Kdrama recs Part 2

Hello @camsthisky and anyone else who cares! I do apologize for the delay on this post--it has only been 84 years since Part I of my kdrama recs, I know, and I thought about going for a full century but this is me finding a way to de-stress after watching the first episode of I-Land alkdjfadlksj I’m gonna die of heartbreak but whatever

Speaking of heartbreak, there is a lot to be found in Korea’s wonderful historical dramas, so like, be warned—or, if you are an angst-loving monster like me, settle down for hot guys and good cries

Let us begin! (or, if you want romantic modern dramas see Part 1)

1. Scarlet Heart Ryeo/Moonlovers: 

aha ahahahahahaha *weeps* You may have heard people talk about this show. You may have heard ME talk about this show. This thing was my first kdrama ever and it RUINED ME 

Disclaimer: I have seen this show once and rewatched it twice and on the rewatches I can never quite make myself watch the last 4 or 5 episodes because things get tragic and messy and I get mad. HOWEVER there is a lot of good in the first part of the show and because this thing was all the rage in everywhere but Korea itself, there’s like over 300 fanfic for it and several good fix-its, including one by my good friend @thelonelybrilliance

Ok so anyway this show which could also be called An Abundance of Princes starts with a young woman from modern times getting thrown back into ancient Goryeo during an eclipse and finds herself in the body of Hae Soo, the cousin of the wife of one of the princes, and thus she gets embroiled in royal affairs which are, quite frankly, a mess. See, the evil eyeliner prince (whom I love even when he’s the worst) is plotting with his mom to get the Crown Prince out of the way aka dead BUT who should return to the Palace but the 4th Prince, Wang So, who has spent at least half his life living as hostage to a powerful family. 

So has a scar that cuts across his eye and which in this society makes him a horror to look at or smthing idk he just looks extra hot to me but anyway he wears a mask and is known as the wolf dog (or as the MURDER ANGST CUPCAKE thanks @abadpoetwithdreams). He might seem a little rough around the edges at first because his life has been hell but he really just wants to love and be loved okay people need to be nice to him wtf

Other princes include: 

    1.  the Crown Prince, Wang Mu, a good egg, not particularly charismatic but he tried to protect his lil bro when no one else would

    2.  the 8th prince, Wang Wook, who reminds me of a fellow named Shane and I don’t mean the cowboy

    3.  the 10th prince, Wang Eun, a dumb adorable spoiled bby (played by Baekhyun from EXO)

    4.  the 13th prince, Baek Ah, a tol soft boi, an artist, a BAE, a BRO, a SHIPPER ON DECK

    5.  the 14th prince, Wang Jung this son will fight everyone he’ll fight himself he just loves to fight! Not always wise but he’s a good boy and I like him a lot 

    6.  just realized I skipped the 9th prince but nobody cares 

One quick note is that IU plays Hae Soo, and I enjoy her a lot in the first half of the show where she is still spunky and rebellious...sadly her character kind of falls apart/gets too weak for my liking as the episodes progress

The MAIN reason why I feel it my duty to recommend this show to everyone despite the fact I have never met anyone who wasn’t traumatized by it is LEE JOON GI

Yes, this man:

 I mentioned him in the previous rec post—he played Bong Sang Pil in Lawless Lawyer (AND IS NOW CURRENTLY STARRING IN FLOWER OF EVIL WHICH WILL BE ON ANOTHER POST AHDFOIASDHGALDSKJF FRIQ I AM IN LOVE WITH THAT MAN) 

BUT SERIOUSLY LOOK AT HIS PHOENIX EYES!!! HIS RAZOR SHARP FEATURES! HIS BIG ADORABLE EARS! HIS BEAUTIFUL EXCESSIVE BANGS! 4TH PRINCE WANG SO LOVE OF MY LIFE

SOMEONE PROTECT THIS BBY

2. Hwarang: Ok so right off the bat I am going to smack down a disclaimer that I can’t stand the female lead. TRULY CANNOT. Thus, I don’t like the romance, and only care about the love triangle as far as it just shows how sad and lonely one of the guys is. (Also there are scenes of dumb old men plotting and I don’t like them either). At the end of the show, I am happy that the one guy is NOT stuck with the female lead as his wife. Good for you sir

Sounds like a show to steer clear of then, right? WRONG. This is a show that you skip through because the scenes that are good? Are GREAT

Picture this: It is the Silla era of Korea, and the queen is ruling as regent in place of her son, who has been hiding all his life because everyone wants to kill him. Well, son is now grown and must soon come into the light and take the throne. Queen who both wants her son as king but also really likes being queen decides to do everyone a favor and form an elite fighting squad out of all the prettiest and most talented sons of nobles in the land, with the idea that they will be loyal only to the throne, and thereby keep their dads from plotting to destroy everything. 

Let me tell you something, these ARE the prettiest boys in the land. Good hair, good jawlines, beautiful smiles—the cast lineup includes Park Hyung Sik and his cute lil elf ear, Park Seo Joon, Taehyung (yes from BTS!), and Choi Minho from Shinee, plus two other actors who are lesser known but who are drop-dead gorgeous. Anyway. Sorry, but they really are all beautiful. 

The fun thing is they don’t all get along right away, a few of them are VERY much opposed to the other for various reasons, but they all have to bond and become brothers in arms. And what they don’t know is that the real king snuck in and is one of them. 10/10 I would die for the boys! (also Tae has an older half-brother who is a lower rank than him but whom he looks up to and that makes for cuteness and pain) Once you skip the boring or annoying parts of the show, the rest has so much delight, laughter, and oops pain, lots of pain. I want to go re-watch. 

Two other things I should mention about the show: a super soft side romance between secondary characters and a game of, as they call it in the show, HOT SOCCER 

^pretty boy 1 (with the cute elf ear sadly on the other side of his head)

^pretty boy 2 (sad cheekbone bby) and pretty boy 3 (happy cheekbone bby)

^pretty boy 4 (the prettiest of them all, and he knows it!)

^pretty boy 5 (aka Taehyung danced around the set of a historical drama and made everyone adopt him as their bby) 

3. Faith/The Great Doctor: This is a longer kdrama at 24 episodes and they didn’t have much of a budget so special effects aren’t the best or anything but I just got really attached to all the characters? This is another modern girl goes back in time but UNLIKE SHR it actually has a happy ending, so if you need a historical drama cleanse after that tearjerker/enrager, this could be it for you

Eun Soo has to navigate the ancient kingdom, keep people believing she is a heavenly doctor with special powers, and keep Choi Young alive so he can fulfill his promise of returning her to her own time. The problem with that is Choi Young does have kind of a death wish because of reasons—

Eun Soo is a plastic surgeon who would really like a rich handsome husband one day but them’s the breaks for you, aka she has had no luck in that department. Back in ancient Korea, Choi Young (played by Lee Minho in sadly the only role I really love him in) is a high-ranking beloved captain who can fall asleep anywhere. Oh he can also make electricity with his hands! :D

The story begins when the sleepy sad captain tries to escort the new king and queen to their palace. This was during the time period when ancient Korea was basically a puppet kingdom/tributary of ancient China (Yuan). The king (who is very smol and lacks confidence, but still has a good heart for his country) lived as a hostage in Yuan for many years, and his wise tol queen is a princess of that land, and someone needs to sit them down and make them talk because they actually love each other a lot. Anyway, when the queen gets injured by assassins, Choi Young goes searching for a legendary doctor, winds up in modern Korea, and steals both Eun Soo and a SWAT shield, because hey, it looked cool I guess

Lots of fun things in the show: Choi Young has a crew of soldiers who are BEYOND loyal to him, and while he doesn’t think much of the king at first because he’s been burned by kings before, they slowly become bros and shippers on deck for each other. Eun Soo does not lose her spunk or loyalty unlike other people I could mention *cough*HaeSoofromScarletHeartRyeo*, and it cracks me up when she curses people out. There are also a bunch of people (mostly bad guys) running around with special powers or gifts, including a flame lady and a flute boy, and the latter wears delightful anime wigs, keeps his sword in his flute, and plays his flute to kill—literally! I love flute boy very much

4. My Country: A New Age:

ANGST ANGST ANGST PAAAAAIN BUT ALSO BEST INTRO BEST FAVES BEST ACTORS

Picture this: two young men, who both hail from childhoods of trauma, who grew up together and are best friends, and who are tragically forced apart and end up on opposite sides of a conflict that threatens to upend the current rule of the kingdom. This IS the star-crossed brotp you’ve been waiting for!

Seo Hwi is the son of a general who died a criminal, and all he wants is to live simply and earn enough rice take care of his younger sister, who has seizures and a sweet crush on Hwi’s bestie. Hwi is the best softest most loyal boy with a good and true heart, a great deal of courage, and a talent for wielding a sword, and just wait till you see the best one-shot fight scene ever of him in battle, it is INCREDIBLE! (He is played by Yang Se Jong, who I now want to see more of) Hwi has an abundance of charisma points in that he picks up a small band of loyal soldier friends and they become the best little found family, lots of brotp-ness in this crew—do not mess with any of them because they will all FIGHT you

Seon Ho meanwhile is the illegitimate despised son of a powerful nobleman, only tolerated because the legitimate son died. Seon Ho loves his friend and is very protective of his friend’s little sister who crushes on him but his dad is a high class grade A power-hungry jerk and that causes complications of course. Seon Ho also has a good heart, he’s a gentle soul really, but he always gets stuck in bad positions and unfortunately makes a couple of difficult/bad choices so he hardens himself as much as he can but the consequences always kill him and he just wants to save his friends and destroy his dad and the stupid hierarchy that treats bastards as lesser. WHY IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK? 

