a relatively short game? I get that this shit's gonna last a while, but when I say I can't live the rest of my life with this, I really can't. the average life expectancy of an autistic person is, what, 51? well, you just cut my life expectancy down to, maybe, 45 since I am way more prone to distress and burnout. all the type 1 resources, both by type 1s and medical organizations, have been tailored for neurotypical type 1s or type 1s with way lighter neurodivergences, for neurodivergent kids who've always had diabetes so the cormorbidity isn't bad (so they can still freely determine their safe foods). this is why I want to get on Tzield now - I want to prove that the PROTECT Study is worth its weight in gold. I want more clinicals near me to widen their eligibility for me - to not have the cutoff age be 30. I want Novo Nordisk and Sanofi and Eli Lilly to end the price-gouging of insulin either through extreme government intervention or by making insulin totally free. forever.

Many! Such as:
Yes, you probably do have allergies to something, however, these may be exposure allergies that can go away after clearing them out of your system for long enough and may not show up on an allergy test.
Keto, elimination, and other fast mimicking diets (or actual fasting) actually do have a purpose. They replace damaged cells faster and specifically improve mitochondrial function, which can help overall wellness, mental health, and problems with the organs. Many of these diets are billed as "cleanse" diets, and have a host of scientific research behind them.
(seriously, if you're struggling with schizophrenia or depression or cancer, try keto)
Research that focuses on microbiota is actually revealing that, yes, there is some evidence to explain why cleanse diets work.. This one on juice cleansing shows that juice cleansing does affect your microbiome, and obviously things like "sugar detox" can kill fungal growths
(WE ARE WAY NOT CONCERNED ENOUGH ABOUT FUNGAL GROWTH Y'ALL)
I'm not saying you should stay on a cleanse diet permanently or do it multiple times a year — you need variety in your diet and most of those don't allow for it
However, it's fundamentally incorrect to think of your body as your body, because in reality, it's home to various bacteria, funguses, and possibly parasites that are affecting your you because you are an ecosystem and sometimes that ecosystem needs a bit of fire
The problem becomes when people undertake these various cleanses thinking they'll do something they won't, like help them lose weight or improve their skin, when it's a targeted attack against your human and microorganism cells.
So obviously, a probiotic cleanse won't help much for someone who doesn't have a leaky gut. But if you are broken bacterially, it's great!
Basically, stop telling everyone that because you don't believe it, they can't benefit from it.
The flip side of “cleanse diets don’t do anything” is that if you tried a cleanse diet and you did experience a notable reduction in fatigue, joint pain, and general blarginess, you need to talk to an allergy specialist, because there’s nearly a 100% chance that means you have an undiagnosed allergy to some component of your customary diet.

Not Just a College Transfer
Trevor had switched universities recently and met Alex on the soccer team. It didn’t take long for them to start fucking and eventually were boyfriends.
Months of hot, sweaty, after-practice sex between them strengthened their relationship and solidified their roles as boyfriends. Trevor had the most fuckable soccer ass in existence, owing it to his relaxed diet contrasting with strict soccer exercise, his cheeks were a perfect set of globes that Alex couldn’t get enough of. This was good too, since Trevor couldn’t get enough of Alex’s much larger cock. Alex sported a healthy 7.5” dick that was thick enough to force hearty moans from his partner while his swollen golf ball sized nuts bounced off the back of Trevor’s trunk-like thighs.
If it wasn’t Trevor suggesting it, Alex never would have agreed. But since it seemed only Alex was benefiting, and Trevor was excited, and it was his boyfriend asking him… Alex agreed.
“Ok so the incantation is pretty simple, only I have to say it, but you need to…” Trevor stopped before continuing, visibly getting a little embarrassed.
“What Trev? I agreed to it, so hit me.”
“You need to drink my cum.”
