hello, I hope you're having a good day <33 I saw your recent post on my dash and I was STUNNED at the animated scene! It's insane to me I get to see your characters animated. Feeling blessed to be alive to see it, I am not exaggerating. You know, one of these times where you wake up and things are a little bumpy in your life but there's one thing that shines brightly you didn't know it could give you so much excitement? Yeah, that kind of thing ((:
I took my time for the past hour to reminisce over your blog again. It is one of the places I really love scrolling through and reading your writing. I had a question, if you don't mind me. The way you have improved is truly admirable. I know this might not be an easy ask to say "hey, how did you learn how to paint", so I'll ask this instead: I don't know how long you've been working full-time in art, but when do you make time for studies / drawing for fun? If it's not too much to respond to, how do *you* study? I remembered your posts with your redlines and wanted to ask how do you go about those, or if you switch your routines based on your needs (sketches vs speed painting backgrounds etc). The notes there were very interesting, seeing the mental exercise.
Pretty sure you have a fKTON of stuff on your plate, so please don't feel obligated to respond quickly or even at all. Thank you in advance for taking the time to read my message and for all the time you take to respond in general. Love reading your responses <3
Take care, ok? <3
I'm glad the animation made you feel better! I'll put the answer under the Keep Reading thingy.
I'm not entirely sure... I think I don't study as much as I should/could. I mostly learn as I go. Standalone studies are helpful, I'm just drawn to doing things that are more fun/satisfying to me or things that actively progress my creative goals. Imperfect illustrations for my stories, and incomplete research for worldbuilding! Many people learn faster than I, and those people do a lot more studies than I, but I have no info on whether they have more fun than I. Dopamine is rocket fuel, so it's important. :)
I'm always on the lookout for reference pictures, but I study almost only when I have a practical goal in mind, I guess. Studying is part of my job too, I think? As an indie concept artist I'm supposed to build a hoard of references and pull several new/sensible things out of them, and I think part of this process is understanding the material, and revisiting even what I already know. Illustration is similar. If I'm commissioned to draw an anthro alligator, it's time to study gators. It's not separate from work.
I mean, straightforward version: I wake up at 03:30, make coffee, and start working for myself until the paying work starts, lol. Brain is fresh before noon, and tired late in the evening just like everyone else's. It also helps that the city more or less shuts up at 4am.
The studies with the redlines... I do them when I fancy drawing characters or creatures but feel out of shape. I can get discouraged, feel like I forgot how to draw. I sketch if I plan to sketch, and paint if I plan to paint or want to study colors Drawing live models helps. Studying videos of people and things in motion. Hopping down rabbit holes about how/why things work (e.g. flintlock, Davy lamp, mansard roof). Drawing from refs. Hoarding refs. Trying different mediums (e.g. charcoal, 3D, etching). Small screenshot of one of my ref boards for the animation; I'd say I studied it a lot. How clothes move, what are good clothes, how do good clothes move, lion/tiger + human + eagle anatomy (from specific angles during specific motions if/when possible), how to dive roll, proper sprinting form, how to survive falling from a great height, spearfighting, pole vaulting, poledancing, lighting, colors, environment, kicked-up sand in motion, spear types, emu/cassowary/griffon vulture feet, etc. I didn't draw studies, unless you count the animation itself (I would).
#whiteraventxt#studying#hope it doesnt read like i enjoy sniffing my own farts#Griffin's knees probably got blown when he fell btw

Blackbeard Pirates Art Skills Headcanons
Basically, my headcanons on what type of artists Blackbeard and his crew could be. Do what you will with this information.
Blackbeard: He's not the greatest artist, but he's not terrible either. He can do pretty good sketches of people, animals and objects, which he takes some pride in.
Burgess: He's about as good an artist as Luffy is, which is to say he's not very good. For this reason, he's not allowed to help draw up a raid plan for the crew to embark on. Well, actually it's not that he's not allowed-he just doesn't want to because of all the criticism he got the one time he did...
Burgess: Okay! I helped draw up the plans, Laffitte!
Laffitte: Oh, very good! Show it to the group so we can go over it.
Burgess: *lays down drawing, which is the most barely comprehensible drawing the group had ever seen*
Blackbeard: Uh...I can't tell what's happening here...Like what is that big blue and gray mass???
Burgess: It's the marine ship we're raiding.
Laffitte: What's with the giant letter T on that brown square we're all standing on???
Burgess: That's the raft.
Augur: What's with the devil giraffe holding...god, I don't even want to say what it looks like...
Burgess: That's YOU holding your GUN!
Augur: Why is my neck so long???
Burgess: Necks are hard!
Doc Q: Is that amoeba riding that deformed dog supposed to be me and Stronger???
Burgess: *grabs drawing and eats it* I HATE CRITICISM!!!
Blackbeard: Maybe don't draw so badly and we won't criticize...
Laffitte: Will draw the most detailed and perfect images ever, like Da Vinci level art, and say "Honestly, I can't even draw a circle!"
Van Augur: He's a roughly okay artist, but he doesn't draw much so he doesn't mess around with improvement.
Doc Q: He can draw organs, he can draw skeletons, he can draw muscles, he can draw any body part you can think of, but he CANNOT draw people "intact and with the skin still on them", like Blackbeard would probably say. He can draw realistic animals pretty well, though, especially horses. He can also draw cute anthropomorphic animals (Minks? Hybrid Zoans?) pretty good, which was discovered when he was asked to draw up the raid plans one time...
Doc Q: Okay, I got the plans drawn...
Laffitte: Very good! Now show them to the group.
Doc Q: *pushes drawing towards group*
The entire crew are drawn as cute anthro-animals, such as Blackbeard being a hippo, Burgess being a tiger, Augur being a hunting dog of some sort, Laffitte being a dove, and Q being a horse.
Blackbeard: Uh, why are we all Minks?
Doc Q: I can't draw humans...
Burgess: I like how I'm a tiger! It fits me!
Augur: Well, I suppose this is a step up from Burgess's drawing skills...
Burgess: Hey!
Laffitte: Aw, you drew it so CUTE, Doc! I didn't think you had this in you!
Blackbeard: Yeah, I mean, considering how you are, this is a big surprise. Makes me rethink you as a person, actually.
Doc Q: ... *grabs drawing and releases it in the wind*
Laffitte: Aw, no! Don't do that! We were praising it! Not teasing you!
Q's got a reputation he likes to keep intact. He doesn't draw in that style very often.
Shiryu of the Rain: Cannot draw and refuses to demonstrate how bad he is.
Catarina Devon: She can draw perfect images of women, but men...she's not very good at and refuses to improve. One time she was asked to draw up plans, and she drew the entire crew as women, which raised eyebrows.
Blackbeard: Did you seriously have to draw us like this?
Devon: I can't draw male bodies well.
Blackbeard: Okay, I guess that's fair. Which one of us is supposed to be this lady here? Cause, damn! You made her the most hideous!
Devon: That's you.
Blackbeard: *starts to fume*
Augur: Why are Laffitte, Doc and I drawn so...beautifully?
Devon: Eh, you're the most attractive boys out of the crew, so I tried to match that.
Laffitte: Ohhohoho! Thank you!
Doc Q: You think I'M attractive?! *coughs up blood*
Augur: ...Okay.
