Microsoft SharePoint and Dynamics 365 for Human Resources: Transforming Team Collaboration and HR Efficiency
In today's digital workplace, effective collaboration and streamlined HR processes are essential for maintaining productivity and a positive employee experience. Microsoft SharePoint and Dynamics 365 for Human Resources provide an integrated approach to address these needs, offering powerful tools to enhance team collaboration, automate HR functions, and empower employees with self-service capabilities. Here’s how these solutions work together to transform HR and teamwork efficiency:
Tumblr media
1. Centralised Document Management and Team Collaboration with SharePoint
Microsoft SharePoint serves as a centralised platform where teams can securely store, share, and collaborate on documents in real time. This is especially beneficial for HR departments, as it enables them to:
Organise Key HR Documents: HR can store important files—such as policies, training materials, and onboarding documents—in a secure, searchable location, ensuring that employees have access to up-to-date information at all times.
Enable Cross-Department Collaboration: SharePoint’s collaboration features allow HR teams to work closely with other departments, such as IT and legal, to ensure compliance, update policies, and coordinate onboarding.
Enhance Remote Teamwork: With remote and hybrid work becoming more common, SharePoint offers easy access to resources from anywhere, supporting flexible work arrangements and keeping teams connected.
2. Automating HR Processes with Dynamics 365 for HR
Dynamics 365 for Human Resources is a powerful solution that automates repetitive HR tasks, enabling HR teams to focus on strategic activities that add value. Dynamics 365 for HR helps by:
Automating Employee Lifecycle Management: From onboarding to performance tracking and offboarding, Dynamics 365 helps streamline each stage of the employee journey, reducing administrative burdens and minimising errors.
Providing Self-Service Capabilities: Employees can use self-service tools to access their personal information, submit leave requests, and view benefits, reducing the need for HR intervention and empowering employees to manage their own data.
Tracking Performance and Goals: Dynamics 365 enables managers and HR teams to set goals, track progress, and provide feedback, fostering a culture of continuous development and aligning employee goals with company objectives.
3. Enhancing Employee Onboarding and Training
The onboarding experience can set the tone for an employee's entire tenure with the company. Using SharePoint and Dynamics 365 together provides a seamless onboarding process that includes:
Interactive Onboarding Portals: SharePoint allows HR teams to create customised onboarding portals where new hires can find resources, fill out paperwork, and complete orientation tasks in one place.
Automated Onboarding Workflows: Dynamics 365 enables HR to automate workflows for onboarding, assigning tasks to various departments to ensure a smooth transition. This might include IT setting up equipment, finance managing payroll, and supervisors scheduling orientation sessions.
Training and Development Tracking: HR can use Dynamics 365 to assign training modules and monitor completion, while SharePoint hosts training materials for easy access. This streamlined process improves onboarding consistency and enhances new hires’ engagement from day one.
4. Centralising Communication and Announcements
Keeping employees informed is key to building a cohesive organisational culture. SharePoint can act as a central communication hub for company news, HR announcements, and policy updates. Here’s how it benefits HR and teams:
Company-Wide Announcements: HR can use SharePoint to publish news and updates, ensuring that all employees receive timely information, from policy changes to wellness initiatives.
Departmental Communication: Specific departments can use SharePoint to share updates relevant to their teams, keeping communications organised and accessible based on user permissions.
Employee Feedback Channels: SharePoint’s collaboration tools can include feedback channels, allowing employees to share their thoughts on HR initiatives or participate in surveys, helping HR tailor policies and programs to meet employee needs.
5. Advanced Analytics for Data-Driven HR Decisions
Both SharePoint and Dynamics 365 offer data analytics capabilities that HR can leverage to make more informed decisions:
Employee Engagement Insights: Dynamics 365 can track data on employee satisfaction, engagement levels, and retention, providing HR with insights to improve workplace culture.
Performance Metrics: HR can analyse employee performance data to identify high performers, areas for development, and trends in team productivity.
Optimising HR Processes: By analysing HR process data, HR teams can identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in workflows, making improvements to streamline operations further.
6. Enhanced Security and Compliance
Managing sensitive employee data requires strict security and compliance protocols. Microsoft SharePoint and Dynamics 365 are built with enterprise-grade security features that protect data integrity and ensure compliance:
Role-Based Access Controls: Both platforms allow HR to set access permissions, ensuring that only authorised personnel can access sensitive data, maintaining confidentiality.
Compliance with Regulations: Dynamics 365 for HR helps maintain compliance with employment laws, GDPR, and other regulations by centralising data, tracking consent, and automating compliance tasks.
Audit Trails and Reporting: Both SharePoint and Dynamics 365 provide audit trails, helping HR departments track data usage and monitor any changes for increased accountability and compliance.
7. Integrating Other Microsoft 365 Tools
The seamless integration of SharePoint and Dynamics 365 with other Microsoft 365 tools (such as Teams, Outlook, and Power BI) further boosts HR efficiency and collaboration:
Microsoft Teams Integration: HR can use Teams to communicate instantly with employees and managers, integrating with SharePoint to share documents and with Dynamics 365 to monitor HR tasks within the same ecosystem.
Power BI for Enhanced Reporting: Dynamics 365 and SharePoint data can be visualised with Power BI, allowing HR leaders to create detailed reports and gain insights to guide HR strategy.
Outlook for Scheduling and Reminders: HR teams can set reminders and manage schedules using Outlook integration, improving coordination and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
Conclusion
Microsoft SharePoint and Dynamics 365 for Human Resources bring powerful collaboration and automation capabilities that transform HR departments and team dynamics. By centralising document management, automating workflows, enhancing security, and enabling data-driven decision-making, these solutions empower HR to work more efficiently and foster a more engaged, informed, and connected workforce. Embracing these technologies enables organisations to remain agile, improve employee experience, and ultimately drive business success.

7 Tips for Onboarding Your New Outsourced Team Members
Tumblr media
Investing in outsourcing services enables you to work with top talent that fits your company culture in the quickest time possible. After all, when you work with a leading provider of outsourcing solutions, you have immediate access to a pool of pre-screened, qualified candidates who meet your requirements. You will also streamline the entire recruitment process with the help of your dedicated hiring team. With your outsourcing partner, you can have new team members within a matter of weeks.
You can further leverage this advantage and ensure your offshore team members become your newest assets within the soonest time possible by onboarding them properly.
Onboarding Your New Offshore Team Members Effectively
A well-thought-out onboarding process ensures your offshore team members become productive contributors quickly and seamlessly.
If you want to be sure your new team members go through a good onboarding process, follow these tips:
1. Create an onboarding plan.
New hires, whether in-house or offshore, want to go through an organized, smooth onboarding process.
You won’t be able to provide this experience if you don’t have an onboarding plan.
Create a detailed guide you can follow as you go through the onboarding process, which should include the following:
A comprehensive orientation to introduce your company, history, culture, and values
A detailed discussion of company policies, procedures, hierarchy, and reporting structure
Introducing the new team members to their colleagues and other company staff.
Completion of necessary paperwork and documentation.
With an organized onboarding plan, you can help your new offshore team members settle quickly into their roles and your company.
2. Prepare a comprehensive training program.
To set your offshore team members up for success, provide them with a comprehensive training program.
Make sure you have the right materials and resources to give your outsourced staff a clear and structured pathway for acquiring the skills and knowledge they need to take on their new role in your company.
Consider developing detailed, up-to-date manuals, video tutorials, and documents specific to your processes and tools, particularly the ones your team members have to follow and use.
Ensure these materials are well organized and that all employees can access them easily. During the onboarding program, encourage questions and provide continuous support to address your team members’ uncertainties.
Keep in mind that a lack of or poor training or induction processes can cause your offshore team members to underperform or be inefficient.
As such, you need to create a well-thought-out, comprehensive training program and provide it properly when you onboard your new offshore employees.
3. Define clear roles, responsibilities, and key result areas (KRAs).
To avoid confusion and promote efficient collaboration, discuss the specific roles and responsibilities of both your in-house and outsourced team members.
Establish and discuss your offshore employees’ KRAs, which are the specific goals they have to achieve individually and with the team within their roles. These are crucial performance indicators that help measure success and guide your staff in aligning their efforts with organizational objectives.
Also, discuss your offshore employees’ key performance indicators (KPIs) in detail.
Ambiguity regarding job roles and goals can lead to misunderstandings and conflicts, ultimately affecting productivity and team cohesion. Because of this, it is crucial to be clear about your expectations from your new staff from the start.
4. Use appropriate tools.
From the start of your onboarding process, identify the tools your offshore employees have to use for the duration of their employment.
Ensure your outsourced team members have access to the tools they need to perform their tasks. This includes providing software licenses, user accounts, and login details.
Make sure they have the appropriate hardware as well, such as computers or laptops, and a stable internet connection.
Additionally, identify the tools you and your team members will use to communicate. Highlight the importance of video conferencing during meetings so that everyone in your company can put faces to their names.
Video calls can also facilitate a deeper connection between all employees. Because of this, use video conferencing during your new team members’ onboarding.
5. Foster cultural sensitivity.
Your offshore team members may come from various countries with unique customs, norms, and working styles.
Therefore, demonstrating cultural sensitivity is not just a matter of etiquette but a vital aspect of creating a harmonious and inclusive work environment.
