Hello! I really like The Backup detectives.

Could you tell about Minnie, Daisy and other girls? Who are they in this story, what do they do, how did they meet (or will they meet?) detectives?)

Of course! How glad I am that people are also interested in them, so let's begin:

Ortensia is living her best life, as a woman, wife and of course, mother, you may think is hard to take care of 420 little ones but she easily gets the job done

She is happily married to Oswald! They have been together for years and counting on! Getting all lovey dovey

Minnie is a florist! With her own flower shop, she found her passion in flowers and plants, and how something simple as that can make someone's day.

She is good friends with Mickey, who to this day never really confessed his feelings for her.

Daisy performs singing at a night club, with the genres jazz, blues and soul. She loves the stage and so does everyone that watch her performance, with always a full house.

Her relationship with Donald is a bit complicated, with some history between the two, and never sitting down to actually talk about it.

Clarabelle is new in town as she recently moved there, with not much being known about her around the neighborhood, just that she's kind and intimidating at the same time.

She and Goofy don't know each other, yet.

And that's them!!

I will sometime get around and sketch them more to try to "continue" this narrative but I'll see that yet, in the meantime, I do appreciate the interest in this little AU of mine, thanks y'all!

Mickey's Christmas Carol Title

It was Christmas Eve. But old Ebenezer Scrooge didn't care that it was the best holiday of the year! Poor Bob Cratchit, who worked for Scrooge, had to ask if he could have Christmas Day off. It took all of Cratchit's courage to face his mean boss.

"Christmas!" shouted the miserly Scrooge. "Bah, humbug!"

But he gave his permission. Poor Cratchit hurried home to his family before Scrooge could change his mind.

Just then, Scrooge's nephew Fred stopped by. "Come join us for Christmas dinner, Uncle," he offered.

The old man just scowled. "Christmas! Bah, humbug!" was his only reply, as he shooed Fred out the door.

After counting his money, Scrooge left for home. Sinking into

his favorite chair after a bit of dinner, Scrooge began to doze off. Suddenly, he sat up with a start!

CLINK-CLANK-CLINK! The ghost of Jacob Marley, Scrooge's dead business partner, was walking toward him in chains, moaning and groaning.

"I was selfish," said the ghost. "As I carry these chains through eternity, so will you, Scrooge!"

"No!" Scrooge cried. "I must be dreaming. It can't be.

Help me, Jacob. Tell me what I must do!"

"Tonight," Marley said, "three spirits will visit you. Listen to them and do as they say."

When the ghost disappeared, Scrooge shook his head. I need sleep, he thought. Perhaps it was a bit of indigestion.

He had fallen asleep when the alarm clock rang. There on his night table stood a little

fellow. "I am the ghost of Christmas Past," he said. The ghost held out his hand. "I'll take you to a Christmas of long ago." Scrooge and the spirit flew through the air.

They stopped at a house filled with music and laughter and people. There was a holiday party going on.

"Why that's me, when I was young!" Scrooge sighed.

"There's old Fezziwig. He gave me my first job. And there's my lovely Isabel."

The spirit reminded Scrooge that gold had taken the place of love in his heart. Scrooge turned away. "I don't want to see any more. Please, Spirit, take me home."

Suddenly, the alarm rang once more. "I must have been dreaming again," Scrooge said, rubbing his eyes.

"Fee, fi, fo, fum!" yelled a voice. There sat a giant,

surrounded by a huge feast.

"What's all this?" Scrooge demanded.

"It's the food of generosity," the giant explained. "And that's something you know nothing about! I'm the ghost of Christmas Present. Come! See what's happening tonight." Scrooge followed the ghost to a tiny house.

He looked through the cracked window. It was Bob Cratchit's place. "What

a poor dinner they're having," Scrooge said sadly.

Then he asked, "What's wrong with the little lad?"

"Tiny Tim is very ill," said the giant. "He needs good food to make him strong and well. Pay his father more so he can buy his family enough to eat..." The giant's voice faded, and then he was gone.