Seon Ho he is played by Woo Do Hwan who has so much talent I die so many times over in this show just because of the way he portrays Seon Ho like that sad sad boy is one of my favorite characters evER! Is he problematic? At times maybe but I am HERE for him he just needs LOVE AND AFFECTION AND AN ABUNDANCE OF GOOD FRIENDS BUT INSTEAD (SOMETIMES THRU HIS OWN FAULT BUT HE ADMITS THAT) HE JUST SUFFERS AND SO I SUFFERRRR

*grabs a towel and dries up my tears*

Hwi also falls in love with a woman named Hui Jae (or was it Hee Jae i can’t remember) and they are very cute together, she’s pretty cool but the show’s one failing is arguably that they kind of underuse her in the plot as the story goes on? But I still like her and she still has a good role, and she is both brave and kind and not afraid to step in or tell people off, also keep a weather eye open for patching up scenes! 

Oh yeah, eVERYONE in this gets hurt/stabbed/shot/bloody, such a shame they have to take their shirts off to clean and bandage the wounds ;)

Last character I must mention is Bang Won, played by Jang Hyuk in his second interpretation of the historical figure. Bang Won is the fifth? son of the guy who becomes emperor/king, and he has his own plans for the country, so when Hwi catches his eye, he recruits him to his cause.  What you need to know about him is that he has issues with his dad, is slightly unhinged, and cannot and should not be parted from the fan that he constantly carries around with him. Gotta say, Jang Hyuk is FANTASTIC (heheheheheheh) in the role, able to convey all kinds of emotion in the rise and fall of his voice, in the tilt of his head, the tears of his eyes, the flick of his fan. Give this actor all the awards! 

To sum up: if you like to cry for days after watching a drama, if you like excellent heart-wrenching brotps, if you like conflicted characters, if you like amazing music and setting and plot, if you like guys with good hair and arm muscles (and 

abs, thank you shirtless scenes what) this show is a Must Watch

Ok I was going to leave the historical drama post at this for now but...I’m going to cheat a little and include the one historical C!drama I just finished.Yes folks I am talking about:

5. Nirvana in Fire:

Ok so maybe the switch from kdrama to cdrama makes you uncertain. Maybe the fact that this show has FIFTY-FOUR EPISODES makes you go hell no I don’t have enough time for that. Well if you overlook this show for those reasons, you are making, and I do not exaggerate, the greatest mistake of your show-watching life!

Look, first, this drama has one of the best, most intricate, most satisfying plots in history, with like 20 characters you would die for, and second, the episodes are only about 42 minutes each, which is shorter than most kdrama episodes, so you can deal.

Once upon a time there was a general/family who were just too good to exist in corrupt old China, so naturally they were framed for treason and there was a giant massacre and everybody died, including the eldest prince who was like um dad maybe this is all a horrible mistake and the king was like no u are the mistake. Sad times.

One of the many younger princes named Jing (A NOBLE HEART, if not always the cleverest) returns home from wherever he was, finds out that not only did his prince brother die, but so did his best friend/brother in the whole wide world, Lin Shu, son of the general. Because he insists on the innocence of said bros/family, Jing becomes an outcast prince and is shuffled off to fight in wars where he can’t cause any trouble. Meanwhile, Princess Nihuang, Lin Shu’s brave, awesome, amazing, wise, incredible girlfriend, refuses to marry anyone else, and because she is too cool to be messed with, nobody tries to banish her

Cut to I think eleven years later, when the two most powerful princes are vying to be the crown prince and heir to the throne. They both try to recruit the aid of a renowned clever and sassy strategist named Mei Changsu, to help them with plotting and PR and such.

Well little do they know that Mei Changsu is actually the not-dead Lin Shu, with a completely new face (for reasons), and that Mei Changsu is a chess master setting up a long con for the dual purpose of obtaining revenge/justice for the dead and of raising Prince Jing to the throne, since Prince Jing is the only man with a good enough heart and strong enough will to make China a better place for all the people. But just to make it hard on everybody, Mei Changsu is dead set on not telling anyone who he really is—again, for reasons. He is not always successful in keeping his secret.

I literally don’t know what else to say because there is so MUCH to say, so many characters to love, and I mean LOVE. How do you get a cast this good? How is everyone so different yet so important? How do you feel bad for the emperor even when he’s slimy? How do you have to stop yourself from rooting for the prince who would destroy some of your faves? I can’t praise the charisma and acting talent in this show enough! And the music! IS GORGEOUS!

1 strategist too sassy for his own good and too clever for everyone else’s good + 1 prince who loves his mom and his dead best friend and his dead older brother more than anything else in the world + 1 gentle wise mom + 1 eternally loyal princess who would defend her loved ones with the sword if necessary + 1 sassy Elrond healer man + 1 grumpy sulky baby who loves being a better fighter than almost everyone + 1 loyal to the death, brave badass general who is going to have a stress breakdown if the strategist doesn’t take better care of himself + not 1 but 2 good boys who deserve to be protected but who are willing to throw themselves into battle if necessary + 1 antagonist tiger prince who I love and am not ashamed to say it = THE BEST OF TIMES

The neon lights were sweeping the floor and faceless mass of bodies were grinding against each other along the beat. You looked down from the VIP areas balcony your eyes sweeping lazily the crowd. If you were truly honest you weren't in a mood of partying but need to feed has caused you to agree to hang out at your friends’ club.  Blood moon was a nightclub where human and supernatural being would find their safe haven away from judging eyes. It has been only five years when Vampires had revealed themselves to the world followed by werewolves and other creatures were soon to follow. You can guess what kind of  reception of supernatural world coming in to common knowledge has caused. It didn’t take long before some religious cults rose and begun to lecture the world about how those monsters were horrific and twisted how they could never be creation of God, the politicians kept arguing back and forth on TV how these dangerous beast would take over their world and turn them, in to their slaves. The thought made you snort. only thing that had changed was that people were now aware of the supernatural creatures existence and you were quite sure that majority of them weren’t interested in dominating the world. 

‘’What is so funny?’’ Jaebum, one of the club owners has came to stand next to you without you noticing and looking the people below you. You couldn’t deny that Jaebum was a beautiful man even your species standard. he had pale skin and a beautiful face framed by black messy locks. he had a small silver ring on left side of his nose and another silver ball piercing right below his eye on the same side. His eyes were black like a pool of water in night and when he smiled you could see them sparkling like they were holding stars. Jaebum was tall hovering right above you and his monochrome outfit made him look even taller.   ‘’Nothing really, I was just thinking about when supernatural world came out of closet.’’ You admit. ‘’Ah, it really would have been great that vampires would have asked our opinions when they revealed themselves.’’ Jaebum agrees. ‘’ Still there is some plus sides, for example amount of willing participants who are begging to be fed from. Speaking of feeding you look terrible.’’ Jaebum points the dark circles underneath of your E/C eyes. ‘’Gee, thanks you surely know how to talk for a woman.’’ You snort. ‘’If you wouldn’t been staring at people below you, you would have already noticed that there is group of men who had stared your ass for a while now.’’ Jaebum tells raising his brow. You had dressed in to tight red dress that barely covered your ass and black high heels that made your legs look longer than they actually were. The idea of your whole outfit was to make your hunt for the night much easier. really you didn't have to see so much trouble, even if you would have arrived the club in old baggy jeans and t shirt you would gain stares from both male and female population. ‘’Hmm, really, what kind of wristbands they are wearing?’’ You ask arching your brows. The club had made of rule of wearing different color wristband based on your species. K-Pop life lessons (2 year old blog anniverary project)

I believe that music is something that can bring people together. I believe that the musicians we listen too and the things they create can teach us things. This goes for every genre, not just K-Pop. But there is a stigma around K-Pop of it just being men and women dancing around singing about ice cream, rainbows and happiness. It can be that, but it can be incredibly meaningfull and the artists teach us things. 

Here are some things I have learned: 

Monsta X , BTOB and Seventeen taught me that family isn’t just blood, it can go further than that. Your friends can become your family. 

SHINee and VIXX taught me that it’s perfectly fine to go against the grain of what others do. As long as you stay yourself. 

Day6 taught me that it’s okay to feel alone sometimes, but in the end you are never truly alone. 

Sistar, Girl’s Generation, AOA, Mamamoo etc have taught me that it’s okay to be confident and speak my mind when I feel like I am being done wrong.

BTS x Male! Reader Headcanons  (Mythology series)

Okay so these headcanons are based off of my moodboards I started about 3 days ago! Swing over to my masterlist to find them

Ghost! Reader/Back story:

Okay! So! The reader is a ghost.

The best way I can explain this mythology series is that people are born into normal families but in very rare cases there’s genetic mutations from centuries back that are specific to culture that can occur in one person per generation Some are very generic mutations and some are very rare.

These mutations are known as mythology mutations and can skip several generations before they occur.

In this case the mutation that had occurred in M/n was the ghost mutation.

His family never had a mutation happen in the past five generations. So m/n was a god send.

His family were highly accepting of this and thanks to the plethora of information on the internet, due to the commonness of his mutation, were able to adapt.

Some of his abilities are: Going through walls, becoming invisible and possessing objects.

Unfortunately, having the mutation also affected m/ns appearance.

He was completely opaque at birth but as he got older he became more and more transparent. 

The process slowed once he became a legal adult thankfully. 

When he was 18, M/ns grandparents died but in their will was their wish to leave their mansion to who ever had a mythology mutation in their family.

So M/n became the owner of their mansion and moved out of his family home at 19 and into the mansion.

However, he became less and less willing to leave the home and so he began to not care for himself.

This caused him to lose control of his abilities and so he became completely invisible.

