大事なことと私

・

前職で調達部門にいた時に営業の人からメール件名に「至急」って書きながら直接話に来たり電話してこないものは見てないフリしてベストエフォート（努力義務）対応でした。

・

「調達部門は、やることが多いと金額の大小や仕事上の関係性、相手の想いで優先順位を変えてしまう」ことをわかって対応してる営業さんは優秀だったなぁと思ったものです。

・

そんな人とのやり取りや仕事上での成功体験というのは今でも覚えていたりするものです。覚えていると言えばディズニー・ピクサー映画の「リメンバーミー」。

・

こちらの作品では「肉体的な死は本当の死ではなくて、誰からも忘れ去られた時が本当の死だ」と言っていたのが印象的でした。そんな「死者の日」がある国はこちらですね。

・

というわけで本日のランチは #メキシコ料理 を楽しめる #エルアルボル #ELARBOL です。ランチタイムは洋食メニューも充実してますが #タコス のセットにしました。

・

タコスの中身は日替わりのよう。店内大混雑で揚げがポテトで焼きがチキン。食べ方はホニャララと説明を頂いたのは注文してから実に22分後のことでした。

・

普段は口にすることがない #パッションフルーツ の味わいは甘酸っぱい感じ。同じ経営学部のゼミの女子がディズニー好きと知って誘ったディズニーランドを思い出しました。

・

揚げたタコスは中央にマッシュポテトがあって、これにたっぷり菜と3種のサルサを乗せて頂けば、青山のバーで働いた時にかじって辛かったプリッキーヌを思い出します。

・

意外だなと思ったのは赤いものが辛��わけではなくて、どちらかというとトマトの酸味を感じる味わいで、幼少の頃に飲んだトマトジュースを思い出します。

・

チキンのタコスを頂くとアメリカでお世話になったファミリーがドライブスルーで頼んだケンタッキーでも祈りを捧げるんだなと感じたことを思い出しました。

・

隣の席では10人近くでランチビールを頼んだりして異動の話をしていたのですから彼らにとっても仲間を忘れないための店なんですね。

Caminando, después de una comelona, con mi querida y bella amiga @rossanasingluten, pasamos frente al bar y café "El Árbol Brunch", y entre los diferentes y numerosos postres exhibidos en su vitrina, que inmediatamente atraparon mi atención, me decidí por un exquisito y cremoso cheesecake de caramelo y dulce de leche sobre una base arenosa de galletas oreo de chocolate (con su cremita blanca, de vainilla, incluida). ¿Hay que decir algo más? ...
