Louie Duck (Quack Pack) as Alexander the Great - Conquerors - Real Ducks in History - History in Duckverse - My version

I’ve always wanted to do a special project called Duckverse in History and my plan is to draw my favorite characters as redraws from famous works of art as well as famous historical figures. And since history is my favorite science, and my favorite field, I definitely wanted to do something related to it and related to one of my favorite historical characters. Since I don’t want to complicate the situation, I will gradually publish a drawing related to that historical figure from time to time. I started this last year for Duckvember only to finish at the end of April.

This drawing shows Louie Duck (the Quack Pack version, not the Ducktales reboot) shows Alexander the Great, another brilliant conqueror from the fourth century BC (born 356 BC, died 323 BC, reigned as king of Macedonia from 336 BC) and I drew it as a redraw from the mosaic of Alexander the Great from the battle of Issus in which he confronts the Persian king Darius III from Pompeii, probably from the first century BC. Alexander the Great was the son of Philip II and the king of Macedonia who united Greece and fought against Persia and managed to conquer an entire empire in his twenties. He traveled through the Persian Empire and reached India and wanted to continue, but his soldiers did not want to continue, so he returned to Babylon, his new capital. He certainly changed the world at that time and introduced a new culture, called Hellenism, as a combination of ancient Greek culture and the culture of the Ancient East and ancient India. I drew Louie as Alexander because as a young man he is a great adventurer and rides his black horse Bucephalus and is eager for extremes, yet unlike Alexander, Louie shows a bit of his shyness, but is still brave enough to take on new challenges. I also added a helmet as worn by Alexander III in his time. Behind Louie are the pyramids from Egypt, the Ishtar Gate from Babylon and the imperial palace from Persepolis where the Persian rulers lived and it actually shows the lands that Alexander the Great conquered.

I'm planning to draw my favorite Duckverse characters as famous historical figures as my own ideas for my Duckverse in history AU. Unfortunately, due to the lack of time lately, it's going to be a bit tight, and unfortunately bad things have happened at my house, which is why I had to be on hiatus for a long period, last month and this month. Sorry about this, there will definitely be new surprises next week so don't miss it in the future.

Donald Duck as Napoleon Bonaparte - Conquerors - Real Ducks in History - Ducktales, Duck comics and Quack Pack - History in Duckverse

I’ve always wanted to do a special project called Duckverse in History and my plan is to draw my favorite characters as redraws from famous works of art as well as famous historical figures. And since history is my favorite science, and my favorite field, I definitely wanted to do something related to it and related to one of my favorite historical characters. Since I don’t want to complicate the situation, I will gradually publish a drawing related to that historical figure from time to time. This drawing is a redraw from Jacques Louis David’s famous early 19th century artwork depicting Napoleon Bonaparte crossing the Alps in 1800 before the Battle of Marengo. Napoleon Bonaparte was the most famous French military leader, general, consul and emperor who waged war with all of Europe at the time and managed to subjugate it in its entirety except for the Ottoman Empire, Russia and Great Britain. He is from Corsica, but he left a lot for France and proved that France is not worth messing with easily. He also gave many reforms and his Civil Code which spread throughout Europe and brought order in France after the French Revolution. Napoleon’s nature is very similar to Donald Duck and I drew Donald as Napoleon since he was created for that role and I drew him riding his horse Marengo in my own style, but in a realistic way and that Donald has five fingers.

Napoleon Bonaparte was the greatest French military leader born on August 15, 1768 in Corsica, died on May 5, 1821 on the island of Saint Helena in the Atlantic Ocean. He had the greatest number of victories, was the first consul of France from 1799 to 1804, then the emperor from 1804 to 1814, then the leader of France in 1815 until he was defeated at Waterloo. He changed Europe significantly. Donald Duck looks a lot like Napoleon, that's why I drew him. I plan to draw him as Napoleon in the future.