He stayed in this state for 3 years and due to the thought of the public believing that the mansion was completely empty, it went up for sale.

(You can see where this is going-)

Obviously, Bts, a group of 7 mythology mutation inclined boys, bought the mansion.

When they moved in, M/n was in shock. So much so that he lost invisibility in front of them and freaked everyone out.

With a lot of screaming, debates on who owned the mansion and phone calls to the housing company later.  They finally settled on living together.

And that’s where this begins...

Naga! Namjoon:

Namjoon is a naga. A.k.a He’s a snake. 

Literally.

He has a room on the main floor of the mansion and at the back where the garden and library are.

His room is far away from Jungkooks due to fire and grass not mixing too well....

He works in the botanical gardens on the outskirts of the city and wouldn’t change it for anything.

He also studies natural science at the university and is in his last year.

He maintains the garden when he can and it’s very pretty. It’s his treasure. 

Also he’s hella smart-

Willingly will educate you on whatever you want.

Sometimes talks in riddles and drags out his ‘s’s...

He get’s along well with M/n mainly because he was the one who was able to convince him that it was a good idea to have all 7 of them living in the house.

I mean... He did it somehow?

Is a voice of reason in the group. 

He can de-escalate an argument really quickly and thank god for that because this mix of mythologies can be dangerous.

His abilities: He can take the form of a snake, move incredibly fast and detect changes in heat drastically better than someone else.

Appearance wise there’s not much; He has a few scale patches across his body and his pupils are slits. Nothing too much.

One thing the members cannot stand is when he does the thing when he opens his mouth much wider than a normal person can. Freaks everyone out.

Vampire! Jin:

Vampire Jin. Explains his never ending beauty.

Vampires do not live forever in this au but they can live significantly longer than a normal person. 

Most like to play up the fiction that they can live forever though...

Jin’s room is in the basement with Jimin’s but they’re on complete opposite sides of the basement. 

He chose the basement so that he doesn’t have to bother with the light of day while he tries to sleep.

He’s adapted his sleep schedule so that he’s up in the early evening and asleep at around five or six am.

He’s more than willing to help make dinner before he goes out to work.

Surprise! Jin owns a night club!

It’s his pride and joy because he’s spent so long making it perfect.

He did go to university but that was a long time ago...

He studied acting if you’re wondering.

He likes to go to the local feeding bank for vampires and personally pick out what he’s drinking.

He hates drinking directly from people; he says it makes him feel like a monster.

He and M/n have an interesting relationship due to Jin being able to feel M/n before he sees him; then turns out M/n is invisible right next to him.

They get along none the less.

His abilities: Night-vision, moving at ridiculous speeds and seduction with touch.

He never likes using seduction do to anything however-

Appearance wise there’s not much going on; he’s a little paler than everyone else and has fangs and very amber eyes. He’s also cold to touch.

Everyone respects him due to his knowledge of the past..

This doesn’t stop Jungkook from being a little shit at times though.

Siren! Yoongi:

Instead of Hong Kong, his tongue will take you to your potential death,,,

His room is on the main floor with Namjoon but is on the opposite side and is at the side of the house.

He’s located far from Jungkook due to his room needing to be many degrees colder than the younger’s.

((I feel like I’m ostracising kook :( ))

He works for a music company in the city as a producer and has permission to work from home on rainy days due to his mutation.

His abilities: Siren body and luring with voice.

The siren body thing he can’t really control due to if he gets wet it kinda just happens.

Appearance wise its not much once again. His body has this wet sheen to it and he has a few scales here and there. He also has a second film-esk layer to his eves to be able to see in salt water; he’s also very cold to touch.

He and Jungkook can rarely touch each other, or at least have to be careful when doing so. If their skin directly touches, steam occurs and Yoongi’s skin dries out some. Not good.

He and M/n get on due to the similarities in living styles. Both rooms have to be several degrees cooler than most and both are cold to touch.

Yoongi has to have a separate bathroom due to the involuntary siren body thing when he washes himself.

He originally never wanted to get involved in music due to the voice that he can use to lure people but he couldn’t keep himself from music.

However he’s still uncomfortable talking to strangers and so it took a while for him to talk to M/n.

He also avoids arguments as much as possible due to the potential loss of control over his abilities

Summer elf! Hoseok:

A god send for keeping the group together.

Room wise; he shares the top most room with Taehyung but it’s a large space and their ‘rooms’ are sectioned off by curtains.

They share the top floor because of the massive skylight that allows for both of them to be happy.

His ‘room’ is full of flowers?? This boy loves his flowers.

Ability wise there’s not much to him: He can form wings to fly and grow plants.

Appearance wise is exciting: He has elf ears (Y’all know what i’m talking about) and he literally glows.

If someone needs to place them self away from the group to cool off or something of the sorts. Hobi will go with them and make sure they don’t feel left out.

Hobi has A degree in dance and has a studio in the city where he usually teaches kids and occasionally teaches adults.

He loves it. The studio is bright due to the skylights and has plants where ever he can get them without getting in the way when they dance.

He gets along with everyone, so obviously he gets along with M/n.

He’s always there to comfort and help if he loses control of his abilities.

He does the same for the other members of course.

Also, he cares for the garden when Namjoon can’t. Like, he’ll care for it for a few days and suddenly there’s 5 new plant species blooming and about 7 new fruit and veg growing and a new tree.

He also created dances that go along to random beats that Yoongi creates.

Demon! Jimin:

A little promiscuous shit.

His room is in the basement with Jin as I’ve mentioned but it’s on the other side due to how protective he gets of his space. And the amount of noise he makes when he brings people home.

Furthest room from Taehyung due to their mythologies being complete opposites; doesn’t stop them from being friends though.

His abilities: Seduction without touch, emotional control, control of minor appearance and his demon form.

Appearance wise he can choose what he looks like. He prefers to look normal when he’s out in society during they day (e.g he has no horns and normal eyes). When he’s at home or in the club he likes to have his horns out and his natural red eyes out.

He’s fervently bisexual and is openly feminine. He goes around wearing heels usually due to the feeling of power they give him.

He’s also very openly sexual.

He rarely uses his abilities to seduce someone but when he does...

The whole household disproves and he’s banished to his room for a while and is not allowed to go out for a few nights.

No one’s against him being overtly sexual and having may sexual partners it’s just no one in the mansion really likes using their powers to get their way.

Anyways! Jimin goes to university as well and is doing a psychology course! A mythological based psychology course.

He get’s along with everyone by implementing dirty humour into the conversation.

However he views his and M/ns relationship differently.

Jimin is severely insecure and opens up to M/n only. He doesn’t know why but it helps.

Have it be known that he refuses to get with anyone in the mansion. He simply doesn’t feel comfortable being that close to someone and having a one time thing and then having to see them after.

Angel! Taehyung:

A Prince. Well an angel that looks like a prince

As I’ve said; he’s on the top most floor with Hobi due to the skylight. 

Tae likes it because he likes being closer to heaven in a way.

As I’ve said again, he’s furthest from Jimin due to their mythologies not mixing well.

Abilities wise: He can spawn wings and fly with them and he has increased strength and empathy.

Appearance wise he looks like an actual prince; he glows. If you look carefully you can see a faint halo above his head and he has the scars where his wings spawn from.

Tae doesn’t enjoy spawning his wings as it’s an incredibly painful process and takes quite some time due to the fact his wings are massive.

Tae goes to university and he studies human psychology. He’s usually in the same building as Jimin but never the same class.

He aims to use his abilities to help people who are struggling though tough times.

He’s similar to Hobi in a way that he helps hold the group together. He can feel when someones anger is rising or an argument is about to erupt. So he helps to negate this.

He’s close to M/n in a way that he helps M/n get though when ever he’s having a rough time emotionally.

Of course he does this for everyone.

Tae likes to go to the children's hospital in the city every Sunday and go around and talk to every single child and help them feel a bit better.

And as a treat; once a month he spawns his wings and lets the kids touch them as a treat.

The kids love it due to how rare it is to see an angel mutation and it’s always something new for them to experience.

He’s lost count of how many parents have thanked him for supporting their kids when they cant be there for them due to work or otherwise.

Phoenix! Jungkook:

Oh boy. Jungkook is one spicy flame boy.

He’s located on the second floor with M/n but they’re on opposite sides.

His room is very, very, very hot. His walls are covered in soot and have to be regularly cleaned off.

There’s his own smoke detector in his room and it usually goes off when he’s mad.

His abilities: Phoenix form and pyrokinesis.

his appearance isn’t anything major. He has a lot of burn scars and he feels ridiculously hot.

He never uses his phoenix form for several reasons. It takes too long for him to do the transformation, he hates being covered in soot and ash when he re-forms and it’s highly dangerous.

He’s usually up first out of everyone. Ironically during golden hour.

He literally thrives in summertime and hates the winter time.

However he does act as a good heater during winter and he helps light the fire.

He goes to university!! And he’s on a sports scholarship for judo.

Unsurprising really.

He’s known as a ladies man on the university campus but doesn’t want t get involved with relationships ever so some girls think he’s a fuckboy.

Rude that’s what that is.

Usually makes dinner for everyone with Jin and It helps because it allows Jin to get to work quicker.

If Jin’s already out before dinner, he makes dinner with M/n. 

Their relationship is interesting because Kook still gets freaked out when he’s stirring something and M/n reaches straight through the pot and him to grab something on the other side.

But he also talks to M/n about university and any problems he’s having. Though these problems are usually him getting lost in the mansion.

Anyone who’s always cold, Jin, M/n and Yoongi, like to sit near Kook but not too close. Kook finds it weird but all three explained to him that it helps them feel a bit more normal so Kook’s more than willing to help his hyungs out if it makes them feel better.

