IF WE APPLY THIS MECHANIC TO EPIC THE MUSICAL, WE COULD GET AN AU IN WHICH AT SOME POINT DURING THE TEN YEARS IT TAKES ODYSSEUS TO GET HOME, ATHENA SHOWS UP ON ITHACA WITH A BABY ALL LIKE "I was moping about the last conversation i had with your husband and accidentally made this, here you go." AND THEN HAND SAID BABY TO PENELOPE BEFORE DISAPPEARED JUST AS FAST AS SHE APPEARED.

An addition to my Odysseus’ Sees Ghosts AU idea!! When the ghosts appear during Get in the Water and Six Hundred Strike, I need Odysseus eyes wide as he is falling under the waves, and the ghosts seeing and trying to help. Odysseus is so close to death himself they can practically touch him. Then when he attacks Poseidon I need the ghosts appearing for the 600 Strikes, and maybe they are invisible to Poseidon? (Or not- he is a god after all) but they help Odysseus attack Poseidon.

The first drawings are to show how close Polites and Aphrodite were before the war. They had a massive falling out since Polites naturally fought alongside Ody, aka against Troy.

1st pic: Relates to that story I was talking abt! The most basic summary being that Eros decided to prank Anteros by shooting a woman to fall for Anteros. Knowing full well that Anteros would have to poke himself with an arrow to fall for her (he is the avenger of unrequited love afterall)

2nd pic: Anteros finding out abt Perimedes.

3rd pic: Anteros comforting his wife after telling her abt Polites’ death.

4th pic: Eros and Hemaphroditus’ failed attempt to cheer up Anteros (His wife drowned herself not long after hearing the news abt Polites. Can you tell how nice I am to this family :] /silly)

If Poseidon actually manages to snatch Odysseus from Penelope without Odysseus stabbing him in the dick first then yeah, Penelope would be very very mad

7 years or more of Poseidon having a hyperfixation on Odysseus really take a toll on both of them sooo

Also some info about this AU about Odyseidon relationship, Poseidon did actually manage to kidnap Odysseus once but Kronos step in and basically went “Hey give me back my Gacha life singing battle but make it alien stage machine back, his little wife is angry and want to make you a sushi if don’t give him back” and they fought but luckily Penelope step in and got him back while Kronos and Poseidon were fighting

My contribution to the Warrior Penelope AU(+a rough design I made up for Circe). I like the idea that Penelope and Circe are really good friends, and Circe comes to Ithaca from time to time.

anyone remember my good ol' Circe!Polites AU? yeah, well, i'm bringing it back. quick lore rundown: polites dies and is revived by apollo then placed on the island where he takes on circe's role in epic esentially. however, he also loses pretty much all his memory

Actor Au where Telemachus and Antinous have to do their work and fight eachother on camera (and act like they want to kill eachother) but hang out and are all Sweet and cute towards eachother off camera 🙏

Epic the Musical AU

An au that begins after Aphrodite wins the golden apple and she shows Paris what is basically a magic video recording of Helen, telling him about his future bride.

However, in this magic video recording Helen is spending time with Penelope, and Paris goes "forget that Helen chick, I want that one."

And Aphrodite just goes with it, so instead of kidnapping Helen, Paris and Aphrodite kidnap Penelope, and a baby Telemachus to help them better control Penelope.

Odysseus is rightfully murderous, and even if he doesn't have the benefit of a treaty to get all of the Greeks on his side, he is still able to strong arm and lie his way into getting that massive army to besiege Troy and get his wife back.

And over in Troy Penelope is making the situation as insufferable for Paris as she possibly can, she will cause all of the problems until she can get back home safely with her son.

This au would be called Penelope of Troy.
