The Moon Will Sing

A/N: i literally cannot stop drawing stags. Elk on the left Fallow deer on the right bc you guys know I love them <3 i was thinking about posting these independently but i decided the crane wives were too good ♥︎ i promise i will draw something else soon also !! i updated my intro post bc i realized i never added pronouns LOL my bad guys

I am aware I'm prey.

I've been told since I was shivering on bloody grass, my newborn shaky legs made to support my weight from the moment I took my first breath.

I just didn't realize that those who told me were the predators.

Until their teeth sunk in too close to bone and the pelt they wore to hide their claws came off.

A/N: been thinking and drawing about deer a lot recently. specifically stags. idk they’re just so ethereal to me. where’s my moot who loves deer imagery come get your food ♡︎