Take the time to learn about your employees’ cultures, customs, and potential sensitivities. Also, encourage cross-cultural awareness and education among your in-house and outsourced team members.
By doing so, you can create a more inclusive, tolerant, and understanding work environment.
6. Establish good working relationships between in-house and offshore employees.
Unless your offshore team members work under your onsite or permanent employees, they will likely have few opportunities to interact and collaborate with them.
To ensure your outsourced team members do not feel like outsiders, help your onsite and offshore employees know and establish working relationships during onboarding.
Give all employees an idea of how and when they can work together. For instance, if your outsourced hires are customer service representatives, discuss with them how your onsite IT team can support them as they fulfill their roles.
Also, consider implementing a buddy system wherein you pair the new offshore employees with their experienced in-house teammates who can mentor and guide them for the next few weeks.
Lastly, regularly provide activities that foster personal relationships between your in-house and outsourced employees so that they can learn to work together to achieve their individual and team goals.
7. Encourage clear, open communication.
Clear and open communication is the foundation of a smooth, successful onboarding process for your new outsourced team members.
As mentioned, start by specifying the official communication channels your company uses and ensure your new hires have access to them. By doing so, you make it easy for them to communicate with their teammates and everyone in the company.
Moreover, when working with team members from different linguistic backgrounds, try to address potential language barriers from the start.
Offer or recommend language courses or resources all employees can use to help bridge the communication gap.
Additionally, create an environment where everyone feels comfortable expressing themselves, asking questions, and seeking clarification to foster effective, open communication.
Successfully onboarding your new outsourced talents lets you reap the full benefits of outsourcing. By following these tips, you can build a strong and productive global team that adds significant value to your organization.

Can I ask for Headcanons/Scenario with the crew members where it's a normal tulpar haul. But the reader is an extremely experienced captain of another ship, and they're older, more built and more strict. Like think 6'7,built like an extreme weightlifter, very classy and formal.
And they're on the tulpar to look after everything because it's an incredibly important shipment? What would the crew members reactions be to the reader appearing very strict,no-nonsense,cold and condescending. But once they get close, the reader is actually very nice.
also can it be a male reader? Thank you! I love your writing. <3
Melting the Ice away.
Crew Members x Male! Older! Strict! Reader. [ Reader is a high ranking captain of another pony express ship ]
a/n; this ask was basically buried deep in my inbox,i was just scrolling through and found it.
Tulpar! Captain,Curly.
Oh boy,and they used to say that curly was the most able employee at pony express. Clearly they lied,Cause LOOK. AT. YOU.
For the first time in his career,he felt intimidated.
The way you basically hovered over him, gave him chills ngl.
He admires you so fucking hard, your efficiency ,your capability, and your experienced nature. you need something? Grant Curly is on it!... He found himself trying to... Impress you???
He was basically always looking for your approval at things,no matter how small or trivial it was. He needed your opinion.
He was also starting to wonder wether or not the feeling of intimidation... was rather something else.
He is definitely feelin a lil somethin somethin.
When he actually got to know you,and saw how kind and sweet you actually were. This guy just fell,he fell guys,he just fell.
Co-Pilot, Jimmy.
Manz is PISSED.
He is freaking LIVID,as if Curly wasn't already enough, bossing him around.
He'll never ever admit it to anyone, but he was basically scared of you,of how... Domineering you were.
He is jealous of how put together you were, always effortlessly classy.
He couldn't decide whether he wanted to be you,or wanted to be with you.
He didn't even notice it,but you found him staring,so intently that it actually concerned you.
Whenever you would try to interact with him he'll make up an excuse and run away.
But he,too wanted to get on your good side.
He'll die before ever admitting it,but he was craving your praise so fucking bad.
He is just dying on the inside,he desperately wants to hear you call him a 'Good Boy'.
Maybe he'll have to impress you some other way,who knows?
Nurse, Anya.
Let's be fr,the first time Anya saw you,her heart skipped a bit. I mean c'mon! Can you blame her? She doesn't see handsome, capable, disciplined male colleagues on the regular, does she?
Cut her some slack for staring! She can't help herself for wanting to admire you!
Like the others, she also tries her best to live up to your expectations,to be on your good list. She tries to make sure all your needs are met,(which aren't even bothersome, you prefer to do things your own anyway) but she always insists upon helping you out!
You began to notice that no matter who else wasn't around,Anya was always there in the corner of your eye. Was she... Following you around?
By Gods, she can't help it! No other person on the ship is as pleasant to be around as you! She feels at ease when she's with you. And you don't mind.
When she finally gets to know the real you, the butterflies in her stomach settle down into something even more soothing and calming.
Her puppy crush is beginning to grow, maybe someday in the near future, she'll ask you for things, beyond the professional limit.
Mechanic, Swansea.
He is just glad that there is someone on this godforsaken ship who has the screws in their head straight.
He does feel a bit relaxed that he doesn't have to worry about things going wrong with you onboard.
He sometimes has you deal with Daisuke instead. More relaxation time for him.
He can count on you. And he likes you the best on the ship.
Doesn't shy away from praising you in front of others.
Intern,Daisuke.
"WOWZER MISTER YOU'RE SO COOL!".
He was a bit scared of you at first, but quickly warmed up to how refreshing you were.
You were strict, yes. But not as much as Swansea. You never scolded him,or complained about him to others.
Instead you always, efficiently taught him how to do things properly.
The way you spoke, the way you presented yourself. He didn't find it strange how his other, older, colleagues were swooning over you either.
Grew to like you the best on the ship as well, always right by your side.
He does think you're hot,but is intimidated pretty easily.

Beneath the cold, he found you.

Tumblr media
You could feel the weight of your new role pressing down on you as you stepped into the towering skyscraper of Park Industries. The air in the lobby was as cold as the sleek marble floors, and the employees rushing by moved with military precision. This was a far cry from your last job—a small, cozy firm where your coworkers baked cookies for the office on Fridays.
But you weren’t going to let the intimidating atmosphere get to you. You adjusted your blazer, squared your shoulders, and plastered on your brightest smile.
"Fake it 'til you make it," you murmured under your breath.
The elevator ride to the executive floor felt like an eternity. The moment the doors slid open, you were ushered into a boardroom where a man sat at the head of the table. Jong-Seong Park, the CEO.
You’d read plenty about him during your onboarding. The prodigy who had taken the company to new heights. Ruthless, efficient, and brilliant, they called him. But none of the photos or articles had prepared you for the reality of him.
His sharp jawline, neatly combed dark hair, and piercing eyes were the stuff of magazine covers, but his expression? Pure frost.
“You’re late,” he said, his tone clipped and disinterested, barely glancing up from his laptop.
You checked your watch instinctively, even though you knew you were ten minutes early. “I—uh—actually, I’m not—”
He didn’t let you finish. “Being on time means being ready before you step into the room. If this is the level of professionalism you plan to bring, I suggest you rethink your place here.”
Your stomach sank, but you forced your smile to stay in place. “Thank you for the feedback, Mr. Park. I’ll make sure to be... earlier next time.”
That made him look up. For a brief moment, his cold eyes met yours, and you swore you saw a flicker of surprise—maybe even amusement—before his face turned back to stone.
“Go on now” he said, his voice a blade that cut through the air.
You left the boardroom with your head held high, even as you replayed his words in your mind. This wasn’t going to be easy, but you were determined. You’d worked too hard to get here.
By the time you reached your assigned office, a small but modern space tucked into a corner of the floor, you had already formed a plan. You weren’t going to let Mr. Park—or anyone else—diminish your confidence.
Sitting down at your desk, you opened your laptop and began familiarizing yourself with the projects you’d be tackling. The more you read, the more your nerves settled. This was your territory—hard work, strategy, and resilience.
Hours flew by, and soon the sun began setting, casting a golden glow over the skyscrapers outside your window. You were so absorbed in your work that you didn’t notice someone standing at your door until they cleared their throat.
Looking up, you were surprised to see Mr. Park himself. He leaned against the doorframe, arms crossed, his expression unreadable.
“You’re still here,” he said, his tone devoid of the icy edge it held earlier.
“I figured I’d get a head start,” you replied, keeping your tone light but professional. “There’s a lot to catch up on.”
His eyes flicked to your desk, where neatly organized folders and notes displayed your progress. He nodded slightly, a movement so subtle you almost missed it.
“Good,” he said. “We don’t have room for mediocrity here.”
“Don’t worry, Mr. Park,” you replied with a faint smile. “Mediocrity isn’t in my vocabulary.”
For a second, his lips quirked, almost forming a smile, but it disappeared as quickly as it came. “Keep it that way,” he said, turning to leave.
But before he walked away, he paused and glanced over his shoulder. “Next time, you might want to take a break. Burnout doesn’t help anyone.”
You blinked, caught off guard by the unexpected advice. “I’ll keep that in mind,” you said softly.
After that you went home for the night, packing your stuff and organizing. You were happy that your first day went okay, but still puzzled about Mr. Park.
The next morning, you woke up determined to make an impression—not just through your work, but also through your presence. You decided to ditch the overly modest attire and opted for something that showcased your confidence. Your outfit was sharp, professional, yet undeniably alluring: a fitted blouse that hinted at your curves and a pencil skirt that hugged you in all the right places. It wasn’t over the top, but it was enough to make anyone take notice.