Quack Pack AU - Donald, Daisy, Huey, Dewey and Louie, April, May and June Duck - My version - Quack Pack and Duckverse

Sorry for not posting anything for a long time, had a lot of trouble, but now everything is fine. Without further ado, let me wish Donald's nephews a happy birthday, who celebrate on October 17th in addition to April 15th, because that's the date that Donald's nephews first appeared in the comic strip entitled "Donald's Nephews", in 1937 by Ted Obsorne and Al Taliaferro . José Carioca (also known as Zé Carioca) celebrates his birthday and the holiday of his country (Brazil) with his family and friends - Ze Carioca Comics - The Three Caballeros Month - Feriado - Día Festivo - Holiday - Família - Familia - Family - Duckverse AU - My version

Unfortunately, I didn't get to do any specific drawings related to The Three Caballeros Month, but if nothing else I'll end this with my favorite theme, which is the theme of family. Although his birthday has passed, I will certainly not avoid drawing some of my favorite characters and one of the parts of the truly underrated Disney comics, which are the Ze Carioca comics that are mainly published in Brazil and certain countries of Latin America. I wouldn't even know about these things if it wasn't for the internet and my friends who translated certain Ze Carioca comics into English.

Yes, Jose's birthday is August 24th, and Brazil's national and independence day is September 7th, so on that occasion I drew a special drawing of José Carioca (Zé Carioca) in modern clothes (yellow t-shirt with letter Z and backwards cap) together with his family and friends how they celebrate given events. In front of him is a cake with Goiaba or Guavas, avocado, and other exotic fruits.

Together he hugs his beloved two nephews, Zico and Zeca Carioca, and next to them are Donald's nephews Huey, Dewey and Louie Duck, Donald Duck, Panchito Pistoles and Aracuan Bird. There are also Jose's friends Nestor, Pedrão, Afonsinho and his rival Zé Galo. I hope you like this drawing and this idea and sorry if there were any mistakes.

Also, belatedly, happy birthday to José Zé Carioca and happy Brazil Day! Also Happy 90th Birthday Donald Duck and 80th Anniversary of The Three Caballeros! Hi everyone! I came back after a long hiatus, I was sick, and I had my obligations and problems, so don't blame me for this. I will definitely try to be here more often. All in all thanks for voting in the previous Secret Santa poll and the majority voted yes so there will be a Secret Santa this year.

@wacky-nameless-inventor-24 and me will be organizing this year's Duck Secret Santa for all duck lovers, so don't worry. Unpopular opinion, but I kind of wish Disney would focus a little more on other characters from the classic Disney universe (Mouseverse, Duckverse, Dogverse) and not just the Sensational Six characters (Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Pluto and Goofy) plus Chip and Dale and Pete. By this I mean Scrooge, Horace, Clarabelle, Oswald, Huey, Dewey and Louie, Gyro, Ludwig, Grandma Duck, Fethry, Gus, Gladstone, Ortensia, Mad Doctor, Beagle Boys, Magica, Glomgold, Rockerduck, Sylvester Shyster, Phantom Blot, Darkwing Duck, Jose Carioca, Panchito Pistoles, Aracuan Bird, April, May and June, Gosalyn, Morty and Ferdie Fieldmouse, Chief O'Hara, Detective Casey, Scuttle, Mortimer, Figaro the Cat, Max Goof, Neighbor Jones, Brigitta MacBridge and others characters.

By this I mean with regards to the latest Disney animation shows "A Whole New Sound", Hot Ones and these What If Marvel comics. Like you can't make superheroes and super villains out of these characters I mentioned?! Scrooge as Professor X, Glomgold as Magneto or Magica as Red Widow? It seems to me that Disney (I mean the American official one, not the European one for sure) ignores these characters and thinks they don't exist. Really disappointing in my opinion.

Donald Duck yells at Scrooge and Magica - The Treasure of Croesus (by Don Rosa) - My redraw - Magica captures Scrooge with his first coin (One Dime) - Happy Birthday Magica de Spell - Duck comics and Duckverse - My version

Yes, Happy Birthday Magica de Spell to the best Duck witch ever! Yes, she first appeared in the Carl Barks comic "The Midas Touch" written on April 17, 1961, published on September 28, 1961. Although I prefer her birthday to be in April, again like other Duckverse characters she has two birthdays. So happy birthday to Magica, who celebrates on September 28th!