Suddenly, Scrooge heard another voice behind him. "I am the Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come," it said.

Scrooge turned to find himself in a graveyard. "Whose

lonely grave is this?" he asked meekly.

"It belongs to a very rich man," the ghost said, "a man who was so selfish and unkind that he had no friends." The ghost waited for Scrooge's reaction.

Then Scrooge read the name of the stone. He couldn't believe his eyes! It was his very own grave!

"Oh, give me another chance!" cried Scrooge. "Tell me

it's not too late to change my ways."

Scrooge kept pleading with the spirit until he woke up. There he was, alive and well and right in his own bed! Scrooge leaped out of bed with joy. It wasn't too late — he hadn't missed Christmas after all. There was time to make up for his past mistakes.

He dressed quickly and rushed outside. First he tossed

bags of money to the men collecting for the poor. Then he promised his nephew he would come to dinner after he made one stop.

Scrooge hurried over to Bob Cratchit's house. He

brought toys for Tiny Tim and the other children and a wonderful Christmas dinner for everyone.

Cratchit and his wife were never more surprised or pleased than by Scrooge's change of heart. Scrooge made a promise to this family that from this day on they would

never want for anything. What a Christmas miracle for the Cratchit and for Ebenezer Scrooge!

Tiny Tim had just one thing to say. "God bless us, every one!"

If in an alternative universe where Scrooge McDuck married Brigitta, and they had a child, what do you think would be his/her personality and apparence?

Hi! Good question. I haven't thought about it yet, although I strongly doubt that they would have had children if they had married at an older age. If they had married in their younger days, they would have had many, now whether one or more of them depends on Scrooge and Brigitte. If they had one child, either a boy or a girl, it would be very lively and full of self-confidence like the mother, and like the father it would have patience and diligence, and maybe greed with money. Yes, he or she would make a lot of problems. Otherwise, Scrooge and Brigitta without any unborn children would have Donald as Scrooge's nephew, Daisy as Scrooge's nephew's wife, Huey, Dewey and Louie Duck as Scrooge's grandnephews and Loretta MacBridge as Brigitta's niece.

By the way, you gave a good idea for this and I might do something related to it, since I haven't thought about it until now, although it all depends on how much free time I have, since I've been busy a lot lately.

Not that there won't be a celebration of Donald's 90th birthday, but there will be a collection of famous Donald Duck comics as well as a children's book celebrating Donald's birthday, as well as sales of toys and t-shirts. If I don't count the toy and t-shirt merchandise, that's the only thing that will come out related to Donald's birthday. Disney Plus will be showing some classic Donald Duck shorts, including the worst ones (with Chip and Dale) for Donald's birthday. I have nothing against Chip and Dale, and I love it when Donald is a jerk, but when it comes to playing the best of Donald cartoons, they show the worst.

Unfortunately, nothing will come of the cartoons, because today's Disney does not care about its characters, but treats them like mascots. Unfortunately, the same goes for Donald. Honestly, I'll be very upset if Disney doesn't do anything related to Mickey, Goofy and Donald's 100th birthday, which is just as important an anniversary as Disney's 100th anniversary. I'm not surprised about this, but at least we have the comics coming out, so it's not like they don't think about him, but unfortunately, he's almost non-existent in the cartoons. Disney management should be changed, especially Bob Iger should be fired. But that's just my opinion, but I agree with you.

At least there are some of us fans here who really think about Donald Duck and his jubilee birthday.

Do ya guys remember all of Disney's Mickey90 propaganda. Like that stuff was everywhere books merch they literally went all out.

So where the heck is the Donald90 celebration? It better start up soon or I'm coming to burn their headquarters down. Donald deserves his celebration.

By popular demand, here are the humanised Ducktales characters I teased several weeks ago — it’s April, May, and June!

May and June do take design and personality inspiration from their canon equivalents, but these three are not the same characters. They have nothing to do with FOWL, and are Daisy’s almost adult nieces! They’ve been under her care since they were very young, and she’s always been more of a mother than an aunt to them. 

