Navigating Debt Mediation: Key Insights for Homeowners
Financial challenges are a reality for many homeowners today, whether from unexpected medical bills, job loss, or other emergencies. When debt becomes too much to handle, debt mediation can offer a structured approach to negotiating with creditors and finding relief. Here’s what you need to know about debt mediation services and how they can benefit you.
The Debt Mediation Process
Debt mediation involves a neutral third party who helps homeowners negotiate with creditors to reduce debts and find a mutually agreeable repayment plan. Unlike bankruptcy, which has severe long-term consequences, mediation aims to avoid legal action and preserve your assets. This process is particularly helpful for those struggling with mortgage payments, credit card debts, or other financial obligations. Explore more about debt relief options to understand your choices.
Benefits of Debt Mediation
Cost-Effective: Debt mediation is generally less expensive than legal alternatives like bankruptcy. It’s often a quicker, more streamlined process that avoids costly legal fees.
Asset Protection: Unlike other debt solutions, mediation can protect your home and other assets from being seized. This means you can stay in your home while working toward financial recovery.
Tailored Plans: Every homeowner’s situation is different, and debt mediation provides customized repayment plans that are more manageable and suited to individual circumstances.

What Are Some Tips I’ve Used to Get Out of Debt?
Photo by Oleksandr P: https://www.pexels.com/photo/rear-view-of-woman-with-arms-raised-at-beach-during-sunset-320007/ Let’s be real—being in debt feels like carrying a backpack full of bricks everywhere you go. I’ve been there, dodging phone calls and stressing about how to make ends meet. But here’s the good news: getting out of debt is possible. It takes discipline, patience, and a bit of…

I have been vacinated about 30-45 times in my life. Do you know how much I paid for it? Not a dime.
My great-aunt had a tumor and had to treat it with radiotherapy and chemotherapy. She was fully recovered. Do you know how much she paid for it? Not a dime.
One of Brazil's most famous tv show hosts who has been in show business for over 40 years with over 30 milion views had a kidney transplant this year. Do you know how much he paid for the transplant? Not a dime.
When my mother is bored she walks a block up to the public health center and gets a check up. Do you know how much she pays for this? Not a dime.
My mother has been going to the psychologist. Do you know much she has paid? Not a dime.
Does this enrage you? It should. When Luigi said "this" was a insult to the American people's intelligence he probably meant the mediatic circus around his person, but if we're to be honest you could say the same about USA's healthcare politics. Do not let them tell you it "has to be this way" and "there is no other way." There is. You CAN have better healthcare. You DON'T have to sell your house to pay your medical debt. They are MAKING you do this ON PURPOSE. Don't forget that.
I don't usually have any kindness to spare USAians, but we are with you in this one. The world is watching. You CAN turn this around! Don't let them desincourage you.

💖 MAKE YOUR DREAMS NORMAL - 7 WEEKS UNTIL 2025 [GLOW UP SERIES] 💖
So you’ve tried to change your life a million and one times, but still you fuck up time and time again, still not learning those same lessons. Part of you feels like what’s the point? Another affirmation, ANOTHER meditation. But the other part...the bigger part of you desperately wants this dream life that’s so clear in your mind. You see it, you feel it. So why is it so difficult? Why can everyone else have something they desire with so much ease, yet when it comes to you, its like there’s a wall between you and what's in your heart?
And this is because you’ve turned your dreams, your vision, into something that is out of reach, it’s on a pedestal above you, and not accessible. You’ve become desperate and needy for your desires, when they actually need to feel normal for you.
It needs to feel normal for you to be debt free and in actual abundance. It needs to feel normal for you to look in the mirror and feel like you are the most beautiful and radiant person you’ve ever laid eyes on. It needs to feel normal for you to have that once in a lifetime love, normal for to be spending your days building your business that makes your heart burst, normal to live in that ocean view mansion thats been on your Pinterest board since forever...Your dreams need to feel normal.
So how do you normalise what is currently not normal? How do you normalise feeling like a CEO of your dream business when you work a job you hate? How do you normalise being married when you are single and live alone? How do you normalise feeling in top health when you have pains in your body? How do you normalise abundance when you are broke and stressed?
You start practising the feeling. You’ve heard this a million times, but your mind doesn’t know the difference between reality and imagination. So as you practise normalising the feelings of your desires. You’re training your body and mind what it feels like to have your dreams before the events have happened. I can testify this works. When I lived in London in my shoebox apartment I would visualise daily my balcony and waking up to the ocean, I would visualise morning walks with my dog on the beach.. was I surprised when this become my reality in January, no? I had already primed my mind for my future. And this is what you need to do to move forward, but to accelerate this process these are the steps…
NOVEMBER 21 DAY CHALLENGE:
1] DAILY MEDITATION. I recommend Dr Joe Dispenza mediation each day for the rest of this month. These are POWERFUL & TRANSFORMATIONAL. To learn more about his approach I recommend reading ‘You are the Placebo’ and ‘Becoming Supernatural’.
2] REPROGRAM SUBCONSCIOUS DAILY. Go on a rampage, speak life into yourself each day and record it on your phone (this needs to be replayed as often as possible daily). You are making a bold statement to your subconscious mind ‘It’s normal for me to live in the home of my dreams, it feels so natural to wake up to the ocean, I love this life, I love how good it feels to be here, I love the sound of the waves each morning, it makes me feel so at peace’ etc etc you go into DETAIL. ~You get into the feeling. You record yourself and you play it back, this is the reprogram.
3] Act as if…the 1% method. This is your daily challenge to get into the feeling with action just 1%. Depending on your dreams and goals each day you take action that will put you into the feeling of already having your dream. For example, you go window shopping, PRETENDING to be the woman of your dreams, you try on clothes, you try on lingerie, you go get a coffee in the neighbourhood you wish to live in, you set your alarm at 5am one day because you are getting into CEO energy. You get the picture. Do one thing, just one thing per day, even if its something small, you get yourself into the energy of your desire, this is how you normalise it.
These three steps are GUARANTEED to create some ripples in your energy field. Your vibration will change, you will start feeling and seeing shifts over this next month. Stay committed. Stay receptive. Your dreams are possible, once you take action on normalising.