Blackbeard: *fumes more*
Avalo Pizarro: He draws in a surprisingly cute style, maybe something close to chibi or cutesy-western cartoon style? But he gives everyone cat ears for some reason.
Vasco Shot: He's not the best artist, but he's a LOT better than the crew expects. He claims he draws best when he's really drunk.
Sanjuan Wolf: His drawing style is pretty simplistic, like stick-figure type art. What he draws is pretty comprehensive though, since he usually adds a detail to signify which figure is who, like a top hat for Laffitte, a scythe for Doc Q, or a sword and cigar for Shiryu. He can only draw in the sand or dirt due to lack of giant paper, though.

The whole Haitian Grill Hoaxes.
Warning: Talks about Haitian history of slavery briefly and of cooking animals.
Not my usual line of posts, but meh, I kinda want to so some solidarity, education and attempt at least to weave in some talk of anthropology and worldbuilding with it.
First off, Anthropologists are required to take as undergraduates Physical Anthropology. We have to be able to tell the difference between a carnivore, an herbivore and a omnivore. And also are taught things like how to tell the difference between human bones and animal bones. No lie, this was one of the most difficult classes I took and I spent for probably the first time in a long time studying my ass off. I usually don't study, but for this one I studied really hard. 'cause you have to memorize the names of bones and how they differ. (Cue me crying because I still remember frontal parietal and occipital and semi-have nightmares about this class. I still have mandible, but then semi panic about the names of all of the nose bones.)
This isn't what I thought I'd be using my degree for, but here we are.
Next, I 100% do not condone and 100% condemn everyone being AHs to Haitians who've had enough crap in their history, such as, but not limited to Columbus depopulating the Island of Taino (It's a word that starts with G), enslaving a bunch of Africans, and then people getting upset when they overthrew their slave owners. This is designed as a defense against the racist who accuse them of eating an animal rarely eaten in human history especially WITHOUT ANY FLAVOR. WTF. Only people who are from the Europe do that. Did you really get insulted by Tim Walz making fun of the white American Palate and then confirm he was correct? Yes, you did.
I'm pulling out my love of food anthro for this too. lol Did I almost write a book about it? Yes, yes I did. Also, I have graphic design knowledge to be able to tell things.
***
This is the image. Those are chickens, whole, not free of their internal organs.
Might be 3-4 chickens, but this is my best guess:
That's the anatomy break down.
Basically, the tail is not a rabbit tail. The tail is also not a cat tail. It matches a bird tail.
The legs are not rabbit legs—they are too long and there is a claw. There is a wing in the picture. Cats don't have the anatomy. They have longer tails and it wouldn't look that way.
For reference, the Sphinx Cat. (which is really expensive, BTW. They've been catnapped before.)
The red in the picture is glare from a window because the person is standing and as the video goes, if you focus on the glare you can see it is a white person taking the video—or at least very light skinned wearing a red t-shirt and dark pants. Might even be a Trump T-shirt, but I couldn't confirm it on repeated viewings. This means the window is pretty big. It's not a car. The way the person shifts within the video means they are likely in their own house. There is a level of comfort there. This was also likely taken with a phone because the resolution is terrible. The way the camera shifts as the person shifts their position, etc and the bad camerawork, suggests amateur with a phone. (Also didn't expect to use my graphic design knowledge for this)
Dude, just go outside your house to film.
The second reason this isn't from a car like some people suggest is there is a fence that goes along the back of the property where the beveling of the fence suggests it's to protect the current yard. This means the fence likely goes the entire perimeter of the yard which would mean it's not visible from the street. The majority of grills are set up to face the house, not the street, unless you're planning on selling it.
Sphinx is an all furless cat. This looks nothing like what is in the picture. Those are birds.
It was pointed out to me that it might be stewing chickens, i.e. after they've been retired from egg laying. The kind you make into something like Dak Komtang. This means the picture was 100% faked.
Now, why is it a badly faked image: Cultural Anthropology and food anthropology here.
In order to cook any animal in a BBQ setting, every culture I know of where you are physically using a grill: You would have to chop it up so it cooks evenly and if you don't do that, put it on a spit to cook it whole. It *is* possible to cook a whole chicken, however, one would have to have taken out the giblets, and then dressed and marinated it thoroughly so that the breasts are correctly tied, plus you would have to tie it up so that the wings are tied to the body: https://bluejeanchef.com/cooking-school/how-to-truss-a-chicken/
Truss it tight. This helps the chicken to cook evenly. Similarly with rabbit you'd have to empty the main cavity of the innards.
No one leaves the chicken feet on in that case. It's better to take off that part of the legs and do something else with them, like say Chinese Chicken feet for dim sum.
Nunzio pointed out that the chickens were likely stewing chickens, i.e. retired breeders.
based off of this picture. i.e. terrible for grilling on the barbecue because it's much tougher meat.
In addition, while there are cultures that do eat chicken heads, often to make the chicken cook more evenly, they are cut off of the body and grilled/cooked separately because the rate at which the head cooks is faster than the rest of the body. In the picture you can see the chicken combs.
The next point of clue that this is a faked image is that there is NO FUCKING FLAVOR ON THE CHICKEN.
youtube
White food travel shows, Haitians themselves when making their food, my own mouth is going to tell you, that is is packed to the gills with flavor. OMG, some of the food is so spicy, even this Asian feels like they were crying. C'mon now, that's a crime to say that Haiti people are going to cook anything on the grill with no flavor.
You know the only cuisine in the world that gets close to doing that? Europeans and people of that direct descent. And I've eaten my way through South America, Central America, North America, Texas BBQ, Louisiana, NE America, South West America, Italy, France, England, Germany, Poland, Russian, Hungarian, Iranian, Armenian, Tunisia, Nigeria, Ethiopian, Greek, Chinese (Northern and Southern, BTW), Japan, Korea, most of SE Asia, Philippines, and some of the South Pacific (Working on it). There is only one continent that does not flavor their meat before putting it on the grill—effing Europe. WTF.
The rest of the world is begging you to at least marinate your meat. !@#$ Even effing Texans are begging you to marinate your meat.
Anyway, no self respecting home chef or any type of cook would cook their meat this way.
Food experience
I've eaten and cooked whole rabbit, whole chicken, whole turkey, whole goose, venison (legally hunted and shot), beef, lamb, goat (not whole), and !@#$ there is no way someone is cooking it that way without any heat on the grill first. In order to grill anything, you need a lot of prep time to make it work, even for smoking. You need to heat up the grill.
Let me tell you as a kid when I first arrived to the US, my mom would serve up crap meals which consisted of mediocre rice, fish sticks, and carrot and celery sticks. God, I hated the cooking. And she kept saying how she would not ever put in more effort into our meals. Having some semblance of foundation about cooking, I watched cooking shows, read cook books, and managed to get the foundations of cooking from asking and doing.
This meant by the time I was a teenager I was making the majority of the meals for the house. In fact, my parents made me do the majority of the cooking some nights AND clean the dishes I cooked with sometimes because they were seriously assholes.
They also would have me heat the briquettes for the grill ALONE. --;; Unsupervised. Yeah, not recommended, and I would never ask kids to do it on their own. Don't do as my parents did.
On the list of things they had me cook was things like venison and goose. When I flunked out of college the first time due to lingering trauma, they also had me do all of the cooking for rent and made unreasonable demands on me.
Fuck. Go back to your fucking fish sticks.
