Their living with the dogs. Their living with the cats. The dogs and cats are living in the house of the people who live there.

I got up this morning and the first thing I had to do is cleanup after Charlie. I put my Bissell carpet cleaner to work, but I can't say I was a happy camper. On the bright side, all of that sudden activity woke me up. So now I'm Woke, awake, alert at a level that I'm usually not at this early in the morning. See, there usually is a bright side to things. Whoa … it is mealtime. Hmmm … maybe it is me who is living with the dogs who live here. Well, it is also time to relax with coffee.

Es difícil superar una obra tal como lo es Cadáver Exquisito.

Hoy, otra vez nos encontramos en un mundo post apocalíptico, pero en otro escenario. Mujeres encerradas en una Hermandad Sagrada venerando a una religión que es liderada por la Hermana Superior y Él.

La religión a la violencia, a los sacrificios, a la humillación. No sabemos de dónde viene ni cómo empezó y eso puede que le reste puntos como que se los sume según quién lo lea. A mí, una persona que le gusta que le dejen cosas a la imaginación tanto como saber todas las respuestas, si mis teorías son ciertas me fascina tanto como me frustró.

No cabe duda que este es un relato que apunta hacia una hermandad verdadera (no la sagrada), al amor, a la naturaleza y al mundo.

Quedan muchas preguntas por responder. Por supuesto, es un libro para sentarte y debatir por horas. ¿Quién es Él? ¿Cómo llegó ahí? ¿Por qué es el único hombre? ¿Por qué su palabra es sagrada? ¿Quién armó toda esta mentira? ¿Realmente el mundo allá afuera está tan mal? ¿Por qué los adultos mataban a los niños? ¿Eran parte de esta misma religión?

Me gustó mucho ese detalle inespecífico sobre Circe.

No supera Cadáver Exquisito, Agus, espero me lo perdones pero es que me enamoré de ese libro (todavía no supero que te haya podido conocer y me lo hayas firmado), pero Las Indignas, es por seguro, otra obra de arte.

I left our bedroom door open last night, so when I opened my eyes, guess who was staring me in the face? You got it, Charlie. I thought he had been sitting there patiently waiting for me to wake up, but my wife told me that he had bumped the bed to wake me.

Did you know that dogs and wolves are the same species? I didn't until a few days ago. I should have but I assumed that they were closely related specie that sometimes cross breed. But nope, they're the same. Dogs though are different subspecies Domestic dogs are "Canis lupus familiars." While there are numerous subspecies of the grey wolf, one is the Artic Wolf (Canis lupus arctos). So … when I call Ben a Dire Wolf, I'm not that far off. :) Or am I? Dire Wolf (Aenocyon dirus).