But HP is still in business. Apple is still in business. Google is still in business. Microsoft is still in business. IBM is still in business. Facebook is still in business.
We don’t have those controlled burns anymore. Yesterday’s giants tower over all, forming a thick canopy. The internet is “five giant websites, each filled with screenshots of the other four.”
These tech companies have produced a lot of fire-debt. Over and over, they erupt in flames—in this short decade alone, every one of our tech giants has experienced a privacy scandal that should have permanently disqualified it from continuing to enjoy our patronage (and I do mean every one of them, including the one that spends millions telling you that it’s the pro-privacy alternative to the others).
Privacy is just one way that these firms are enshittifying themselves. There are the ghastly moderation failures, the community betrayals, the frauds and the billions squandered on follies.
We hate these companies. We hate their products. They are always on fire. They can’t help it. It’s the curse of bigness.
Companies cannot unilaterally mediate the lives of hundreds of millions — or even billions — of people, speaking thousands of languages, living in hundreds of countries.

Hey I was wondering if you could write a zuko x reader? Y/n is a water bender working for zuko while he travels(set in the first or second season) thank you !!!
Pairing: Zuko x Reader
Rating || Genres || Warnings: T. Romance. Mentions of injuries and such but nothing too extensive.
A/N: This is a separate entry from my other Zukoxoc fic The Thread of Fate. So please do not confuse them to be the same. Also you have to read between the lines to sense the romance. Like really between the lines. Thank you! Hope you enjoy!
You may have be on the ship because of a debt you owed General Iroh, but it didn't mean you had to like any of the occupants.
And by occupants you meant resident Prince Pouty - Zuko.
You had kept your distance at first, keeping your head down and going about your job, but it didn't take long for your patience to snap and you began to talk back to the Prince. All because he just had to be rude to you and everyone else on the ship.
Sure General Iroh had explained the reason behind his behavior, it still didn't excuse him from being so rude all the time. Not to mention brash.
Your skills as a waterbender came in handy whenever he or any of the other soldiers aboard the ship would return with injuries. The soldiers had been wary of your at first, and you them, but in time they had accepted you as one of their own, and would often joke around with you, or seek out your help with an injury or a bruise.
Prince Zuko, on the other hand, had been entirely too stubborn to allow the enemy, his words, to see to his injuries. It wasn't until he had very nearly collapsed from ignoring his injuries, after several run-ins with the Avatar, that he had allowed you to come close and heal him.
Afterwards he had been somewhat civil towards you, and you him. Though there were times when you would berate him for putting himself in unnecessary danger and only coming to you when the pain would be too much for him to handle. He would justify his actions, saying he could handle it. Iroh was usually the mediator between the two of you, always there to make sure neither of you accidentally harmed the other. You had threatened to toss the Prince overboard on more then one occasion.
Funnily enough, he had never ever mentioned hurting you with his firebending.
Your transition from hostile shipmates, to hostile companions was slow-going and took months for the both of you to actually admit that perhaps you both could get along.
Of course, when you had just come to that realization, Zhao had commandeered Zuko's soldiers and ship, to be used to take over the Northern Water Tribe. Iroh had instantly dismissed you from your post, saying your debt had been paid. He had no desire to see you in the hands of the evil man.
Which was why you were now staying at the small inn where Zuko's ship had made its final port. You had no idea where to go from there. You didn't have any family to go back to. You had been saved by General Iroh out of the goodness of his heart. Which was the reason you had stuck to him with the claim that you owned him a debt.
Truthfully you had just felt safe with him, and now?
Where would you go now?
You were so lost in your thoughts, staring at the small cup of tea in your hand that you very nearly jumped out of your skin when the door to your small room slammed open and General Iroh stumbled in, supporting an unconscious and injured figure at his side.