On this occasion, I drew two drawings, one from last year, the other now. The first drawing I drew was a large Magica that shrunk Scrooge and trapped him with his One Dime, his first coin. Yes, Magica De Spell the famous witch from Naples who lives near Mount Vesuvius wants Scrooge's first coin to gain more power but in vain. Although maybe this time it will work. And so it happens in most comics and OG Ducktales and I did it at the request of a follower and friend from Deviantart.

The second drawing I drew now is a redraw of a famous scene from the 1995 comic "The Treasury of Croesus" drawn and written by Don Rosa. In the end, Scrooge and Magica who is the richest duck in the world competed, and in the end Donald got angry and lashed out at them and proved that Donald was right in the end. And he won the competition. Donald Duck did nothing wrong. I will draw a drawing about it another time. Otherwise, what he said is sufficiently written on that picture and my drawing.

Interestingly, despite claiming that the Quack Pack is non-canon and its own thing, it still appears partially in the comics, possibly showing a possible future. By the way, this is from the comic "Paperinik e i crimini virtuali" from October 1, 1998, written and drawn by Stefano De Lellis. Admittedly, it's about an ordinary Duck Avenger (Paperinik) wondering what his future holds and his nephews Huey, Dewey and Louie Duck appear as teenagers about to go to college. Yes, this may be the only time in the Italian comics that the Quack Pack version of Donald's nephews appear there, but again, it's good to know. Isn't it?

They just messed up maybe the designs and colors. I guess you recognize who is who. Although I prefer the original and true version of the Quack Pack this is how they appeared in the comic in the first place. Even if it was a non-canon future, I wish it had come up a little more often. I mean the teenage version of Donald's nephews.

Hiya! Dunno if you're the right person to ask, but since you seem to like Gyro Gearloose as much as I do, do you think that he should have a love interest? Now, I know most people ship him with Fenton and I know he used to have multiple girlfriends in comics (like Dana Data or Mathilda) but none of them were used afterwards (they were just one-shot characters I think) nor were really his "type" in my opinion. I remember some years ago, I had an oc that was supposed to be Gyro's "female counterpart" (like most of Duckverse/Mouseverse characters' love interests are) and a girlfriend but it kinda failed, I plan on redesigning her soon. However I've seem some people headcanoning him as asexual what I'm fine with, but I still think it would be a fun idea to imagine what his actual love interest would look like if it was canon

Hi! Yes, Gyro is one of my favorite characters. No, you've asked a good question since Gyro doesn't have a longtime love interest like Donald has Daisy. Usually many Gyro fans ship Gyro with male characters and not only Fenton but also Donald, Fethry, Gladstone, Mad Ducktor and others. Yes, I know that there are mostly disposable girls in comics, but in my opinion Gyro has a corresponding love of the opposite gender. And that he has his own love interests that have appeared more than once. In my opinion, they would be some of these characters:

Dickie Duck - Paperetta Ye Ye Dickie is a college girl in her early 20s and she is the granddaughter of Goldie O'Gilt from the Italian and Brazilian comics. Gyro is roughly between 25 and 30, but the two can really relate. Gyro is mostly kind to Dickie and seems quite shy. It was best shown in the comic strip Ducks on the Road where Gyro, Dickie and Daisy go on a tour of the USA playing music from the 1960s and 1970s and there Gyro and Dickie literally love each other. I think they would work well.

2. Genialina Edy Son

Most people don't know who she is, so I'll just say she's mostly a seamstress and fashion designer and the lead costume designer for Super Daisy (She-Venger or Paperinika). Just as Gyro serves Duck Avenger for gadgets and his costume, so does she for Paperinika. I think in an Italian comic (it's called Topolino) that she and Gyro love each other, so they really have similar personalities and I think they can relate together. And they are the same age if I'm not mistaken. She was created by Giorgio Cavazzano and that she used to be a student of Gyro around inventing gadgets and as I said before they can really be together.