When you walked into the office, heads turned. And so did Mr. Park’s.
He was in the middle of a conversation with a colleague, but as you strode past, his gaze flickered to you—and lingered. His usually stoic expression faltered for a moment, his jaw tightening as he forced his eyes back to his conversation partner. You pretended not to notice, greeting everyone with a polite nod and a soft smile as you made your way to your desk.
The day started smoothly, but it didn’t take long for Mr. Park to assert his presence. By mid-morning, he called you into his office. His tone was clipped, colder than it had been the day before.
“I need you to take over the client presentation for Friday,” he said without preamble, sliding a thick folder across his desk. “And I expect the marketing strategy outline revised by the end of the day. The current draft is unacceptable.”
You blinked, barely hiding your surprise. “Both by today?”
“Is there a problem?” he asked, raising a brow. His expression was unreadable, but there was a tension in his posture you hadn’t seen before.
“No, Mr. Park,” you replied, keeping your tone steady. “I’ll handle it.”
“Good,” he said curtly. “You’re dismissed.”
The rest of the day was grueling. Between preparing for the presentation and reworking the marketing strategy, you barely had time to breathe. And yet, every time you glanced up, you caught Mr. Park stealing quick glances at you from across the office. His eyes betrayed a flicker of something—frustration, intrigue, or maybe both—but he never let it linger long enough for you to confront him.
By the time you finished your tasks and dropped the completed files on his desk, it was nearly 9 PM. Mr. Park was still in his office, his sleeves rolled up and his tie loosened. He looked up as you entered, his expression softening just a fraction.
“Here are the revisions and the presentation outline,” you said, your voice firm despite your exhaustion. “Let me know if there’s anything else.”
He took the files without a word, flipping through them quickly. When he finally looked up, there was something unreadable in his eyes.
“You’ve done well,” he admitted grudgingly. But then his voice dropped, softer, almost hesitant. “I wasn’t trying to punish you.”
You tilted your head, meeting his gaze. “Then what were you trying to do?”
For a moment, he seemed at a loss. His hand moved to rub the back of his neck, a rare crack in his composed demeanor. “You…distract people,” he said finally, his voice low and measured. “Including me. And that’s a problem.”
Your lips curved into a faint smile. “I’ll take that as a compliment.”
He sighed, his usual coolness returning. “Get some rest. And try not to make a habit of turning the office into a runway.”
As you turned to leave, you couldn’t help but glance back at him. His eyes were on you again, and this time, he didn’t look away. Something told you this dynamic was far from over.
You arrived at the office feeling the weight of Mr. Park’s words. His subtle warning from the night before had stayed with you, yet you couldn't ignore the flicker of intrigue that had passed between you two. You kept your outfit professional again, but the faintest touch of allure lingered in your style—just enough to keep his gaze wandering.
The day went by in a blur, with meetings, deadlines, and the constant undercurrent of Mr. Park’s presence looming in the background. By the time the clock struck 6 PM, most of the office had started packing up for the night. That’s when your phone rang.
“Miss Y/L/N, my office,” his voice crackled through the receiver, clipped yet calm.
You sighed, gathering your notebook and heading to his office. His door was slightly ajar, and you could see him seated at his desk, reviewing some documents. He looked every bit the composed executive—except for the faint furrow in his brow and the loosened tie around his neck.
“You called for me?” you asked, stepping inside.
He gestured to the chair in front of his desk. “Close the door.”
You obeyed, your pulse quickening.
“I wanted to go over your revisions in more detail,” he said, his tone businesslike, though there was a sharpness in his gaze that told you there was more to this meeting than work. “Sit.”
You took a seat, your notebook poised on your lap. He flipped through the folder you’d delivered the night before, his eyes scanning the pages.
“These revisions are thorough,” he said after a long pause. “Better than I expected. But I need to understand how you approach this level of detail. Talk me through it.”
It wasn’t an unusual request, but the intensity with which he watched you unnerved you. As you began explaining your process, his eyes never left yours.
When you finished, he leaned back in his chair, his expression unreadable. “You’re impressive, Miss Y/N. More than I anticipated when I hired you.”
“Thank you,” you replied cautiously.
“But,” he continued, his voice dropping, “you also complicate things.”
You blinked, unsure how to respond.
He stood and moved to the front of the desk, leaning against it. “You’re talented. Dedicated. And you know how to command attention, whether you intend to or not.”
“I thought you valued that in an employee,” you said, your tone light but probing.
His lips curved into a faint, almost reluctant smile. “I do. But it’s distracting. For me.”
The admission hung in the air, thick and heavy.
“I don’t mean to distract you, Mr. Park,” you said, standing to meet his gaze head-on.
“Don’t you?” he countered, his voice low, almost teasing.
The tension crackled between you, and for a moment, neither of you spoke. Then, he straightened, his professional demeanor slipping back into place like a mask.
“I need you to stay late tonight,” he said, turning back to his desk. “There’s a project I need your input on. Something confidential.”
Your breath caught. “Confidential?”
He looked at you, his gaze steady. “Yes. I trust you’ll handle it discreetly.”
“Of course,” you said, though your heart was pounding.
~
The office was eerily quiet as the hours dragged on. You and Mr. Park worked side by side in his office, reviewing documents and brainstorming strategies. But the tension between you was impossible to ignore.
Around 10 PM, he closed his laptop and leaned back in his chair, watching you as you finished typing a few notes.
“You’ve been working hard,” he said, his voice softer now.
“So have you,” you replied, glancing at him.
He smirked faintly. “That’s different. I’m the boss. It’s expected.”
You tilted your head, meeting his gaze. “And what about me? What’s expected of me?”
He stood, walking around the desk until he was standing next to your chair. His presence was overwhelming, but you refused to look away.
"Excellence,” he said softly. “And professionalism. Though you seem to excel at both… along with making things more complicated than they should be.”
“Is that so?” you asked, your voice steady despite the racing of your heart.
He didn’t answer immediately. Instead, his hand brushed against the back of your chair, the faintest hint of hesitation in his movements.
“You’re playing a dangerous game, Miss Y/N,” he murmured. “Do you know that?”
You looked up at him, your lips curving into a faint smile. “Maybe. But I think you are too, Mr. Park.”
For a moment, the air between you seemed to still. Then, his hand moved to cup your chin, tilting your face up to meet his.
“This stays between us,” he said, his voice barely above a whisper.
"Agreed,” you replied.
And with that, he leaned down, his lips capturing yours in a kiss that was equal parts hesitant and demanding—a release of all the tension that had been building between you since the moment you walked into his office.
His kiss gets hungrier as it goes on, his hand slides down your curves feeling every part. He then slams you down on his desk. He pulls away from the kiss a sting of saliva connecting.
"Fuck Princess, I can get into so much trouble"
"I love taking risks Mr. Park"
"Darling, Call me Jay."
His hand wraps around your neck possessively, your hands land on his hips as he grinds against you. He groans. A sound you thought you never hear.
His hand goes under your skirt, teasing your folds through your panties. Jay pulls down your skirt for more access. He pulls down your underwear to your ankles. His hand teasing your folds.
"Fuck. Your pretty little cunt already so wet."
You flinch at his touch, without warning he slides 2 fingers in. Pumping it in and out. His hands still on your neck as he fingers you.
"Beg me to let you come princess"
"Please.. Jay-let me come.."
Jay grins. Curving his fingers in the right spot. Moans film the room. His fingers are fully disappearing in you. He hits the spot. Making you moan into his lips as he kisses you.
"Jay.. I need it badly"
"Need what sweetheart? Use your words." He says coldly.
"Your cock.."
Jay laughs. He sits you up to face him.
"Such a needy little thing.." He turns you around your ass facing him.
He positions his fingers around your neck again. Undoing his belt. He replaced his fingers with the belt. Choking you. He must get off torturing you, because his grin gets wider and wider.
He unzips his pants, his boxers peeking through. Finally he pulls down his boxers. He wastes no time, he slides his cock in you. Making you moan, your eyes close shut, saliva dripping.
He slams into you, not giving any fucks.
"Fuck darling, I'm close."
Jays eyes glue shut. His pace stops. He fills you up. Everything was a blur after that. You think Jay's cock knocked you out.
You wake up in your bed at home, in your nightwear. You grab your phone noticing a messages from Mr.Park.
"You did great baby, let's do it again some time."

Introducing the Futsunushi - Blademaster Supreme
The Futsunushi was originally intended to kickstart A.R.C's Unparalleled line of blademaster frames; however, production of its weapons took its development team down a rabbit hole. The result is the Futsunushi: a swordsman frame that utilizes its signature Resonant Frequency Muramasa Blade, a sword built to precise, proprietary specifications that can momentarily weaken the bond between realities with a single swing, creating an unfathomably efficient weapon.
During testing, Futsunushi pilots frequently reported  a constant feeling of having another person, a group of people, or an otherwise indescribable and unshakable presence inside their cockpits, even without NHPs present. These claims are often disputed by frustrated A.R.C. engineers that have thus far failed to attribute this phenomena to any of the frame’s onboard systems; however, the accounts of the Futsunushi acting on it’s own accord, often during the heat of battle or when the efficacy of the frame was put into question, cannot be as easily ignored. While this would be typically be a cause for concern, these “harmless glitches in combat assistance coding” - as A.R.C. representatives have taken to calling them, have only acted in ways that could be considered purely beneficial.
