To jog your memory, here are the episodes they're from:

Soft Light: An ex-student of Scully's asks the agents to help her with her first investigation concerning a number of disappearances with very few clues. Mulder ponders the idea of spontaneous human combustion but rethinks it when they find a man who is afraid of his own shadow. The man is Dr. Banton, a scientist researching dark matter.

Humbug: Mulder and Scully must find the paranormal among the abnormal when they are sent to investigate a long standing series of ritualistic killings which match no known patterns. The latest of which was the death of the "Alligator Man", just one of many sideshow acts around which the town of Gibsonton, Florida, is built.

This whole case, from beginning to end, was a circus.  

A little on the nose, so to speak; but it fit: he and Scully, a two person act themselves, caught up in the swirl of reformed showbusiness and love that was deeper than skin deep. His by-some-standards desirable stature loping not far behind her little feet’s tap-tap-tap code along the pavement. Both racing from cemetery to potato hole to jailhouse, captured in a thousand mirrors while the final gag played itself out. 

Staring down the RV park, Mulder was aware that dozens of eyes stared back, aware that the frustration of his reputation rippled and crackled through the crowd. Can’t escape the taint of being spooky even in a professionally strange town, the eye rolls and shoulder shrugs blatantly telegraphed. Yeah, buddy, we’ve heard this before-- a Kidney Kid? Where’d he go? pique rather than the reddening faces and outraged insults of more standard establishments.

Weird was respected, here. Well, no; weird wasn’t respected so much as a neural element: it was un-weird, a place or habit or state of being that categorized the weirdos as those who cared about being weird. Everyone else was just here.   

Scully was talking to Blockhead or Blockhead was talking to Scully; but either way they were both looking Mulder’s direction, her eyebrows scrunched, scrutinizing, and his gestures animated, illustrating. Possibly even annoyed and aggrieved. 

It was chilly for a Florida morning, another unusual-usual thing about this case. There’d be another burial-- three, on top of the one they flew down for; and he knew Scully would mosey back for this one (all of them) by her contemplative expression and relaxed shoulders. She’d liked it here, liked being the bloodhound this case, liked decoding the tricks that ran laps around his mind, liked the people and the memories, liked the place. He’d fly down, too. 

Doctor Blockhead was in the truck and almost situated behind the wheel when Mulder reached the group, an energetic contrast to the slumped over companion in his passenger seat. 

“What’s the matter with your friend?” 

This magician’s verbosity was his greatest trick, Mulder knew; and he prepared for an interesting parting observation. But all magic is best performed with misdirection; and, although Mulder was pleased to see that Scully was also thrown-- that she, too, did not expect the unexpected-- he was more agitated than amazed when the silent Enigma, in general too puzzled by the world to speak, slid a python grin across and down his mouth and replied with feral languor, “Probably something I ate.” 

And the car revved on and pounced smoothly forward, pulling almost too quickly away, as if it were repelled by the very town itself. 

Even the weird and fantastic had its limits.

Sonic Old Man Yaoi/Old Woman Yuri Knockout

Gerald Robotnik was Eggman's grandfather, introduced in Sonic Adventure 2. He made a false deal with Black Doom to create Shadow the Hedgehog in exchange for the Chaos Emeralds, making them both Shadow's dads. They definitely banged and had some kind of toxic mess of a relationship.

Grimer Wormtongue is a nasty little assistant to Ivo Robotnik in Fleetway Sonic the Comic. He is extremely devoted to his cruel master, which is for sure a sexual thing.

Ebony the Mystic Mog and Pyjamas the Psychic are two characters from Sonic the Comic who appear briefly in a Knuckles story, then become minor recurring characters that take in Super Sonic from the streets. They appear as old friends in their introduction and are implied to live together. If these two aren't married, it's only because Mobius is homophobic.

Blockhead Bill is Mighty's dad in Sonic the Comic. He is a very confused old man who convinces his posh "business associate" Society Max to assist him in taking down his nemesis the Crimson Cobra. This involves Max eating a magic mandrake root and becoming a giant dinosaur, which Bill rides around to cause destruction. idk about you but I'd only let someone do that to me if they were my funny little lover.

Mephiles the Dark and Iblis are two halves of the sun/time god Solaris, introduced in Sonic '06. Iblis is kind of just a big fire monster I think but Mephiles orchestrates this whole plot through the course of the game to re-merge with Iblis and form Solaris. Which sounds like some pretty twisted villainous gay devotion to me.

Ixis Naugus and Ian St. John are characters from the Archie Sonic the Hedgehog comics. Naugus is some kind of evil wizard who enlists the help of Geoffrey St. John, Ian's son, with plot things. I can't decipher Archie plots sorry. When Naugus first contacts Geoffrey, he expects him to be his father Ian. From @mischeva: "why are you wanting to talk to geoffrey’s dad? hm naugus? kinda….kinda interesting." Image also provided by mischeva, ty :)

Starline and Eggman were allowed in by popular vote, mostly by Eggman's qualifying age. Dr. Starline is a character from the IDW Sonic the Hedgehog comic. He is a fanboy and devotee of Eggman, restoring Eggman's lost memories and assisting him in his Metal Virus plot. Starline eventually plots to betray Eggman, as he believes himself smarter and more genre-savvy than his idol. He is of course wrong and Eggman beats the shit out of him and kills him to death. Starline is sort of like gen z's Grimer, kind of the tumblr sexyman dark academia Grimer, in that he's younger and prettier than Grimer, but he probably still wants to fuck that old man so bad.

