This is @dyspunktional-leviathan, and this is a new project for helping to fundraise for Gaza, Sudan, Congo, Tigray, possibly more in future. Send me proof of your donations, and I will make audiobooks.
If anyone wants to join the project, you're incredibly welcome! Please message this blog for that.
My current plan is $30 per chapter, but I am not familiar with that currency and this is my first time making audiobooks too, so that might change.
Example recording — Canticle of the Dragon, the first prologue of Dragons of Autumn Twilight (CW for mentions of war, mass death and displacement, gods turning against their subjects):
The further recordings will be posted on AO3, with links on this blog. This chapter on AO3: https://archiveofourown.org/works/58599967/chapters/149305654
For every $30 of donations for vetted Gaza evacuation fundraisers (get them here: @vetted-gaza-funds), I will record a chapter of Dragonlance, starting with Dragons of Autumn Twilight and going in release order.
For every $30 of donations for Crips4Esims4Gaza (https://chuffed.org/project/crips-for-esims-for-gaza), I will record a chapter of The Locked Tomb, starting with Gideon the Ninth.
For every $30 of donations for the Mutual Aim campaign (https://www.tumblr.com/ana-bananya/753577456030679040/here-is-an-update-on-the-mutual-aim-campaign-for) that fundraises for the charities helping Sudan, Congo and Tigray, I will record a chapter of Fialleril's Double Agent Vader (https://archiveofourown.org/series/286908).
If/when I'm done with one of these, I will choose a new thing to audiobook for each branch of the project.
@ficsforgaza could I get a promo?

What's your opinion on Padme's death? On the one hand, I am intrigued at the idea of love unbalancing Padme and Anakin - the parallel of Anakin burning himself alive in his rage and Padme drowning herself in her misery is very poetic ngl. On the other hand, I just sincerely doubt that a broken heart could kill Former Queen Padme "There’s always a choice! To live in fear – is no life at all" Amidala
My opinion on Padmé's death (and really her whole character) is I have written 450K words of what may end up being upwards of 800K of fic about Padmé being allowed to Do Her Fucking Job with her daughter and her staff of strong and capable female friends/associates, and with Padmé growing and changing as a person and facing her own failings and hypocrisies.
My opinion on Padmé's death is Padmé was a prop in the story of the fall of the Republic and Anakin Skywalker. She was silenced meta-textually and ignored textually. She entered the story as a self-actualized leader learning hard truths and making tough decisions and pushing back against people (esp men) that tried to tell her what to do, and was dragged into a vapid position of malicious compliance and inaction. The story tried to take Anakin's whole, "Are you an angel?" bit and cast her in that archetype. But like, not a cool, righteous, furious angel. No no. She's delicate and pretty and increasingly ineffectual in each movie she stars in.
My opinion on Padmé's death is that the prequels, at the time they were done, were supposed to take us to exactly where the OT picks up in many ways. RotS was supposed to end at a point where we weren't left wondering how Luke and Leia were where they were in ANH. The kids are separated, their parents are gone, there are "no" Jedi left, Obi-Wan and Yoda are already in exile, determined to do nothing.
Apparently Padmé has to die because we can't have a Padmé who's going to fight tooth and nail to retain a semblance of integrity in the Imperial Senate. We can't have a Padmé who tries to rally the remaining political leaders of the Separatists now that Dooku is dead and there's a side not run by a Sith Lord. We can't have a Padmé who is actually a founding member of the rebellion. Who helps track down the remaining Jedi and offers sanctuary on her home planet. Who actually stops walking Anakin's path with him and still makes him confront what he's lost with his decisions. We can't have a Padmé who still chooses to leave her children in someone else's care because she wants them to be safe and actually even if she cares about family a lot, that doesn't immediately make her good mother material.
My opinion on Padmé's death is that Padmé dying is a tidy story device to take us from point A to point B without loose ends, and yes it did make me cry the first time I watched RotS. But no, I do not buy the stupid "she died of a broken heart" bullshit. Have you met Padmé? She doesn't take betrayal lying down. She takes you to court, and if that doesn't work, she comes at you with a blaster. "Died of a broken heart." Bah!

Summer Monthly Roundup
Heyyyyyyy, so it’s been a hot minute since we last spoke. This roundup will have the highlights from May, June, July, and August so buckle up ‘cause we have a lot of fics to get through!