Your eyes widened at who it was. "Zuko!" Your cup clattered to the floor as you ran to help the General lay the Prince down on your bed. A sharp gasp left your lips as you assessed the damage to his body. Burns, cuts, scraps, bruises, gashes. There were so many of them.
"What happened?" You demanded, even as you quickly began to gather supplies. A bucket of water, an old blanket to rip up for bandages and the bag that contained your own salves and pastes to help with the bruising.
"The pirates. They were in league with Zhao and they blew up the ship with Zuko onboard." The man explained, worry for his nephew evident in his gaze as he watched you do you work. Taking a small knife, you quickly cut open the shirt Zuko wore to assess the damage there.
You worked the entire night.
The more serious injuries were healed with your healing abilities and once you had tired yourself out from that, you began to apply the healing salves to whatever small burns and cuts you could find. You were almost out when your patient began to stir.
"Wh-" You reached out to gently grasp his shoulder to keep him from getting up lest he aggravate his injuries.
"Shh....just lie still. You're alright. You're safe." You told him. Pouring the concoction you had steamed a few moments ago, you held the cup to his lips. "Drink this. It'll help with the pain."
For once Zuko made no complaint, as he raised his head just enough to drink the warm liquid. His face grimaced at the taste but you made sure he drank every last drop.
"Your Uncle has gone to get some food. It's nearly afternoon." Outside the sun was high in the sky. Sleep hung heavy in your eyes as your gaze ran over his face. "Does anything hurt? I was able to cure most of the injuries, but I don't know if I missed something." Worry laced your tone as you fussed over the bandages that were wrapped around his forearm.
He pulled back his arm, only to grasp her hand tightly with his own. You were surprised at the strength behind the grip but you met his gaze with your own as he stared at you with an intensity that had never been there before. At least not the kind where you felt your face growing hot and had you averting your gaze after awhile and clearing your throat. His grip softened, allowing you to slip your fingers from his grasp.
"Thank you Y/N." Well that came as a shock. He had never once thanked you for when you treated him. He must've hit his head really hard on something.
Still you didn't say anything, the blush along your cheeks only intensifying as you nodded and cleared your throat. "It was nothing." But it seemed to mean something to him.
Thankfully Iroh returned just then, with food and provisions, and with the way your stomach had been growling, you all but wolfed down the soup and dumplings.
Of course you couldn't ignore the feeling that someone was watching your every move.
You simply focused on the food, too afraid to meet those intense golden eyes again.

nemesis cabin headcanons

children of nemesis
• they’re the ONLY cabin that is safe from pranks by the hermes cabin.
• they never have problems with balancing chemistry equations.
• whenever someone from camp needs to settle a debate/argument, they always ask someone from the nemesis cabin to be the mediator/judge.
• they're also frequently asked to be referees for games of capture the flag, as their reputation for fair judgment makes them ideal for ensuring the game is played with integrity and without bias.
• when a child of vengeance is saved of a certain death by another demigod, they now owe a debt to their savior.
• whenever the savior calls for help, they are obligated to come and help them no matter the danger.
• they are all CRAZY competitive. it’s like they're in pre-revenge mode.
• the demigod that nemesis traded the ability to make a difference in the world for one of their eyes was nick fury (and ethan).
• at this point, she just has a passion for children with eyepatches.
• i can just picture nemesis cackling and pointing to her children "you get an eyepatch" "you get an eyepatch!" "but mom-" "EYEPATCH FOR YOUUUUUUUUU!!"
• they care the least about the appearance of other people, because they see their mother as the person they hate most.
• the hephaestus cabin helped them build a gigantic celestial bronze scale in the middle of their cabin.
• they don't get along well with the children of athena, largely because many of them struggle with hubris as their fatal flaw.
• since nemesis is the goddess who punishes those who are overly prideful or self-assured, this same principle extends to her children, creating natural tension between the two groups.