-
The Futsunushi is the first of A.R.C.'s mechs to be rolled out, and it represents the company as a whole, that being incontestable melee prowess. When it strikes, it can deliver a second blow if the first was a critical strike and can even temporarily glimpse the future, or perhaps another place, where it all of fate worked to guide it's blade.
All of the Futsunushi's license offers it's pilot a range of elegant and effective weapons, from the precise Quarter Million fold blade, the devastating Daimyo's curse, and the ever-shifting Twilight horizon. No matter how the fight goes, it will always end the same way for A.R.C.'s saint of swords, with a blood moon rising, a lightning fast strike, and a wound made in reality itself.

In the words of @princevandyne…I Tuvix’ed Daforge**.
Meet Dadi (DAY-di) La Soong! After a day of Data and Geordi feeling particularly in sync in their duties onboard the Enterprise, Dadi’s existence is the result of a transporter accident involving Data and Geordi on their way to an away mission!
Dadi is full of self love, thanks to the strength of Data and Geordi’s relationship. This remains the case even in the face of his friends’ general unease around him, and their initial difficulty in viewing him as one singular person! Dadi nevertheless carries on both Data and Geordi’s duties with efficiency and zest.
Unfortunately, Dadi’s cyborg composition is not perfect. The transporter wasn’t thinking too hard when it was glitching out and combining Data’s positronic net and Geordi’s nervous system! As a result, Dadi regularly deals with fatigue, cramping, and other general aches and pains. The bright side is that the headaches Geordi would experience from his VISOR are halved for Dadi!
Dadi loves being alive and loves being himself. As time goes by, his friends accept his decision to stay as one being. It’s only during an emergency on the Enterprise when he is unable to be in two places at once that he makes the decision for himself that the Enterprise would see the most benefits from the return of Data and Geordi as two separate individuals!
And that’s the rundown! Thank you for reading and looking at my art! It’s hard for me to think of Dadi as an OC since he’s a combination of two canon characters, but I suppose he sort of is! I would love to hear your thoughts or questions. I have a lot more information and content of him to share!
**I have never actually seen that episode of Voyager, so any similarity is coincidental but definitely fun happenstance! I like to think it’s the result of me watching so much Star Trek. 😂💛✨
Extras of the initial aftermath of Dadi’s separation and some closeups below!

Money and Tangerines | Nami x Reader
Part of the Thousand Sunny Slice-of-Life Series
Find the other parts with the rest of the Straw Hats here
Summary: You and Nami sort out the crew's budget under the shade of her tangerine trees as the Sunny approaches a new island Word count: 792  Tags: one-shot, pure fluff, domestic bliss onboard the sunny, platonic straw hat pirates x reader, main pairing could be interpreted as platonic or romantic, no use of y/n, GN but written with F!Reader in mind
Tumblr media
You look at the numbers on the Straw Hat Crew’s finance logbook, slowly being filled with dread as you put your head in your hands.
“Nami...” You started hesitantly, “We’re broke.”
Nami sighed loudly, but you swear you could hear a hint of a smile as she replied, “Well, that’s not exactly news, is it?”
Nami went back to watering her tangerine trees, while you return to calculating the meager amount of Berries that your crew has left.
You and Nami usually sort out the crew’s finances inside the library, but today she took your hand and practically dragged you outside as she said, “Don’t you think it’s a waste to be inside when we have such perfect weather today?”
So that’s how you ended up at a picnic table on the Sunny’s upper deck, shaded from the sun by Nami’s tangerine trees. A slow breeze picked up, offering reprieve from the heat.
Nami told you yesterday that the ship has entered an island’s climate, likely a summer one, and just this morning, Usopp shouted “Land ho!” as he pointed out the barely visible stretch of land on the horizon. It would still take the ship around a day to reach the island, but Usopp was positive that he saw a town when he stole a look with his spyglass.
Landing at town usually means Luffy, Zoro, and Chopper going off on an ‘adventure’ the second Sunny touches the port. They will likely get lost, but you always find them eventually, often at a restaurant, ordering way more food and booze than they could actually afford.
Sanji takes care of groceries, while Franky and Usopp resupply necessities for the ship. Robin, Brook, or Jinbei – the three most seasoned pirates of the crew – are usually the ones who offer to stay behind and watch the Sunny, content to leave the exploring to their younger crewmates.
As for you, well, more often than not, you find yourself trailing beside the orange-haired girl as she enters store after store, finding items to fill her already overflowing wardrobe. You usually opted to just window shop, not buying anything unless absolutely necessary, but Nami always managed to swindle some poor shopkeeper into giving her huge discounts after some harmless flirting (or resorting to not-so-subtle threats if that fails).
That is to say, landing at town means spending some Berries, and it’s up to you and Nami to sort out a budget to make sure the crew doesn’t go overboard with their purchases.
You sighed again as your thumb and forefinger flicked through the banknotes, setting aside the proper amount needed for groceries. You know Sanji is more on the financially-responsible side among the crew, but his self-restraint may have crumbled once or twice before whenever he saw the rare, not to mention exceptionally pricey, Blue-Finned Elephant Tuna at the fishmonger. You had to admit the damn fish was delicious though, so you’re not exactly complaining.
“Oh, cheer up! I’m sure we’ll figure this out.” Nami said as she poked your cheek playfully and took a seat next to you, “We always do, don’t we?”
She put on her reading glasses and leaned over to scan the logbook, her nimble fingers absentmindedly peeling the ripe tangerine that she just plucked from her tree.
She took the pencil from you and crossed out a few items off the shopping list efficiently, muttering a series of nope’s, nuh-uh’s, and we-still-have-enough-of-that’s. You also offered your inputs, pointing out which items seemed unnecessary at the moment, and which ones could be replaced with a lower-cost alternative.
The sun slowly dipped into the horizon as you and Nami got lost in your discussion, often going off on a tangent while munching on some tangerines, before ultimately getting back to the task at hand.
You stretched your arms above your head with a groan as you two finally finished divvying up the crew’s allowance. Nami brought the last wedge of her tangerine up to your lips, and you leaned forward to accept it.
“Told ya we’d figure it out!” She chimed with a big smile on her face.
The sound of footsteps approaching caught your attention, and you saw the telltale moss-colored hair of the swordsman peeking out as he ascended the stairs to the upper deck.
“Oi, Curly said dinner’s almost ready.” Zoro called out.
“Be right there!” Nami cheerfully replied.
She got up and plucked a few more tangerines from her tree, handing over a couple to you, “C’mon, let’s get Sanji-kun to make some dessert with these!”
Nami excitedly linked her arm with yours and headed towards the dining room. You eagerly followed her lead, already looking forward to the fresh, citrusy delicacy that will surely grace the dinner table tonight.
a/n: it’s canon that luffy is reckless with money so i sometimes think about how broke the straw hats must be lmao. yet they always seemed to manage somehow and i think that must've come down to nami’s super efficient and tight money management. we love our economical queen 👌🏻

Elon Musk’s minions—from trusted sidekicks to random college students and former Musk company interns—have taken over the General Services Administration, a critical government agency that manages federal offices and technology. Already, the team is attempting to use White House security credentials to gain unusual access to GSA tech, deploying a suite of new AI software, and recreating the office in X’s image, according to leaked documents obtained by WIRED.
Some of the same people who helped Musk take over Twitter more than two years ago are now registered as official GSA employees. Nicole Hollander, who slept in Twitter HQ as an unofficial member of Musk’s transition team, has high-level agency access and an official government email address, according to documents viewed by WIRED. Hollander’s husband, Steve Davis, also slept in the office. He has now taken on a leading role in Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). Thomas Shedd, the recently installed director of the Technology Transformation Services within GSA, worked as a software engineer at Tesla for eight years. Edward Coristine, who previously interned at Neuralink, has been onboarded along with Ethan Shaotran, a Harvard senior who is developing his own OpenAI-backed scheduling assistant and participated in an xAI hackathon.
“I believe these people do not want to help the federal government provide services to the American people,” says a current GSA employee who asked not to be named, citing fears of retaliation. “They are acting like this is a takeover of a tech company.”
The team appears to be carrying out Musk’s agenda: slashing the federal government as quickly as possible. They’re currently targeting a 50 percent reduction in spending for every office managed by the GSA, according to documents obtained by WIRED.
There also appears to be an effort to use IT credentials from the Executive Office of the President to access GSA laptops and internal GSA infrastructure. Typically, access to agency systems requires workers to be employed at such agencies, sources say. While Musk's team could be trying to obtain better laptops and equipment from GSA, sources fear that the mandate laid out in the DOGE executive order would grant the body broad access to GSA systems and data. That includes sensitive procurement data, data internal to all the systems and services GSA offers, and internal monitoring software to surveil GSA employees as part of normal auditing and security processes.
The access could give Musk’s proxies the ability to remote into laptops, listen in on meetings, read emails, among many other things, a former Biden official told WIRED on Friday.
“Granting DOGE staff, many of whom aren't government employees, unfettered access to internal government systems and sensitive data poses a huge security risk to the federal government and to the American public,” the Biden official said. “Not only will DOGE be able to review procurement-sensitive information about major government contracts, it'll also be able to actively surveil government employees.”
