Wolverine from X-Men: Evolution was a gay man, or at the very least queer. My evidence is as follows:
No defining/memorable romantic relationships with women AT ALL during the show's run. Jean was a teenager, he was an adult, and - unlike the Ultimate X-Men comics which served as inspiration for this series - these two did not have a romantic relationship nor did they have any romantic tension, the relationship between them instead mirroring a brother/sister one. The same can be said about Logan's other high-profile comics romantic interest, Storm, where their relationship was more like siblings as well rather than anything with romantic undertones.

X-Men : Evolution (Operation Rebirth)
Is it too early to ask Santa for a live action spin-off where Logan and Steve Rogers rescues young Erik Lehnsherr in World War 2?

X-Men Evolution CG Steve Rogers and Regressor Logan
Very self indulgent caregiver Cap and age/pet regressor Wolvie bc they’re my favorite rare pair
Tumblr media
Having better technology now Shield was able to use Logan’s healing factor to save Steve so he could come out of the ice finally, Logan was just as straight faced as usual but the little baby part of his brain was just an excited little puppy.
My Papa! My Papa! Papa come back!!
Before Steve was back Logan would go to museums sometimes when he was feeling small and spend time looking at the Captain America exhibits.
He has gotten into a few arguments with the poor museum staff when they say it’s unclear if Captain America was real or just a story.
Steve obviously didn’t fully understand what was happening when Logan regressed for the first time but Logan was his friend (lover if you want and I do want) so he was going to help him out as best he could.
It’s okay, Buddy. You’re okay. When Logan breaks down because being small crept up on him after a mission.
When he got back Steve was finally able to do proper research on Logan regressing, he isn’t quite sure if Logan age regresses or pet regressed or both.
Logan isn’t entirely sure either and doesn’t particularly care to try figuring it out.
Logan will hold on to Steve’s belt while he follows him around when it’s just the two of them. He still does it after Steve finally comes back. He doesn’t want anything or even always need to be going with Steve, he just wants to.
Steve will let Logan cuddle him when they slept, a lot of their missions were just the two of them so no one else would see, and now they have the privacy of a room in the mansion together and the X-Men are very understanding.
Logan will cling to Steve’s arm or lay on his chest when they sleep together, it takes some getting used to when Steve gets back because Logan is much heavier now.
Steve tries to be cautious about how much praise he gives Logan so he doesn’t over whelm him.
Lots of Good boy, Logan. And tussling his hair when he does little things well to build up his confidence.
After Steve comes back Logan takes a long time to tell him about what he remembers of Weapon X, Steve just holds him when he does and assures him that none of it was his fault.
Steve will take Logan to baseball games, Logan spends the whole time asking for snacks and enjoying all the fun smells instead of watching the game, but then still insists he wants Steve to teach him how to play.
Steve does try to teach Logan how to play baseball every so often, it always turns into a game of fetch because Logan would rather chase the ball than try to hit or catch it.
Papa, throw again? Sure, Buddy, but I need the ball back first. No! Mine!
Logan likes to bite a lot, Steve has gotten quite a few sizable marks on his arms from it.
Thanks to the serum Steve can carry Logan about as easily as a regular guy his size could carry an average person.
Logan isn’t sure how he feels about being carried, but it is kind of nice for Steve to carry him to bed when he’s sleepy.
Steve likes taking Logan to museums, usually they won’t go to any that involve war history, Steve doesn’t want to accidentally trigger anything. But sometimes Logan likes to go and tell Steve things that got wrong about certain wars he fought in if he’s feeling a bit older than usual.
That is not how it happened. It was actually- and Steve just listens, having no idea if it actually is more accurate or if Logan is exaggerating.
Rising acceptance of LGBTQ was great for them because fewer people cared if they held hands while going for walks (and cause they deserve to kiss) So Steve can actually hold on to Logan when they go on nature walks now.
Logan once barked at and bit a guy who yelled at them for holding hands. Steve had to explain to Logan that it was great that he was standing up for them but he can’t bite people.
He was mean! It’s still not nice to bite, Pal. He was mean, Papa!
Steve can’t exactly argue with the logic, biting isn’t the best way to go, but that man was indeed mean first and did deserve it.

Okay I know this is a Gambit and Rogue blog but I'm watching X-Men evolution right now, and I just watched the rebirth episode and I just have to say this:
Why did no one tell me the writing staff is shipping cap and wolverine together and why is no one talking about this.
I mean yes this is kind of hyperbole, I know they are just supposed to be friends, HOWEVER, they literally pulled a Mr freeze and his wife plot from dc for this, Wolverine is literally standing over Captain America's frozen body at one point, looking at him like prince charming looked at sleeping beauty, promising him he's still looking for a cure for what the super soldier serum did to him and he's not giving up on him. His voice CRACKS man. And he does this apparently regularly enough that Nick Fury is like "as always, you were never here."
Wolverine has wolverine specific visitation hours for Captain America in stasis!!!
....so anyways gonna slide captain america into my morph x wolverine x Kurt polycule.

