Super cozy Willow Creek style building consisting of two adjacent houses - a city library and a coffee shop where your sims can spend time in a quiet and pleasant atmosphere.

This room is a perfect combination of brightness, peace and comfort. The local library administrator has collected his favorite plants in this room and spends their breaks here playing chess and reading books on the most cozy couch.
