Printemps 1924 - Champs-les-Sims

What needs to happen is putting the entire roster in therapy... Not even joking..
The team's mental state is what needs to be worked on the most. Because we know the talent and potential is there. Many strength and many prospects, but they are a young team, an average of 24.4 yrs..
So... What should be done first and foremost is:
- group therapy
- team building exercices outside of the technical talk
- individual therapy
- intense media training especially the younger ones.
Then we can work on the technical and tactical aspects.
The team needs management, not just coaching...

French Air Force-performs Elephant Walk with 21 Rafale fighters during "Sapphire" exercise
Fernando Valduga By Fernando Valduga 02/21/2024 - 12:01 in Military
In a demonstration of precision and operational capacity, the French Air and Space Force completed a rigorous training exercise called "SAPHIR", which saw a significant deployment of Dassault Rafale fighters.
Air base 118 Mont-de-Marsan implemented the "Saphir" exercise from February 12 to 16, 2024.
Tumblr media
Supervised by the Air Fighter Aviation Brigade (BAAC), the "Sapphire" exercise (sequence of high-intensity activity and production and regeneration) mobilizes all the technical and logistical support forces: mechanical, logistical but also industrial.
Tumblr media
Tumblr media
Focus your efforts to optimize the performance of the production chain, increase the availability of aircraft and thus increase the volume of activity of the 30ª wing, that is, 1/30 "Côte d'Argent", 2/30 "Normandy-Niemen" and 30/03 "Lorraine" fighter squadrons.
Tumblr media
One of the noteworthy events during the exercise was an impressive "elephant walk" on the second day, where 21 Rafale jets taxied in tight formation before taking off at minimal intervals.
Tumblr media
— Armée de l'Air et de l'Espace (@Armee_de_lair) February 17, 2024
Subsequently, 18 of these jets participated in flight in formation, with three retained to maintain symmetry, demonstrating precision and coordination between the pilots.
After a first planning phase started in January and after a potential regeneration phase, the time has come for the driving phase. "Everyone is focused on the commitment to have 20 Rafales available several times a day throughout this week," explains Lieutenant-Colonel Sylvain, head of the technical and aeronautical support squadron (ESTA 15,030 "Chalosse"). In total, more than 180 surts or up to 200 should be carried out.
On the return from the flight, Lieutenant-Colonel Laurent, commander of the "Normandie-Niémen", does not hide his satisfaction at having made a flight with about twenty aircraft in the skies of Landes. "We took off at the scheduled time with a significant number of aircraft and then carried out the planned mission. It's a real success."
Tumblr media
But the joy doesn't last long. There was barely time for the crews and technical teams to take advantage of when they had to remobilize to successfully complete this first edition. The next three days promise to be equally intense.
The high-intensity exercises aimed to improve the operational readiness of combat aircraft through intensive flight activities in several squadrons during a specified period.

Matching in dating sites ain't easy for a plenty or reasons, but obviously people who don't care much about sport/fitness whatever don't want me anymore. Sometimes theh might come up to me to tell me i specifics how much they hate exercice and I am like pff me too like wtf xD
Look, I do karate and that's a sport right, an intense sport right right, you can see it my body these days, but like. I don't really care if you like any sports whatsoever, karate is the only sport I like anyway.
But can't really match with anyone who wants a fit kinda sporty sport sport person. If it is not a hint at needing to be pretty and maintained for trophy reasons, then it's to have a pal to have orthorexia with.
Mostly I just like my usual variety of oozing nerds with freak hobbies, and/or grey colored dads with dad hobbies like maintaining a yard and paying child support.

what was it like doing the workouts for your latest exercise video? how did each exercise affect you and what surprised you most? how did your unfit body handle it?
(ps I'm dying for you to use your writing skills on this one)
It was super hard and I'm not even sure we can call that a "proper" workout x)
I started standing, all dressed in my black leggings and top, already inconfortable because of how skin tight they were, the waist digging into my soft middle.
I want to warm up a little so I begin with a light jog. This was once super easy for me, I used to not even start sweating before 30/40min of running. But now, almost immediately my heart is pounding my chest super fast and I'm panting. My legs feel so heavy, lifting them up is a pain and my belly is in the way. They keep rubbing together, no matter how hard I try to space them out. I'm already sore and my face is as red as a tomato, beads of sweat forming on my front head. My whole body jiggles with each step. Only a minute has passed.
I stopped and try to catch my breath. I'm breathing hard, my underbelly has already freed itself from my top, but I pull it up, the air feels good on my naked sweaty skin. My soft belly looks life a can of bursting dough above my leggings.
I move to some light stretches. I bend forward, as it used to be easy to put my whole hands down against the floor with my legs straight. But now,... my chub is in the way. My three big belly rolls make it already hard to touch my knees. I try to open up my legs a little, to make some place for my fat, but my thick thighs leave no opening. My belly pushes up against my chest making it hard to breath. Sweat drips down my face. I give up, get back up gasping for air, gently rubbing my fat rolls.
I sit down on the side of the bed, deciding that "standing" exercices are just too hard for me now. I roll over on my back, my flab wobbling with movement, and decide to try to do some crunches. I used to be able to do 3 series of 20 with no problem. I lift and bend my chubby legs, getting ready to bring my torso forward. 1, 2, ... and 3 lets go! I try to contract what's left of my abs, my whole body is trembling, rippling with waves of tremor through my layers of fat. My belly rolls are bulging, shaking wildly. I think I must have manage to lift my shoulders maybe 5cm max of the mattress. I'm gasping for air, the sweat burning my eyes. My whole body is sore. I try again, but the pain is too intense for me to even lift my shoulders at all this time. The feeble muscles left in my abdomen are not used to such torture anymore.
The last thing I tried used to be fun for me: jumping jacks. I roll back and forth to be able to stand up again. And I jump. Once. The wooden floors cries under me, shaking as I come back down. My whole body, from my flabby arms, to my thick thighs and love handles, and of course my large belly are jiggling all over the place. I try again, and jump a second time. The same thing happens, but my legs almost give out under me when I come back down. This is enough exercice for me, I'm panting, drenched in sweat and sore all over. I sit down, rubbing my belly, tired, and above all, hungry.
(thank you so much for this ask! I don't know if I have any writing skills, but I hope you enjoyed this!!)

🐚Monday 17|06|24 🌊
Very intense morning 'cause I was so productive that I make my bed, eat my breakfast, wash my teeth, journalling and after that simple tasks I do: cut the edera which was a problem for the security entering home, wash the stairs and the shoes rack, make an apple pie, read my book, lunch and then meditate and exercice.
I'm so proud of me!
Afternoon I relaxed a bit let down in bed, reading with mom for an hour and then eating a piece of apple pie drinking pear and cinnamon tea, a little treat that make me in happy mood.
Watching say yes to the dress before cooking, there are many beautiful dresses that make me think wow.
For dinner I cooked carbonara pasta and this simple thing can't make me more happy.

Catherine and Shamir's partnership :
Tumblr media
Catherine is real cold.
Tumblr media
She suggests they train, as partners do, to warm up. Because it counts as exercice, and body warmth, and all that stuff.
Tumblr media
Shamir gets really intense with that "training", which surprises Catherine but hey, that's normal, between partners.
Tumblr media
And they end up warm, happy and sweaty.
As partners often end up after an intense session of training.
