exercise plan: 750 cal burn in under an hr
(no machinery, weights, or push-ups)
  around 50 min. burns between 500-750 cals*
Warm-up (5 minutes):
Jumping jacks: Perform 1 minute of jumping jacks to elevate your heart rate.
Jog in place: Jog in place for 1 minute to further increase your heart rate.
Dynamic stretches: Perform dynamic stretches for your major muscle groups, such as arm swings, leg swings, and torso twists. Do each stretch for about 30 seconds.
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) (25 minutes):
Mountain climbers: Perform 30 seconds of mountain climbers (start in a push-up position and alternate driving your knees towards your chest) followed by 30 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 5 minutes.
Jump squats: Perform 30 seconds of jump squats (lower into a squat position and explode upwards, jumping as high as you can) followed by 30 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 5 minutes.
High knees: Run in place, lifting your knees as high as possible, for 30 seconds followed by 30 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 5 minutes.
Burpees: Perform 10-15 burpees (squat down, kick your legs back into a push-up position, perform a push-up, jump your feet back to a squat, and jump up explosively) as fast as you can, followed by 30 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 5 minutes.
Cardiovascular Endurance (15 minutes):
Jump rope: Jump rope continuously for 15 minutes without stopping. If you don't have a jump rope, perform imaginary jump rope motions.
High knees: Run in place, lifting your knees as high as possible, for 15 minutes without stopping.
Cool-down and Stretching (5 minutes):
Slow down your activity and perform light jogging or walking for 5 minutes.
Perform static stretches for your major muscle groups, holding each stretch for 15-30 seconds. Include stretches such as standing quad stretches, hamstring stretches, calf stretches, and standing side stretches.
*obviously not everyone will burn the same amt. of cals depending on weight.. these stats are assuming that you are around 63kg

(I couldn't find any others, but I'm sure a quick google search would help you. Let me know if you'd like me to add extras!)
In addition, therapy can be funded by the Government if you get an assessment and diagnosis. I'm aware not everyone can afford this, but if you have access to this, it could be a great tool!
HEALTHY coping mechanisms
For not eating (do NOT try these if you suffer from 4n4rexia, or are in a position where you are hungry/st@rving. These are intended for people who suffer from unhealthy amounts of binging, bvlim!a or binge eating d!sord3r).
-Drinking water (can replace the motion of eating, as that's normally what we get addicted to)
-Eat some fruit (like berries or grapes, because eating a lot of them won't do anything - in fact, they're healthy and sweet, so they're a great replacement for sweets!)
-Gum or chew toys (give the stimulation of eating without consuming anything!)
-Gelatin water (mix some gelatin with water, it's simple and chewy :>)
For eating more
-Eat little bits at a time (if you eat small pieces of food - like yoghurt or some crackers, but eat more of them over long periods of time it feels like you're eating less while still getting nutrients!)
-Tablets and meds (you can buy some vitamins and other p!lls from your local chemist to help your digestive and immune systems! This might assist your desire to eat :3)
-Juices (drinking your c4lor!es can help, because it doesn't feel like eating! Just make sure you're eating solid food too, though.)
Affirmations
If you don't feel confident in your appearance, look for the little things! Look for the way your shoulder bones stick out when you suck in your breath, the way your hair looks (if you don't like your hair, maybe try styling it into a way you like it!), or your nose (if you don't like your nose, try putting a bandaid on it! I think it looks really cute, and it makes your nose less noticeable. However, don't hide forever because you're beautiful.
Perhaps your calves have nice curves, or a distinguished jaw, or wide eyes! I think eyes are really beautiful, so take a closer look! I think all eye colours are pretty, but if you have a unique colour that's really cool too!
Just remember that you're not alone - seek help. And if you don't want help, just know that it's only going to get worse. There are healthy ways to get to a desired weight or appearance. Please consult a professional or a loved one.
