but also you cannot convince me The Overachieving Pokemons Georg Warden of the Lineaged Nobles of the Cliffs Ingo would not, at a minimum, have at least 1-3 razor claws on his person at any given time. possibly up to 8 or more if he's actively collecting them from distortions. he is well aware of how a sneasler evolves from a sneasel.

what im saying, is, emmet goes to sinnoh, and instead of Wacky Hijinks With Funny Tiny Sneasel Brother Time, is immediately grabbed, hoisted over the shoulder of, and summarily carried off by an 8ft tall extinct sneasel evolution wearing the uniform and shredded jacket of a guy that supposedly should have kicked it several centuries past.* because SOME Legendary That Shall Not Be Named Royally Fucked Up The Instructions On Sending A Human Through Time And Accidentally Made Him A Sneasel (it was Arceus. Arceus Done Fucked It Up. Dialga is legitimately baffled how It managed this sheer level of Fucked Up-edness doing Dialga's like literally One Job instead of just like. consulting it on the matter.)

I believe I've only been getting these on my most recently updated three works (and mostly on the oldest of those three, which is also the most popular, the only WIP, and the only one with multiple chapters). But it's also possible I got some comments on older works that were fiction, and I didn't recognize them as spam.

Has anyone else been noticing a similar influx?

*Edit to add: redacted because at least some of the names the bots are using are real usernames, appropriated for spam. (But if the name in a comment is not linked, it's not the actual user leaving the comment.) If you see such comments yourself, don't blame the real users for the spam bots' actions!

I honestly can't speak to what a messed up full circle moment it is that SB is coming back and I'm dreading it. I actually only came back to watching regularly in 2017 because of SB's Jason return because I wanted to relive my Jason/Sam glory days and then this creative regime proceeded to completely ruin Jason for me, to the point that I was cheering with everyone else when those rocks crushed his ass.

The only thing Jason's last return gave me was a chance to be introduced to the superior characters of Trina and Ava. Congrats to those that are happy, but I've outgrown the character in his stagnant "thug life forever" iteration, and tbh I think the show has too.

with bug pokemon being so lackluster (in competitive play l love em personally), how would you administer a buff to make them more viable without adjusting stats? (I mention stats cuz like, you can easily bypass poor typing when you're strong like Arceus-Bug or Buzzwole. I would suggest making Sticky Web priority on all but types as a buff.)

hmhm tbh im not the one to ask about what makes a pokemon better competitively.. I personally think itd be funny if they resisted just as many types as resisted bug attacks (super awesome exoskeleton).. then at least they could probably survive a turn more often to do setups or sabotage.. that or maybe give them evasiveness buffs? like imagine if every bug had like one or two double teams worth of evasiveness when a terrain was in play? (make them annoying to swat) i also think we should give em more fuck with you moves like Sticky Web and the sadly underutilized Powder (bring her back.. give her friends also... i love the idea of move use-specific traps like that)