3. Unnamed female chicken from Sir Gyro de Gearloose episode from Ducktales 1987

Unfortunately, her name is not known, but in my opinion she is also an excellent partner for Gyro. She only appeared once to get her toaster fixed but it ended up breaking so she was mad at Gyro whom she called Gyro "Gadget boy". Later when Gyro and Donald's nephews came back from medieval times she came to apologize and Gyro fixed her toaster and she gave him a bouquet of flowers as a sign of apology. Or was it the other way around, I can't remember exactly, but she's certainly a great partner for Gyro, but unfortunately she doesn't have a name, so she could be called anything.

4. Dr Sara Bellum

Yes, that's her name, even before her namesake in the series The Powerpuff Girls and the same namesake in the Carmen Sandiego series. It's just that she's from Darkwing Duck and she's an extremely excellent scientist who is the head of S.H.U.S.H.'s research division and works for S.H.U.S.H. organization against F.O.W.L. She is also clumsy at times and her inventions go awry. Smart and stupid at the same time, but her desire is to win the Nobel Prize and she is really very pleasant. And somehow she reminds of scientists from the Far East who came to America. Of course she and Gyro never met or met except maybe in the Dangerous Currency comic (crossover Ducktales and Darkwing Duck comic), so I can't say for sure, but I definitely think she and Gyro would get along great and maybe Gyro would work for S .H.U.S.H. to have the opportunity to do so. Since I usually cross sometimes Darkwing Duck with Donald Duck as well as their characters so why not with Gyro with Dr. Sara Bellum. In my opinion, the same ideal pair, although more like my headcanon, but it depends how for whom.

5. Della Duck

It sounds twisted, but I can really make the two of them work. Granted, this was only in Ducktales 2017, where the two really didn't have a good relationship, considering Della was stuck on the moon for ten years and used Gyro's Black Licorice invention to survive and when she got back to Earth she was supposed to takes revenge but only one episode had Gyro almost attack Della (I think it's in the Timephoon episode but I'm not sure) so she fought back. Unfortunately, there was no interaction between the two of them in that series, but I could have made that couple work, even though I don't ship them. I'm wondering if Gyro is the father of Huey, Dewey and Louie from Ducktales 2017 since he took Della Duck's DNA and cloned them. Again this is purely theoretical and my hypothesis.

As for comic book Gyro and comic book Della, they get along very well, even Gyro managed to speak with Della Duck in a Dutch comic dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Donald Duck and his birthday. Although they didn't talk much, Huey, Dewey and Louie talked more with their mom, but certainly if Della Duck came back to Earth they could work together as a good couple, in my opinion.

That Gyro has other girlfriends, although I can't remember exactly what their names are and which one would be right for him. It's not a problem if Gyro is with an OC (original character) either, so it all depends on who you pair him with.

The Three Caballeros - Crossover - Disney and Warner Bros. Version - My style - Donald and Daffy Duck - The Three Caballeros Month - Duckverse and Looney Tunes

I'm a little late again, sorry, but I managed to finish my drawing for Three Caballeros and that related to the crossover. And where could there be a better crossover than certainly with Donald's eternal rival Daffy Duck from Looney Tunes. XD If you know the piano playing rivalry scene between Donald and Daffy Duck from Who Framed Roger Rabbit. If you know about it, then you know that Donald and Daffy don't exactly get along, even though they have very similar characteristics. Well, since Donald and Daffy have similar things about women, family, children, superheroes, rivalries with their closest friends, then surely they can have their own team. I mean the Caballeros team. Donald has his, while Daffy doesn't. And on that occasion I gave my idea through this drawing where Daffy Duck dressed up as Donald Duck in a navy suit and brought his friends to replace Donald's caballeros. Speedy Gonzalez is a little Mexican mouse, but he's a great substitute for Panchito. He first appeared in his classic short of the same name on September 17, 1955 by director Friz Freleng. Pepe Le Pew dressed up as Jose Carioca (José Carioca-Zé Carioca) since they share personalities of charm and masculinity, only Pepe is a skunk and French and Jose is Brazilian. So everyone together from both the Disney side (Donald, Jose and Panchito Pistoles) and the Looney Tunes side (Daffy, Pepe and Speedy Gonzales) make up the special The Three Caballeros.