April — The eldest triplet, April is athletic, energetic, and a massive tomboy. She cares deeply for her Aunt and sisters, and wants to help them in every way she can! She hopes to become a professional footballer, and use the money to support her family - she likes the idea of being their provider. She and her siblings have just graduated high school, and once the summers over she starts work as a coach at her old school. She might not be the sharpest tool in the shed, but she has a big heart, and next year, she’s off to college on a sports scholarship. 

May — Organised, strict, and always a little bit stressed, May is by far the most suspicious of the new guy her beloved Auntie is dating. She handles most of the family finances and keeps them on track, and sees it as her duty to keep them safe. She doesn’t trust Donald with a five foot pole, believing him an incompetent manchild who’ll just drag Daisy down to take care of him instead of focusing on her dream job. Deep down, May harbours a deep seated guilt for the sacrifices her Aunt made for her and her sisters. In her mind, being sacked with three young girls kept Daisy from accomplishing her real dreams, and now that she’s older, May is determined to give her Aunt everything she rightfully deserves. Seeing Donald and his three young children, May is convinced history will repeat itself, and she’ hate to let that happen – not when Daisy deserves so much more! Unbeknownst to her, Daisy adores her nieces more than anything in the world, and thinks them coming into her life is the best thing that ever happened to her. Sacrifices or not, Daisy wouldn’t trade her girls for the world. If only May would stop worrying and realise that. 

June — Though she might seem scary at a glance, June is actually the biggest sweetheart you’ll ever meet. Soft spoken and shy, June has a strong moral compass and a burning hatred for any and all injustice. She uses punk and emo fashions not only as a shield to make herself look intimidating, but because of the historical ties to rebellion and anti-conservative ideals. She spends most of her time organising and attending human rights rallies, and campaigning to help those in need. She might struggle to speak to the mailman, but she never feels more confident than when she’s marching with her peers in support of the greater good. But the one thing she cares about most of all is her family, and she dedicates a good portion of her efforts to her local community, in hopes of making things easier and more fair for them all.

Donald: It’s okay Daisy! I have experience! Trust me, raising kids on a boat away from the rest of the world is the way to go!

Huey: Wait! Uncle Donald! You and Aunt Daisy are leaving!?

Della: You didn’t tell the kids you were leaving!?

Donald: I, uh, was going t-

Dewey: He never tells us anything!! We didn’t even know that much about you until we moved into Uncle Scrooge’s place

Dewey: Yeah! Any time we’d ask about he’d just avoid the question!

Donald: I was going through stuff!

Louie: {to May and June} You don’t wanna live on his houseboat, trust me! He turns into an absolute monster whenever he’s docking the boat

Louie: And you two already saw the mansion! It’s a way better place to live!

Webby: The air vents alone make the mansion worth exploring!

A similar drawing, but this time with children and teenagers, mostly as I imagine in my Quack Pack version. The previous drawing was mostly of adults so I divided it into two parts. Everyone celebrates those anniversaries and birthdays together.

I apologize for the delay, because I worked on this drawing for two days, considering that I had other things to do, but I certainly did this now. Unfortunately, I was not able to do last year’s celebration of my favorite duck on the occasion of his 90th birthday where he celebrates with his family and friends except for a few drawings, as well as the birthday of Fethry Duck and Panchito Pistoles, so I wanted to bring everything together in my new first New Year’s drawing, as they celebrate an important anniversary, and you can see it on the cake where they write in the form of candles.

9/6/1934 The Classic Short “The Wise Little Hen” was shown and Donald Duck appeared there for the first time. Donald Duck will become one of the main stars of not only Disney, but also cartoon films, comics and video games at all. Certainly there is no need to tell his history. Yes, on December 21, 1944, the movie “The Three Caballeros” aired and Panchito Pistoles and the goofy Aracuan Bird appeared in that movie. And that’s how the Three Caballeros team was born, in my opinion the best Disney trio, after Huey, Dewey and Louie. Fethry first appeared in the comic book “The Health Nut” which was published in 1964, and on August 2, in the comic book Topolino number 453, in the American edition it will come out two years later. That comic was written by Dick Kinney and drawn by Al Hubbard. So I wish all of them a happy birthday and happy anniversary. In addition, I wish Daisy Duck a happy 85th birthday this year.