cabin exterior
• the cabin has dark stone walls, almost like slate or obsidian, giving it a brooding, intimidating appearance. the stones have subtle cracks running through them, symbolizing the balance of vengeance and justice.
• deep red and crimson accents are used around the cabin to signify blood, vengeance, and the balance of power. the entrance to their cabin is a red door. it has the scales of justice etched into it, representing nemesis’ role.
• above the doorway, there is a carving of an eagle, nemesis' sacred animal, holding a sword in its talons. the sword represents retribution, and the eagle embodies her watchful, unforgiving nature.
• a small statue of nemesis herself stands in front of the cabin, holding her sword and scales, symbolizing the ever-present concept of justice. her eyes are made from rubies, watching those who come and go.
• the shadows cast by the cabin seem to move subtly, giving the impression that the cabin itself is watching or judging those nearby. these shadows stretch and shift depending on the actions of the people passing by.

cabin interior
• the central theme of the cabin is balance. there are symbolic representations of scales EVERYWHERE— on the walls, carved into the furniture, painted in murals. every item in the cabin is placed with perfect symmetry, reinforcing the idea of equilibrium and fairness.
• instead of modern lights, the cabin is illuminated by dark iron lanterns or torches with low, flickering flames, casting dramatic shadows around the room. this lighting adds to the cabin’s mysterious and foreboding atmosphere.
• the furniture is made of dark wood— oak and mahogany— each piece sturdy and simple, but elegantly crafted. the chairs and beds have an almost throne-like quality, with high backs and intricate carvings, to emphasize power and authority.
• large mirrors are placed strategically around the cabin, but these mirrors do not show your true reflection. instead, they show you as balanced with your opposite. for example, someone who is overly confident might see themselves looking unsure or humble. these mirrors serve as a reminder that nemesis governs balance in all things.
• the floor is made of glossy black marble, cold and smooth underfoot. some areas are etched with swirling, abstract patterns that represent fate and karma, with a glowing red hue filling in the designs at night.
cabin traditions
• they have a tradition of making penance offerings or performing acts of restitution for any personal wrongs they’ve committed, reflecting their dedication to correcting imbalances.
• every month, the members hold a ceremony where they balance scales to symbolize their commitment to justice and fairness. this involves a ritual where they offer symbolic items representing their past grievances and mistakes.
• they frequently engage in debates about justice and morality, using these discussions to hone their skills in resolving conflicts and understanding different perspectives on retribution.
• each member keeps a small stone where they inscribe significant personal experiences related to justice and retribution, creating a collective memory of the cabin’s journey and values.