Woah so here I go with my limited LotR knowlegde… but I’ll do my best. (I have seen the films and started the books but I am better with The Hobbit series, so I might use characters from there too.)

SM has been like this since ages

Here we go with a really L O N G ASS explanation about SM and he’s promoting ways.

I’ve been a fan of mostly all of SM groups since like 10 years except maybe TVXQ/DBSK, I started as a SJ-KRY Stan and I knew nothing about other groups and the internal dynamic of the company I was like this for like 3-4 years till SJ “Mr. Simple” era, to be clear ALL YOUR GOING ABOUT TO READ IS JUST MY EXPERIENCE AND OPINION FROM MY SM FAN VIEW SO…

ALL of the SM artist have had this kind of “scandal” in their own way and in their biggest era, BUT not just SM makes this, YG, JYP and smaller companies makes this to let their ongoing and growing groups get bigger in terms of numbers, if I have to put this in other way it’s like a competition between companies to prove which group of theirs is popular.

You’ll see, in the 2nd generation of K-pop groups like SJ & BB debut, it’s pretty known VIP’s and ELF’s are like enemies, just like EXO & BTS and their own fandoms (EXO-L’s and ARMY’s), the problem it’s not the publicity tactic that the companies held (I said that’s not the problem cuz this method is hold by numerous and different kinds of companies PUBLICLY since the 50’s), the problem is when it is not well managed.

SM is one of the 3 biggest entertainment companies all over Korea, you know when you are the best student in your class all the professors have an eye on you and even if you commit small mistakes everyone is just like HOW, IS SOMETHING WRONG GOING ON? SM maybe is one of the 3 biggest but is kind of dumb when it came to manage scandals, yes they paid for ulzzangs to promote THEIR GROUPS not just NCT because Instagram, Vyrl and other social media caught the attention not just of Korean citizens but international community, but they kinda choose the worst of the worst ulzzangs not because they’re not popular enough cuz clearly they’re more than influential to gain the attention not just from NCTzen’s but the web media, I said worst of the worst because most of this ulzzangs usually express how they gain money.

I mean by this when you are a true fan maybe low-key but true fan it is just to noticeable from the other part of the world but this is the problem whenever SM applies this method to promote their groups, SM groups have (not said by me but by ex-trainees that now are in other companies) the hardest and difficult trainee period, let’s take Johnny as an example:

Johnny was a trainee for 9 years, he travel to Korea periodically for 4 years and until he end high school he went to Korea permanently until now, when he started proper trainee system in SM he trained everyday for more than 16hrs not just dancing, he practice singing, learnt Korean properly, MC training, modeling, singing and other stuff that comes with being an SM wanna be Idol. Being an SM trainee is enough to learn how is to be an idol with out being one properly. There for why many sm trainees leaves the company at an early beginning.

Returning to the point, SM is paying ulzzangs to attend NCT’s events not because they don’t care about the fans (well knowing SM maybe there’s a little of that) but because NCT is a rising group (and they have now other ways of make them bigger not like in SJ or SNSD era that they only have TV and that’s too much) they need to get known in what ever way they need to being known.

Yeah, it’s kind of well actually it’s very frustrating that they don’t get on count NCTzen’s efforts, because well SM could have pay those Ulzzangs to promote them on SNS but they don’t pay them to vote for them on public charts, believe me SM has their restrictions it’s like a rule between companies, they may pay to people who know nothing about their groups but the play fair and square.

We have to keep supporting our boys on order to make clear all this bullshit other fandoms are creating of our boys cuz if we just keep there staring and complaining we are going to give them the reason. It’s funny tho cuz many idols were ulzzangs before being trainees so we have to support them and SM if we want them to be bigger and keep the support of their company.

I love NCT too much, they give me enough synergy to start my day and makes me happy, please other fandoms don’t take this tactic to depreciate our group, we NCTzen’s have work since they were trainees to make them be where they are, if you don’t know you have to look at their ments when they won an award, SM artists in general are so thankful to their respective fandoms and even their antis because of we they are the groups we stan just like your fandom work to make your group’s grow we have work as much as they so please.

“I’m sorry ma’am, but we don’t have cups any smaller than this.”

[name] gritted her teeth under the attempt at a polite smile she was currently giving to a rather demanding customer. The entire span of the clusterfuck that was her Sunday was going just swimmingly. [name] was drained of all energy she could’ve had if she’d slept sooner – a terribly written and heavily procrastinated 3000-word essay was due for tomorrow’s class – and her patience was wearing thinner than her will to live.

“That’s outrageous,” the mother argued. “How is my son supposed to drink if he doesn’t have a cup the right size?!”

Said brat was currently crossing his arms over his chest with the same huffy face his mother wore.

Normally, [name] was tempted to retort, but didn’t for fear of unleashing this doting mother’s wrath.

“I don’t know, ma’am,” the girl replied warily. “If you have any suggestions, you could put them in our suggestions box.” She didn’t want to tick this woman off, who seemed like the kind that would dob [name] in to the manager and ensure she lost her job like the soccer mom she most certainly was.

“This is horrible service. You get paid for this!” Soccer Mom whined.

“Then leave if you’re so unhappy,” [name] hissed, fed up with having to deal with another unsatisfied customer who she’d served well enough.

The woman harrumphed and opened her designer purse, making sure [name] could see all of her sweet, glorious cash and be reminded of how big a tip she could’ve received. Placing the money she owed onto the table, she latched onto her son’s hand – the brat had the audacity to blow a raspberry at the fuming waitress – and turned, stomping out of the café.

“Fucking finally,” [name] muttered, setting to work on cleaning the recently unoccupied table.

Although the freshman found working in customer service horrible, especially on weekends, [name] had grown fond of Cozy Corner (well, on good days unlike this one). It was a quaint little hidden gem, full of indoor plants and lovely fellow employees, with the kind of vibe she loved to take in. It was the kind of place that made you feel as if secrets were hidden behind its walls and in its crevices, secrets of the magical and otherworldly sort. Soccer Mom had been out of place in that sense – she reeked of business and richness and stern materialism, whilst Cozy Corner tasted of humble beginnings, friendships and warmth.

[name] had been fired from her previous job at a restaurant – courtesy of her clumsiness – and when she’d first entered Cosy Corner, it was love at first sight. Seeing the ‘help wanted’ sign had made her infinitely happy and she’d immediately applied for work, wanting to bask in the magic of the place. It was a part of the college, so it wasn’t far from her dorm either. The girl frequented the café when she studied as well, although she often found her thoughts wondering and crafted stories of the little elves that had amassed a secret civilisation in her mind. It was a great place to think about whatever, and [name] often felt her stupid fear of mind readers knowing of her equally stupid thoughts dissolve when she was inside.

As she wiped down the mahogany table, one may have noticed the unfocused expression she held as [name] worked. Her thoughts were drifting again, not necessarily to fairies and elves living under the floorboards, although he may as well be a fairy or an elf.

Park Jimin was otherworldly to [name]. The boy was too soft and sweet and beautiful to be from somewhere as tainted as earth. It was as if he’d been untouched by anything dirty; as if he’d come from the heavens themselves. His entire being radiated the kind of warmth that drew people to him, and it certainly drawn [name] in like a spell. Or a curse, she couldn’t tell.

Apart from the obvious – he was a dance major, a freshman, and had unusually good taste in fashion – [name] knew next to nothing about Jimin. He was just as magical and otherworldly as Cosy Corner. It was almost as if a portion of his soul resided there, as if he left little specks of whatever fairy dust he was made of every time he came in to study or eat or relax.

He was certainly popular too, having a rather impressive number of admirers.

[name] had never spoken to him, being too afraid to initiate a conversation of any sort (and hiding so she wouldn’t have to serve him whenever he popped in), but she watched him every time he came in. Jimin usually ordered green tea without any sugars or sweeteners, and [name] would internally laugh when she watched him make funny faces as he drank it, as if he didn’t like the taste (she assumed he was probably drinking it for health benefits).

On some occasions, he’d order something different, like hot chocolate and cheesecake. Jimin seemed to be the type who was very cautious of what he consumed, and took good care of himself (reflected by his ridiculously attractive exterior and clear, unblemished skin [name] was extremely envious of).

[name] didn’t even have to glance at the clock to know Jimin would enter the café in a few minutes. He always came here around the same time on Sunday mornings, and [name] often found her heart fluttering whenever she heard the signature ring of the bell and his footsteps making their way over to the corner table by the back window, sometimes accompanied by other pairs of footsteps. She’d memorised whatever she could of his routine – and although she often chided herself for being somewhat stalker-ish, she ended up trying to learn more about this otherworldly being anyway.

Instead of hiding in the kitchen like [name] normally did whenever Jimin popped in, the girl had mentally pressured herself into staying where the tables were and taking his order. [name] knew just how stupid and desperate she seemed for trying to get the attention of a boy so out of her league. Jimin was so much more interesting and pretty than the average and bland-looking [name], but the boy was a human magnet. Besides, she was the only one currently working in the café; one of her colleagues had suddenly vomited earlier, and the other one had gone with said sickly colleague to make sure they got to the college’s sick bay safely.

Ring.

Recognising his steps immediately, [name] employed a breathing technique to calm her rapid heartbeat. As she focused on the wooden floorboards she was sweeping, she felt relieved at the sense of control she’d managed to successfully establish over herself mentally as Jimin’s steady, light footsteps came closer-

[name]’s heart screeched as Jimin passed by her and she cursed herself for trembling, and the boy who had now seated himself in his usual spot for making her tremble like she’d been thrown out into the unforgiving cold of the Siberian tundra. Trying to attempt a calm walk instead of the sprint she was so desperately holding back, [name] went back into the kitchen and disposed of the waste in the dustpan, before gripping the counter and counting to control her tenseness once again.

god are you a hot mess, [name].

