what i think makes this a little funnier in the context of comet and fritz is that fritz canonically is the target for shapeshifting A LOT within the world they live in, so he's just upset by comet getting carried away, getting a little too romantical and accidentally shapeshifting into him because he's just like "NOT YOU TOO"

I actually sorta touched on this in an old ask, I’ll leave the link here in case u wanna see it, (when i find it…)

so ig I’ll expand on some short headcanons here!

so i mentioned last time i talked abt this being like a cultural hylian thing to only touch the ears of someone you love dearly, so like obviously parent/child, maybe older/younger siblings, etc. but i like to think generally,

esp as hylians grow up and become adults, their ears are like a thing only lovers/spouses touch/take care of

including piercings a lot of the time, so like a parent or sibling or lover will learn to properly pierce ears (tho i imagine they only really pierce non-cartilage piercings commonly)

so on the subject of piercings, i definitely think they see any multiple piercings/cartilage piercings on your ears as badass/def a show of good pain tolerance regardless of what you acc can withstand lol

(bro and if you have non-ear piercings?? Wind/Wild is Fascinated, and Leg/Hyrule/Sky/Wars jaws def dropped, even Time’s eye widened)

ok so we’re continuing off that situation in teh last post where you touch Four’s ears and are told what that means, and then half jokingly respond that they are very dear to your heart

Wind was def the first to outright ask you to like check his ears after swimming or if they get nicked or even to ask you to pierce them once!

(if ur squeamish u said “no Wind, ask ur grandma” lol - but if ur not, like me when i was drunk once, u go for it after making super sure they’re symmetrical and sterile and whatnot, theyre just his firsts, as in the earlobe basic, and lend him a pair of your own earrings to keep in the meantime until healed, which is faster than humans. he is so happy he looks more like a pirate lol)

and the others def followed suit after Wind gave them the courage ironically (both being the youngest and also they literally all fought evil lol)

Wild politely asked if you could make him/help make him some earmuffs, Hyrule shyly asked if you would change his earrings, Four nearly went as red a tomato giving you a pair of earrings before suddenly but slowly all of them (except Wind?) gave you earrings some way or another (made or bought)

When one of the waitresses at an inn you guys stayed at giggled at seeing Sky give you a pair of carved pretty wooden feather earrings, before quickly running off, then congratulated you,

u asked what for, only to have her giddly explain it was a courting gift of course!!

★ Offering [ESP || ENG] I wrote it years ago.

★ Debt [ESP || ENG] I did it for Halloween, although the idea was from a drabble from years ago about how they met Roule.

I'll leave the links for those who want to read the gossip.

My sims are from years ago, and I couldn't find any images or texts because they were posts I made on my old blog that was deleted two years ago. I lost three years of texts about SaboLaw, Frostshield, KuroGon and other couples for whom I wrote drabbles, oneshots or fanfics.

About Sabo being the "god of the moon" and what he represents: motherhood, fertility, compassionate love and the flow of cycles, it's something that I found beautiful... Also, the moon reflects the light of the sun which is Luffy so it was more obvious to give him this role.

About Law being darkness or death if you want, although the "god of death" is not his favorite name and he is not specifically that, it is because of the tattoos... I mean, he says "death" and his nickname says surgeon of death, obviously he should have this role *lol* and Law is a doctor, and the lives of patients are entrusted into his hands.

Neither can be without the other, because the moon needs the darkness for the reflection of the sunlight to shine, while its work is the cycle of life and Law is the end of that cycle. Law also needs Sabo because his warm heart and justice is what makes him look less harsh. Have you ever seen a moonless night? Also, Law only plays a role and is not evil or cruel, except when judgment comes, which is carried out with other manifestations/deities of darkness and death, because in this universe, gods arise and survive based on the faith of men. There may be more than one god for a thing.

The darkness of the night is less scary when you notice that you have the moon and the moon is more beautiful when the night is so dark that its light stands out among the small stars. That's why Law and Sabo are a married couple. Law is very formal in that aspect and although the gods themselves do not usually have a fixed partner and even interact with humans from time to time, Law and Sabo are eternally together.

Eira is their daughter, she was created the day a new star was discovered. Every so often, humans discover stars, comets, or elements, and the gods take advantage of this to create servants or children with that momentary faith.

Eira resembles Law physically because she is a daughter of the night. Maybe when it grows it can change into a white or gold one, but for now it is only a small star.

Eira loves her parents and the other gods, as well as the human souls of children, which Sabo often brings to the shrine from time to time.

When she was created, her traits and abilities were chosen, which is why Law has always claimed that Sabo should have given her less empathy because the stars are only guides or servants and not deities. Which is pretty funny considering the sun is a star and one of the most popular deities, but it is because he made a name for himself and became famous, he is "The Sun: the king of stars."

¿What other information can I provide?

Luffy is the most popular, because everyone believes in the sun even if it is not as a deity, like Ace who is the wind or other gods like the sea, rain, fire... Many gods do everything, even Ace can use fire, but he is best known as the god of wind because he drives others.

Sabo is very kind, except when something seems unfair to him, just as the moon controls the tide and at any moment could cause tidal waves or catastrophes if it goes a little out of its orbit, Sabo also causes disasters when he gets angry. It's very difficult for that to happen, the one who usually gets angry is Law.

Law's eyes are only golden when he is in his dark form or when he is using his powers, normally they are grey, and completely black, up to the sclera, when he gets angry. Sabo has grey eyes when he is working, golden when he is angry. and blue when calm.

Sabo is the moon and coexists with other lunar deities or those who are related to his responsibilities, but that's not something I explore too much. My idea was always to focus only on the big tree in the forest, in the forgotten sanctuary, in that peaceful nature reserve near any city.