The new GSA leadership team has prioritized downsizing the GSA’s real estate portfolio, canceling convenience contracts, and rolling out AI tools for use by the federal government, according to internal documents and interviews with sources familiar with the situation. At a GSA office in Washington, DC, earlier this week, there were three items written on a white board sitting in a large, vacant room. “Spending Cuts $585 m, Regulations Removed, 15, Square feet sold/terminated 203,000 sf,” it read, according to a photo viewed by WIRED. There’s no note of who wrote the message, but it appears to be a tracker of cuts made or proposed by the team.
“We notified the commercial real estate market that two GSA properties would soon be listed for sale, and we terminated three leases,” Stephen Ehikian, the newly appointed GSA acting administrator, said in an email to GSA staff on Tuesday, confirming the agency’s focus on lowering real estate costs. “This is our first step in right-sizing the real estate portfolio.”
The proposed changes extend even inside the physical spaces at the GSA offices. Hollander has requested multiple “resting rooms,” for use by the A-suite, a team of employees affiliated with the GSA administrator’s office.
On January 29, a working group of high-ranking GSA employees, including the deputy general counsel and the chief administrative services officer, met to discuss building a resting room prototype. The team mapped out how to get the necessary funding and waivers to build resting rooms in the office, according to an agenda viewed by WIRED.
After Musk bought Twitter, Hollander and Davis moved into the office with their newborn baby. Hollander helped oversee real estate and office design—including the installation of hotel rooms at Twitter HQ, according to a lawsuit later filed by Twitter executives. During the installation process, one of the executives emailed to say that the plans for the rooms were likely not code compliant. Hollander “visited him in person and emphatically instructed him to never put anything about the project in writing again,” the lawsuit alleged. Employees were allegedly instructed to call the hotel rooms “sleeping rooms” and to say they were just for taking naps.
Hollander has also requested access to Public Buildings Service applications; PBS owns and leases office space to government agencies. The timing of the access request lines up with Ehikian’s announcement about shrinking GSA’s real estate cost.
Musk’s lieutenants are also working to authorize the use of AI tools, including Google Gemini and Cursor (an AI coding assistant), for federal workers. On January 30, the group met with Google to discuss Telemetry, a software used to monitor the health and performance of applications, according to a document obtained by WIRED.
A-suite engineers, including Coristine and Shaotran, have requested access to a variety of GSA records, including nearly 10 years of accounting data, as well as detailed records on vendor payments, purchase orders, and revenue.
The GSA takeover mimics Musk’s strategy at other federal agencies like the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). Earlier this month, Amanda Scales, who worked in talent at Musk’s xAI, was appointed as OPM chief of staff. Riccardo Biasini, former Tesla engineer and director of operations at the Boring company, is now a senior adviser to the director. Earlier this week, Musk cohorts at the US Office of Personnel Management emailed more than 2 million federal workers offering “deferred resignations,” allegedly promising employees their regular pay and benefits through September 30.
The email closely mirrored the “extremely hardcore” note Musk sent to Twitter staff in November 2022, shortly after buying the company.
Many federal workers thought the email was fake—as with Twitter, it seemed designed to force people to leave, slashing headcount costs without the headache of an official layoff.
Ehikian followed up with a note to staff stressing that the email was legitimate. “Yes, the OPM email is real and should be taken very seriously,” he said in an email obtained by WIRED. He added that employees should expect a “further consolidation of offices and centralization of functions.”
On Thursday night, GSA workers received a third email related to the resignation request called “Fork in the Road FAQs.” The email explained that employees who resign from their positions would not be required to work and could get a second job. “We encourage you to find a job in the private sector as soon as you would like to do so,” it read. “The way to greater American prosperity is encouraging people to move from lower productivity jobs in the public sector to higher productivity jobs in the private sector.”
The third question posed in the FAQ asked, “Will I really get my full pay and benefits during the entire period through September 30, even if I get a second job?”
“Yes,” the answer read. “You will also accrue further personal leave days, vacation days, etc. and be paid out for unused leave at your final resignation date.”
However, multiple GSA employees have told WIRED that they are refusing to resign, especially after the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) told its members on Tuesday that the offer could be void.
“There is not yet any evidence the administration can or will uphold its end of the bargain, that Congress will go along with this unilateral massive restructuring, or that appropriated funds can be used this way, among other issues that have been raised,” the union said in a notice.
There is also concern that, under Musk’s influence, the federal government might not pay for the duration of the deferred resignation period. Thousands of Twitter employees have sued Musk alleging that he failed to pay their agreed upon severance. Last year, one class action suit was dismissed in Musk’s favor.
In an internal video viewed by WIRED, Ehikian reiterated that GSA employees had the “opportunity to participate in a deferred resignation program,” per the email sent by OPM on January 28. Pressing his hands into the namaste gesture, Ehikian added, “If you choose to participate, I offer you my heartfelt gratitude for your service to this nation. If you choose to stay at the GSA, we’ll work together to implement the four pillars from the OPM memo.” He ended the video by saying thank you and pressing his hands into namaste again.

Serving up the tiniest cuteness 🥰
Zooplankton can be subdivided into two major groups. Holoplankton (copepods and krill) spend their entire lives as plankton and thus provide major food sources for pelagic fisheries. Meroplankton (larvae of animals like barnacles, mussels, annelids, and fish) spend only part of their lives as plankton.
Copepods like the one in this video can be found in massive numbers across the world ocean. They play an important role in ocean food webs as predators—they eat even smaller diatoms and phytoplankton—and prey on animals like jellies, fish, and filter feeders.
Zooplankton are notoriously difficult to sample. Despite opportunities for mixing, individual zooplankton are tiny, and species are often patchily distributed. Coastal oceans are physically dynamic, high-energy environments. Winds, currents, and upwelling fronts affect the availability of nutrients and distribution of food that control zooplankton growth and dispersal. To tackle these challenges, the MBARI team developed the SIMZ program to explore more efficient zooplankton sampling and identification methods.
Traditionally, tow-nets are used to sample plankton along paths through the water. Because these paths often cross smaller environmental patches, they frequently lack the precision to associate zooplankton species' distribution and abundance with particular physical and biological processes. MBARI engineers have equipped an autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) with gulpers—bottles that rapidly inhale discrete water samples—to better understand the spatial patchiness in zooplankton abundance. The AUV is equipped with sensors that measure things like temperature and salinity, and onboard computer software that instructs the Gulper AUV to recognize and autonomously sample specific environmental patches, such as upwelling fronts or chlorophyll layers. This "surgical" approach to ocean sampling allows SIMZ researchers to study the effects of specific physical processes on zooplankton distribution and diversity.

AN: There's some OCs in this one bc this was just a funny idea between me and some friends LMAO. Imagine them however you will!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
The roar of the crowd is almost painful in your ear as you enter the venue. You’ve made it just in time, with minutes to spare.
“Excuse me. Sorry! Just gonna squeeze past you here…I’m sorry…”
The apologies fall from your lips as you navigate through the crowd of people in the arena. You’re trying to find your way backstage before the concert begins for this band… Demon Parade?
An up and coming group, quickly rising in stardom who you never would have heard of had you not been scouring the job boards for an easy and quick way to make money. Imagine your surprise when you found a job posting for them stating the band was in need of an efficient, organized assistant. A go-getter who would be willing to do anything to aid in their success and ride along with them.
You’d had some assistant jobs in the past, nothing too crazy, but you knew what the basic expectation of an assistant was. So you applied for the job, not thinking there was a chance in hell you’d get it, but you needed something and anything was better than nothing. Besides, the job came with all the perks: benefits, free travel, a food allowance. Sounded like a steal.
You got the call less than a week later, saying that you were a great fit and exactly what the band was in search of! It didn’t seem real at the time, even after you’d hung up, filled out your onboarding paperwork and were sent all of your information for your first day – the concert you were currently pushing your way through. It felt even less real when you received your all access badge at the arena doors.
You’d made sure to listen to a few of Demon Parade’s songs and you had to admit, you liked what you heard, but you wouldn’t exactly call yourself a superfan. Not like the crowd of people swarming around you as you hurried through to backstage. God, it was fucking packed.
Is this band that good?
The moment you enter backstage, you feel like you can breathe again. It’s less crammed, so you feel like you can relax a bit. But that feeling only lasts for a second before someone practically materializes out of thin air before you. They call your name, one hand coming up to tap the small earpiece in their ear, the other coming up to indicate for you to stop.
“Yep, she just got here,” They mumble into the earpiece. “I’ll bring her back.” They tap the earpiece again, waving to you to follow them. “I trust you didn’t have any trouble getting back here?”
“Nope, fairly easy,” you answer, quickening your pace to catch up with them.
“Good,” they make a sharp turn around a corner, speeding up and you feel like an idiot essentially running behind them. “I’m Jaz, the band’s manager. We don’t have too much time. I’ll give you a brief overview of the band and each member and then I’ll introduce you to them.”
“Oh, so just…immediately starting? Is there like…a formal training I should be going through first? Or a new hire orientation?”
“No,” they state. “Do what the band asks and if you do it well enough and the band likes you, you’ll be able to keep your job by the end of the night.”
Your eyes wide as you rush to walk next to Jaz. “Wait, what do you mean?”