Alex stared at him dumbfounded. “Done.” Alex quickly responded. He had never tasted Trevor’s cum before, and it might be the last time he did, so…
“Great! Let’s… get started then!” Trevor pulled out a small vial with some creamy white liquid in it… obviously his jizz. Next he pulled out what looked like a tome or witch’s book.
“Here you go.” Handing Alex the vial, he quickly unscrewed the lid and downed it.
“Oh! That was fast! Ok!” Then he lost the bright smile Alex fell in love with before chanting what sounded like garbled Latin. Alex felt his stomach grumble with the small volume of his seed, it felt warm in his belly. As Trevor finished the chant, he let out a long sigh followed by a moan. Alex looked up to see him digging his hand under his shorts and between his thighs, massaging his package.
“Do you feel anything?” Trevor looked at Alex with concern and apprehension, almost like he wanted Alex to feel something.
“My stomach is nice and warm with your cum.” He smirked at him.
“Anything… more?”
“Nope.” Alex replied. He shrugged and looked guiltily at Trevor like he did something wrong. “I don’t know why it isn’t working babe, what was supposed to happen?”
Trevor stood up and shucked his shorts. What Alex saw was entirely unexpected. A smooth patch of skin replaced what Alex usually saw: a small but sizable cock atop cherry sized nuts.
“I never used it anyways, and this way, we both get what we want!”
Alex looked closer at the smooth patch of skin, it was beautiful and something about it was even more hot than before. Alex knew that Trevor was a bottom through and through, but now that he was ONLY a bottom, Alex felt a need. Alex needed to repay him.
“Let me see yours.” Trevor never sounded so horny and needy before.
Alex stood up before mimicking Trevor and shucking his shorts. A gargantuan cock flopped out.
“Yes! It worked!” Trevor shouted, clearly expecting this result, Alex was even more confused.
“I transferred all my cock and ball mass to you!” Trevor explained, his face full of pure joy, only after Alex turned away was there a flicker of doubt on his face.
“Fuckkkkkk.” Moaning involuntarily, Alex stared down at his cock to see his balls slowly inflating, his previous golf balls that were now oranges were slowly filling with some unknown substance, growing past the apple range and into softball territory.
Trevor knelt down and massaged the growing orbs, making Alex moan louder and deeper. “Whose balls are these?” Trevor asked, not making eye contact with Alex.
“Yours.” Alex responded on autopilot, his thoughts were clouded and foggy in the lust and pleasure he was experiencing.
“Good boy. Whose cock is this?” Trevor knew the answer already.
“Yours.”
“Lie down.” Trevor insisted.
Alex willingly lay on his back and watched behind glassy eyes as Trevor and his massive ass lowered onto his 12.5” monster. Upon entry, Trevor knew this was the end, he read the spell warnings, he knew the cost. Yet he continued to fuck himself on Alex and the cock attached to him.
Trevor’s cheeks slapped against the meat of Alex’s torso and upper legs. His ass magnificently taking the entire length of dick.
Alex had functionally blacked out. The only thought… or thing in his head was his cock. He couldn’t thrust his hips to fuck Trevor, he couldn’t moan from the bliss, all he could do was drool from his relaxed mouth and watch as Trevor bounced effortlessly up and down on the meat between his legs.
With one final bounce, Trevor rested with the entire length stuffed inside his pretty ass. Alex couldn’t see the cock, but when his massive balls tightened and gallons of hot spunk were deposited in Trevor, he knew it was there.
Trevor’s ass then suddenly shifted. Alex felt his hole loosen on his cock while his cheeks filled out, spilling further across his abs and legs.
Trevor stood up and pulled open the janitor closet next to them. A member of the soccer team stepped out. The front of his shorts were wet with what appeared to be cum.
“Sit.” Trevor commanded.
The college jock was a little more muscular than Trevor, but as he slid his shorts down, it became apparent that he was even less endowed than Trevor.
Alex was still unable to move from the pleasure, and so as the unnamed jock lowered himself onto Alex’s piece, he screamed internally with orgasmic, blissful pain. He had just cum buckets and already Trevor was making him fuck another?!