So the reason Starlow's with us is because we just so happened to run into her in a museum?

For the record, I don't hate Starlow. Yes, she was a massive jerk in BIS. But the thing is, she did grow out of it. In 2 out of the 3 games she was in she did have moments proving she did care and respect Luigi, even if it was in a rather prickly way.

She's a decent jerk with a heart of gold character, who at least gets to actually show a nicer side (looking at you, Kersti) and has a personality that doesn't begin and end at being an expostion bot (Stuffwell).

Although I do respect the criticism that she overstayed her welcome as a character, being in 3 games and all. And I think they made the right call replacing her with Snoutlet in Brothership, especially since her arc is pretty much complete. There's really not much new that can be done with Starlow as a character.

The lack of handrails on this jet platform is really getting under my skin.

As someone who is on the autism spectrum, Luigi being more interested in doing his own thing glancing at the exhibits instead of listening to the tour guide like the rest of the group is the biggest mood ever.

Wait, did Starlow just confirm neurodivergent Weegee?!?!

It's so funny how the Pi'illo get saved from a living nightmare because of Luigi's need for naps and questionable handling of historical artifacts. (But then again, the blockhead did give him the treasure and allowed them to use the bed, so...)

Don't keep reminding me...

And here's a good Starlow moment. She actually has justifiable reasons for being a jerk for once. (After seeing too many characters be mean for no reason, this is a breath of fresh air.)

Dr. Snoozemore is a very weird character. He's the owner of the island, he's a scientist researching the Pi'illo and their sleep powers, he frequently goes missing for long periods with nobody knowing where he is... They give us all this buildup to him being a villain, only for him to just be an NPC/exposition bot.

Starlow & Toadworth: Peach, you should really stay away from the mysterious portal.

A bit baffling I'm receiving a sudden influx in questions related to this, but I'll humor you since you structured your message quite well.

I appreciate looking at the real animals, but I don't find them as interesting and surprising as their petrol-based counterparts.

It intrigues me how they always have different bouncing properties; despite being produced mechanically and with a supposed rigorous quality control.

As for my favorite, I think the little fellow currently partaking in this nice bath with me is the current winner.

It doesn't have a name, because I wouldn't be so silly as to give bame to inanimate objects; but this one bounces back in the air the highest when I press it down under the water.

As for this 'prank', I wouldn't find it very funny. Rather, very much annoying. I like my office neat and tidy.

Tl;dr I wan to write a fanfic in a language that sounds as a redneck joke

Okay so maybe you must know that I am from southern Poland and some of us there use a dialect that is called śląski (from the historical geographic area called Śląsk where I live) and well I am not a native in that but I learned it fast from my coworkers and friends and, uh, I use it a lot while talking to my wife who is beginning to love it and she tries it on her own and it’s adorable.

But anyway; some of you know that I write drarry fanfics and I just had an epiphany that I might write a drarry smut porn fanfic in this dialect and I know most of you won’t get it but I will provide a translation below. But here’s a promotion of drarry, silesian (śląski) and whatever else.

One of my favorite little facts about Anne Frank's diary: Dr. Dussel. So you know (or may not) that Anne actually rewrote most of her diary in 1944 with an eye toward publication. The Dutch monarchy in exile on the radio had told Dutch citizens to keep diaries of their experiences and publish them after the war. Since Anne was already writing a diary, and loved to write, as she said in her diary, everyone's head immediately turned toward her. So she rewrote the diary from 1942. She edited, unified the people she was writing to (originally she addressed her entries to several friends and she made them all to Kitty instead), removed some of her more personal entries, and gave the other people in the Secret Annex aliases. If you ever read the complete version of her diary it's fun, because she made notes about her own writing. The dentist she shared a room with - and loathed - was given the alias of Dr. Dussel. Now, Anne spoke several languages. She was writing her diary in Dutch. She also had an American penpal for a short time before going into hiding and was working on English. However, she'd come from Germany as a small child and was fluent in German too. In German, if you look it up, 'dussel' means "dope," "idiot," blockhead," etc. So she wrote the book in Dutch, but this name in German. And although her father excised some of what she wrote, he left that in. Every time she's saying anything about that dentist she's literally calling him Dr. Jackass, essentially. She also has some pretty good screeds about the dentist in her diary. His family actually sued the Anne Frank Foundation at one point, but it was her opinion - and she was a teenage girl forced to share a bedroom the size of a closet with a somewhat conservative and stern middle aged man who made negative remarks toward her. There's no reason she wouldn't have been angry.
