What are the first 5 things that pop to mind when you think about Prongsfoot?

oooh okay, okay, not as easy as u think, this one. because the only thing that pops into mind when i think about pf is like. cacophonous screaming. incoherence. a teenage fangirl running around a room, arms waving madly, mind lost in the obsession. im uh. a bit unhinged for j&s, if u couldnt tell so far lol. but i'll try.

soulmates. in every world, they're connected to each other and they'll find each other. it's a comforting thought precisely because of how tragic canon j/s is.

unattainable. both of individually, and together, are so far out of most people's leagues its not even funny. they're an intimidatingly attractive couple, and they're almost always in the middle of an inside joke that no one else understands. their friendship is inherently exclusionary and it doesnt bother them at all

affectionate beyond belief. gosh they're a public menace. in any decent society, they'd get locked up for obscenity and 'offending sensibilities' and 'outraging the modesty of people' etc etc bc theyre SO all over each other all the time. its a problem.

jigsaw puzzle. they fit like one, filling in each other's cracks perfectly. at any given time, they're what the other needs, and both consciously and subconsciously at that. seeing them together is a treat bc they're so in sync its almost unreal. even...magical, one could say ;)

larger than life. they're not. a real couple ykno? its not a relationship you'd want in reality, nor does it make sense for that to happen. it's fantastical and amazing and not constrained by practical concerns. u dont have to worry yourself with minor issues bc these two are just. *that* intertwined. i dont know how to explain this one properly haha but just know, they're not a relatable couple nor do they try to be.

In light of series 5 finally airing, I thought I'd finally share something I've been meaning to since uhhh *checks watch* about a year ago

It's my Ghosts OC! Warning for very rough pen sketches lol

I named her Mhairi (pronounced varry) after my late auntie. I'll put her story under the cut.

I made her because I wanted a character who has the culture and roots of my homeplace, and I've always loved the kingdom of Northumbria; how we had our own identity and language seperate from rest of the UK before the Romans invaded. I was struck with inspiration last night to revive her and do a couple of doodles because of that one promo image of Robin sitting under a tree looking sad 😭.

Mhairi is a Northumbrian Celt who was captured by the Romans after they invaded her village during the time they came up north to build Hadrian's Wall (so around the 110s-20s AD). They took her down south, but she managed to escape. While trying to fend for herself in the woods, she ate some poison berries and died. She stayed with her body for about a week before finally deciding to venture further into her environment. There she bumped into Robin, who didn't have a great grasp on English yet, since there wasn't any permanent settlement on the land yet. He taught her about being a ghost while she taught him northumbrian English. They both had to learn old, middle, and modern English from new villages and eventually the occupants of Button House together. They're good friends and talk philosophy when they get a chance. NOT romantic though!!! Just wanna make that clear lol. I also like to think she'd be nicer than the other ghosts to Humphrey (which I think is a common throughline between literally everyone's oc's in this fandom bdbdj).

I don't think the terfs deserve Paris

I follow the Paris Paloma tag because she's fucking amazing and I come across a bunch of fucking terfs being mad at her because she's being supportive of Dylan and I'm so glad she's genuinely a nice person.

But at the same time I'm like cry more about it you salty bastards. I wish Paris the best times of her life your music is amazing, these people are fucking hypocrites.

They can stand on the side of women expressing their sexuality in various ways but if Dylan does it somehow they twist it into perversion and not just a display of her own sexuality. They always hate on trans women and some of them will forget transmen or they'll say bullshit about oh it's such a shame or you're mentally ill. Radfems who are basically just terfs but they want a better name from themselves always talk about women's rights and being equal but they always end up perpetuating the same fucking stereotypes and the same goals and ideals from patriarchy. If you are Transphobic you cannot escape being fucking sexist either because that is the core of being Transphobic. You think that gender is something set in stone because you can't fucking fathom anything beyond who you are and what you're taught and it scares you. It infuriates you and you feel like you have the right to decide what's really going on in our heads and in our minds which is so fucking ironic when you're calling yourselves fucking feminists when you're dishing the same shit to the people who would've been supporting you. These assholes give off the same vibes as people from the lgb or those goop brained morons who are biphobic for no fucking reason. They're taking more and more from lgbtq+ until there's nothing left, I'm calling it. It went to lgb it's going to be lg and then boom nothing. All going back to erasing us. Rad fems fr are just conservative quirky girls when you boil them down to it, object to whatever ideal of women they've got in their hands and they'll start transvestigating you. The number of times they try to make fun of trans women and it turns out to just be a cis woman or a cis woman with pcos is nuts. You are all incredibly stupid and awful. Their attempts to define womanhood end up with them excluding other women and being so fucking ablelist.