Reason number _?_ why Cyclops and Rogue should be a couple/get married:
Should Carol Danvers ever be an enemy, despite her awesome skills/powers, she would be taken care of quickly given what has happened in the comics when she fought either of them.
Has Carol had the upper hand when facing either of them? A few times, yes (she punched Rogue pretty good when she was Binary and the latter recently had turned to the X-Men for help after absorbing the powers of the former a while back.).
However, with the majority of her one-on-one fights with Rogue, and with the few she’s engaged with Cyclops, it’s clear to me that when push comes to shove and the gloves/visor come off, it is Rogue and/or Cyclops who comes out on top against one of Marvel’s supposedly most powerful female nonmutant characters.
Should the X-Men: Evolution series get picked up again, it would be fascinating to see Rogue, Scott, or both square up against Ms/Captain Marvel.

With his optical blast, Cyclops was able to damage Dormammu, a conceptual being made of pure energy, and push him back. Since Dormammu consists of faltine energy, it is impossible to harm. Even Doctor Strange could combine many spells and only cause damage.

Is it true u r gay for cap
Psssh... Lemme tell ya somethin', if you'd asked me back when I knew Cap, best answer you woulda got was silence.
I like to think he an' I had somethin' special. But that's the thing 'bout Cap; He made everyone feel special. Hell, I couldn't care less 'bout the red, white an' blue, but Cap was a good guy. An' more important; He believed, genuinely believed, that you were too.
Dunno 'bout you, but that's hard not to fall for.

X-23: Innocence Lost & Target X Are The Books That Will Make You Hate Steve Rogers
~~~~~~~~~~
X-23: Innocence Lost is a 2005 graphic novel published by Marvel, following the popularity of the X-Men: Evolution cartoon series which was based off a miniseries of the same name. The show featured the X-Men attending public high school as teenagers while living at the Xavier Institute, which for all intents and purposes served as a group home in the show. The show also served as the debut for the fan favorite character Laura Kinney — AKA X-23.
Following her debut in the Evolution cartoon series, Laura became so in demand that Marvel decided to officially introduce her into the Marvelverse with Innocence Lost. And lemme just say innocence was indeed lost.
Tumblr media
The book focuses heavily on Sarah Kinney, whose a scientist and Laura’s mother for all intents and purposes. Sarah was originally hired by the Weapons Plus program — the same government program that produced Weapon X (Wolverine) — to create a clone of Logan Howlett. But when Sarah failed to create a male clone and instead produced a female clone — this is next part is a wee bit fucked up — she is forced to carry Laura to term herself as punishment.
I bet you’re starting to wonder how Steve Rogers comes to play into all of this.
Welp, following years of child abuse — I mean, training — and being forced against her will to carry out multiple assassinations by the Weapons Plus program, Laura eventually escapes the facility she was raised in following her mother’s death. Grief-stricken and rife with PTSD, Laura decides to hunt down Logan at the Xavier Institute in Target X, which is the direct sequel of Innocence Lost. It all leads up to what, I think, is a very touching murder-suicide attempt.
Luckily, Logan is saved from the fourteen-year-old girl by none other than….
Steve Rogers
And if you wanna see the irony and hypocrisy that ensues, I highly recommend doing a compare and contrast of these two books alongside of Ed Brubaker’s Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Or, ya know, watch the movie. That might get the message across a lot clearer.
Happy Reading❤️
My Roster for The Watchers Guardians of the Multiverse. I decided not to use any Spiderverse or Exiles characters
The Captain: Steve Rogers from What If Punisher became Captain America. ( became a cyborg after an accident becomes that worlds equivalent to Deathlok)
Ororo Laufeyson : From What If X-men stayed in Asguard (welder of Mjolnir Uatu was able to break her contract with Loki)
Nightman: Johnny Domino from the Malibu universe
Victor Von Doom: From the What if Dr. Doom became Sorcerer Supreme. (Was torn between this Doom or the What If #22 but settled for this one because this Doom now inhabitants Stephen Stranges body)
Simone Williams: From What if Wonder Man was a Woman & Powerman was A girl. (I Headcannon that this is the same universe where Tony Stark was also female and The Civil War miniseries ended with Captain America and Ironwoman getting married as shown in the Fantasic four comics)
Starbrand: Ken Connel from the New Universe
Sister Susan: From What if The Fantasic Four all had the Human Torches power ( I was going to use Ben Grimm from that universe as he joined the Avengers, but I thought Sue would add more Drama.
Iron Man II: Rick Jones from What If The Avengers had never been (takes over the mantle after Tony Stark Dies)
Killraven: From a universe where War of the Worlds actually happened
Spyke: From X-men Evolution
