What always intrigued me about the storyline with a romanced Solas is that Lavellan was so close to finding out the truth.

She must have had some suspicions before, but she never pushed him for the truth. She gave him time to open up on his own terms, to share when he was ready, which we know he almost did in Crestwood.

I wonder about the demons he fought in his head, the times duty came before love, while at the same time she made him question everything.

Such a tragic lovestory and no I’m still not over it it. :(

One day while traveling through the Western Approach, Cassandra realizes she has a crush on the Inquisitor. Cole tries to help.

(I imagine this interaction taking place pretty soon after Haven. Everything is still fresh for Cassandra: the grief over what was lost, her growing appreciation for the Inquisitor both as a figure and a man, and of course this spirit—demon—thing the Inquisitor insists on keeping around. Although eventually she softens quite a bit towards Cole, especially after he locates her lost necklace and encourages her to kill him should he become a demon, in the early days Cassandra wanted to throttle him pretty often.) 😌🙏🏻

I drew this piece a while ago when my second Lavellan Inquisitor Ithil in romance with Solas still had her datv hair, while she has now dyed her hair black/blue. I haven't finished DA the Veilguard yet but I'm hoping for a happy ending for these two, if so maybe Ithil will decide to go back to her original silver hair 🥹🤍

Back on my Bullavellan bullshit ପ(๑•ᴗ•๑)ଓ ♡

I just finished replaying In Hushed Whispers tonight. If you take Bull to Redcliffe Castle, you can tell him briefly about what you saw after the quest ends and then offer to protect him from time magic in the future.

The Flirt Dialogue option here is literally so funny for my tiny twig Lavellan. In the canon dialogue Bull blusters and is like “I have my sword to protect me, but thanks,” but I like to think this is when he cracked for the first time and started to feel some fondness towards Sohren. If nothing else Bull admires his gumption and how Sohren talks to him as an equal rather than automatically deferring to his authority like the Chargers do.