The point is that I know the foundations of cooking meat very, very well. I got so good at it, I could sense the difference in smell to know when it was cooked versus not cooked.
I made up recipes too.
Anyway, there is NO way you would be cooking meat like that with the head still stuck on. For the cultures like Ireland that eats things like brains, the head is ALWAYS cooked separately from the body. The brain is squishy in there and can make the skull explode in some cases because it cooks at a different rate from the rest of the body. The same with the internal organs. Those are removed in every culture or taken out, rinsed and carefully placed back into the cavity of the animal to cook *with additional* things added (sometimes rocks, sometimes extra meats, etc.) Again, if you don't do that, the inside will explode. (And in some cases make things really bitter like gall bladder tastes nasty. You can see people eating the gall bladder on Youtube.)
This is why this is a faked picture.
In addition, the cultures that do eat things like cats are usually ravaged by imperialism, therefore, poverty. And I know how much imperializing nations like to make fun of other cultures they imperialized to the point of crippling their food supply and their inability to get new technology like refrigerators.
This is why I think it's best to not ridicule other culture's foods.
And don't believe hoaxes like this. Including the whole This is a dog without canine teeth video hoax. It's simply not worth it.
And I'd also beg you to fact check, fact check before you perpetuate rumors. But I suppose this is a lesson in racism and xenophobia too.
#Imperialists like to feel high and mighty about choking other country's food supply chains#and then get indignant when those people want to kick them out of the country for being AHs and kill them#But you are enslaving and r*ping them. What do you expect?#Very few people in the world eat cats or rats usually it's a tourist show or because the people are desperately poor.#racism#Haiti#Youtube

WIBTA if i don't design my grandpa a tattoo of his dead mom I never met?
I (20 M) and my grandpa (50s? M) have a pretty good relationship. We don't talk very often because he lives in a different state, but we see each other a few times a year when he visits town. Our relationship has grown pretty shallow because of how little we interact with each other, as we haven't had any deep conversations or interactions since I was about 14 when he moved out of state.
Due to this, he still pretty much sees me exactly how he did when I was around the ages of 7-10 as this was when he was in my life the most. I've been actively going by another name since age 13, he knows, but he refuses to call me my name (despite it literally being my legal middle name that he's always known and used to call me it before I decided to reject my legal first name). He's sat me down in private telling me he would never call me my chosen name because it's too hard for him to remember. I'm kind of bitter to him towards this and am allowing our relationship to become more shallow. I'm trans and I know he'll never see me as a man, because he basically sees me as a 10 year old girl and no matter what I do he won't respect my identity. I don't think he like...believes in trans people but we've never had a direct conversation about it.
Now heres the actual situation: a week before father's day, he messages me on facebook at midnight asking me to design him a tattoo alongside my cousin (25 M) who is in a complete other state and is also kinda shallow towards him due to being closeted as bi and my grandpa being homophobic to mlm (he's ok with lesbians bc my cousins mom is one and she's the favorite child lol). he wanted a tribute tattoo dedicated to my dead great grandmother that I never met and don't care about at all. This is completely out of my scope of artistic skill as I mostly draw suggestive art of thick anthro women and I don't want to make a tribute tattoo for someone i never met? Considering how porn-y my style is I think it would be disrespectful to do it as well. Also I was high as fuck when he messaged me. I don't know why I did, but I agreed to do it and then asked my cousin to do it, despite him also never meeting her. He agreed to handle it. Weeks pass
A week or so ago, my grandpa came in town and the first thing he said to me is "Hey girl! Where's my tattoo?" and I was instantly uncomfortable but i just shrugged it off and made a joke and it didn't come up for a while. It turns out my cousin didn't draw the tattoo either, but I don't blame him too much ngl. The whole week he was in town, he kept bugging me about doing this tattoo for him and I kept shrugging him off. My mom, who actually knew the lady, made a tattoo design and it was really clever and personalized and well thought-out, but he rejected it because it wasn't my cousin or I who designed it.
I never plan on making it. Should I just do it to get it over with?
What are these acronyms?

thinking about opening up commissions over the summer to give me extra flex income and also something to do besides irl job, so here’s a poll to gauge initial interest:
the response this poll gets will determine whether it’s worth spending time putting together a proper portfolio and timing myself doing pieces so I can actually have a proper ballpark price tag for my work.
more info under the cut:
what will you draw? I specialize in digital character illustration, especially portraits!! I'm down to draw characters that already have designs, and I'm also down to do character / costume designs. I can also do book covers!! nsfw is a hard no, other suggestive content is on a case-by-case basis, and moderate gore I'm okay with. I'm willing to give most things a shot, including fanart, robots, and anthro characters.
what would it cost? I plan to charge an hourly rate based on minimum wage where I live—so $20 an hour per piece, going up in half-hour increments. for instance, this commission for my Curse of Strahd DM, a fully rendered bust:
took me 4.5 hours to complete, and so cost $90.
the sketch, on the other hand:
took me just an hour to complete!! so that's a flat $20.
this illustration with lineart and very simple flats:
took me ~3 hours, and would cost around $60.
a more complicated illustration like this wallpaper I did for myself:
took me around 8 hours, I think (I didn't time myself while working, so it very well could've been more), and so would cost at least $160.
and an illustration with a background:
will take me SO much longer. (I was working on this piece on and off for about two months, so I'm not sure exactly how many hours I spent on it, but my best ballpark estimate is 12–16 in total.)

Going by only what I've come across online myself, in comments and forums, and in direct conversation, therians will say therianthropy is not at all correlated with being trans or with being lgbtq as a whole. I've not really understood why that's the case. My own experience has always felt very transgender. Even that I'm uncertain of as I haven't (and don't plan to) socially transition, so I can't properly compare the two, I don't even know what it feels like to be (have?) a gender. Maybe it's just not been explained to me in the right way, maybe my experience is unique, I'm trying to find out.
Therians, trans people, both, please tell me about your own experiences with that if you feel comfortable doing so. Especially if you're both please tell me how they're different for you, or how they're similar for you! I'm trying to figure this out for myself so if you're not comfortable sharing your experiences please reblog so I can hear from more people.
For context on my own experience:
I recognised having dysphoria over being human not long after becoming interested in furry culture. I had heard of otherkin before but assumed that because I didn't want to be fully animal I didn't count, and also because I thought I only wanted to be an anthro, and not that I am an anthro. Currently my belief is that the true self exists in the ideal self, and so wanting to be an anthro means I am one. Because I didn't feel like I was therian, or know much about it to begin with, I didn't look into therian and otherkin spaces. When I got these dysphoric feelings I kept them to myself for the most part as I felt like I was weird and strange, only talking about it to my trans partner (at the time), and she had never heard of otherkins or therians, and so related it to her own trans experience. From her I then figured my dysphoria is similar to gender dysphoria. I even have a trans sister and so learnt plenty about what it means to be trans from my mum telling us both about it.
A year or two later my cis parter convinced me that I do count as otherkin/therian, and only then did I look into those communities. I assumed others would have the same feelings I did that it's like gender dysphoria but haven't yet come across a single otherkin/therian saying that their otherkinity/therianthropy feels similar to being trans/lgbtq. I didn't say or ask anything because I was (and still am) quite socially anxious.