Feeling her will steel over once more, the girl straightened herself and walked outside, notepad and pen in hand. As she approached Jimin, her confidence swayed a little once more, but she managed to miraculously avoid having another meltdown. Jimin, noticing her approach, looked up, and [name] swore to herself making eye contact with him was the most downright magical experience she’d ever had. 

Jimin’s eyes were as dark as a moonless night, but his eyes had the kind of shine to them that could only be explained by the vast array of stars and galaxies that they most certainly held. [name] wanted to lose herself in them forever and never return to earth, but unfortunately, that would’ve been awkward, and by the gods if she kept staring into his mesmerising gaze for a second longer her embarrassment would imprison her within some faraway abandoned building in the middle of nowhere and fucking hell [name] stop fucking staring- 

“Um, hi,” the waitress began, cursing her awkwardness. “What would you like?” 

“Cup of green tea, please,” he replied, and [name] wanted to write an entire book about the ethereal softness of Park Jimin’s voice, his endearing accent, as well as how his vocal chords had most certainly been enchanted by magic, if it wouldn’t have been such a creepy thing to do. 

“Sure,” [name] said as casually as she could, scribbling hahahah fuck me on her notepad. 

Making her way back to the kitchen, the girl set to work on making green tea, grumbling to herself about her trembling hands and the boy who made her heart thump faster than what [name] though was humanely possible. Once did she spill a few droplets of boiled water from the kettle onto her hand, and twice did she nearly use the wrong kind of tea leaves. Once the tea was finished, she went to place it on the table in front of Jimin, who smiled and gave her polite thanks (much to [name]’s simultaneous embarrassment and happiness). 

Turning on her heels to go hide in the kitchen, [name] stopped when she heard a soft excuse me from the boy behind her. Slowly turning back around, she mustered up the most normal ‘Yes?’ she possibly could. 

“You work here?” 

“Y-yeah, I do.” oh my gooooddddd [name] stop being weird. 

“Huh. I think here I never see you before…” Jimin thought to himself out loud. 

Through the internal screaming of FUCK YEA I’M TALKING TO PARK JIMIN [name] managed to reply with a nervous laugh, stating she wasn’t the most memorable of people. 

Jimin pursed his lips. “Never mind,” he dismissed. “You know Jungkook?” 

Still having difficulty forming words, [name] simply nodded. 

“Do you know where Jungkook is?” 

“Ah- one of our co-workers vomited earlier and Jungkook took her to the sickbay.” 

“Oh, okay,” Jimin replied, looking a little nervous. He looked around and fiddled with his thumbs for a few seconds, before rummaging through his knapsack to produce a disc with an envelope, the word PROJECT scribbled on its surface. 

“Sorry to bother, but can you please give him for me? I can’t do it because he’s not here.” 

“Uh- yeah! Sure, I’m- I’ll give it to him.” 

“Thanks, umm…?” 

“[name].” 

Jimin smiled. “My name is Jimin. Nice to meet you. Sorry for my weird English.” 

Somewhat dazed, [name] didn’t reply as he downed the cup of green tea, his nose scrunching up at its slight bitterness, before wiping his mouth with the sleeve of his shirt and handing her a note as well as the disc. As Jimin’s soft hand brushed hers, she felt a jolt of electricity, as if she’d been woken from the dead by an angel from the heavens above, and it took [name] a full five seconds to realise he’d overpaid. 

“Wait! This is-” 

“Keep the change!” Jimin called over his shoulder, a mischievous undertone to his voice as he exited the café, stunned eyes following him in his walk past the front window and into the garden between the food court and the dorms. 

As she looked down and swirled the tea leaves in the cup in her hand, [name] couldn’t stop the triumphant grin that split her face in two, the unpleasantness of her morning and the soon due 3000-word essay she had yet to write completely forgotten. 

And even as she went about her day, she couldn’t stop smiling to herself like a lovesick puppy, earning the occasional odd look from one of her friends. Her dormmate Kacie bugged [name] about her unusually good mood, unsuccessfully trying to pry an answer from her. Jungkook, her colleague, had done the same when she’d returned the disc to him. 

The rest of the week passed by in a blur; she continued her work, went out with friends on weekends, and [name]’s life seemingly went back to its somewhat dull pattern. Memories of the magic that had transpired in the café, however, never seemed to leave her mind. No matter how focused she was on analysing Hamlet or writing another one of the endless essays thrown her way, Jimin managed to invade [name]’s thoughts endlessly, like a kind of dark ooze littered with stars, adding something as exciting as the night sky to [name]’s mundane and dusty mind. 

And as her normal life continued as it was, she began to think she’d daydreamed the entire encounter for all its etherealness. Trying to stop thinking about her little crush was hard, sure, but [name] came back from cloud nine to bitter reality – eventually – and realised how hopeless she was. She began to avoid Park Jimin whenever he popped into the café once more, thinking she would never speak to him again, and as much as it disappointed her, everything became the same boring pattern once more. 

The only reminder [name] had of her encounter with Park Jimin was the patterned cup she’d used to serve him his beloved green tea, and the text messages she’d sent to her best friend about it all.

It was three weeks since [name] would speak to Jimin again, and if a time traveller would have warned her about the sheer absurdity of it all beforehand, she would have laughed and dismissed them. 

[name]’d been typing away at her laptop, finishing up some homework she had. The entire café was still and tranquil, with the only noise being the incessant noise of said typing. 

It was only around half past five and the sky was already littered with stars. The onset of winter meant an early sunset, and an early sunset meant [name]’s overtime happened past dark. 

Since it was Friday night, most of the students were probably preparing themselves to go out and unwind on the final weekend they could relax before exams drew nearer and their workload became much more stressful. [name] likely wouldn’t have to deal with any customers considering most students didn’t unwind at a quiet café in a not particularly popular area of the campus. She had an hour and a half to kill until her shift ended. 

The entirety of [name]’s concentration was focusing on the screen in front of her, so she didn’t notice the tiny, twinkling orb just outside the café. Said orb vaguely resembled a star, as if one had been plucked out of the sky and placed directly outside the window. 

The orb seemed to stand there for a moment, twinkling peacefully within its surroundings until all of a sudden [name] noticed the brilliant light coming through the glass windows of the café. Whatever it was, it would blind her if she didn’t look away, so she instantaneously shielded her face from the light. 

Between the half second it took her to shield her face and turn away, a loud crash registered in [name]’s mind. The next thing she knew, she was on the floor, momentarily paralysed in her own dizziness, before the roof of the café swam into focus above her and she abruptly sat up, feeling oddly queasy. Two voices registered within her mind – one boyish and young, and one domineering and deep. 

“Then tell him I said no!” the former voice shrieked. 

“You’d better hurry fucking hurry, Park,” the latter voice spat. “V isn’t happy to wait for much longer.” 

who now? 

“Tell him I don’t care,” was the eerily cold reply. 

“Do I look like I give a shit? You’d better do it before you have your ass handed to you.” 

A tense, dead silence settled over the room, think enough to cut with a knife. [name]’s heart pounded in her chest as she heard this exchange happen. Who the hell were these people? What had just happened? It didn’t help that her head was throbbing and she still felt nauseous. She was having trouble thinking straight because of her low grasp on the situation. 

what the fuck is going on? 

Her curiosity no longer able to control itself, [name] made the risky choice of looking around the corner that was hiding her. Apart from the wreckage – the front window was shattered, and some of the tables and chairs were scattered everywhere – she couldn’t really see much. Deciding the wait whatever the hell this was out, the girl tucked herself in and stayed absolutely silent behind the counter. She was lucky she’d managed to stay out of the line of view of the intruders. 

they were probably just some thugs and park probably just bought drugs from the other man or some shady shit like that and- 

Before [name] could end her racing trail of thoughts, a loud crash resounded throughout the café and a table collided against the wall that held the shattered front window. 

“Missed me!” Park shrieked, before [name], from the limited view she had of the interaction, saw a figure dressed in all black dart to pick up the table and, she presumed, fling it at his opponent. 

Another crash sound followed, before both men were flinging tables and chairs and the occasional pottery at each other, judging by what [name] could hear from her crouched position behind the counter. The situation was getting increasingly hectic, and she grew increasingly afraid she’d be discovered by the men and end up in a hospital. Her heart sunk as they continued to destroy the café she so loved, and she swallowed nervously, counting to ten to ease her nerves. 

shit, what am i gonna tell the boss? 

One of the men swore loudly as a chair tumbled over the counter, landing mere feet away from [name]. She let out a half shriek, before quickly clapping her hand over her face and internally freaking out. The brawl, however, continued, so she assumed she hadn’t been heard. 

A vase crashed against the cupboards above and opposite the counter. Shielding herself from the shards that flew, [name] suppressed a cry of pain as one of the shards cut into her arm. 

A crash that was much louder than the rest seemed to bring everything to a standstill. For a few seconds, all that was audible was the sound of the two men gulping and gasping for air. The sound of broken glass shuffling across the floor was heard as whoever had been thrown stood up. 

“This isn’t over, Park.” The threat came out in a low growl, before the bell for the front door tinkled as one of the intruders exited the café, trying to run in spite of their injuries. 

Park took an audible gasp for air, before he collapsed on the ground with a thump. 

[name], determining it was safe enough to come out, stood up and assessed the extensive damage to the café. 