“Exactly what I said. If you make a good impression on the band, we’ll keep you. We’re about to start a national tour in a few days and we need someone who will be able to get the job done. If not, we move on.”
“Okay, so just…do what they ask me to and…that’s it?”
“That’s it,” Jaz confirms. “It’s that simple.”
So this whole first day is a test…given with no actual instructions…Fucking weird, but who are you to argue?
You’ll just have to use your prior assistant knowledge to make it work. If you’ve done one assistant job, you’ve done them all. You think so, at least.
You hurry through the halls alongside Jaz, the hallways snaking around to the back of the venue where there are many different dressing rooms – one for each band member and one for the group. Jaz reaches a door with a sign taped to it with the name Demon Parade on it. Scribbled in the corner of the sign is what looks like a very poorly drawn penis.
Jaz sighs when they see the doodle and whips around to face you.
“First things first, a brief rundown of the band.” They fish out their phone to pull up a group photo of the members on stage at one of their concerts. They point to a beautiful brunette woman in the photo before their finger glides over to a tattooed man with his hair piled high atop his head in a loose bun. “This is Shoko Ieiri – our bassist – and this is Suguru Geto – our lead guitarist. Both very low maintenance, very easy to get along with because they most likely will take very little interest in you.”
They then point to a blonde man who looks about ready to clock out at any moment and then to a white haired guy with freakishly blue eyes. “Kento Nanami is our drummer and this annoying beanpole here is Satoru Gojo – our lead singer,” Jaz finishes, rolling their eyes when they point to Gojo. But you can see a clear fondness there with the way their eyes linger on the screen.
You nod, eyes locked on the heavily tattooed raven haired man on the phone. He looks a little bored, almost like he’d rather be anywhere but where he was at that moment. Even so, his gaze is intense. You know it’s impossible, but you feel as though he’s looking at you through the phone. It’s literally a picture taken at some random venue that you’d never seen in your life. But, it feels like he’s staring right at you. Those feline eyes of his look so deeply into the camera, peer so powerfully into your eyes through the screen, it makes you look away. There’s something about that guy, something that’s almost familiar…it makes a tingle race up your spine.
You’re not sure if the feeling is good or bad, but you don’t have time to think too much about it because Jaz is knocking on the dressing room door. A massive, burly man donning sunglasses is opening it, peering at you from over his shades. Jaz is moving past him, beckoning you to follow when you don’t move, cemented to your spot.
Because you’re still thinking about that fucking picture.
“Hey,” The goateed man says when you’ve finally entered the room. You notice then that he’s wearing a black windbreaker with Security on one side and his name on the other. Your eyes quickly drift down to his nametag.
Yaga…With a little panda sticker next to his name. This old guy loves cute things apparently. It’s sweet, makes you smile.
Yaga quickly introduces himself. “Nice to meet you,” He grunts, no smile returned. “I’m head of security for the band. My name’s Yaga.” He doesn’t await a response from you, turning to speak with Jaz instead and you take that time to have a look around in the interim.
The dressing room is incredibly spacious. In a corner across the room, there’s a snack table full of an assortment of candies and bags of chips with the members' faces on them as well as an array of drinks. Large couches are arranged throughout the room, enough space between them to give each member their own little area to lounge in. There are also vanity areas along the back wall with brightly lit mirrors and chairs for each member.
You’re assuming it’s Shoko who sits in one of the vanity chairs getting her makeup done. She is the only female member after all. She’s as beautiful in person as she appears in pictures, though her hair is a lot longer than in the picture Jaz showed you earlier. She’s on her phone scrolling boredly, but when the door clicks shut, your eyes meet in the mirror and she waves quickly as the makeup artist applies her lipstick.
“Hey,” is all she says.
On the far side of the room is a blonde man reading a newspaper, he glances up for all of two seconds when you enter the room and then he’s back to reading. Next to him is a girl who can’t yet be in her 30s, leaning her head against his shoulder. They look cozy together. Maybe they’re dating? You make a mental note to ask Jaz about this later.
Just a few steps away from you, seemingly appearing out of thin air by the snack table, is Satoru Gojo, lead singer of Demon Parade.
His eerily blue eyes glance up when you enter the room, and then he shoots you a beaming smile as he leaves his spot by the snacks and strolls over. He grins at Jaz who has now made their way back to you, rolling their eyes again as Satoru gets closer.
“Jaz,” he purrs. “What do we have here? A meet and greet?” Gojo asks, eyes locked on his manager. His gaze wanders over their clothes as if he can see straight through them. “You look good. Missed you last ni–”
Jaz holds up a hand, cutting him off and getting straight to the point. They introduce you to Satoru, Shoko, Nanami and the woman sitting next to him who you’ve learned is Nicole – their vocal coach, though she doesn’t appear to be doing much vocal coaching while she makes googly eyes at Nanami.
Yaga sighs as he goes back towards the dressing room door and Jaz follows behind him, pulling their phone out and typing away. You don’t miss that the moment Jaz is putting their phone back in their pocket, Satoru is pulling his out to quickly glance at his screen, smirking before he slides it back into his pocket.
Okay, there’s clearly something going on there.
“Call me if you need anything,” Yaga utters to Satoru, but Satoru isn’t even listening anymore. He’s back at the snack table rummaging through the available items. Yaga pulls the door open to let Jaz exit first. Behind you, you hear him briefly grunting an “excuse me” as someone else enters the room before he’s also gone.
And you can’t really explain it, but the moment this other person enters, the air in the room shifts.
At least for you.
They move past you, their bare arm just barely brushing against your own and you startle at the charge of pure electricity that jolts through you at the near contact. They seem to feel it too, because they pause, whipping around to look at you and you’re met with those sharp, cat-like eyes you’d just seen peering through a screen now staring into your own. That familiar tingle you’d felt outside of this very room zips back up your spine.
Suguru Geto stands before you, his beautiful face framed by his signature raven locks that now cascade around his shoulders. He’s somehow even more striking with his hair down, beautiful. He says nothing as you stare each other down, the air between you thick with something you can’t quite describe. The room around you blurs as your vision seems to hone in on Suguru and Suguru only.
It’s after a few moments of tense silence that Suguru breaks eye contact first, eyes trailing down your form. And suddenly you feel as though you’re under a microscope, being so closely examined by him. You can’t help but feel exposed. He tilts his head to the side, his hair falling with the motion. He cards his fingers through his strands, pushing them back, eyes narrowing when they meet your gaze again. His brows knit together for a moment and then he speaks.
“Have we met before?”
Your pathetic body reacts immediately, melting the second his voice reaches your ears. Goosebumps race across your skin, even as your body feels like it’s being engulfed in heat. Your heart feels like it’s crawling up your chest and into your throat, your pulse is beating behind your ears so hard it’s making you dizzy.
What is this?
You don’t understand this sudden racing of your heart, the way your hands feel clammy, the explosive reactions your body is having to him simply looking at you.
Suguru leans his head to the other side and the movement brings you back to reality, helps you to remember that you’re just standing there like a fucking idiot when he had asked you a question. You shake your head quickly, suddenly unable to find your voice.
Suguru looks you over once more, almost like he doesn’t believe your answer, until Satoru interrupts.
“You’ve never met her. She’s our new assistant. Starting today,” he announces, mouth full, from what seems to be his permanent spot by the snack table. He tells Suguru your name. Suguru quickly glances back at Satoru before his eyes drift back to you again.
“Yeah?” Suguru asks, eyes still on you. You can see Satoru turn back to the snack table from your peripheral, picking at different candies. “Nice to meet you. I’m Suguru,” he states.
For some reason, it dawns on you then that Jaz is no longer there to speak for you. You’re on your own. Jaz’s earlier words ring through your ears. Whether or not you get to keep this job depends on how well you do tonight.
So you clear your throat, finding your confidence again. You know what you’re doing and Suguru is essentially your boss. Just like the other members, so you needed to build a relationship with him all the same. “Yes, I’m your new assistant and I’m very excited to be able to work with you all. Please let me know what you need and I’ll do my best to make sure you’re all happy.”
A small smile graces Suguru’s features and the tiny motion has your heart picking up speed again.
Fucking relax.
“Yeah, I got a couple things you can do for me,” he voices.
“Okay,” you glance back towards Shoko who is eyeing you through the reflection of the mirror. “Anyone else need anything before the show?” She shakes her head indicating your assistance isn’t necessary. You look to Nanami who couldn’t look less interested in what’s happening right now. Next to him, Nicole shakes her head as well.
“All good here,” Satoru says, waving you off. “Suguru, be nice.”
“When am I not?” Suguru chuckles, closing the distance between you and slinging his arm around your shoulder. The contact makes your skin erupt with goosebumps once again.
Only this time, you feel a little less crazy about your body's seemingly random reaction to Suguru’s touch because as you glance down at the arm wrapped around you, see the telltale sign of goosebumps along his skin, too.

Suguru doesn’t have shit for you to do. The concert is happening soon so there’s not much else left to do that the other staff hasn’t already taken care of. He’s not sure why he lied to you, but the moment he saw you, there was something familiar about you that he couldn’t quite put his finger on. He’s certain you’ve never met, he would’ve definitely remembered your face; lovely, beautiful, stunning, all the words that could describe how nice you were to look at. Looks aside, there’s just something about you that has his mind reeling.