I'm currently sick with something and it's given me time to think and reflect, and introspection doesn't seem to be giving me any answers. Describe your own experiences, say why you think they are similar or not, I just want to hear what people think so I can come to a conclusion on myself.

Miyoko here! Excited for new stories, but I have one small request.
If you can, I would like to see move character development and action for child characters like Gregory, Daisy, and probably not Bodhi because he is a bb. But still, I love your stories a lot. I just feel like we see Fronnie A LOT, and that it's important to show off all characters instead of just one couple.
Again, love your stories, I just wanna see my bb Gregory and the bean that is Daisy more.
<3!
(Sorry this is gonna be a long post lol)
Hii thanks for the ask!
I for sure see what you mean. I've been thinking about that too, and I've gotten quite a few comments about that 😅
I've been planning how I'm going to incorporate the other characters in more, so I guess now is a good time to reveal the surprises I had for you guys, then! Cause I think they'll be good news:
-I apologized before for losing motivation and rushing the Mafia AU... like, by a lot. It was supposed to be a big, cool series, and I blew it. I told you all I would make the fronnie origin story for it like I promised, but I was also going to rewrite the first story, and add a second part to it! That second part is going to revolve around Gregory and Freddy being alone, and it's focusing on them healing from their loss, and fixing their fractured relationship! (And Gregory gets a gun finally to do totally legal things with). But basically, you can disregard the first story of the Mafia AU, consider it a first draft from now on.
-I referenced in my last post my new story coming out soon called "This is NOT a Fronnie Story" (creative title, I know). But I didn't tell anyone what it was about. It's similar to NGUOY, whereas they're anthro but have families and work at the Pizza Plex, but it basically revolves around how Roxanne and Chica became a couple, and focuses on Roxanne raising Cassie, and it also builds onto Foxy and Monty's relationship. (And fronnie just goes on in the background lol)
-And the third surprise: In the Wild West AU, (the next big AU coming out), just like Gregory was the main character in the Pirate AU... Daisy was gonna' be the main character in this one! (Bodhi's there too ofc), but it builds on Daisy's relationship with her parents from her perspective, and her relationship with her brothers. (She is also older now, art coming out soon 👀).
(I also have that one-shot story coming out soon, so I'll also be making one-shots for other characters upon request and on my own)
I know people have really been wanting me to include the other characters more, so I got ya'll covered! I hope you guys will enjoy those future stories!! 🫶

I see a lot of posts of you talking about your comic but like what is your comic called and where can I find it? It sounds really cool
Oh, the first album of A Friend of Caesar should be getting into print this year! I'm working on the third album myself while my publisher is juggling a whole bunch of different projects too. There's going to be 10 albums of it altogether, and the plan was to have the volumes going into print and sale at an one-album-per-year rate, so it may take a solid decade even if I manage to complete the artwork itself faster than that, and move onto another project.
The comic itself is a graphic novel adaptation of a book by the same name, by William Stearns Davis, and like the name would imply it's set in ancient Rome, and not only are many of the characters based on actual historical figures, the protagonist (who is, by my grasp of it, the fictional son of a man who also actually existed), personally meets Julius Caesar. Whom Davis gave ADHD for some reason so I decided to depict him as a cheetah.
I originally wrote the comic script as a "practice run" to writing comic scripts, in order to get a proper hang of how to do that before trying to adapt one of my unfinished book attempts into a comic. I didn't plan to do anything with Caesar myself before it crossed my mind to ask my publishers if they'd be interested in it, and since my publisher is mainly focused on anthro comics, I made the few tweaks that I needed to do for the script to make it so.
We originally intended to find some other artist to illustrate the script I wrote - to have a writer-and-artist team - because I did not plan on having to draw all that stuff that was far beyond my skillset, but since there were no takers, I figured that I'd rather have the whole comic drawn poorly by myself than not at all. The first album especially is clumsy and shoddy as hell, and I decided to draw every album in a reverse order - starting with the last page of the album and working backwards towards page 1, so that the first few pages that a reader will lay eyes on are the best I can do with my current skill set at the time, and they hopefully won't mind that the pages get clumsier and shoddier towards the end of it.
This plan seems to be working, I'm on page seven (out of 34) of album 3, and I already physically cringe at the clumsiness of the first pages of album 1 and it hasn't even gotten into print yet. But there's still seven albums to go and I look forward to learning to do better as I go. And hopefully by the time I've reached the last album, I've developed enough as an artist to properly illustrate the cool shit at the end of it, city of Alexandria, naval warfare, and the palace of Cleopatra (and herself also).

Propaganda why Oscar is insufferable:
"“I want to be famous!” Ok, what for? “Whatever means I don’t have to work.”"
"Selfish, shallow, vain, materialistic, reckless, irresponsible, etc. Doesn't even have an aesthetically pleasing design, he's horrible to look at (like every other character in the movie tbf) so bro has literally 0 redeeming qualities. That one shrimp with the ridiculous sob story should have been the protag instead"
"His entire personality revolves around being shallow and selfish, to the point he sees no issue with lying for his own material gain, in the process shamelessly screwing over his best friend/future girlfriend -- she gave him her grandmother's valuable precious pearl to pay off his debts and get out of trouble, because she cares about him, and instead he fucking gambled it all on a horse race on impulse because he overheard some rando saying the race was rigged and guaranteed to win (surprise, it wasn't). Never really faces appropriate consequences for any of his actions. Gets an undeserved happy ending to top it all off, when really he deserves to suffer a little and learn a lesson.
Also has one of the ugliest anthro-animal designs I've ever seen so he's insufferable to even LOOK at, jesus christ."
Propaganda why Richard Rahl is insufferable:
"The character always, always has to be Right and Moral and Good. He always knows more than: his wife, organized religion, any and all government orders that he didn't set up personally. While he starts out reasonable enough in the first few books, he slowly devolves into the author's Ayn Rand-fantasy stand-in. In every book there's always a huge monologue that's secretly about how bad (fantasy) communism is.
Richard is also hypocritical. He will flip flop on issues and change with the whims of the author, but the narrative always portrays him as in the right no matter the context."
"Protagonist of the most idiotic book series ever, literally wins by sheer dumb luck and being too stupid to plan as the world bends around him. His girlfriend keeps getting kidnapped so he can rescue her, despite allegedly being powerful. He’s a fantasy Ayn Rand follower. He inherited a sword and the Most Powerful Magic Combination Ever which he can’t be trained in because he needs to learn by instinct. Every woman ever falls in love with him or is determined to help him by prophecy. He gets captured and tortured by several bdsm women (author fetish, blatantly) and doesn’t even appreciate it. He gradually seizes more and more control over he world than even his evil tyrant dad, then throughs a fit and runs off into the woods to sulk, leaving them to a violent conquest, when people object to this via voting. He’s inexplicably good at death football. I can keep going."
"Literally the oc in the author’s shitty Ayn Rand fantasy novel. All the women want him, he does magic by instinct. He cannot be trained because he has super rare magic that nobody else has had for millenia. His birth has been prophecied for centuries. Every new book features a new problem only he can solve by being too instinctly good at magic and untrained. He comes up with the Wizard’s Rules of Magic by dumb luck.
In one book he defeats communism and hopelessness by crafting the perfect statue of his girlfriend Kahlan, who is a way cooler character but still a Mary Sue & an idiot. The statue is so cool & beautiful & well made for the joy of making (unlike work under communism), that he sparks a riot and toppled the evil empire. By building a statue."