But Alex’s mind was in for it. The spell (or curse) was just beginning.
The college jock from the closet was riding Alex, sending waves of euphoria through his body when Alex noticed something. The jock was shrinking. He was conforming to some shape. A shape that Alex should know by now. Alex’s thoughts had slowed to a dribble, but as the jock’s arms dissolved into his torso, and his legs melded with Alex’s balls, the gears in Alex’s brain turned just enough.
“This kid is becoming my dick.”
He didn’t say it, but he didn’t have to. Trevor saw the wide eyed shock mixed with pure sexual pleasure in Alex’s eyes.
“I hope you like my gift babe, your cock is magic now.” Trevor reached down and wrapped his hands around the cock-jock. It only took a stroke to blow what was left of the jock all over Trevor and Alex.
The 15” pillar that stood before them both continued to shoot for minutes before slowing to a trickle. Alex’s balls stopped deflating, his cock softened slightly, and a small whisper escaped his lips.
“I don’t want to turn you into my cock.”
Trevor smiled. His eyes met Alex’s and he kissed him on the lips.
“I am the one person you can’t. Fucking me will be the best and the only fucking you will ever do again.”
Alex heard the first part, but Alex knew the second part was a command, so he didn’t hear it. His eyes glazed over and he smiled, “I’m yours.”
Trevor gently rubbed Alex’s head and sat back down on his erect cock.
“Good boy.” Trevor got the words out before moans overtook him. Alex’s new size felt great, and it would only get bigger.

The Golden Ratio
Incorporating the concept of the golden ratio (approximately 1.618) into diet planning is an innovative approach, blending aesthetics and numerical proportions with nutrition.
The golden ratio, a mathematical ratio commonly found in nature, art, and architecture for its aesthetically pleasing properties, can also be creatively applied to diet planning.
Here's a conceptual framework for how one might do so:
*Visual Proportions on the Plate
Apply the golden ratio to the visual composition of your meals. For example, you can aim to fill approximately 61.8% of your plate with vegetables, fruits, and whole grains, while the remaining 38.2% could be allocated to proteins and healthy fats. This not only ensures a balanced diet but also makes your meal visually appealing.
*Macro-Nutrient Ratios
You could also apply the golden ratio to your macro-nutrient distribution—carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. Although traditional dietary recommendations might not perfectly align with the exact golden ratio numbers, you can aim to get close. For instance, you might try to consume a larger proportion of your calories from carbohydrates and fats (combined in a way that mirrors the golden ratio) with a smaller proportion from proteins.
*Caloric Distribution Throughout the Day
Consider using the golden ratio to plan the distribution of calories across your meals throughout the day. For example, if your daily caloric intake is 2000 calories, you could plan to consume about 1236 calories (61.8% of your daily intake) by the end of lunch and the remaining 764 calories (38.2%) for the rest of the day.
*Ingredient Ratios in Recipes
Incorporate the golden ratio into recipe ingredient amounts. For instance, when making a smoothie, salad, or dish, consider the volume or weight of ingredients in relation to each other following the golden ratio. This could mean using 1.618 times as much of one ingredient as another, creating both a balanced and aesthetically pleasing dish.
*Planning Eating Intervals
If you’re into intermittent fasting or planning your meal times, use the golden ratio to plan the intervals between eating. For example, if you prefer a shorter eating window, you might fast for 16.8 hours and eat within a 7.2-hour window, mimicking the ratio in a more abstract manner.
Incorporating the golden ratio into your diet is more about the approach to balance and aesthetics rather than strict nutritional guidelines. It encourages a mindful and visually pleasing way of preparing and consuming food, which can enhance the eating experience and potentially lead to more balanced meal choices.

