I hate the way I look and I hate the way I feel
I hate the ache in my breasts when I walk down stairs without a bra
I hate the bounce of my thighs when I run
I hate the slight double chin I unconsciously have when my camera opens on selfie mode
I hate the feeling of lines on my belly where the fat folds inward, it squishes my lungs, makes relaxing hard, physically and mentally
I hate the way my arms touch my sides a little too much
I hate understanding how it feels to chafe in a skirt
I hate the tightness in my jeans, the roundness of my shoulders, and the fat that pooches out of my bra
I hate the lump of fat on each knee
I hate the absence of muscle tone anywhere
I hate that my stomach hangs out and my thighs melt together
I hate my lumpy doughy body
I hate the hunger to eat, the lack of energy without food
I hate getting side effects when all I want is to be thin
I hate that I've tried over and over and I still end up here
I never want to look like this again
I NEVER. WANT. TO LOOK. LIKE THIS. AGAIN!!!!

Weighed in this morning, and I finally dropped below 370, at 369.4lbs. so I'm happy about that, not sure what I have been doing to cause it but I'll keep walking a couple days a week on my lunch break, it's not much just 1.25 miles but I guess it's better than nothing.

Hello everyone! I want to lose some weight but I lack motivation. I'm in this constant diet-binge cycle that I need to stop. I think blogging, posting my meals, my progress and other diet related things might help me. I really want to find people with similar goals so we can support and motivate one another!

I'm not deep in the ed trenches anymore and the amount of weight i want to loose is perfectly healthy but i fear that if i tried to join the "regular" diet community they would think I'm a freak and report me to oblivion

Well friends, it’s time. I’ve been feeling sluggish and grumpy for weeks now, gaining weight and doing nothing but moping about it, SO today starts another 12 week cut for me and my boyfriend. These are my progress pics.
Welcome to my “before”
Last cut went from 125 to 110lbs. It was awesome. I felt great, I felt strong, I felt energized.
Then instead of maintaining I went WILD and ate everything I could get my hands on. It was not pretty.
So now I’m starting this cut at 117.2lbs. I’d LOVE to get to 100lbs, but that’s a bit too lofty a goal so 105-107 is where I’m amazing for right now.
Wish me luck and will power on this journey! See ya around Halloween, take-out food 💔😭

Breakfast
Didn’t have any, which is very bad. But I didn’t have a lot of time and when I was going to get breakfast, my bike broke down so, well that’s a one time thing. I hope. I know. 
Lunch
I had a whole grain piece of bread and some Rivella (diet soda)  (295,5 kCal)
Diner
I had some home made pasta. I added some basil, garlic ( a lot!!!), some chili pepper. I baked some meatballs in olive oil and  after that added some diced tomatoes and the pasta. I also added some grated cheese, because delicious! (937,4 kCal)

I had a small cake roll (98,2 kCal) and peanuts without salt (157,8 kCal) 
Total; 1488,9 kCal
A little under my goal, so maybe I’ll add something. I do have enough vitamines etc.