Voretober 09 - Wheel
what the hell am I supposed to do with "wheel"
Length: 1600 words Vore type: Oral vore, unwilling prey, F/M Fandom: None Other info: snake/anthro, digestion as threat Summary: A fox on the run finds a fortuitous hiding spot, and the snake in it is very friendly! Surely nothing will go wrong.
David vaulted over a fallen log, then took a tight left around a boulder, using his fluffy to counterbalance, before using it to leap across a stream. His pursuer may have been faster than him, but he knew these woods like the back of his hand. Unfortunately, that didn't mean the fox could keep it up forever, or even lose his tracker; he'd have to settle on a hiding place, but all the trees took too long to climb, the bushes were too thin, and the stream was simply too slow. Running mostly on autopilot, his limbs carried him over and around what David hoped would be a tough route to follow, while he searched his memory and sight for a big enough tree or log hollow, a cave, anything.
A looming, black shape grabbed his attention; without a better plan, David swung his arm around a thin tree and beelined for… a huge tire, laying across one of the forest's tourism nature trails. The fox inwardly grimaced at the sign of heavy industrial equipment, but decided it was ultimately a boon: worrying about future development would have to wait for him to know that his future would even exist. After one last peek over his shoulder, checking if his pursuer, and thus he, could be easily seen, David dove into the middle of the tire and shimmied into its cavity. Opaque, relatively small, and granting him shadow to hide in, a fantastic stroke of luck.
"Gah! Woah, where'd you come from?" At the new voice, David's heart thundered. Luckily, he didn't recognize it, so he at least knew who it wasn't.
Still, the fox looked around for the source, hesitant to speak up, just in case. On the slightly sunnier side of the tire, he caught the shimmer of mottled, brown scales, and as his eyes adjusted to the shade, he saw more and more of the stranger. A long snake coiled over and around herself, only barely encircled by the massive tire, with her head resting about a third of the way around from him. Scales slid against scales as she drew closer, keen curiosity in her bright yellow eyes.
This time, it was intimidation, not fear of discovery, that stayed David's tongue, so the snake flickered hers and tried again. "Not that I mind company, but I was in the middle of a nap…" she said, then turned her head to yawn; Her lower jaw wiggled back and forth before returning to normal at the end. "…hello? Foxy?"
Realizing that she expected him to speak, David finally found his voice. "I… I'm hiding from someone. I don't know for certain what will happen, but I really, really don't want to be caught." A thought struck him, and he consulted his mental map of the forest. "Has this tire been here long? I don't remember it when I passed by a few days ago."
"Oh, it's mine. A portable hide, and one not out of place nearly anywhere!" The snake tapped her head affectionately against the inner rubber. "It took a bit to learn how to roll in it, but well worth it!"
The fox sighed, relieved. "So there aren't plans to destroy this forest. Good."
"Nope, just a wandering snake. Fiona, by the way, amateur story collector."
"Huh?"
"My name. Since I figure we'll be close for a bit," Fiona replied.
"Right, sorry. I'm David… just a fox." Something piqued his curiosity. "What do you mean, story collector?"
Fiona's eyes gleamed. "I'm glad you asked! After all, it's the reason I'm even in this thing! Lay back, let me elucidate." David did so, shimmying back against several lengths of her scaly body. His paws found a convenient gap to tuck into, and then the snake continued:
"Nearly since I hatched, I loved hearing about stuff other people did - incredible sights my siblings saw, improbable battles, tales of creatures I never even thought could exist! I did what I could to remember them and retell them for my younger siblings, or those who simply weren't there to hear at the time."
A comforting pressure crept up David's ankles. "That… if you don't mind me saying, that sounds pretty normal so far."
"It was! But eventually, I realized that different creatures and people have different life stories to tell, and I'd get comparatively nowhere just by staying around where I grew up." Fiona's head drifted from one side of the tire to the other, and David's gaze followed.
"So you decided to travel and found the tire?"
The snake laughed. "Oh, no, this was only a few months ago. I started by just slithering around." As though demonstrating, her entire body shifted and undulated against itself, covering more of David's body; he thought perhaps he ought to be concerned, but he wanted to hear Fiona tell her story. "But I did decide to travel! Forests, villages, a couple streams, so many different people with so many life stories to tell. A recent favorite of mine is a bunny girl whose life story was the time she scammed a human out of two entire caskets of wi- oop, shush!"
With a blur of movement, Fiona's coils covered David completely; he was about to shout and try to free himself when, instead, he heard very familiar footsteps. Hidden so completely by the snake's body, it was only his ears that truly picked up the person he was trying so hard to avoid. Raggedy breathing, the slam of paws on rubber, and a low growl; the fox could only pray that Fiona was the only one visible. After far too much time to be comfortable, the breathing grew quieter, as did angry, heavy footsteps.
Finally, a few lengths of her scaly body parted, letting him see again. In front of him was a smiling snake, yellow eyes bright and mirthful, clearly trying her best not to laugh. Looking at her, he found it tempting to join in - but wouldn't dare having just escaped disaster. Once again, Fiona was the first to speak, in a hissing whisper, "his entire head was bright pink!"
David grinned back and nodded. "Yeah, we're not exactly friends. Now, I wouldn't kill him, but I don't know if he'd extend the same courtesy."
"Clearly. Oh, speaking of which, would you like to know why I said the bunny thing was her life story, even though it was just a day? I've got two reasons."
The fox hummed. "Is one of them philosophical, like it's a representation of their personality in just one story?"
Fiona giggled, bringing a smile to David's muzzle. "Kind of! It's more that they're all unique, at least in how they're told if not what actually happens in there. Like lives! I like your idea, though."
In spite of himself, David felt himself blush at the compliment; he told himself it was just because he was laying down that his face grew so easily hot. "Thanks, Fiona. You said two, though? What's the second?"
"I'm glad you asked!"
The serpentine smile before him vanished, instead transforming into a wide, fleshy maw, glistening with drool. David tried to pull back, but of course, her body was all around him, and there was nothing he could do as pink filled his vision, then black, as she swallowed his muzzle and head in just a few gulps. The fox tried his best to push her off, but not only did her scaly body keep his from moving too much, it even tightened when he struggled! With her throat holding his mouth closed, the closest he could manage to a cry for help was a frantic moan, one muffled by her jaws and the tire. Of course, even without it, the two of them had put so much effort into being unheard that David was certain nobody around would have been able to hear him, anyway.
Around his shoulders, the heat and wetness of Fiona's mouth replaced her cooler, dry scales. When David focused - and he tried not to - he felt her throat expand and contract, allowing her to work her way down his body. His chest and midsection were next to go, leaving his arms pinned only by her gullet, rather than her coils, not that that was any help, as a few futile struggles soon proved. As she approached his waist, part of the fox was still in denial: surely she was far too thin a snake to fit him? Clearly, Fiona would have to give up eventually. But as a discomforting dampness and pressure slipped over his hips and down his thighs, that fantasy grew weaker and weaker.
With her maw at his knees, David found the pressure around his head lessen. The air grew more acrid, but her body wasn't as tight so deep. He tried shouting for help, just in case, right before her mouth closed after his paws, sealing his doom. From there, he could do little more than wait while her body squeezed the rest of his into her stomach. The fox's eyes stung, but no tears came. And then, with her throat clear once more, the snake addressed him once more.