DC
Homecoming as Labyrinthian by cabezas_de_vaca Batman, (gen), 25k, Case Fic, Birds of Prey In which Barbara returns home, starts a girl gang, goes toe-to-toe with a serial killer, and figures out what she wants from life.
yourself or someone like you by suzukiblu My Adventures with Superman, (multi), 9k, Kon-El "Crap!" the food truck worker shrieks in alarm. "Don't hurt him, Superman, he's just a kid!" Clark . . . pauses, then looks up from the kid that he is currently pinning into the street as said kid struggles underneath him. "'Hurt him'?" he asks in reflexive confusion, and then realizes how batting a teenager around like a person-shaped cat toy and pinning him to the street hard enough to crack it probably actually looks to an outside observer. . . . um. Whoops. "Um," he starts awkwardly, and then the kid slips his pin while he's distracted and throws his arms around his neck with a gleeful laugh and a bright grin. "Dad!" he crows triumphantly, and hugs Clark harder than literally anyone has ever hugged him before.
Foreign Counsel by icarus_chained Batman, (Clark Kent/Lois Lane), 34k, ID reveal, A/B/O If Clark thought that Lois Lane would be content to sit back in Metropolis while he fell on his sword like she hadn't kept the exact same secret for the exact same reason ... well. His head hadn't exactly been in the game the past week or so. She'd probably forgive him. But what he didn't know wouldn't hurt him, and she had her own appointment with Gotham City. With ... Leslie Thompkins, in particular. But more than that. Because Gotham had an entire alien invasion happen, and nobody seemed to give a shit, and Lois hadn't written some of the best pieces of her life trying to bring attention to this city only to let it slide into the sea unremarked now. She had a meeting, and a job to do, and ... maybe more of both than she'd planned for going in.
MISC
Triangulating Nothing by cabezas_de_vaca Harry Potter (gen), 84k, Genre tag, Genre tag Slytherin, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff-- houses have never mattered, not for the Trio. And now there's a war on. What would it look like to build a side of their own for a change? And Justin's careful and best friends with all the ghosts and the portraits, and Neville's coming into his own, and Ginny won't even hesitate to punch you in the face if you bad mouth her crew. And why exactly does Voldemort care so much about some vague prophecy? Or: fifth year means Umbridge, the DA, and learning how to fight a war.
To Know My Enemy by Menel X-Men (Logan/Scott Sumers), 36k What if Scott and Logan once struck a deal in order to better facilitate their working relationship? What if that deal grew more complicated over time?
Double Agent Vader by Fialleril (multi), 90k, AU-Canon Divergence The one where Vader turned double agent for the Rebellion about three years after ROTS, and Leia is now his primary contact with the Rebellion. This is a collection of oneshots that all fit into the same universe, but posted in no particular order. Updated when the muse strikes me. Alternate summary, according to TV Tropes: A man attempts to escape slavery by turning into one of his culture heroes, teaching his daughter how to do magic, killing people, and flower arranging.
CROSSOVERS
This Bitter Earth by art_savage Supernatural x Criminal Minds, (gen), 12k, Case Fic  The Winchesters and the FBI's Behavioral Analysis Unit investigate the same case, a series of mysterious deaths on the grounds of a South Carolina plantation.
It's a Weird New World by Rhino (RhinoMouse), RhinoMouse Criminal Minds x Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D (Jennifer “JJ” Jareau/Daisy Johnson), 51k, Time Travel, BAMF Daisy The BAU has a new agent assigned to them against their wishes. After-all they don't need a new agent, especially one with a file so classified they can't see anything but the agent's name in it. But Strauss's orders are Strauss's orders. It would help if this Daisy would stop taking stupid risks and acting like she's bored. Of course Daisy really is bored and isn't exactly allowed to mention that after fighting aliens, Inhumans, and Hydra, dealing with regular serial killers is kind of low stakes.
While You Were Missing by basil_coffee_and (Roy Harper/Jason Todd) 85k, Accidental Baby Acquisition A familiar redheaded child darts across the bullpen with a shout of “PAPA!” and barrels into Jason’s arms. “Lian–” He breathes. Jason's undercover work as Neal Caffrey is difficult for several reasons. He didn't anticipate that single parenting would be one of them, though.

I was wondering if there are any fics out there that address the topic of Leia as a slave and the tatooine slave culture from fialleril of the double agent vader series. I feel it would be so interesting, Leia is an outsider and doesn't really have a claim on that culture, and yet her name is Leia and the enslaved people at Jabba's think it a weird coincidence, but she does ends up killing Jabba with her own chains.