Nature showcases the golden ratio in various forms, exhibiting its intrinsic patterns and designs that adhere to this mathematical principle. Here are some notable examples where the golden ratio is observed in nature:
* Spiral Patterns in Plants and Flowers: The arrangement of leaves, seeds, and petals in many plants follows the Fibonacci sequence, which is closely associated with the golden ratio. For instance, the spiraling pattern of seeds in a sunflower or the way pine cones are arranged can exhibit the golden ratio.
* Animal Bodies: The proportions of animal bodies often reflect the golden ratio. For example, the bodies of many species of fish and the spiral shells of mollusks (like the nautilus) follow this pattern. Even the positioning of facial features in some animals adheres to these proportions.
* Hurricanes and Galaxies: Spiral galaxies and the pattern of hurricanes showcase the golden ratio in their formation. The arms of spiral galaxies and the eye of hurricanes can exhibit spirals that mirror the golden spiral, which is a logarithmic spiral whose growth factor is φ, the golden ratio.
* Human Bodies: The human body has several examples of the golden ratio, from the proportions of the face and head to the ratios of limb segments and the structure of the fingers. For instance, the ratio of the forearm to the hand often approaches the golden ratio.
* Fruit and Vegetables: The way some fruits and vegetables grow or are structured can showcase the golden ratio. This can be seen in the way seeds are arranged in a fruit or the spiral patterns of growth in vegetables like romanesco broccoli.
The golden ratio is not a strict universal law governing natural forms but rather a recurring pattern that shows how efficiently nature organizes structures and systems. Its prevalence suggests an aesthetic and functional efficiency in biological forms and processes, a testament to the interconnectedness of mathematics and the natural world.

Incorporating the golden ratio into cooking and food preparation through an esoteric culinary philosophy involves integrating the harmony and balance found in nature into your diet. This approach can add a layer of mindfulness and intention to the act of cooking and eating, aiming to align with the natural patterns for health and well-being.
Understanding the Golden Ratio
The Golden Ratio (Φ = 1.618…) is about balance and proportion. In culinary terms, this can translate to balancing nutrients, flavors, colors, and even the way food is plated.
Ingredient Proportions
- Balanced Meal Composition: Use the golden ratio to guide the proportions of different components on your plate. For example, making the ratio of vegetables (1.618) to proteins (1.0) in your meals, aiming to balance the nutrient density in favor of whole, plant-based foods.
- Recipe Formulation: Apply the ratio to the quantity of ingredients. For instance, in a salad dressing, use 1.618 parts oil to 1 part vinegar, or apply it to the ratio of spices to achieve a balance of flavors.
Food Pairing and Plating
- Visual Harmony: When plating your food, use the golden spiral as a guide for arranging the components attractively. Placing the main item and accompaniments in a way that visually represents the golden spiral can make the meal more appealing.
- Harmonious Pairings: Choose ingredients that complement each other not just in flavor but in nutritional content, aiming to create dishes where the sum is greater than its parts, adhering to a holistic balance.
Mindful Cooking and Eating
- Intentional Preparation: As you cook, focus on the process as a form of meditation, contemplating the natural beauty and balance in the ingredients and dishes you are preparing.
- Conscious Eating: Eat slowly, savoring each bite, and consider the nutritional balance and harmony in your meal. This mindful approach can enhance digestion and satisfaction.
Personal and Seasonal Harmony
- Align with Nature: Incorporate seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, aligning your diet with the cycles of nature. This not only supports sustainability but also connects you to the natural world and its rhythms.
- Adaptation for Health: Use the principles of the golden ratio flexible to suit your health needs and goals, ensuring that the concept of balance is also about what is harmoniously beneficial for your body.
Culinary Creativity
- Innovative Dishes: Let the golden ratio inspire you to create new recipes or tweak traditional ones, finding a balance between innovation and tradition, between simplicity and complexity.
Using the golden ratio as a guide in your culinary philosophy is more about adopting a mindset of balance, harmony, and connectivity with nature than about following strict numerical rules. It encourages a thoughtful, creative, and holistic approach to diet, aiming to nourish both the body and spirit.