"You're handling this well. Anyway, more practically, I call them life stories because they're given in exchange for life!" The pep in Fiona's voice carried a far more menacing quality from the inside of her stomach, David found. "So, mister "just a fox," unless you want to take care of my lunches for the next couple weeks, I can't wait to hear yours!"

Howdy there! I am Thumper Cloudbright! Ya can call me Thumps, or simply Thumper, or Twilight, the name of my wof sona.
☆Info Blurb☆
I am an adult, my age is 21
I am a bigender woman with she/her and he/him prounous, and am perfectly fine with being called either or hehe (you can also call me dude or bro)
I have sensory processing disorder, and possibly a form of adhd (spd was verified by psychologist, and me and my parents think I got adhd from how some of my quirks work)
I am pan, all genders are beautiful, a trans ally, and therian ally! In my eyes, as long as who you are doesn't hurt others or yourself, then you are free to be you!
I adore stories that have animal characters, monsters, dinosaurs, mythical creatures, nature aesthetic and vibes, anything of the sort! Mushrooms are one of my absolute favorite little beings, they're just so cute☆
Horror is one of my favorite genres, with how you can bend designs and make things creepy or scary. Fav colors are dark purple, black, blues, greens, and brown, and I am a practicing artist. I've made some good things, but I can definitely grow in my craft, and I certainly plan to.
I want to be a novelist, just gotta work through some life stuff to get there. I try to be a positive force, as there's already plenty of negativity going around, and I don't want to be all doom and gloom. Just not how I roll dude.
The Fandoms I Am Part of!
Wof (Main thing I do on this blog, I adore dragons)
Tmnt (Loved them since I was a kid, should make some art of them soon. They're what got me into anthro characters hehe)
Warrior Cats (Just starting to get into them, they're pretty neat)
Fnaf (It's what got me into horror)
Pokemon (First game I ever played was Soul Silver, love the franchise to pieces, have all the games from gen four and up!)
Cult of the Lamb (I love this game it's so good and the art is dope!)
Mlp (Casual fan, didn't watch the gen four show, but I like the art, and I watched the old movies!)
Undertale and Deltarune (Casual fan, in love with the sprite art of both, the story, and music!)
Sonic (My eldest brother made me one xD I might post my ocs here one day)
All Tomorrows (It's so beautiful in a cosmic, horrifying, existential crisis way)
Furry Fandom (More casual on my side, haven't been to a convention, but I do enjoy it. Kinda wished it was more chill tho-)
Niche (An awesome indie game on Steam and Switch! You control the genes of your nichelings and help them survive their world)
Amphibia (My newest fandom, I really dig the art style and characters. Yet again, my other older brother got me into it lol)
Projects I'm Working On!
Wof: A Fierce Legacy: Au where Fierceteeth becomes queen after proving herself to Glory against other candidates. After some time, she has three dragonets: Two sons named Shadowglider and Sharpmind, and one daughter named Direclaws, who hatched under two blood moons. Now Fierceteeth has to grapple with the fact her daughter will one day challenge her for the throne... and Direclaws has to grapple with seeing that future.
Wof Legends: Alternate Past: Legitimately was made to give poor Foeslayer a better IceWing husband, then I noticed how much would change, so it's gonna be interesting alright xD It's also gonna be huge. Lots of stuff to cover.
Wof: A Moon Taken By Rain: A curious idea I had for an au where Secretkeeper wasn't there on time, thus Moonwatcher is taken and raised by a RainWing named Macaw. Also RainWings get a big rework, because I think it would be more interesting if they weren't uh... well what they are in book three lol. Don't get me wrong, I love my hippie dragons, but I think it would be better if did have a queen earlier on who whipped them into shape.
Wof: RainWing Succession: The story here is that Queen Grandeur of the RainWings has six daughters, and all of them want the throne for various reasons. The sisters are:
Princess Abundance, Princess Blissful, Princess Cassytha, Princess Divine, Princess Felicity, and Princess Luxurious.
Only one of these dragons is worthy of the throne, and she will have to work for it... and find out why one of her sisters has mysteriously disappeared.
This is gonna be a precursor to the Moon Taken By Rain story!
Tmnt: Beast's Embrace: Something I've been playing with for years lol. It is an Au that goes more in depth into what all mutagen can do, where it came from, and how it effects mutants, on more than one plane of existence. It's a bit of a mix of ninja turtles and Bloodborne, hence why it's called Beast's Embrace.
The brothers are quite different from their more canon selves too, because I feel like it be more interesting and make it stand out.
Mike is the oldest at 19, and the leader of the team, therapist, and the main muscle. He is still goofy and fun loving, but also much more serious and level headed, and quite noble. He is based on the Big Headed Turtle.
Raph is the second oldest at 19, though a couple months behind Mike, and he is second in command, helping plan out strategies, along with being a mechanic, often helping Don. He is more stoic, with a calm energy, though is also very brutal when out fighting. He is based on the Northern River Terrapin.
Don is third eldest at 16, and is the doc and brains when it comes to anything mutagen related, robots or chemistry. He is the most severely mutated due to using mutagen he carefully made to make himself "better", and more himself. Very eccentric, his default expression is a smile, and it takes a lot to make him change expression. He makes a lot of friends. He is based on the Roti Island Snake Neck Turtle.
And finally, Leo is the youngest, at 16, being a couple months younger than Don. He is the fastest and most stealthy, able to sneak in just about anywhere. He is very morbid and sadistic, but grows to be noble and just, as he looks up to Mike. He is based on the Bog Turtle.
Ask box is open if you wanna send me asks and all that👍 I'm thinking of allowing wof dragon art requests, like ocs, though still on the fence about it, as I do want to make sure I am decent at drawing them first lol
I'm also starting to do free wof adopts! I like the joy of creating them, then sending them out into the world for others to enjoy🎉
Oh and I also gots a Toyhouse! You can check out what all I do here☆
https://toyhou.se/Thumper_Cloudbright9
🚫DNI🚫
Pedos & Zoophiles (Still have no idea how these two clowns exist-)
Anti Lgbtq
Anti Neoprounous
Ableists
Anti Furry (I promise I am not a raging horny maniac on the loose lmao)
Proshippers (gonna be more specific here: I'm talking about the extreme kinds that think shipping kiddlets with adults is "pErFeCtLy AcCePTaBlE!!" And harras people over it. As long as you don't do that, and don't harrass others over shipping and don't endorse what you consume, you're in the clear and may interact if you'd like. Just don't bring drama and we're ok)
Terfs
Racists
Scientologists
If any of ya do interact, you will be instant blocked, and I will get to move on with my life, forgetting your name :3 (the more dangerous of you will be ☆reported☆)
And that takes care of that! Thanks for reading, and I hope you enjoy my content. Adios for now!

Honestly we dunno why we didn't expect anyone to see that magic item post (probably cuz we were just making it to have an easy thing to link the DM (though they link adding and color coding was super nice too tbh)). But like, figure we should give *some* kinda insight into our designing of things.