i love this game :D
🍄 - pls share a hc for any pairing you like, i love reading them <3 🦋 - share anything that has been on your heart or your mind lately 🪲 - add 50 words to a wip (optional) and share the paragraph
Hi, well I like it too, even though it challenges me.
(I will cheat if I find it necessary)
🍄 - feel free to share a hc for any pairing you like, I love reading them <3
Hmm, an hc that I haven't already shared with you… tough.🤔 Ohh now I know!
These are a couple of sentences that I never got to use in 'Com'Passion, but which were actually part of the original idea.
Anakin rested against Mace's chest asking,"When do I get the chance to kriff you?"
Mace chuckled. "The day you can defeat me in a duel or help me put an end to this hidden Sith Master."
Guess when Anakin got to kriff Mace…
And two bonus hc that aren't linked to a pairing.
Quinlan speaks Amatakka (the secret language of the slaves, originating from Fialleril's Double Agent Vader series).
Quin and Aayla practice Jedi terrain running (imagine parkour with force abilities), and they teach Anakin who later teaches Ahsoka.
🦋 - share something on your mind or in your heart recently.
Hehe my brain is a busy place, often trying to think of several things at once. Currently, I'm thinking a lot about what to do with my family in the upcoming days off before Easter. There are several minor plot bunnies jumping around seemingly only to create chaos. I'm wondering if I should consider listening to Dune on audiobook. Also, I'm planning all the things I need to do in my garden, and last but not least, the rewrite of Nanika is always simmering in the background of my brain.
🪲 - add 50 words to a wip (optional) and share the paragraph
This isn't really from a wip, and yet it is. I am doing some writing exercises, writing from a list of smutty prompts from this post.
"I think you lost your underwear somewhere, Darling."
He could not formulate a response, his voice betraying him, as only incoherent sounds escaped his throat, embarrassing sounds more akin to shrieks and whimpers. His senses was totally overstimulated by the feeling of a hot wicked tongue mercilessly licking across his overheated sensitive flesh.
The Sith's golden eyes sparked at him in mocking amusement.
"Sith got your tongue?"

Random. But do you have any star wars fic recs ? Fics recs of any kind are welcome actually ^_^
Oh, uh, sure.
Let's see, I've mentioned @chancecraz a bunch of times, I love all their stuff, if I had to pick a favorite I'd say Of Queens, Knights, and Pawns but how does one really choose?
I've also mentioned @fialleril and Double Agent Vader, which really got me into the SWs fandom in the first place. I love everything I have ever learned, it hits me so hard in the feels each time. (I also really loved Sigyn's Saga if we're also talking not-SW stuff.)
I enjoyed The Desert Sun series by @blue-sunshine-mauve-morning. (I will be honest, I have only read the first series I have not started Rise and Fall.) It's engaging and fun and thoughtful.
doing it by my lonesome and staring down the barrel of the hot sun by magneticwave are two fun Luke/Din stories featuring appropriately cute Grogu. I also liked pages filled with scribbled ink, which is an epistolary Padmé/Obi-Wan fic that had me cackling. (their non-SW stuff is good too, I especially enjoyed just me against the sky)
Other...serious(?) recs include: The Wingless Dragon by husborth if you like being sad and horrified about Vader's bad choices. Food Scandal by Malicean for some situational hilarity and for lots of OC perspective on Imperial bureaucracy (my other weakness aside from politics). PRojects IN Controlled Environments by Beth Winters for Imperial R&D bureaucracy, more situational hilarity, and very relatable coworker nonsense.
More silly/fun premises include: Compromising by samvelg, which inspired me to write a (very different) Piett POV of Luke and Vader nonsense. Memo: Jedi Maintenance (The Care and Feeding of Your Jetii) by RainofLittleFishes is exactly what it says and what you would hope for from such a title. Luke Skywalker is Altogether Too Likeable by Mokulule is another Piett POV of Skywalker nonsense.
As far as Non-Star Wars recs
It would be a crime and sin if I didn't mention Embers by Vathara , an Avatar the Last Airbender fic which honestly changed my life and how my brain was shaped.
World Ain't Ready by @idiopathicsmile is a Les Mis fic I've gone back to a few times. The dialogue is just really good. I spend a lot of the fic laughing, and also screaming at the characters.