He’d heard from Jaz that the band would be getting a new assistant today. Didn’t make a difference to him, staff was staff. He was sure the new assistant would be fired by the end of the night, if not the end of the week. They could never keep an assistant too long, most of them deeming Satoru too needy, Shoko too cold, Suguru too mean. The list went on and on. The simple truth of the matter was Suguru had a goal, a plan for his success and if an assistant wasn’t able to hang in there for the ride, then they weren’t worth his time. Suguru stopped caring about who their assistant of the week was a long time ago.
So what was it about you that had him hiding you in his dressing room until the show started; showing you his favorite guitars, asking you about how you got this job, wondering how you liked it so far, if you’d heard their music? Any other assistant he’d have running to get him a coffee, doing menial tasks just for laughs. But for you, he’d grabbed a coffee with you and spent that time practically bombarding you with questions the moment he had you alone. Suguru knew more about you in 20 minutes than girls he’d dated for months. And he had no idea why he cared so much.
“Are you sure it’s okay for me to be here?” You ask. Leaning against the wall of his dressing room, Suguru watches as you sit on his dressing room couch, strumming the strings on his guitars.
“I mean, it shouldn’t matter.”
“Jaz made it clear I need to keep you all happy or else…” you make a dramatic slicing motion across your neck, pulling a laugh from Suguru.
After finding out Suguru did not actually have anything for you to help him with, he spent a few minutes trying to calm your mini panic attack where you told him about how nervous you were. How badly you needed this job. So he’d brought you back to his dressing room to hang out where no one would see you aimlessly wandering.
“The guys said they’re good, so no need to worry about them. They’re happy right now,” Suguru reassures you.
“And you?” You ask, eyes meeting his from across the room. It makes him inhale sharply, trying to calm the swift pounding of his heart. “Are you happy?”
He nods. “I’m happy.” You pluck a string on his guitar, the offkey note cutting through the tension Suguru was beginning to feel. “Despite your horrible guitar playing skills, I’m happy.”
You laugh. “Rude.” You pluck again, this time the note is more bearable. “If I make it past today, I’ll be on the road to continue on tour with you guys,” you told him.
“Oh yeah?” His eyes look on as your fingers dance along the strings of his guitar awkwardly. He could show you how to hold a guitar, how to hit a note that’s not offkey, but he’s enjoying watching you struggle a little too much. It’s cute, though his body’s reaction to watching the way you hold the neck of the guitar is…less appropriate than what the situation calls for. “Has anyone ever told you you have really nice hands?”
Because he wouldn’t mind having your really nice hands wrapped around his cock.
The question comes out before he can stop it. For any other groupie he’d brought back to his room, the answer to the question wouldn’t have mattered. He’d just be making small talk, he wouldn’t have even meant the compliment. But for you…he was mesmerized by the way you held his instrument, the sight filling his head with lewd thoughts.
You freeze at his question, glancing back at Suguru. “No…thank you?”
Suguru chuckles, moving from his spot on the wall to take a seat next to you. The air immediately thickens, this close proximity to you making it hard for him to breathe.  “You are…really bad at guitar.”
“Oh my god, were you this mean to your past assistants?” The question comes out with a giggle, as you set Suguru’s guitar down next to you, turning to face him.
He smirks, turning his body to face you as well. “Only the ones who are shit at guitar.”
“Oh, so you let all your assistants hang out in your dressing room and show them your instruments then?”
“Nope.”
If anything Suguru was way fucking meaner to his past assistants. In less than two hours, you already had him cleaning up his act.
You make a face, scrunching your nose up in Suguru’s direction and he decides he likes you already. Yeah, it’s only been a few hours, but he wants to see that face more often. The choice wasn’t up to him, though. You had to impress the other members, too. But that didn’t mean he couldn’t help you along the way.
A light knock at the door interrupts Suguru’s thoughts.
“Yeah?” He calls and Jaz peers their head in, brows furrowing when they see you on Suguru’s couch.
“She was cleaning my guitar for me,” Suguru lies easily, motioning towards the instrument next to you. Jaz either believes him or doesn’t care because they don’t even acknowledge it any further.
“Showtime, let’s go.”
- - - - - -
Suguru had been nice enough to give you some tips on how to ensure the band was happy after the show.
“Nanami loves a good coffee and a book set up in his dressing room after a show,” he’d noted. “Satoru is easy. Leave him some of those little mochi candies with the red bean paste inside? He’ll eat like fourteen of them and pass out. Shoko literally just wants to be left alone after dealing with Satoru all day. Put a cigarette and a bottle of liquor – any kind – in her room and she’s set.”
“And you?” You asked, nervously fidgeting in the hall outside of Suguru’s dressing room. Suguru had kept your mind off of panicking and inadvertently pissing someone off on your very first day. With no delegated tasks, no orientation or training and no clue in hell about each member’s preferences, you were truly grateful to Suguru for all he'd done for you on your first day. He was your lifeboat today.
“Me?” It seemed he’d forgotten he was also a part of the band, which was even more endearing to you. He’d been more concerned with making sure you were successful today than his own needs.
“Yeah, you. I want to make sure everyone is satisfied.”
Suguru hummed a look flashing behind his eyes and disappearing as quickly as it came, it still sent a shiver up your spine all the same. He placed a hand on your arm, inhaling slowly. His eyes locked onto where his hand lay on your arm, like he could feel the way your stomach twisted, the way your breathing increased, how your pupils dilated just from his touch.
And Suguru could feel it. Because his body was reacting the exact same way.
“I’ll be fine,” he breathed, letting go of your arm. “Hopefully at the end of the night, Jaz will have good news for you.”
He turned to leave, but not before calling back, “I’ll see you after the show.”
Now you stand on the side of the stage, unable to stop staring at Suguru as his hands fly along the strings of his guitar with ease, beautiful notes carrying out of the instrument and dancing around the stadium for the audience to hear. You can’t get over the duality of this man.
Backstage he’s chill, if not a little intimidating. But in the short time you’d spent together, you found it easy to talk to Suguru and open up to him. He was funny, smart, insanely talented. You did not expect a rockstar as big as he was to be so down to earth.
Now as you watch Demon Parade perform their last song of the night, you can’t help but think Suguru is the sexiest man on earth. The way his hair whips across his face when he shakes his head to the music, how his large hands control every note that drives the song, how his rich voice blends smoothly with Satoru’s to really push the message of the songs across. And when Suguru’s really feeling it, the way he lets the world see the tiny metal ball sitting atop his tongue.
He is so insanely sexy.
It seems every little move he makes has the crowd losing their minds, men and women alike screaming his name. And you can’t blame them, occasionally rubbing your own thighs together to stoke the heat pooling between your own legs whenever Suguru would peer over to the side and grin at you mid song.
Fuck, working with him may end up being harder than you anticipate. If you are able to keep this job, you’ll likely have to maintain a friendly distance. You don’t trust yourself not to do something stupid with the way your body seems to respond to him any time you’re near each other.
When the show is over, Satoru thanking the crowd for coming out, the band members all go their separate ways to their dressing rooms. You wait in the hall, standing with Jaz who again is on their phone. They seem to always be working, but this time you watch their fingers fly across their phone screen, a tiny smirk on their lips. You bite down on your bottom lip to keep yourself from smiling.
You’re pretty sure Jaz and Satoru are sleeping together.
You nearly jump out of your skin when Jaz clears their throat, their eyes boring into your own. Did they hear…your…thoughts?
And then they smile. “Just got the green light from the band. You’re in.”
Eyes wide, you stand there gaping like a fish until you finally find your words. “Just like that? I mean…there’s not a formal meeting or anything?”
Jaz shoots you a deadpan look, like you’re wasting their time with your stupid fucking question. “Look around you. Nothing about today was formal. Get used to it. Go home, pack your bags. I’ll email the details of where to meet us in the next couple days before we get on the road. Be on time please. Don’t miss the tour bus leaving.”
They turn on their heels before you can thank them, making their way down the hall (in the direction of Satoru’s dressing room, you can’t help but notice).
The clean up staff moves hurriedly around backstage, rushing off and on the stage. And you just stand there, the giddiness of the news bubbling in your chest. You want to scream about how happy you are, but you contain it, instead opting to go tell the person who helped you to lock in your spot today.
After a short trip down the winding halls of the arena, you knock softly on Suguru’s dressing room door. It doesn’t take him long to answer, the door swinging open and revealing him in a loose fitting tee and some sweats. His hair is damp from a shower, strands clinging to his face, cheeks flushed. You can practically feel the heat of his bath radiating off of him.
He’s as captivating off stage, like this, as he is on stage. You can’t help but stare.
“Hey,” he breathes, voice rough.
“Hey,” you practically sigh, cheeks heating furiously.
It’s just you two, standing there, staring at each other. The world continues to move, it all becoming a blur as you refuse to look away from the other. You, watching as the flush on Suguru’s cheeks slowly creeps from his face, down his neck and to the exposed part of his chest the ‘V’ in his shirt allows you to see. Him, watching as your chest rises and falls, breathes picking up rapidly as he gazes at you.
You’d never met anyone like Suguru Geto before. It seems so insane that just a few hours ago, you’d never seen or heard of this man in your life. Now in this moment, standing before him in front of his dressing room, it feels like he has a pull on you that you couldn’t resist if you tried.
