Something that bothers me about poor Jonathan's encounter with the Three Weird Sisters is - Why do they speak English? My original expectation was that they'd speak Romanian or any other local language, but Jonathan clearly understands them.

So, in my head canon, to prepare for London, Dracula started an English learning group with his roommates, meeting regularly to practice their English. Correcting one another for mistakes in pronunciation, praising one another's progress, trying some customs together (like a tea party or so).

I find this thought very, very cute.

The reason she wasn't in the set of bat doodles with the others was because that was for a bad ending AU I have where they failed to kill Dracula at the end and got turned and Lucy at that point is doubly-dead, so she's not currently in that story.

Now that Dracula Daily is about to start again in a few days i can't stop thinking about Jonathan getting ready to go on his trip to Transylvania. Him being excited about working his first real case for Mr. Hawkins but also feeling nervous and Mina telling him it's going to be okay and reminding him of how capable he is... Mina helping him choose what to pack... Jonathan saying goodbye to her and to Hawkins before getting on the train to Munich... i am not okay

Dracula, May 16th: "Hold on a minute, you're telling me Dracula has roommates?" I'm with Dracula Daily on this one.

They may be called "brides" but taking your housemate's clearly labeled food the moment they are out of the place is the most sitcom Roommate thing ever.