I fell absurdly in love with Second person familiar, I think because it tickles some part of me that just dies over linguistics, and I'm a fan of pretty much everything @jackironsides has done for The Witcher.
Salvage by @muffinlance is a very fun Avatar the Last Airbender fic about Zuko getting reluctantly adopted by Hakoda (it's so good).
Finding the Line by Miss_Lazy_Tuesday is a Batfam fic that sort of ruined me at one point, it's fine. (I enjoy their other stuff too.)
The Angel of Hell's Kitchen by MarbleGlove is a Daredevil fic. I don't really go here, but this was about social structures, bureaucracy, and doing the work, and we all know I can't help myself.
Reconstruction by rageprufrock is the story of Stephanie Rogers, but like, it's Pru writing it. So. Characters are great. World building is great. Tension and longing and grief are great. I cannot stress enough how good the academic and news article asides are. Like, it's good. Incomplete, but so good.
Ordinary Numbers by BootsnBlossoms and Kryptaria, a James Bond fic that I keep coming back to because I too would be a sucker for someone who sent me needlessly expensive gifts.
And This, Your Living Kiss by opal_bullets is a Supernatural fic about poetry. I am not in this fandom, but again, my weakness for language gets me every time.
ever fallen in love (on national TV)? by ganymede_elegy is a GoT Jonsa modern Bachelor AU and...guys I cannot express how much I Do Not Go here, and how much I still recommend this fic. Like, it's just...I don't know. It worked. In spite of me knowing nothing about GoT or The Bachelor. wtf
survival of the fittest by cywscross is a short Naruto fic about a very unpleasant adventure for Sakura and Shikarmaru that just...worked. As a story. Dunno, I just really like it.
I could be wrong, I could be ready by harryromper is a Harry/Draco fic where they are disasters and traumatized, and it is about healing and building houses as a metaphor for overcoming trauma, and it's fine, I'm fine.
eternity will be born from hope by theseviolentdelights99 is a Yuri!!! on Ice fic that is about a time traveling Yuuri who (you'll never guess) goes back in time and does bureaucracy in his hometown and his sport to help the people that he loves. The unreliable narrator is excellent, the social media asides are wonderful, and it's not complete but it is exactly my poison.
(Wow, this is so long and all over the place...)

Okay, okay, so what I'm hoping in the future is to return to my Star Wars AUs, and these are all going to take a lot of planning, but I'd like to continue them and actually finish them. Because, looking back at them, there's some good stuff in there! I want these finished just for me! :D
But if you guys want them, too, here's what I hope to get back to:
Legacy of Thrawn: AU to the Hand of Thrawn duology, wherein Thrawn's clone wakes up before Luke and Mara can kill him, and convinces them to let him help them restore order to the galaxy. This one is VERY old — I dropped it in 2010 and never finished it. It's so old that I am a significantly different person with significantly better writing skills, and I have a desperate need not just to finish the thing but rewrite it. I just... I know so much more than I did when I was twenty. xD
The Gentleness That Comes not from the Absence of Violence: My "Padmé Lives" AU. Padmé survives childbirth and takes her twins, Obi-Wan, and several of her handmaidens with her into hiding. This was my last NaNoWriMo project, and I think it's one of the best things I've ever written. The story isn't just about how Padmé's survival changes events, but how she copes with everything that's happened to her. She and Obi-Wan and the handmaidens... and eventually Ahsoka. (It was also written before the Padmé novels, so it's not rooted in the novels E.K. Johnston wrote, with all due respect to her.)
The Hermit and the Orphan: The "Obi-Wan adopts Mara" AU. Nine-year-old Mara Jade discovers that her beloved Emperor murdered her parents, and runs away... and right into Obi-Wan Kenobi on Tatooine. They proceed to adopt each other, and Mara becomes best friends with Biggs Darklighter and Luke Skywalker.
Where Light Can Be: The "Mara joins the Rebellion" AU. Same starting point, different age — Mara makes her life-changing discovery a year after the destruction of the first Death Star, and defects to the Rebellion. She ends up joining Rogue Squadron, and joins Luke on his quest to learn more about the Jedi, hoping to learn how to use her abilities in ways that don't remind her of Palpatine. Of course, she and Luke fall in love, which will have a significant impact on the aftermath of Bespin...
Star-Crossed: The hardest of all of these. Sherlock Holmes in the Star Wars universe fusion. What do an orphan-turned-Jedi, a Chiss healer, a Queen, and a Senator-turned-Chancellor have in common? Oh, that they're a private consulting detective, a former army doctor, the doctor's wife, and a mathematics professor in another universe...