Shattered glass lay all over the floor, and most of the tables and chairs were scattered around in varying positions. Miraculously, the laptop [name] left atop the bench didn’t look too damaged, although there was a visible crack along the outside of it. The fresh cut on her arm wasn’t too bad either. It was bleeding a little, but the wound was neither very long nor deep. 

[name]’s wary attention finally drifted to Park, who was lying on the floor face down in a crumpled heap. She carefully walked around the counter over to him, trying to be as quiet as possible, and noticed he wasn’t a particularly tall man. His hair was dark like the clothes he wore – a leather jacket, jeans and combat boots. Once she was standing beside him, [name] slowly assumed a crouch. 

He was still breathing, that was for sure – but there was a giant gash down his leg, and a few drops of blood dripped down from his scalp onto the ground. 

The gears in her mind worked furiously as she half panicked and half wondered what to do. Calling an ambulance seemed like the best course of action, so she took out her cell phone and began to key in the numbers, fingers trembling. 

She’d put in merely two digits when a hand shot up to grasp her wrist. [name] yelped and almost dropped her phone, trying to loosen her hand from Park’s tight fist. For someone who looked half dead, he was awfully strong. 

“Don’t,” he rasped. “Don’t call.” 

“Like hell I won’t!” she shrieked back. 

“Just…first, listen. Please.” 

The man in front of her wheezed as he tried to steady his breathing and sit up. When his grip momentarily loosened, [name] finally managed to wrench her hand from his grasp and take a few large steps back from the man. Sure, he was injured, but from what she’d seen he could take a mean fight. For all she knew there could be a knife hidden on him. Probably not a gun, though – if he had one, he would’ve drawn it during the fight, she reasoned. 

Park held his face in his hands for a few seconds and groaned, muttering something in a language [name] couldn’t quite put her finger on, before finally looking up at the girl. And as the two made eye contact, she instantaneously recognised the face of the boy she was so smitten with, her jaw dropping to the floor. 

“Jimin?!”

Old vs New Generation? Again?

I just read an article about how the “old generation” of k-pop is basically dead, there are no more talents like SJ, TVXQ, SNSD, Wonder Girls and so on... they were also saying that “nowadays scouting happens on the streets”, “Old generation’s trainees used to be such for a decade before debut” and although there are some talents, new groups are mostly unknown and garbage.

Let’s talk about something over here.

This famous site was aiming for both hate and love of newbie’s fans and fans of the groups that have been in k-pop for over a decade now.

I might not like some groups and even think that some others are no worth but this is my personal opinion (since there are stans out there thinking that Super Junior are done) but this article was throwing shit at everyone.

Super Junior’s Siwon was literally scouted by SM because of his face. Like, someone was looking at him on the street and went like “hey boy, here’s my number, call me, I work for SME” (I mean, maybe not that literally but still); again, Super Junior’s Kyuhyun entered the group after some months from their debut, scouted in 2006. I guess there’s no need to tell how much did he struggle since they were eleven and another one was more like a threat than a friend.

Methods of scouting never changed; it only depends on who you scout.

They talk about untalented groups but I hear voices and raps in BTS that give me freaking goosebumps because I really want to hear if anyone in my university class can rap the way Suga or RapMon do, even in multiple languages (because yes, Rap Monster has this name for a reason and I barely manage not to stutter when I speak).

I stan different groups, not many (I’m pretty aware of that since a good friend of mine stans A DAMN LOT of them) and I love music above everything else, only writing can compete with it.

I’m first an ELF, a Shawol and an ARMY and I’m pretty sure I’m slowly becoming a Cassiopeia too.

And you know what? Half of Super Junior is in the army (pun not intended) now, TVXQ! are in the army as well.

I’m still suffering for Ryeowook’s enlistment and Kyuhyun is next.

I know SHINee is going to be in the same situation soon and then will be BTS.

That’s the only reason why they’re not active right now.

They’re not dead, thanks God they’re all healthy and ready to come back as soon as possible.

Both TVXQ! and Super Junior are going to release an album, THIS VERY YEAR.

And instead of being happy and all, I see ARMYs being like “they’re old” and now even articles about how “old times are now past”.

Come on, we’re all better than this.

ARMYs should be respectful of SHINee they hate so much (because some of them keep on insisting that the blindfolded performance of Lie has been copied by SHINee when you know, Evil came before but it’s fine since honestly just some of the fans got angry) even just because JIMIN AND TAEMIN HAD A FUCKING AWESOME DANCE PERFORMANCE TOGETHER.

Because I hope you all out there realize that there’s no fight among all of the groups. Many of them are friends.

Minho grabs Taehyung’s butt.

Suga shows up in the middle of the night at ZhouMi’s to have a beer together.

We should protect them, because they’re not treated the way they should be. Red Velvet’s Wendy previously admitted to be scared of eating because of her manager (and I really want to praise Taeyon of SNSD for scolding that bastard in public and Kangta for encouraging her to eat). Hangeng left Super Junior because he was working too much and not even paid for that.

Why spread hate all over when there’s already so much? Instead, we could all just... you know, enjoy the music.

Which is the reason why they’re working so hard for us.

Not to see us fight but to cheer for them.

BTS Members as the Sons of Feanor

OH MY GOSH WHAT THE HECK

so @thelonelybrilliance just showed up late to the Silmarillion and new to BTS and she decided to break my brain by tagging me and @abadpoetwithdreams asking us if we could match up the 7 members of BTS with the 7 sons of Feanor. May she never ask such a question again because I have spent about 6 hours total writing this rant essay that is somewhere of abouts 3500 words. I don’t have the self-control to stop myself from things like this, I love Tolkien and BTS too much

anyway here is a very long and rambling post that was partially composed in my head in the shower and is now just stream of consciousness

(Disclaimer: The members of BTS are beautiful souls and this post is in no way saying that they are as murderous as my problematic faves the sons of Feanor)

ok so the only thing I know for ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN is that Namjoon is Maedhros. if you know anything at all about BTS and the Feanorians, the reasons are obvious:

1. Namjoon is the tallest, and Maedhros is literally called Maedhros the Tall.

2. Maedhros has a lot of names but he was called Maitimo by his mom which means “beautiful” or “well-shaped one” and such an appellation is perfect for Namjoon (ok let’s be real the name could fit every single member of BTS but whatever)

3. (and most important!) never was there a more harried elf trying to keep his brothers in line and alive and not cut to pieces by some justifiably insulted cousin or Sindarin. Maedhros is the mom, the dad, the king, the leader, the eldest bro. “Guys, can we NOT be rude to the sons of Finarfin, can we NOT start a war among the Noldor when we still have Morgoth just across the way” I’m pretty sure he would also lose his passport multiple times if Middle-earth had such things, because his brothers are hard enough to keep track of. while Namjoon may not be the eldest in years, everything else matches up too perfectly. He is the leader of BTS, the spokesman, the one who encourages the other members to step up and speak, helps them with their English (even when he judges them for their dumb mistakes lol), is literally SO DONE with his bros all the time but loves them so freaking much. He is the planner, the peace-maker, yet also has fire in his veins and has seen a lot of darkness and suffering and survived to become even stronger. So too with Namjoon

(caveat: if BTS were Feanorians, and Namjoon captured by Morgoth himself, there is no freaking way they wouldn’t have done SOMETHING to rescue their fearless leader. Jin and Jungkook would storm Thangorodrim fists swinging, followed by Jimin and J-Hope, fierce like you’ve never seen them, and Taehyung would Luthien Tinuviel Morgoth centuries early, or Yoongi would simply glare at Morgoth till he shrank down into a puddle of trembling goo. Don’t laugh at me you know I’m right)

moving on

I have maybe two choices for Maglor? One is Jin, but that might partially be because everyone always talks about how Namjoon and Jin are the mom and dad or dad and mom of BTS. and Maglor is always paired in my head with Maedhros as the other parental figure of the Feanorian bros, though that might be because of how he and Maedhros look after Elrond and Elros. Of course, I love Jin’s singing and I will never ever ever be over “Epiphany”, so I am way cool with making Jin Maglor as far as the music thing goes

All this said, I am not sure if this is the best fit overall. Jin is the King of Chaos in BTS, and I wouldn’t name Maglor as such...also I think I might have another Feanorian for Jin, but I’ll get to that later (spoilers, it’s...Curufin??!) (oh no, I just realized I might have one other argument for Jin being Maglor: “I use other people to make myself happy. I make myself smile by making others smile.” Like, that could be a good quote for Maglor potentially, if you want to relate it to his music, or his care for Elrond and Elros……..but I’m still thinking Curufin for Jin. Stay tuned)

So anyway my other option for Maglor would be...oh heck no I have two other options. No wait THREE. What the HECK. ok let me figure this out. The options are J-Hope, Yoongi, and Jimin. I’m not even sure why yet so let’s find out. (sidenote: if Maedhros did not exist Namjoon the song-writer would be Maglor, as the greatest poet and bard)

1.  J-Hope as Maglor: I don’t know, I had reasons but they are escaping me. Maglor is said to have had a gentler temperament than his brothers and I would say J-Hope has a very soft sunshine heart. I guess one thing is that Maglor was left to hold everybody together when Maedhros was captured by Morgoth, and if Namjoon was ever hung on a cliff for an indeterminate amount of time or whatever equals that in our world, J-Hope would step up. I keep seeing things about how he supports the other members when they are having tough times, giving them encouragement and food and love. He leads them in practicing dance choreography all the time, and if I remember I am pretty sure Namjoon actually stated that Hoseok would make a good group leader. 