First, we wanted to fix up a few issues we'd had with Ranger, particularly around Hunter's Mark (we know 2024 provided some HM buffs but like... not a lot and we aren't planning to go 20 Ranger lmao). And also make sure to keep in with how the Ronin subclass from Ryoko's works particularly with its damage boost on weapon draw
Then there were some class fix up things we wanted to do with Echo Knight. EK hasn't actually been updated to the 2024 rules, so if they buff it when they get to it, awesome, but right now we only have 5e. Anyways! Unleash Incarnation is *incredibly* useful but you get like, maximum 5 uses, and only get them back on a long rest, ergo the short rest boost. And Unleash Incarnation also... specifies it has to be a melee attack with your echo... and we get that giving your Echo a ranged weapon would be a little powerful, but fuck it, we did it anyways (with some minor limitations)
We also wanted to accurately translate how our partner's horn magic worked, it's both a defensive and offensive tool, so as an extension of that, we gave it two very good defensive spells, and the whole weapon creation thing, and *eventually* an alternate version of Steel Wind Strike (one of the coolest Ranger spells that going only 15 in Ranger wouldn't allow us to get normally). And in general we wanted the buffs these things provided to grow too, so we, made sure we got more uses out of the defensive spells as we leveled up, and that the weapons got stronger as we leveled up too. As Koeia levels and learns and gets stronger, they learn how to more effectively use the magic their master's horn gives them and as such the magic gets stronger too.
Additionally, while we'd be getting Rage from going part Barbarian eventually, that'd cut out all spell use, including Hunter's Mark... so we wanted something that
Allowed them to still cast/concentrate on Hunter's Mark while
Entering a Rage-like state and getting some buffs and
Gave us an excuse to let them have the chimera horns X3
It has a different activation condition than Rage, being only when you're at 1/2 hp or when you get a crit, so you can't just go into it right off the bat. It is instead a tool used to turn around a bad situation (1/2 hp) or to push an advantageous one (landing a crit). And then we made it work with Barbarian Rage because we're really only gonna be using BA as a last resort type thing anyways :p
We also stole part of the first and last levels upgrades from, well a horny dnd handbook lmao XD the taking the Help action as a bonus action thing, and the 3 charges for Blink/Teleport thing, as WELL as the "when you're praised, get horny" curse all came from there. Because... they're all accurate to Koeia as a person. Koeia would absolutely be fast to help someone with something they're good at. And we'd been playing around with the idea that (anthro) Koeia could teleport for a little while. And yes, Koeia has a praise kink.
Overall this was an incredibly long winded way of saying that, our main goal was to provide some useful buffs and cool abilities while also taking into account and staying in line with who Koeia is as person. And we like to think we did that pretty well.
#koeia's journal#sona: koeia#puppy howls about dnd#<- prolly wont use that one too much but its gonna be our new tag for when we're talking about dnd stuff#yes we're gonna go back and put it on the original post too

i wanted to draw rain world scug headcanons but keep being busy and distracted with other stuff so ima write now, draw later >w<; readmore cuz it long
Survivor: -has a lot of small scars on body, but isn't normally visible -collects various items as a salvaging habit, and anthro form prefers clothes with a lot of pockets for this reason -becomes Gourmand's best disciple in crafting, makes simple tools and jewelry Monk: -has a couple bite scars from early taming attempts -makes accessories and trinkets from shed skin, feathers, and bones due to having a lot of that from spending time with lizards -the above details makes them look like a warrior or druid at first glance, but is an absolute sweetheart to everyone -brown spots like banana slug! Hunter: -doesn't properly reincarnate cuz the rot counts as another living being, so they're stuck together until one consumes the other -as such when Hunter is fully taken over, they finally reincarnate but all the way back from just before the rot fully develops, probably impairing their memory or setting them back at square one alternate artihunter angst -has scav-like mannerisms and a lot less graceful than other scugs -probably would've had an easy time befriending scavs if Artificer didn't make them terrified of red scugs Artificer: -it's popular to depict artificer as a punk- and i see why- but i see em as more of chancla mom, very affectionate and doting with other scugs but brutal towards perceived threats -single-handedly the core reason all scavs are nervous wrecks in the presence of scugpups -has accidentally launched themself or others after grooming due to forgetting their saliva is explosive, darker patches of fur are due to this -tries to parent 5P on the ways of the scug Gourmand: -dense like a pitbull, ripped underneath the chub, which makes them even heavier- and stronger- than they look -gets tired not because they're 'out of shape' but cuz they have to lift their own weight a lot with the usual scug acrobatics -can immobilize scugs, scavs, and smaller lizards just by loafing on top of them, uses this to put them in "time-out" -has an observable grasp on ancient technology and is trying to teach other scugs Rivulet: -actually not a scug but a convergent evolution that strongly resembles them, with a bunch of biological and behavioral differences but gets along well enough -extremely prone to zoomies, body-checks others by accident often -very physical with affection and curiosity, which overwhelms some but is v appreciated by those who appreciate it -impossible to keep a grip on, like a wet ferret Spearmaster: -tail is hard to the touch due to containing needle-producing organs rather than fat or muscle -longer/taller than most scugs but also very thin, giving them an unnatural stretched-out appearance, which paired with the lack of a mouth and the strange tail, gives other scugs an uncanny valley effect -rivulet is unaffected by this and loves climbing onto them -can in fact wawa but it sounds creepy coming out of the tail vents -scugs have a gestural language for stealth 'talking', Spearmaster learns it and ends up improvising new signs to expand the language -teaches scugpups how to draw when they meet packs that don't mind their appearance Saint: -actually one of the younger scugs, but acts like a weary old man anyway due to what they've been through and also to try seem wiser and cooler -almost as zoomie-prone as rivulet and gets goofy with tongue acrobatics, but immediately pretends nothing happened if another scug catches them in the act -the floof is solely because SOS finds it cute -does the scrunge face when they tongue-grab something unpleasant -has attempted to use Enot's eggs to break the cycle. seems that didn't go according to plan... -seems to act as Monk's mentor but Monk helps them more
Nightcat: -literally just an ordinary scug besides the fur color, is basically the normie neighbor to the other scugs, always around but never got involved with the iterators or any big events -possibly the un-altered enot... nah, i'm sure it's a coincidence. Enot/INV/???: -despite obviously being a purposed organism, there are no records or knowledge of their existence -probs an attempt to destroy the karma cycle, but they destabilize it instead, causing unpredictable changes and probably causing alternate realities -bizarre personality and overly affectionate antics either due to loose grasp on reality or being unable to keep a consistent relationship between fluctuating timelines/realities -pretty hush on what the other timelines are like since it causes awkward situations, but couldn't resist telling 5P about Five Pebbsi, the catboy outfit, and various other embarrassing details. 5P killed them on the spot for it. worth it. -Saint seems to know about them but won't elaborate why or how
most of it's lame but wanted to say anyway bweh

So far I've only really done Undertale stuff. I've made Equustale and FnaFtale yeah, but that's not enough for me. I'm into other fandoms. So today, I present to eeryone... My MLP redesigns! (I haven't watched an MLP episode in a year so hopefully these are ok and don't contradict anything)
(I know I'm not the best at drawing, hopefully these designs aren't awful. Also I know I forgot the cutie marks. I'll design them in the future. I also plan to make some anthro designs and of course ship kiddies)
First there is Fluttershy. She is 2' 0'' (Petite to a whole 'nother level) to the top of her head. She is a Pudu Deer pegasus (Mom is a deer, dad is a pony). She is 27 years old. Fluttersy is very small and tiny. She can't fly well because of her thin tiny wings. She was held back in flight school as a filly.