Unnamed Leia time-travel AU: Double Agent Vader AU, never started. Sometime before the Battle of Hoth, Leia falls back in time to the Clone Wars, to meet General Kenobi and his former apprentice who seems eerily familiar. When she finally meets Padmé Amidala, the mysteries of her biological family and her mentor Ekkreth finally start to fall into place. Permission to write the AU given by Fialleril years ago, and I had forgotten that until recently! And now that I have some pieces of the story in my head, I am not letting this one go again!
So that's... it, I'm pretty sure. That's the stuff that I've started, mostly within the past decade, that I really want to continue. And I'm hoping to have time this coming winter to do it. (I have... other commitments plus family stuff that is definitely going to keep me from fic writing until then.)
But in the meantime, if you want to come chat with me about stuff, ask me questions... I would be so happy to talk about all the ideas I've got that are hopefully going to all make it onto AO3 someday!

Double Agent Vader
By Fialleril @fialleril
Archives of Our Own and Fanfiction.net
Status: Dead Collection — last updated 2017; 90,991 words
Summary: The one where Vader turned double agent for the Rebellion about three years after ROTS, and Leia is now his primary contact with the Rebellion.
My thoughts: Hands down, one of my favorite fics ever. Fialleril’s Tatooine Slave Culture provides a beautiful framing for the themes of freedom and self-determination.

I forgot all about this! 2016 was a crazy year in so many ways. But I keep reading Leia time travel AUs, and now I am thinking that I truly may want to pick this up sometime if I can plot enough of it. (Because Leia time travel AUs are complex and wonderful and I would have a lot to live up to in that regard as well as in regard to the DAV 'verse!)
I've also been planning to rewatch The Clone Wars, and I've been thinking about diving into the Clone Wars books, both the books pre-show (which are a different beast) and the books that are tied in with the show. I know Fia doesn't care about the EU or Legends and that's a-okay, but I do (it's my toxic trait, lol), and I'd love to write a DAV AU that's pulling from both the darker and lighter versions of the Clone Wars (the show is lighter, to be clear — yes, even things like the Umbara arc).
So... we'll see what I can come up with. Who wants to keep me accountable? xD
I can't help but wonder what would happen if through the magic of time travel Leia from your Double Agent Darth Vader AU met the Jedi Council. I bet she'd read them quite the riot act
(Okay, just to be clear I am never going to actually write this time travel fic. But it’s a fun thought so here’s a sketchy outline.
Also this veered pretty far from your original ask; I hope you don’t mind.)
So Leia suddenly finds herself in the Republic of old. She still knows things from the future, and she still carries all of her beliefs and her losses and her righteous anger with her, and basically what I’m saying is there is absolutely no way Leia Organa, witness to Alderaan’s destruction, is going to care in the least about temporal paradoxes or any of the other usual arguments against changing the past.
But she’s also stranded alone in another time period, one she pretty quickly realizes she doesn’t know as much about as she thought she did.
For one thing, the Republic is…really dysfunctional. She thinks she knows why the minute she realizes the Chancellor is Palpatine, but even so, there are cracks. Entrenched and stagnated bureaucratic institutions, rampant corruption that can’t all be traced back to Palpatine, a slave army of clones - things that make it increasingly clear that the Republic itself was not exactly the bastion of freedom and goodness she’d believed.
She realizes pretty quickly that she needs allies. But she’s not just going to go around telling everyone she’s from the future.
Her first impulse is probably going to be to go to Bail Organa. She knows exactly where to find him and she knows him and she can be completely confident of working with him.
But she also realizes that there’s too much she can’t tell him. Too much she can’t explain. He’s against Palpatine’s ever increasing emergency powers, but he seems to genuinely believe that they can solve this with a political solution. Leia knows they can’t. But she’s not sure how to convince her father.
And if we assume that, for whatever reason, she ended up in the Jedi Temple after her trip through time - if she’s been identified as a Force sensitive and is essentially hanging around the Temple while the Jedi try to figure out what’s up with this woman and she tries to figure them out in turn… Well, if she’s in the Jedi Temple, Leia’s going to know exactly who she wants to work with.
Her mother the Jedi. And Ekkreth.
Only she doesn’t know how to find them. She doesn’t know anything about her mother, other than that she was a Jedi (which, obviously, we know is actually wrong anyway). She thinks initially that identifying Ekkreth will be a bit easier, because she knows him, knows who he is as a person even if she doesn’t know what he looks like.