Also one time Namjoon was talking about Hobi (oh shoot, should J-Hope of the many names be Maedhros of the many names? Lol maybe in that one universe where Namjoon is Maglor, then Hobi could could be Maedhros) Namjoon says that J-Hope is like water (where did Maglor toss his Silmaril again hmm?) and puts people at ease. Well idk about other people but Maglor seems to have put Elrond and Elros at ease because even after that whole Kinslaying thing “love grew between them as little might be thought.” I too would probably come to love J-Hope no matter the past between us. He is just that sweet and soft-hearted

2.  Yoongi as Maglor: ok honestly I really really actually want Yoongi for Caranthir, more on that later. However I also like Yoongi as Maglor because it is unexpected, yet certain things just feel right. I keep thinking about Yoongi’s “First Love” where he raps about how his PIANO was his first love (GOSH ISN’T THAT THE SWEETEST THING EVER) also in Lee Sora’s “Song Request” he raps this: “I’m happiness to someone and the soul to another / A lullaby to someone and at times a noise / I’ll be with you at your birth and your end / Remember we’re always together anywhere / I’ll always console your life / So just lean on me and rest sometimes” and LOOK I JUST DIED TYPING THIS but what I am getting at is music is burnt into Yoongi’s soul as I think it is Maglor’s, and Yoongi really is very soft and loving and also one time Namjoon said that Yoongi “makes me ponder about what kind of person I am” and Maglor several times is a voice of reason and very much tries to dissuade Maedhros from going after the Silmarils one last time. Idk it could work (but also...CARANTHIR) (BUT ALSO OMG YOONGI’S VOICE MURDERS ME WHEN HE RAPS AND HIS PASSION WOW AND NOW I AM PICTURING MODERN DAY MAGLOR RAPPING  OBLIQUELY ABOUT HIS FAMILY AND PAST AND PAIN UGGGGGGGHHHH

3.  Who was my other choice? Right, Jimin. Why did I say Jimin?? ? i don’t remember, dang it

Ok I think it is definitely time to do Caranthir.

As previously stated, I love Yoongi as Caranthir. I have my reasons personally I think they are very good reasons :D Ok Caranthir is WOW ok I am OFFENDED because I just went to double-check something on wikipedia and I typed Caranthir into the Google search engine and the first three results were all about this Caranthir dude from the Witcher, and while that game seems very interesting I am UPSET for Yoongi’s I mean Caranthir the Dark’s sake.

Caranthir the Dark. What a name. I mean it might just be a reference to his father-name of Morifinwe and to his hair, but he is also described as being the harshest and quickest to anger. Yoongi, bless his soul and his actually very soft and squishy heart, is well known for: being unbothered by BTS general antics, for being the one to sit back and watch everyone else do dumb stuff (like when they were all dancing to MIC drop and he just walks away from them, or when they are all acting like kids jumping in the pool and he just watches with a smile on his face while drinking a glass of wine and look to me Caranthir is the one Feanorian who doesn’t pair up with anyone in particular, like we have Maedhros and Maglor, Celegorm and Curufin, Amrod and Amras, but Caranthir is the one who goes off and lives separate from them and

GOSH now I sound so dumb because I am NOT trying to say that Caranthir doesn’t love his bros or that Yoongi is a loner that is NOT what I am saying, agh I mean Caranthir is great (minus, you know, the kin-slayings the Feanorians sadly fall into) and even befriends Haleth’s people and protects them, t’s just this weird categorizing thing in my head, that Caranthir is the crusty brother, and while he loves his bros to DEATH and they him, the majority of his bros are sliiiiightly afraid of him, in a brotherly way, like how the members are with Yoongi! Like just recently oh what was it, they were on a BTS Run episode and someone had to splash or otherwise give Yoongi a penalty and right away everyone was like NAMJOON YOU DO IT. turning to the leader hyung because they don’t want Yoongi to be mad at them

Of course now I am remembering that one post of gifs demonstrating how Jungkook is the only one who can bother Yoongi without dying lol except NOW I am picturing Amrod the youngest Feanorian* being the only one who can bother Caranthir and then the ensuing PAIN because Amrod Umbarto (thanks for THAT name, Mom) perishes (in certain canon) in flames at the Burning of the Ships and wowwww no I do not need any of this pain

*SIDENOTE: AMROD IS THE YOUNGEST IN CERTAIN CANON WHICH CONFUSES THINGS A HECK OF A LOT SEE THE AMROD AND AMRAS SECTION BELOW

I’m pretty sure I have never rambled so much in my life and also pretty sure I have way too many parentheses and not all of them are closed oops

Anyway, imagine Caranthir as the brother you are afraid of but would die for and who would die for you if anyone looks at you wrong, the brother with the wry acerbic wit, but who LITERALLY LIGHTS UP THE UNIVERSE WITH HIS SMILE AND ALSO DOESN’T EXPRESS HIS LOVE ALOUD AS OFTEN AS SOME OF YOUR BROTHERS DO BUT

HE SECRETLY LOVES PHYSICAL CONTACT AT TIMES AND ALSO SECRETLY LOVES PIGGY-BACK RIDES EVEN THO HE PROFESSES TO HATE THEM AND GIVES OUT WISE LIFE ADVICE TO HIS BROS AND HIS PEOPLE AND IS SUCH A SOFTIE FOR HIS BROS AND OCCASIONALLY SENDS ONE OF HIS BABY BROS LONG LETTERS WITH A SIMPLE “I LOVE YOU” AT THE END THAT HAS CELEGORM OR AMROD CRYING FOR TEN MINUTES (HAHAHA GUESS WHO I THINK TAEHYUNG WOULD BE)

Also someone has to be the best cook of the Feanorians and it might as well be Caranthir

….apparently I’m not done with Caranthir, because “the Dark” also makes me think of a dark horse, or at least something happening that is unexpected, and that reminds me of that interview where dad/mom/interpreter Namjoon was like yeah none of the other members can speak English, and then Yoongi just out of NOWHERE speaks a line of great English and Namjoon was like ….guess I was wrong

OKAAAAY WHERE ARE WE

I do not have very clear thoughts about who the rest of the members are so let’s just go with my brain and hope it makes some good connections

Let’s do Celegorm since I just mentioned him

Celegorm could be either Taehyung or….Jin? :? Merrr idk. Let’s examine

I think the main reason why I jump at the option of Tae for Celegorm is because of Tae’s love for his dog Yeontan, or Tan, and of course Celegorm is the master of Huan, and they had a very special relationship for ages until Celegorm f---ed up. Seriously, you want to see something cute? Look up Tae’s Vlive that is entirely focused on his lil pupper (what am I saying look up ANYTHING about Tae and you will find something cute)

On the other hand Jin could be Celegorm because Celegorm is known as the Fair and if you don’t know by now that Jin is World Wide Handsome I don’t know how I can help you

OMG WAIT I JUST THOUGHT OF OTHER REASONS WHY JIN COULD BE CELEGORM! So Celegorm’s father-name is Turcafinwë, which basically means “strong in body” and Jin has got those broad shoulders (gosh they are so broad). Also, Celegorm’s mother-name is Tyelkormo, or “hasty riser,” referring to his quick temper and habit of leaping when angered. And this doesn’t perfectly relate but the amount of times I have seen Jin yelling or just being wild in general or even just pretending to be mad makes me think of this. Also there was one time idk what was even going on but Jin was struggling to pronounce Bangtansonyeon-dan (SAME) and saying it was too long and difficult and J-Hope was teasing him and Namjoon told him not to get mad since he had been calling himself a fairy and shouldn’t be mad as such, and Jin was like hey I can be a mad fairy if I want lol

See now I am just confused because now I am looking back at Jin as Maglor and I might like that better? WHY IS THIS SO HARD

Speaking of Jin, and Celegorm, why on EARTH was I thinking of Jin for Curufin? Ugggh see my problem is I ran out of time last night and so I am finishing the essay some 20 hours later and I kNOW that when I was saying Jin should be Curufin I had a better reason then their names rhyme. Heck, I could make that same argument for Jimin as Curufin.

Except I also have a second and better argument for Jimin as Curufin, at least under the circumstance where Taehyung is Celegorm. Look, all the BTS members are really close with each other, and you can literally argue all day about who is closer to who (a really pointless waste of time in my opinion I mean why argue when you can just melt over them all being sweet and funny and kind and teasing with each other) but anyway all that aside one thing I love in particular is how sweet Jimin and Taehyung often are with each other, holding hands and comforting each other and being on teams in competitions *starts laughing at the memory of them being complete disasters that one cooking show* and anyway Celegorm and Curufin seem pretty inseparable, running around causing all kinds of trouble (guys sTOP). Jimin and Taehyung have called themselves soulmates, so it makes sense to have them be part of a duo

Not that Taehyung would engage in a kidnapping stunt like Celegorm did, but the point is, Jimin, the precious bby, has Tae’s back

Jimin: “Taehyung is the happiest when he is with me” aww

This has nothing to do with the point of this post but I just need to stop here and say that Jimin is so freaking talented I was just looking up some gifsets of him and obviously his singing is angelic but also OMGGG his dancing!!!