Rainbow Dash next. Rainbow Dash is a thoroughbred pegasus, 5' 4'' to the top of her head, age 26. She has big ol' wings and is very light on her feet. She wears goggles because it helps her fly without the wind blowing in her eyes. Also because it looks cool.
Then Applejack. Applejack is a big and hefty Clydesdale horse, standing at a nice 5' 0''. She is 29. Applejack is weightier in her hooves and has some fluff.
Pinkie Pie! (I had the most fun designing her) Pinkie is the youngest at 25. She likes to paint her hooves, wear bows, and cover her mane in sprinkles and confetti. She parties in her spare time. She is nice and plumpy. A 3' 6'' Shetland Earth Pony.
Rarity is next. She is 29, slightly older than Applejack. She is very elegant and pretty and generally small for a unicorn, and is an Arabian breed. She is 4' 2''. I didn't give her a leonine tail or ancient unicorn horn I know. I just like this tail better.
Twilight Sparky now. She is not an alicorn. She is an Appaloosa Unicorn at 5' 2''. She is 28 years old. She has a feathery leonine tail. Twilight doesn't have really good eyesight and wears glasses. She has white spots all over her body to resemble stars.
Thought I was done? Nah. I also did the male mane six! Rather then make them the same but just boys I tried to make them their own characters somewhat.
First is Butterscotch. He is visually the opposite of Flutters. Tall, at a nice 5' 8''. I wanted to go for a gentle giant effect.. He is a Red Deer pegasus (Father is a deer, mother is a pony). He is 28, maybe a little younger than Twilight Sparkle. While Fluttershy is more in tune with animals and small critters, Butterscotch is better with plants. He knows how to take care of any type of flower, plant, or tree.
Rainbow Blitz next. He is a thoroughbred pegasus. He is 5' 9'' and 28, a little older than Twilight and Butterscotch. He is very feathery and so totaly manly. You can tell by the rainbow hoofpaint. Rainbow Blitz isn't as fast in the air because his wings are small, but he can run quite fast. He can run at a powerful 140 to 170 MPH. That isn't to say he's not a fast flier. He's just not as fast as Rainbow Dash.
Male Applejack. I refer to male Applejack as Applejax, so that's what I'm going to call him so that there's less confusion. Applejax is the biggest at a wopping 6 feet tall. He is a Shire horse and is 29, older than Rarity.
Bubble Berry next. Bubble Berry is an Irish Donkey (Mother is a pony, father is a pony. She gets the donkey from another relative). I saw somebody make Pinkie a donkey and I fell in love with the idea so I had to make someone a donkey. So Bubble Berry is the man. Bubble Berry is 4' 4'' and is 27, slightly older than Fluttershy. He has a super furry body. Bubble Berry likes to make smoothies, parfeits, milkshakes, and other drinks and fancy fruity foods.
Next is Elusive. Elusive is an Arabian unicorn. He is 5' 6'' and 30. He is the oldest out of everyone. Elusive is a fashion designer like Rarity, but while Rarity is primarily a feminine fashion designer who designs dresses and gowns, Elusive designs suits and tuxedos. He primarily designs fashion for the bulkier figures of stallions.
And finally there's Dusk Shine. Dusk Shine is a 27 year old Arabian unicorn, only slightly older than Fluttershy. He is 5' 4''. Dusk Shine is a librarian. He works very hard and puts off other things such as hygene (Hense the messy mane and tail) and eating, 'cause who needs to eat, so he can keep working on his studies in his spare time instead.
Here's a height comparison chart by their withers/backs.
I want to start making more art for other fandoms like My Little Pony and Pokemon, but I'm not sure. Should I just stick to Undertale? Would you guys be interested in other fandoms? Let me know.

might be some controversial takes about Hazbin/Helluva under the cut but honestly I really don't know what the popular consensus is about any of it. I'm gonna try to keep these short but here's a list of thoughts I have so far.
-I'm interested in where Hazbin could go. The concept of rehabilitation for sinners and how the meaning of rehabilitation could change, as well as the unbalanced power of heaven vs. hell and who are the true sinners is very interesting.
-I don't find myself laughing at the humor of any of these shows. It feels like the kind of humor that's only supposed to shock you with the vulgarity. Which is only really funny to a teenager, not the intended adult audience.
-the music is hit or miss, mostly miss. The Hazbin pilot songs I particularly did not enjoy.
-the animation and design are nice, tho I'm not really sure who to credit with that, as I have been made aware that Vivziepop tends to take "inspiration" from artists in an informal manner.
-really do not like the sound design. The noises are obnoxious, the volumes are all over the place and there have been times where I cannot hear what characters are saying.
-voice acting is pretty good. I understand that fans got very upset when a lot of the actors for Hazbin had to be recast with union members and tbh I'm not bothered by that. Support unions.
-im worried about what they're gonna do with Vaggie. She's starting out as the partner to the main character but she's also been established as the "PC" character who annoys the fan favorites Angel Dust and Alastor.
-I'm not at all interested in Alastor, he looks like a satire of the Vivziepop style.
-Angel Dust is interesting, and I'm not too bothered by seeing an openly and overtly queer character, even if it's not sanitized. I am a little concerned about how quickly his character depth was revealed long before the first season is even finished. Could Viv really not wait to talk about Angel Dust that much? What will be left to explore in the show?
-also like, we are getting a LOT of content for Hazbin including a spinoff already on its second season, tons of merch and lots of droplets of information that end up on the wiki BEFORE the first season of the show is even out and it doesn't feel right, like the crew is celebrating the success of the show before its even out. Weird stuff. Not sure if it's gonna bite them in the ass yet.
-the Helluva pilot was not enjoyable at all and I didn't actually start watching the show until the second season
(here comes the big one)
-I actually don't mind too much what's being done with Stolas. It makes sense that a person with very few friends and trapped in an arranged marriage with a cruel partner would make the decisions that he has, regardless of whether or not they are the right ones.
-What I am concerned with is if the story with Stolas was planned from the beginning, or if it was decided later on to recontextualize his character when they crew decided they liked Stolas more than as just a cutaway gag in the pilot.
-Moxxie and Millie are... okay. On one hand it's nice to see throughout everything Moxxie has been through, as well as literally being in Hell, he still retains his kindness, empathy and love for his wife. Millie is... okay, but I get the feeling that she exists to keep Moxxie from becoming the series punching bag, like as compensation. Or a way to inject some "wholesomeness" into our main characters. I keep hearing that a Millie episode is on the way, but I don't know what really to expect.
-as a furry/scalie who isn't into canine anthros, I'm not into Loona.
-I'm interested in seeing more of what the other rings of Hell look like, tho I fear that the Gluttony ring is going to be filled with fatphobic jokes.
-The action scenes are usually pretty cool, tho with the Vivziepop style it can be a bit eye-strain-y for me.
-vivziepop stans are scary. seeing them jump to her defense whenever she faces a major criticism is frustrating and it only incites a bigger wave of criticism. see this post if you want my extended thoughts about it.
-this series is being produced, written and released in a way I don't think I've ever seen so I'm gonna try to keep an open mind about it, but that does not mean I'm gonna enjoy it blindly NOR am I gonna nitpick it. I'm gonna keep up with it and maybe share more of my thoughts, tagged accordingly and under 'read more' lines.