Otherwise, they celebrate in Brazil at Jose Ze Carioca’s (José Carioca-Zé Carioca), because it’s summer there. Similar to the previous drawing, here I drew it in my own way adding a lot of characters as I usually like and mostly I combined from Quack Pack, The Legend of The Three Caballeros, Donald Duck comics (Italian comics), Ze Carioca comics (Brazilian comics), Darkwing Duck, Ducktales both versions, Double Duck and Duck Avenger (Paperinik) comics. It’s mostly part of that Quack Pack AU of mine. I drew mostly in my own way. And this is also part of my version of Modern Three Caballeros. Just besides Donald, Panchito, Jose Zé Carioca (José Zé Carioca), Aracuan Bird, Fethry Duck, from the adults there are Daisy Duck and Uno Ducklair from the Duck Avenger (Paperinik-PKNA) comics, and the rest are children (preteens and teenagers).

Mostly there are Huey, Dewey and Louie Duck (Donald’s nephews), April, May and June Duck (Daisy’s nieces), Phooey Duck (fourth nephew), Zico and Zeca Carioca (Jose’s nephews), Gosalyn Mallard, Honker Muddlefoot (Darkwing Duck), Webby Vanderquack, Gene the Genie (OG Ducktales), Minima De Spell (Magica’s niece), Sonny Seagull (Garvey Gull), Newton Gearloose (Gyro’s nephew), Dugan Duck (Fethry’s nephew), Shamrock Gander (Gladstone’s nephew), Vanessa (a friend of Donald’s nephews from the Area 15 comics and mostly Dewey’s and Louie’s girlfriend), Susie McGuider (from the Quack Pack “Ducks by Nature”) and Katie Duck (a newspaper carrier and girlfriend of one of Donald’s nephews in the Quack Pack). I only forgot Little Helper, but I’ll get to that another time. Sorry for some of the mistakes I made while coloring, I was in a hurry.

DUCK TIMELINE ACCORDING TO ME

(au? idk all of its "canon" but I'm picking and choosing and altering a lil)

•Abner is born first, then Donald and Della, Gladstones a little younger than them (like a year?) then Fethry. I think it makes sense for Abner to be the oldest since he doesn't really hang out with everyone else, maybe thats because of the age gap ya know.

•They all meet up and spend every summer at Grandmas farm. I think Abner preteen/teen stage kinda stops going, he has other things he'd rather do.

•As for everyone's relationships at this stage, Donald and Della get along fairly well, they're usually by each other sides. They have different interests tho, Donald wanting to be a sailor and Della a pilot. Gladstone and Donald are always fighting (obviously), I think Della and Gladstone have a pretty neutral relationship. Fethrys the baby and Abner doesn't want to play with the younger kids (they're lame) but probably has a soft spot for Fethry.

•I like to think Gyro and Donald knew each other as kids too. This is largely based on that one Don Rosa comic that introduces little helper (?).

•As a kid Donalds grandpa Humpsadink(?) dies. I'm not 100% on everyone's names in english, but I think thats his name.

•Donald and Della meet their uncle Scrooge once (1) and Donald kicks him for being mean to his parents. Scrooge enters rich old man isolation.

•As preteens Della and Donalds parents die and they move in with Grandma Duck permanently. In the comics I usually see Donald raised by Grandma Duck and that raises so many questions for me. Are Hortense and Quackmore dead? extremely busy? And wheres Della?? I wanted to include Donald living at Grandma Ducks farm because its canon in a lot of comics, so this is my solution.