Ok, jumping back slightly, I guess one way Jin could be Curufin is if Jungkook is Celegorm, because I could see those beautiful dorks running around causing all kinds of trouble, except I really have no reason to have Jungkook be Celegorm, especially since he is very much Amras in my head for reasons

OOOH NO I also thought of a way in which Jungkook could be--wait for it--cURUFIN. WHY AM I LIKE THIS

You see, Curufin was his dad’s favorite son and thus Feanor gave his favorite son the exact same father-name Feanor had, Curufinwë, and Curufin is the only son who chose to use his father-name over his mother-name if I recall, and anyway all meaning he probably loved his dad a lot and was proud of his name, and this makes me think of how Namjoon gave Jungkook the title of the Golden Maknae and of how freaking much Jungkook looks up to and respects Namjoon (look while Namjoon is a hyung, he is also a dad figure, so he may as well be Feanor and Maedhros both)

I guess if Jungkook were Curufin, Jin could go back to being Celegorm

Aaaaggggh you do not know how much hair I have pulled out this is taking a lot of brainwork

FINALLY AT THE LAST TWO

We now present my exceedingly confused ramblings regarding the twins Amrod and Amras. Before we begin, let me SHAKE MY FIST AT TOLKIEN FOR MAKING THIS ESSAY EVEN MORE CONFUSING TO WRITE

See, I had Jungkook all set up in my head as Amras, the youngest son according to the Silmarillion. Jungkook is the maknae, the baby, and all the members DOTE on him and he loves them and respects them and pesters them and it’s great, so yeah Jungkook has to be Amras the baby of the Feanorians. I would then put Taehyung as Amrod, the just barely older bby who the other members also adore and protect. Jungkook and Taehyung are SO FREAKING CUTE whenever they are doing stuff together, whether it is singing or hugging or holding each other on their backs while they singing. When they goof off together or pester each other, they are the most precious, must dorkiest dorks to ever be my faves. Hence why I pair them together in my head as Amrod and Amras, at least the times when I am not pairing Tae with Jimin or Jungkook with Jin. Amrad and Amras seem as inseparable as Celegorm and Curufin, and they go off and live in some beautiful wild part of the land and basically stick to hunting and staying out of everyone’s business until they get reminded they took a stupid oath

EXCEPT then Tolkien has one alternate writing where the youngest is actually AMROD and Amrod dies at the burning of the ships because Feanor doesn’t know how to count his kids I guess (Namjoon you lost something again) (sorry that is a terrible joke) (but is it made slightly better by the fact that while Namjoon is apparently Feanor he is much more Maedhros, who was against the burning of the ships and did not participate?) so like this is where I started to get my third headache (exacerbated by the fact that I haven’t eaten dinner yet and it is 9 pm what is wrong with me) because then I have to make Jungkook Amrod and Taehyung Amras. It’s such a trial having to write both their names next to both Feanorians

On the other hand, an interesting thing to think about is that in this alternate writing, Amras was so aggrieved by his brother’s death that he called out Feanor--Feanor!--for being so dumb as to A. call or let his wife call their youngest by the name of Umbarto (the Fated) and then to B. accidentally let him perish in a fire that FEANOR started because he had a grudge (and I think Tolkien wrote that that Amrod was possibly sleeping on the ships because he was upset with Feanor for the terrible deeds he was committing, so like, double way to go Feanor)

I am really tired and hungry my head hurts

What am I missing?

I like Taehyung and Jungkook best for Amrod and Amras a lot BUT if I were doing one of the other options above, I could see having the follow lineup:

Jin=Celegorm, Jungkook= Curufin, Jimin=Amrod, Taehyung=Amras

In this instance, I could see Jimin and Tae as either Amrod or Amras no matter which one is older. Taehyung could definitely be the bby and do his own thing but could also be the brother who mourns his brother and calls out Feanor. Actually though Jimin while being young and precious gives me more of an older brother vibe than Taehyung does, so I guess I would have Jimin be the elder of the twins. Yes, that makes more sense

Nickname(s): My father started to call me “Niki” when I was 4 years old and I’m so used to it, that I practically like it more that my real name. Some of my friends likes to call me “Angel”, because I like to help people. That’s why my full nickname is Niki Angel. And yes, my older sister calls me “špunt”, that’s a czech slang for “very small person”.

Zodiac: Acording to Horoscope, I am -- creative (yes), passionate (kind of), generous (yes!), warm-hearted (yes!!), cheerful (yes!!!), humorous (trying but failing), arrogant (well, yes), stubborn (more than anyone around me), self-centered (nope), lazy (ooooh), inflexible (yes, and I hate it) -- a summer and Sun child, Leo.

Height: Something between dwarf, human and elf -- 1.55 cm.

Hogwarts house: Traits: dedication, hardworking, fairness, patience, kindness, tolerance, modesty, loyalty and produced the fewest Dark wizards of all the four Houses. Who I am? I’m Jean Valjean Hufflepuff! I remember how sad I was like a kid when everyone thinked about me like a stupid person, just because I was in the Hufflepuff. But, after some time, I wear our colors just proud as other houses. Because we have nothing to be ashamed of! Just look at the traits! Last thing I googled: Keanu Reeves. It was because in Czech republic he isn’t so popular and everyone around tumblr and youtube are just so crazy about him that I wanted to know why. Now I know and I watched two films yesterday with him in lead role.

Amount of sleep: 2-4 hours per day. I’m so used to live under pressure, stress and lack of sleep, that’s is weird to sleep more than 4 hours. That sometimes happens on holidays, 1-2 times in year. And I seriously don’t remember how much sleep I’m getting. Maybe 8 or 9. Irony -- I love sleeping, but we have some love-hate relationship.

Lucky number: 13. Stuck with me from my middle school years.

What are you wearing: Red summer dress. (And, yes, I’m not one of the fashionable person you want to know.)

Dream job: Soldier! But... Well, I’m too small and not 100 % healthy so I must give up this dream when I was 14 years old and my doctor told me that I will never be a soldier. It was pretty hard for me back then, but I decided to work for police in Special Victims Unit with focus on sexual abuse on children. I’m slowly getting there thank to studying and hard work!

Instrument(s): I played piano profesionally for 10 years. I stopped after some time on highschool because I could no longer attend courses in my town. I can still play it, but don’t have piano or keyboard at home, so I sometimes play on train stations just for the nostalgy. BUT! I want to buy my favorite piano for 30. birthday. Hope I will save the money, I have 7 years for it. OH, and I can play some songs on quitar.

Language(s): Motherlanguage is czech, so is absolutely normal for me to understand slovak. I speak english, even thoughs I have C1 certificate, I’m nervous and can’t speak or write without shaking, sweating and making stupid mistakes. I learned german on middle and high school, but can’t say a shit practically anything in this freaking language. When someone ask me something in croatian, polish or russian, I mostly understand but I blame it on Slavic roots. And I’m learning french for 6 months now, because I always wanted to speak and understand this language.

My biggest dream it’s make everyone on this world happy, satisfied, loved and accepted.

I’m pretty shy and don’t talk much at first. I like to be around people, don’t get me wrong, but mostly I’m a listener. That’s maybe why I love writing so much.

I already know what song will play at my funeral! It’s “Lacrimosa from Requiem by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart”.

I’m romantic! If you’re my parnert just prepare to be woke up with your favorite breakfast, we will watch your favorite series and talk about it all the time, I will plan our vacation just to make sure it will be unforgettable for you, I will buy your favorite perfume, I will DIY presents for you, I will respect and love you with all my heart, I will praise your work, I will learn about your hobbies and support them... Yeah, my friends call it’s “annoyingly submissive” but who cares? That’s just me.

Even thought what I wrote here (^8.) - I fall in love only one time in my whole life. It was 2 months after my 18. birthday. He was tall, black-haired cishet man, witty, inteligent, humourus, gently, ironic, sarcastic and beautiful human being. And he’s my boyfriend for 5 years now and we have awesome 1 year old daugher. 

I studied law and public administration in highschool and criminology on university. In Semptember this year (2019) I’ll start my master’s degree for public safety and 2 years long psychology practice. After this I’ll go to work and start my distance learning of psychology (A/N: 3 years for bachelor + 2 years for master + 4 years for doctor + 2 years of another practive - then exams and only AFTER ALL OF THIS you can become a psychiatrics with your own office! That’s why I wanted start studying this subject AFTER my police graduation).

I have emepthophobia - abnormal and very strong fear of throwing up. This is why I eat only things I know for long time (no raw meat, no sushi, no experimental cusaine); I don’t like eating at restaurants (I’m afraid that some guest can get nauseated and start throwing up); I don’t go to amusent parks and never was (and I'll never be!) on their attractions; I am abstinent (Don’t try to force, seriously); I don’t like to be around drunk people; I hate hospitals and doctors (even thought a deeply respect them, but try to get the tube into my mouth ONE MORE TIME AND WILL DESTROY ALL YOUR BLOODLINE) and I HATE films when they put throwing up like “comedic” aspect (mostly American comedies. That’s why I don’t watch them.). Actually, just writing it down makes me anxious because I imagine all the things I’m writing and it’s horrible... (I needed to stop writing, calm myself for like half a hour and even after this I didn’t wrote everything that I hate about this phobia).

I’m demisexual but still don’t see myself as a part of the LGBT+ comunity. Maybe because when I come out some friends of the comunity (namely gay, lesbian a trans female lesbian) they say that “demisexuality is nothing compare their fight for rights” and it’s “just another heterosexual made-up thing for which don’t want sex or want to judge others who love sex with no relationships including”. That’s why, when someone ask me why I support LGBT+ so much and have so many friends of them, I’m saying that I am a “Straight Ally”. Even though I know it’s not all the true (because I don’t identify myself like heterosexual at all), I just don’t fell I need to explain or “come out” like some others. I just live with it and I’m happy. To all demisexuals: Don’t ever think you are weird. You aren’t! You can fall in love. You can feel aroused. You can have fuctional relationship with no sex or sex including. You don’t need to have anyone to be happy. Just like have a family, child/children, husband/wife and be sometimes excited to be touched by your loved one(s). You can love or hate hugs. You can found someone attractive just INSIDE and be happy with it. Every demisexual it’s different. But still matters. Don’t ever think about to be ashemed by your sexuality. It’s your thing and NO ONE can’t say a shit about it.

Yeah, and I beat cancer when I was 17 by the way. And still not 100% healthy but living.