Sorry to ask you, but first I want to congratulate you for having 1000 followers, and secondly, one question. Who do you think would best play Donald's nephews Huey, Dewey and Louie? Since I saw you complained about their voices? It's just purely out of curiosity. Thank you. 😁

Hi and sorry for the late reply, and thank you very much for these words of yours.

I assume you saw my post about my comments for Donald's nephews at House of Mouse. I absolutely do not like how they sounded there. Yes, it's a bit of a complicated topic, but I think Donald's nephews would sound best like boys their own age. After all, the boys are smart, albeit naughty, but they would sound much better that way. They were at their best in these educational cartoons like "Scrooge McDuck and Money" from 1967 and "Donald's Fire Survival Plan" from 1965. Dick Beals played them and I know Mellomen played them too.

However, even though many people don't like her, I think Russi Taylor voiced them as well as Webby in OG Ducktales. And then she gave their voices in several cartoons. And she gave voices so that if you listened carefully you could tell by the tone which was which Donald's nephews. It sounds funny, but those who followed the OG Ducktales closely would certainly know. You could imagine their voices while reading Donald Duck comics. Of course, Clarence Nash's voice wouldn't be bad, but that would be more true for old comics, while for newer ones more voices than Russi Taylor or boys of their age. Unfortunately she passed away five years ago and the big question is who could replace her to do her voice for Huey, Dewey and Louie. I hope they find some good voice actresses for it.

Of course, actresses like Jeannie Elias, Pamela Adlon and Elizabeth G. Daily did a great job of portraying Donald's nephews in the Quack Pack and did a good job of voicing Donald's teenage nephews. Too bad they didn't give them another chance to play Donald's nephews properly afterwards. As for Ducktales 2017, I know everyone praises that version, although I didn't like it, but that doesn't mean it's not a good version. However, the most I dislike about them are their voices, which absolutely did not sound like boys of their age, but as if they were 20 years old. I know it's pretty trendy in modern cartoons to have famous TV and movie actors play boys, but somehow it doesn't always work. You know about Danny Pudi, Ben Schwartz, and Bobby Moynihan who played Huey, Dewey, and Louie Duck in Ducktales 2017. Let's face it, those actors are very good, but they just kind of gave me bad voices in a way that didn't even sound like boys from 11 years old, already from 21 and older, which is quite annoying. For me, I wouldn't want Donald's nephews to sound like that in the future. Although with how Disney treats all these characters, I can only say that I expect only negative experiences and nothing more.

This is only for the original version, while for the dubbing of other countries Donald's nephews are mostly played by boys or female actresses and they did a good job. In my opinion, the best Latin American Spanish, Spanish and Hungarian dubbing. Another interesting fact is that for the German dub a male voice actor voiced Donald's nephews in Quack Pack, while in the French dub the voice actors who voiced Dewey and Louie in Quack Pack also voiced the same characters in Ducktales 2017. Although they have totally different personalities. XD But I hope you understand what I'm talking about.

Certainly, in my opinion, it would be preferable if in the future Donald's nephews are played by someone who knows how to do children's voices or do voices like the late Russi Taylor did or they are played by boys their own age. For all of you on Tumblr, more specifically the Duckblr community, one question for all of you who are interested. Are you in favor of organizing Secret Duck Santa again this year?

For those who don't know, it's the time of surprise gift giving that is organized two months before Christmas and goes like a raffle. You give your wishes and then you also give the one you draw, you work for that person, whether through drawings or fanfiction depends on the wishes of the sender. By the way, the person who organized last year's Duck Santa will not participate this year, so the question is who could it be. I don't have a problem organizing it myself, I just can't do it alone.

Sorry for the delay, but in order not to miss this event, I even connected this with a very interesting day of the year called International Talk Like a Pirate Day, which is celebrated every year on September 19, at least in the Western Hemisphere of the world. And being a fan of pirates myself as well as the pirate lifestyle and movies (especially Pirates of the Caribbean), I decided to draw my favorite characters from the Duckverse, but dressed as pirates as they wore during the golden age of piracy (between 1670 and 1730), as well as later until 1800.