Except she has no luck finding either of them. As much as she hates doing so, Leia eventually decides that it’s unlikely she’ll ever be able to identify which Jedi is her mother - her mother might not even be in the Temple currently, she could be out in the field, and either way Leia has no information to go on.
And she can’t seem to find anyone who’s much like Ekkreth, either. Ekkreth is bitter and sarcastic and angry and has a darker view of the old Republic than anyone else she’s ever met. Ekkreth has an anti-authoritarian streak a parsec wide and an absolute hatred of Palpatine. And while she meets a few Jedi who might almost fit some of those descriptors, there’s no one that fits all of them.
She ends up spending a lot of time with General Kenobi, mainly because he’s the only one she kind of recognizes, and because, even though his duel with Ekkreth in her time was incredibly bizarre and she’s still not really sure what happened there, it is clear that Ekkreth knew him somehow.
This means she also ends up spending a lot of time with Kenobi’s former apprentice.
Leia has a lot of mixed feelings about Anakin. On the one hand, she finds him funny and easy to talk to and a lot more down to earth than most of the other Jedi she meets. But she’s horrified by his politics and frankly angry when she realizes he’s friends with Palpatine, and some of the things he says make him sound like an Imperial and…
And then one day she somehow manages to witness him and Palpatine together, and something just clicks and she realizes she’s been looking for the wrong thing all along.
Of course Ekkreth isn’t Ekkreth yet. The Ekkreth she knows is a double agent, an invaluable source of information to the Rebellion because he’s in Palpatine’s inner circle, because he has incredible access to the Emperor, because….because there was a time his act wasn’t an act.
Who would Ekkreth be, before he was Ekkreth? she wonders. If he really was the person he pretends to be in her time, who would that make him?
It would make him Anakin Skywalker.
So now Leia’s found Ekkreth, except he’s not Ekkreth, not yet.
But she needs him to be.
Consider this: Not Leia reading the Jedi Council the riot act - what would be the point? Leia’s not exactly the most patient person, and she’s learned a long time ago (in her time, anyway) that if you want something done, if you want something to change, you can’t bother waiting for rules and official channels and proper authorization. You just have to do it.
Imagine: Leia Organa, trained in the Force but not exactly trained as a Jedi, taking Anakin Skywalker under her wing. Teaching him all the things that, in another time, he taught her as Ekkreth. Reminding him, even without fully understanding herself, who he really is. Getting him to look at Palpatine with different eyes.
Imagine Anakin agreeing to spy on the Chancellor after all, but not for the Jedi. Leia and Anakin working together.
Maybe she eventually trusts him with the truth about her time traveling adventures. Maybe he trusts her with the secret of his marriage. Maybe she finally meets Senator Padme Amidala and stands speechless because this is the woman from her dreams, this is the woman she’d know anywhere, this is her mother. And that means…

R and S for the author ask game <3
>:O you're breaking out the big boy asks, oh man
R. link your favourite fic of all-time.
i am wringing my hands over this, there's so many great fics to pick from! 😂 forcing myself to just pick one from the list i have going in the other window lol:
Tumblr media
Close to the Chest (and companion fic Beat of Your Drum): you know that feeling when you have a rarepair with not many fics to your taste but you have one really good one you can read over and over without getting bored? if you're like me, the answer is not many, but this one is one of them!
it's a Haikyuu!! coming of age story that focuses on Yahaba. a lot of great humor and excellent friendship. i love how she builds her Yahaba/Kyoutani, they never lose their sharpness with each other while also still being really good friends who support each other and inspire each other to grow. and if you like Close to the Chest, then you get to enjoy the story all over again with Kyoutani's POV in Beat of Your Drum, which is also great ❤
S. link your favourite author.
Fialleril (@fialleril)
fia hasn't been online for several years so uh, heads up if that matters to you? anyways, i first followed them for Star Wars -- found them first thru a series they've since orphaned, stayed for their Double Agent Vader AU which is so good, but also all of their stories are in some way one of my favorites. fia put tatooine in the center of the universe for all their sw fic and it's fantastic, i esp adore the folkloric vibes of what they wrote <33 talking with them is where i feel like i first really figured out how to worldbuild for stories-- if i ever finish my wuju bakery fic before the show airs, you will probably see their stories' influence on my worldbuilding for it XD
