Eating avidly the crumbs, meaning the blink and you miss them Bts scenes between the coolest family in Nùmenor in the new bts vids, and feeling discouraged by the high number of their scenes that have been deleted.

Lloyd Owen just confirmed here that the scene where Elendil worries about Eärien exists, and Ema in the video looks so emotional when she explains what it does to Eärien to see her father and brother go to war while she's left behind alone. Obviously she filmed it at one point. This scene is from episode 5. She's wearing her orange dress from episode 3, but we didn't see her in this dress in episode 5: she only appeared in a blue dress. So this is some never screened scene between the three of them in the streets of Nùmenor.

How could the writers separate them and pretend that Isildur has died without even a proper farewell?

This is too sad: I didn't know i had so many tears in me before them.

since Eng is getting 7.5 soon(?), I felt motivated to go back to my Meleanor rig and make her a couple of lesson animations! ...except for alchemy, because the cauldron bubbles proved too hard to photoshop around, whoops.

maybe she just got lost on her way to the classroom...?

Yeah, more cool questions! (I only see this ask today and was busy all morning, so i couldn't answer before, sorry!)

11. What is your favorite quote?

There are so many of them! But it's the game to pick only one and without surprise, i'm picking:

"No matter the sorrow, no matter the cost, not all those who wonder or wander are lost."

It's from Poppy's song in episode 5 Partings but since she sings it in the show, i consider it a TROP line. Or more exactly the most tolkienish TROP line. Ok, the writers were lazy and made a copy and paste of Tolkien's line but i don't care, it's Tolkien, that's why it's my favourite line!

12. Which outfit do you like the most?

I'm like Adar: they are all my children!Arondir's sylvan armor, Elendil's nùmeorean armor and Galadriel's' armor when she embarked on Elendil's ship with her hair all free at the end of Partings, Miriel's iconic blue dress, Gil Galad's long golden dress etc...

I'll make a compromise: Galadriel's nùmeorean blue dress (for shipping reasons, it's the dress of her ride on the beach with Elendil, which is the most iconic thing they did together and one of the most sexy too, beside having conversations in quenya).

14. Do you have a favorite episode if so, which is it?

I have more than one, i love my show: there are so many things about it that appeal to me. But to narrow the list again, my favorite episodes are between episode 3 and episode 6.

I'm picking episode 3 Adar because the introduction of Nùmenor was spectacular, it was truly a moment of wonder, magical. The musical theme of the island created by Bear McCreary elevated the script in a epic way. And I was so excited about all the new characters, especially Miriel and Elendil, but in this episode Elendil more because i felt immediately how right the casting choice was. Also, not only he had the coolest family in Nùmenor but his chemistry with Galadriel was off the charts, it was like a dream coming true.

finally got some time to finish these guys up! which is sort of ironic considering I started these because I wanted to draw Malleus with a Dragapult, and then I just didn't for a million years!

Malleus has the aforementioned Dragapult, except it's a super special non-canon color Dragapult (like an anime-only form that you could get in-game exclusively through some limited-time event where you have to show up in-person at a specific location in Japan) (it has some wacky overpowered exclusive move/form and the OT is listed as Malleus) (so like that kind of ridiculous specialness) (Leona is extremely salty about this). also hoards and hoards of Dreepy. Dreepy LOVE Malleus. they take naps on his horns inbetween begging him to throw them across the island at mach speeds.

Lilia has a Drampa and a bunch of Woobat that he hasn't actually caught, they just follow him around in swarms because they sense a kinship with him. (also breaking my own rule again to say that he had a Mawile in the past, because...I just really wanted to give him a Mawile...)

Sebek has Sandile for obvious reasons, and also a Pikachu that bullies him relentlessly. :(

Silver has a shiny Corvisquire; I really went back-and-forth on also giving him an Aegislash, but...hm. those pokedex entries though. he can stick with just one for now.

(I hadn't planned on the shiny for him, but after I'd decided on the Corvisquire line and was looking it up for reference, I realized that shiny Rookidee is gold and then turns silver when it evolves and I lost my entire goddamn mind)

Who’s the fire lit for?

In Part 45 we are introduced to Malam, a mysterious character who seems to enact justice for children who die unjustly.

He approaches Arthur, and seems surprised when he discovers that he is the one who lit the fire, as he expected a child to have done so.

I don’t think Malam’s expectations are completely unfounded, as it is not really present Arthur who lit the fire... but the child that went to the Boys' Brigade who did:

I think that Arthur unknowingly lit the fire both for Faroe and himself (or more correctly, his past child self). Malam was not called in by the fire to bring justice to just Faroe, but also to Arthur.

Arthur had been forced to metaphorically kill his child-self and his innocence and forced to grow up too quickly for his own good. His childhood had been cut short so suddenly and brutally by his parent’s death, a grief too big and complicated for a young child to understand and work through.

Even now, on the inside, Arthur is still that wounded and timid child. He is still carrying that pain with him. However, the hostility he had to live throughout his life only granted him more wounds and bruises. The soft, childlike and gentle parts of himself were hardened under layers and layers of scar tissue. Arthur had to learn pretty quickly that it was never safe enough for him to be kind and patient with himself. He was never given the time to process his traumas. No one taught him or showed him the love and care he so desperately needed and cried for so long for.

The hurt was drowned by more hurt and it was never tended to, never really cared for. But it never really disappeared or healed. It always stayed deep within him.

But now (finally), for the first time, Arthur’s most devastating traumas (the loss of his daughter, and the loss of his own innocence) have been recognised.

His childhood cry has been finally answered.

The kid Arthur was can finally rest now that Malam stopped by his fire.
