I’ve suddenly had this uncontrollable urge to turn everything off and spend weeks and weeks reading every single word that master Tolkien has ever written. Nothing can undo his magic. Nothing will ever even come close to what made it all magical in the first place (Sir Peter Jackson did, so thank you, dear sir! ☺️) ♥️

So... feeling blue? Have some Gandalfs, Bilbos and some of our dearest old friends to properly start the weekend! I know you’ve seen these before, and I really have to resume working on my unfinished pieces, but my Tolkien heart was needing some of the good ol’ stuff ;)

hongh brain was bad soup today. did two different rune readings n both of them said SLOW DOWN so i did. i read my book and i ate a nice lunch and im going to do a painting tomorrow and draw for fun i think. maybe just for tomorrow. maybe for 2 days maybe for 3 who knows. the world is my soup i control the ingredients

I just worked behind a bar at a busy racecourse for like 9 hours and I’m so fucking happy ???? I’m wasn’t even on drugs bro. I’m just happy ??? Doesn’t make sense but - I just enjoy being behind a bar??? Like serving keeping busy but also seeing happy faces like idk ofc there’s some shit but every job has their shit ya know. Idk I enjoy bar work

#idk man this agency is temp work right and it’s all stuff based on my experience and like a lot of bar work for me and I enjoy it????#so weird of me as an ex alcoholic btw 🤌🏻 I’m not sober now…but I can drink and not have a problem #but when I’m there I don’t think about alcohol weirdly enough lmaooooo #it wasn’t busy enough for me lmaooo but the guy and girl I was working with there said it was busy lmaooo #see I worked at way. busier places 🤌🏻 and bars before so I was like - this is busy !? i look around the place is full lmaooo #work #i made good tips too #also gets my mind off stuff too and I just go with it and I’m just so fucjing chatty and happy seeming I guess people like that idk #idk why I act like that tbh it’s just me #i do start part time bar/front of house at my new job on Friday tho (25hr a week) and I have a shift at the Hilton on Tuesday through #one of my temp agencies who I love btw I think temp work is my fave #bartending #bar work #not a fan of horse racing myself at all but saw the horses at the parade showing them off. adorable