Yes, two episodes from two different series came to my mind, the episode "Darkwing Doubloon" from Darkwing Duck and "Captain Donald Duck" from Quack Pack so I combined it into one, but I drew two drawings. The first drawing shows a sword fight and a fight between Darkwing Doubloon (the supposed ancestor of Darkwing Duck who was also a pirate) and the scary pirate Captain Negaduck, although this is a redraw from that episode, but they are fighting on a ship, and I used my own style a bit. Another drawing shows Donald Duck as a pirate captain along with the kids, the Fearsome Four (Bushroot, Liquidator, Quackerjack and Megavolt), Fenton Crackshell and Launchpad McQuack dressed as pirates (except for Quackerjack, he's a jester) and they're all friendly. I used their pirate outfits from the aforementioned Darkwing Duck and Quack Pack episodes, and Donald's pirate outfit from the Disney Lorcana cards. Since I haven't drawn anything for almost a month, after a long time I'm back again, but I have to say again that I won't be able to draw so much for the next month due to my obligations. So nothing from requests and Art Trade until I have more free time. Sorry.

But I certainly made a special drawing to thank you for everything you have done for me in this Duck community of ours, that is, the community of fans of Donald Duck, comics, cartoons and video games. And not only on Tumblr, but also on Deviantart, Instagram, Discord, Telegram, Twitter (X) and other networks. And so I have already passed the 5th year and everything has changed since then. Unfortunately, I had a lot of difficulties and I drew very badly at the time, but over time I met many friends who changed my life quite a few times. Now it's time to say thank you, if nothing else than my drawings that I love to draw since I've been on this social network. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to do drawings especially for my friends, as well as for the birthday jubilees of Fethry Duck and Jose Carioca who celebrated their birthdays on August 2 and August 24, respectively, because for my own reasons I didn't have time to do it, which doesn't mean I won't in the future. Certainly if nothing else, I drew my favorite characters from the Duckverse (Donald Duck universe) combining Duck comics, Duck Avenger, Darkwing Duck, Ducktales, Quack Pack, Three Caballeros and Ze Carioca comics, in my own way in my own style. Yes, I drew them wearing modern clothes and outfits as I would imagine in my Quack Pack version, that is, in the Quack Pack AU. And since, as usual, not all the characters that I intended to leave have remained, I will leave them for a special drawing that will follow this one.

Certainly, there are Donald Duck, Jose Ze Carioca, Panchito Pistoles, Daisy Duck, Rosinha Maria Vaz, Drake Mallard, Morgana Macawber, Uno Ducklair (One), Fethry Duck, Gladstone Gander, Gus Goose, Della Duck, Queen Reginella, Huey, Dewey and Louie Duck, April, May and June Duck, Gosalyn Mallard, Phooey Duck, Zico and Zeca Carioca, Dugan Duck, Shamrock Gander, Bolivar the Dog (Donald's pet dog) and Dinkie or Trixie the Cat (Daisy's pet cat) and they are all together together. The children are teenagers, except for Shamrock and Dugan who are pre-teens and the rest are adults. Mostly the kids are holding a banner that says thank you to all of you who follow me and like to look at my drawings and like and reblog. For those who cannot see, it is written like this: "Thanks for following you 1000 followers for following my main blog and thanks for following you 100 followers on my art blog as well as thanks for watching 300 followers on Deviantart and 200 followers on Instagram!"

I definitely thank everyone for this and without your support I wouldn't be doing this, although I do it as a hobby anyway since I really like drawing my favorite characters. I'll just say that I made a mistake with the markers and mislabeled Gosalyn's hand holding Dewey's baseball shirt, my mistake and if anyone asks who is between Louie and Dewey, it's Reginella from Topolino comics (Italian comics) queen of a planet that goes different from Earth and Donald accidentally met her at the bottom of the sea and ended up in her world and fell in love with her. However Scrooge doesn't want to finance his travels so he is forced to break up with her which saddened me so I drew Reginella in front of Donald and Donald is holding her and don't worry Daisy isn't mad at him, given the past. I hope to draw her and other Duck characters in the future. I hope you like this drawing and my thank you note.