“Just heard from Jaz. Looks like I’ll be going on the road with you,” you tell him, voice coming out smaller than you’d intended.
“Yeah?” His low voice is nothing but a whisper, eyes darting down to your lips quickly before they shoot back up to your eyes.
“Yeah.”
Then his tattooed hand is cupping your face, your arms are looping around his neck, his mouth is colliding with yours as he pulls you into his dressing room, slamming the door behind him. It’s dizzying, the heat rolling off is his body, his scent invading your senses. The hand touching your face slips to the back of your neck, making you sigh into his mouth. It’s so fucking unfair how a move so simple had the power to make you melt into a puddle for him.
Suguru’s body molds against yours as he pushes you against the door of his dressing room, pressing his own arousal against your thigh. And you gasp, the thick feel of him making you moan.
“Fuck,” Suguru presses a sloppy kiss to your cheek, rolling his hips into you. “I don’t know what it is about you,” he groans, kissing along your cheek again, rolling his hips into yours once more.
You feel the same, like there’s something about him that keeps drawing you to him. The stars only seem to continue aligning in your favor. First getting this job, this trial run day, meeting Suguru, Suguru helping to make sure you got to keep your job and you actually getting the confirmation you needed. It’s like you were meant to meet one day. You’re eternally grateful.
You press a kiss to Suguru’s lips, your hands finding their way into his hair and pulling him closer to deepen the kiss. He slips his tongue into your mouth, further deepening the kiss, trying to taste everything you have to offer. You’re panting into his mouth as he rolls his hips into yours roughly.
“I want you,” Suguru breathes against your lips. “I want you so fucking bad, I’m losing my mind.”
His mouth is back on yours, hands grasping at your waist, pulling you as close as he can. You want him too, you probably want him just as badly as he wants you. But there’s time for that. You’ll be on the road together for months. That’s surely enough time to have each other every which way you want. But tonight, you want to show Suguru how grateful you are to him.
“Let me thank you for today,” you offer Suguru breathlessly when you break the kiss. His brows knit together for a brief second before they rise at the same time you fall to your knees before him.
“Are you sure? You don’t have t–”
“I want to,” you assure him. Suguru gulps, nodding as he watches you wet your lips.
Hooking your fingers into the elastic of his sweats and briefs, you tug down, freeing Suguru’s erection and wasting no time wrapping your hands around his length. It’s just the way Suguru imagined when he watched you strumming his guitar. Better than he imagined, actually. He shivers when your hands grip him, your mouth watering with the thought of tasting him as you watch a drop of precum form on his tip.
He’s big. Bigger than you had pictured. You swallow, thinking about how in the hell you were going to be able to possibly fit all of him in your mouth.
“Take it slow, baby,” Suguru tells you, as though he can tell what you’re thinking. He brings a hand down to gently caress your cheek.
Peering up, your tongue peeks out of your mouth, tentatively flicking against the head and Suguru sighs shakily, staring intently. He watches you closely, his tongue running along the inside of his cheek as your lips fall open and you wrap them around his cock. You take him into your mouth, slowly sinking down as far as you can go before you pull off and sink down again.
Eyes locked, you watch with hardly concealed elation as Suguru’s pupils blow out, dilating so much you can no longer make out the color of his eyes.
“Fuck,” Suguru’s hips buck forward like a reflex, head falling back as a deep groan falls from his lips. Your mouth is so warm, so fucking wet. He wants to revel in the feel of it. Doesn’t want you to suck him so good he blows his load down your throat yet. He looks back down at you, at the way your mouth is stuffed full of him and you’re not even halfway down. Suguru utters a curse under his breath.
“Stay right there,” he tells you, rougher than he intended, he knows it. But it’s so fucking important that you don’t move right now or he’s done for. “Just hold it - ahhh, yeah just like that, angel.”
You place your hands against his thighs, holding yourself still with Suguru’s cock in your mouth. The weight of him on your tongue, the sound of his harsh breathing, his hands gently holding your chin, it all makes a delicious heat pool in your core.
Suguru takes a deep breath, pushes his hair back with his hands as he exhales. He’s trying to catch his breath, trying to keep his composure right now, but fuck. It’s so hard to hold it together with the way your mouth is stretched around him, with how he’s just barely halfway in and he can already see the tears brimming in the corners of your eyes as you try to take all of him.
Suguru’s had his fair share of flings come back to his dressing room with him, sure. But you… there’s something about you that has his heart thundering in his chest, has his cock throbbing within the wet confines of your mouth, has him reaching down to caress your cheek and wipe the pooling tears away as you try to take him deeper. Your eyes close with the action.
“Look at me,” he pants. And you do, your beautiful gaze finding his again. “Fuck, you look so pretty like this,” he purrs, loving the way you haven’t moved since he told you to stay. You’re already such a good girl for him. “Think you can take more?”
You mutter a muffled agreement against his cock, still not moving. Just the vibration makes Suguru’s balls tighten, a threat that he’s not going to last very long with you.
He hopes it won’t be like this the next time.
He also hopes there is a next time.
Because he’s beginning to realize something. It hasn’t been that long since he met you. Hell, it’s been less than a day. But, he’s so fucking into you it’s insane.
You peer up at him from beneath your lashes again and Suguru hisses the moment your eyes connect. He runs both hands through his hair, his thick black locks cascading around his face as he looks down at you.
“Fuck, you’re so beautiful. You know that?”
You nod your head, tongue pressing against the underside of Suguru’s cock as you slide more of his length down your throat. You’re not going to be able to take all of him. He knows it.
You shift on the floor, thighs rubbing together to give you some sort of relief from the aching arousal between your legs. Suguru doesn’t miss this. You’ve worked hard. You deserve to enjoy yourself, too. It’s not like you got to keep your job only because of him after all.
“Touch yourself,” Suguru commands. “Play with that pretty pussy while you suck my co–” His voice cuts off, a harsh groan ripping from his throat when you move forward, one hand squeezing his cock as you try to take even more of him, the other slipping into the waistband of your pants. “So fucking good...” he whimpers, and you can’t help but moan when your fingers finally meet the onslaught of wetness that’s been rushing between your legs, absolutely soaking through your panties.
“Jesus,” he murmurs, petting your hair before gently fisting the strands between his tattooed fingers so that you’re forced to look up at him. “Ah…I love how hard you’re trying, baby. Think you can take it all the way for me, angel? Can you take it all the way into that tight fucking throat for me?”
You nod enthusiastically, eager to please with a mouth full of Suguru’s cock and your fingers rubbing tight circles on your clit. The vision has Suguru’s eyes rolling into the back of his head. “You’re gonna fucking kill me,” he sighs. Suguru pulls you forward, and you let him, going as far as you can until you’re gagging on his dick, the drool pooled in your mouth dripping from the corners of your mouth.
Even still, that doesn’t stop the moans escaping, the little mewls that let Suguru know you were fucking loving this as much as he was.
“Ah – fuck, fuck–” Suguru breathes, pulling you off of his cock with a loud pop. “I can’t,” he pants. “I can’t. If you do that again, I’ll cum –”
You didn’t wait for him to finish, taking Suguru in your mouth again, taking him as deep as you can go before pulling back and taking him in again. The lewd squelching noises of your slick fingers playing with your sweet little pussy and the mixture of your spit and Suguru’s precum hitting the floor of his dressing room fill the air. You take him to the hilt, your nose buried deep in his thick raven curls.
And Suguru’s hips began to move, fucking into your mouth as he held your head in place. This was what you wanted, right? Suguru warned you. He’d warned you what would happen if you swallowed his dick like that again, if you choked on his cock like you just did one more time. He warned you and you kept going, pushing him closer and closer. So he couldn’t help it when his body tensed, when his cock stiffened, when his thighs shook and his cock twitched in your mouth.
He couldn’t help it when he pulled out of you as quickly as he could, pumping his cock with a quick “fuck I’m so sorry, I’m so sorry, baby–” muttered before his cum shot out of his swollen tip, covering your cheeks, your throat, your tongue and your chin.
And you couldn’t help it when you pushed two fingers into your tight hole, pressing your thumb to your clit the moment Suguru’s cum covers your face. And you see stars, clenching hard around your fingers as waves of your orgasm crashing over you until your vision nearly blurs.
“Shit,” Suguru murmurs with a sigh, the aftershocks of his orgasm sending shivers up his spine. He takes your arm, pulling your hand from your drenched panties, closely looking over the sheen of your release covering your fingers. He parts his lips, taking the digits into his mouth and sucking, licking your hand clean of your orgasm before he kisses you hard, shoving his tongue into your mouth immediately and groaning when he tastes the mixture of both your releases. He doesn’t even seem to care that his own cum now covers his face. The sexy grunts and moans tell you he loves it.
When he breaks the kiss, he looks you over, licking his lips of the mess he made between you. “Let me get a towel to clean us up.”
He stands, pulling his pants back up to his waist before he lifts you from your spot on the floor. You hear him shuffling around in the bathroom area as you take a seat on his couch. He returns shortly, sitting next to you. You close your eyes as he gently wipes the warm, damp towel over your face. “God, you almost killed me.” Suguru huffs quietly.
You chuckle, opening one eye to peer up at him. “Damn, am I that good?”
Suguru smiles, chuckling. “Let's just say, I’m not ever letting them fire you.”