•Some time later Gladstones parents die and Matilda & Ludwig adopt him. Not entirely sure ab this, but I'll go with it. This is based on Don Rosas plans for the family tree, he decided against it but there's nothing really contradicting it so. Here it is. I also just really want Ludwig on the tree (cause I like him), so him being married to Matilda works out.

•Donald and Della grow up and move out. Donald becomes a sailor and Della a pilot. Donald travels the world and meets José and Panchito, and his spanish(?) ex-girlfriend Donna (I don't know if everyone knows who this is but shes in a short and some comics). Basically he's living his best 20s life abroad. When hes not traveling for work, Donald lives in a little houseboat.

•At this point Donald and Della have grown apart, they've got their own lives now and don't see each other much. Still love each other obviously.

•Della gets pregnant and the father walks out on her. Donald is of course furious at this guy but Della says he's not worth it. Donald makes sure to visit more often.

•Della has Huey, Dewey and Louie. Donald sees 'em a couple of times when hes not on a ship.

•Della Amelia Earharts when HDL are like, 5. Donald races home when he hears the news and is absolutely devastated. He decides he needs to pull himself together and gets custody of HDL. He quits being a sailor and starts taking up odd jobs. Sells his houseboat and gets a real house (probably with some help from the family, excluding Scrooge cause he's still in rich old man isolation).

•HDL begin acting up, because they miss their mother, and, sure, they know unca Donald, but he's also not someone they're used to seeing. I imagine having your mom go missing and then having to live with your uncle you barely know at 5 would traumatize you a little. And Donalds trying his best, but up until now he's been a sailor traveling the world and is not equipped to deal with children. Especially when he's dealing with his own grief. (His twin is missing, presumed dead. His twin who'd always been with him. Someone he thought couldn't leave.)

•HDL join the junior woodchucks and that helps them settle a little. Donalds learning to be a parent and things are looking up. I think he starts seeing Daisy somewhere around here.

•Scrooge exits rich old man isolation by inviting Donald and the boys to christmas. (that one Carl Barks comic) (you know with the bears)

And with that I think we're up to date? I might have forgotten somethings but I'll have to add them later. Feel free to comment with your own thoughts and headcanons, and do tell me if I missed something.

I know this is a sensitive issue for many in the fandom, but do you think Donald and Daisy can adopted May and June?

I'd like to believe that they both look after the girls. Regardless of whether they straight up adopt them or not, they would probably be there for the girls as some kind of caretakers or guardians.

(Also, sorry for the lack of Daisy, I really wanted Donald to diss Scrooge. I had a funny idea and I drew it, lol.)

Just listen (read), I can’t help but think that when Donald told that he was going on a trip with Daisy, we could only see Della’s reluctance to let him go.

Because I’d like to see the triplets not want to let him go too. He’s been their guardian for a decade, their whole life. They got a mom and Scrooge now, they have someone to take care of them. However especially with Della, triplets still have a long way to go to acceptance and harmony. I mean when something happened their first thought would be find Uncle Donald not mom.

Donald is their Uncle Donald. I don’t believe they could let him go that easily. Even realizing that he deserved rest because they obviously saw the amount of effort he put in. Huey even made Donald breakfast in the first episode to lighten his day a bit and support him before the interview. It would be hard for them to let go of someone they love so much and who loves them so much. Moreover, in the end it turns out that now they have to let him go not just with Daisy, but with other kids. Children are terribly jealous, it’s just a fact. Triplets would be jealous because, again, it’s their Uncle Donald.

I’m not saying Donald should be forever attached to them. But they are children, and the process of separation from parents is exactly the process, not one day.

Yeah, before that triplets sent Donald to a resort on the moon. But this vacation does not last too long. Besides, back then, they were swallowed by their mother’s acquaintance, this meeting took their minds.

This time it is a really long adventure, which can take a weeks, months, or even a year. And Donald will do it with the other kids.

I know triplets trust Uncle Donald and love him. But didn’t they just have a jealous thought in their mind for a second?

I really needed the triplets to react to Donald leaving.