Law likes to keep records of his work although it is not necessary, there are stars/minor elements who take care of it.

Law's relationship with the other gods is cordial, they are not friends but he is interested in them working and not ruining his plans.

Law and Luffy get along well, But when Luffy changes form and becomes Nika, Law can't stand his presence.

Ace and Law get along well, although Ace tends to disappear a lot, he's restless, and he also falls asleep out of nowhere, so you know... if there's no wind, it's because Ace fell asleep.

Sabo loves children because they remind him of Luffy.

Sabo Having an affinity with fertility and cycles, it can also help plants and animals. The moon has always been related to harvests.

When Law is very stressed, Sabo's blue light calms his headaches. The blue moon is a real astronomical phenomenon, it happens when there is another full moon in the month.

The moon has a crater, that's why Sabo also fit the role, because of his scar.

When I was a child my grandparents used to say that there were white bunnies on the moon, so I made Law nickname Sabo "bunny" because of that. And it's a nickname I use in many of my fanfics, although it's always in private and where no one can hear. Law will never be affectionate or use pet names in public or frequently. Law is a reserved and analytical man, so being vulnerable is something that only love can provoke. And even then, there are very few times when he says it.

Law is not the god of death as such, they refer to him that way and he shares responsibilities, but he is the darkness Although he doesn't mind being confused that much and that also fuels his powers. The more people believe in his existence, the better. The good thing is that faith does not need to be specific, just that someone is afraid of the darkness, Law already gains more strengts.

Law prefers when they ask him for help as the god of medicine. A task that has an affinity with his essence. There are many prayers and requests, all the gods, regardless of the name they receive, help in the prayers that are in keeping with their nature.

Law has a crow, because to Sabo they look alike... And Law loves any animal that is white like Sabo in his original form, although since Nika is also white, Law never admits it because it would be accepting that Luffy and Sabo look alike *lol*

This AU is old, from when I played sims and did live streams on Facebook how embarrassing, I don't know why 20 people were watching me and it arises from the song "Son of the moon" by mecano... but happier because I'm a cheesy girl.

It's also because I played with different Sabolaw designs, from there come the AU of vampires, Serial killers, police officers, detectives, omegaverse, royalty, witches, dragons, elves, hunters, mermaids... etc. That's why I wrote so many things in those years and when I lost everything, I saved drafts on Ao3.

In my mind and in my drabbles there were many scenes and encounters, but since I already lost it, only the memories remain.

And making this post to answer a question made me realize that I imagine too many things and that although I try to convey my imagination to you, I don't know how to draw and I write pretty poorly... Besides I'm dyslexic and there's always some typing error that I overlook, then I appreciate that you read my stories or even care.

I do what I can, it makes me happy.

Thoughts on what the Gaang would call Iroh post canon? Toph obviously would stick with Gramps, but I'm not sure about the others. I feel like just calling him Iroh might be too informal, but I don't know that any of them would feel close enough to call him Uncle for a good while yet. (Other than Zuko, of course.) There's always General Iroh, but I think that's a title he'd like to put behind him. I cannot remember for the life of me how any of them address him the few times they're all together.

ooh so what i remember of the instance in canon of the gaang referring to him:

sokka calls him iroh when detailing the plan to rescue katara and zuko and try to take down the dai li in tcod, and katara calls him general iroh in sozin’s comet. there might be some other instances (i feel like i remember at least one instance of aang referring to him by name but i could be wrong), but mostly i remember them calling him “your uncle” whenever zuko brought him up in the latter half of book three.

with that in mind:

sokka still definitely calls him iroh. onlookers might indeed find this too casual, but neither of them care, lmao. though he would do just do this anyway, part of it is because of iroh's history, and while i think sokka does trust by the end of canon and especially post-canon that he is a changed man, his pragmatism insists on that distance a little bit. but i also think they come to quite like, understand, and respect each, though sokka still just calls him iroh because he would prefer to just refer to people by their names in general. this works out for iroh, who would much rather people call him by his name or an affectionate moniker than any sort of official title these days.

i think katara might still refer to him as general iroh directly proceeding post-canon (she means, as i believe she did in sozin's comment, it as a reference of respect to iroh's actions trying to make up for his past wrongs, a la leading the battle to take back ba sing se with the white lotus.) he eventually tells her that she doesn't have to, though. it's a gradual switch, as she still catches herself doing it a lot, and though she wouldn't be the first one in the gaang to do so, she'd probably occasionally call him uncle iroh as they come to know each other, but mostly calls him iroh.

does toph call him gramps in canon? i don't remember, but if so, ADORABLE, and regardless, i can totally see it. he does not mind this at all, he gets that it's an Affectionate Nickname. if they're in a more formal setting that calls for something (like a summit or something) she might call him iroh, but really, it's mostly gramps.

i think aang might call him general or even prince iroh - mostly because it stood out to me that he called hakoda 'chief hakoda' when meeting him - but the second iroh says he doesn't have to, it's all uncle iroh all the time! (he is the first, outside of zuko, to call him that.)

i think suki would probably stick to iroh for a long time, mostly because she didn't know him very well in canon, but once she and iroh do grow to know each other well enough, she might use uncle iroh occasionally.

i have to include my buddy zuko, even though we know he mostly calls iroh 'uncle'. he does sometimes still call him uncle iroh, which we see a couple of times (esp in book one i think) in the show, but that's mostly just in casual settings. one notable thing is that NO ONE is allowed to call iroh just Uncle like zuko does. that's his uncle, excuse. (no one ask me or zuko to explain why it's different when they call him uncle iroh. it just is.) though this is entirely unspoken. aang tries this once and receives a glare from zuko so strong that he refers to him only as "zuko's uncle iroh" for a month straight, including to iroh's face. lmao.