not sure if anyone has recomended monster x mediator yet but its such a fun game despite being quite short. the game is supposed to have mutiple routes eventually (which I'm not sure are supposed to be yanderes) but the one it has rn is complete and definitly fits the yandere vibes. If u like things that mix horror with humor and have a funnily pathetic but still terrifing yandere this one is a trip. Also the fact that the guy is a monster that looks like a madness combat character adds to the charm of it in my opinion lol
I'll be honest, I was a little skeptical about this game, but I saw how pathetic he is and now I'm very much on board. This game is supposed to have four different routes, but currently only has one for now. The comedy and horror is well balanced in the game itself. If you want to try out the demo, you can play it here.
The story starts out with the MC taking on a job for a large sum of money. They are currently in debt and need money quick. After receiving the first half of the money, they are directed to go to some abandoned building to get the other half. After receiving it, they are then told their task to go inside of the building. If the MC tries to run away, they will be shot on the spot. If they accept, they will be faced with a couple of doors. Their boss will then tell them that there are monsters that behind each door, and that the MC's job is to get all of them out of the room without dying.
Going into the red door, the MC is pretty much immediately knocked out before waking up and finding a large monster hovering over them and thousands of things pasted up in the walls. You can successfully get him out of the room in three different ways but can also be killed a couple of other ways as well. The first thing he does is declare himself as the MC's biggest fan, getting so excited that he grips his axe menacingly. If the MC gets him too excited, they will end up killing the MC. The monster (later revealed as 404), talks about how much he loves the MC's fanfiction blog and how he was really sad and depressed when the MC blocked him and even sadder when they stopped writing all together. 404 also reveals that he is such a big fan that he also knows all of the MC's passwords and even their bank account, with all of the fanfiction that they written pasted on the wall. 404 then asks if they want to see where he kills everyone and if they can write a fanfic for him.
If the MC is curious about where all the dead bodies are, 404 will bring them into another room to show them. We learn a lot about 404: he doesn't know what kind of monster he is, doesn't really need to eat, loves to kill with his axe and seems to have regenerative abilities considering he was shot in the head and was completely fine the next day. The MC can have two ways to get him out of the room, both of which are hilarious. The first way is to literally beg 404 to leave by pleading desperately (do you know that let me rizz you up meme? That's what you do) until 404 gets tired and does it for his super star. The other way is to seduce (?) 404 by telling him that it would be sexy of him to leave the room, which works well. We also learn about the facility itself, that 404 has been living there since as far as he remembers, that he loves killing the various people that come in, doesn't like the MC's boss (finds them annoying through the walkie talkie) and pretty much only kills and reading the MC's blog.
If the MC decides to oblige 404 with his obsession, they will start to write on a typewriter as 404 stands behind them excitedly. He keeps on asking the MC to add more and more things, making it 100 pages instead of 10, making the story a romance, making it a romance between him and the MC (noting that "the name Nick is the same as his username", which is a huge stretch).
If the MC refuses to write 100 pages, 404 will end up getting extremely angry and hold the MC by the throat, calling them and humans "bitches". He will start to kill the MC, crying and feeling despair as he kills the MC by choking them to death.
If the MC does oblige, they will write the most god awful fanfiction (their words) and end up pretty much just holding the a key until it fills all 100 pages. 404 ends up crying out of happiness at such a beautiful gift and leaves the room, just as the MC wanted.
First of all, I think that the game does a good job of balancing the horror elements with the comedy. I did not expect to like 404 this much and definitely did not expect his personality to be like this. I did feel it was interesting that 404 believes that the MC's writing would "fix him" and even laments that even though he knows it wouldn't, he still wanted to try when he was killing the MC in a choke hold. He basically is a very feral online fan who meets their super idol (which gives me a bit of incel vibes), but not enough to be extremely obvious, much more than other yanderes, with him saying like he's a gentleman, or that he isn't angry at all despite the fact that he got blocked. I also love the various ways that you can get him out of the room, and just how obsessed he is with the MC. He seems to mostly be an obsessive yandere, with him pasting the fanfic of the MC's work all over his walls, delusionally believing that he is the same character that the MC writes, confessing his feelings to the MC while they're writing, not killing the MC (since apparently he's killed every other person that came in) and wanting the MC's writings to fix him. He is also a pretty pathetic type of yandere, hoping desperately that the MC (and their writings) would fix them, crying when he does kill the MC and generally seeing himself in their writing, but also rather dangerous just due to his violent nature. It's fun to see dangerous but pathetic yanderes since I feel like that's something that I haven't seen to much.
I am curious about how the other monsters will be like. It seems that as of writing this, the Knight Monster is currently delayed, so I guess we'll see if he ends up being a yandere too. I would recommend this game just on it's humor and interesting kind of intrigue about why these monsters are in the buildings themselves. He does look like a madness combat characters, you're right.

i've been thinking about manfred von karma.
gregory edgeworth was a very firm believer in innocence and mediation. everyone deserves someone in their corner, always. and because gregory and von karma are opposites, i think that we can pretty adequately reason that von karma believed in guilt instead. this is evident if you play any of the three cases he is in — no wrongdoing can be glossed over, and guilt must be chased, hounded, must be pinned onto a person. this is the only natural conclusion that can be drawn from wrongdoing. this might seem odd because he himself was a murderer the entire time we knew him (barring the aai2 case), but i don't think it really is if you look at the situation a bit closer. i don't think it's hypocrisy, and i don't think he saw it as hypocrisy, either.
in his eyes, gregory got in the way of justice and very nearly prevented it from coming about. i do not think von karma saw himself as a tool of the law, but rather, an extension of law and justice themselves, and therefore, edgeworth came in the way of those two things. an obstruction of justice. this is what criminals do.
by this logic, murdering gregory is not a crime because this is what von karma does in the courtroom — he executes criminals, perhaps not with his own hands, but he does it nonetheless. the dl-6 incident was courtroom justice with a few steps taken out the middle, a swift and stately execution. the fact that he habitually forged evidence without remorse shows that he didn't view these actions as immoral, that he saw no issue with sidestepping procedure if it allowed for the realization of justice, the far more important thing. after all, he knows the guilt of the defendant and it would be a miscarriage of justice to allow them to pass back into society. gregory edgeworth committed a crime, and von karma, as a man of justice, punished him for it. in his eyes, von karma never committed an unlawful act.
some people say the bullet in his shoulder was a plot (bullet?!) hole or otherwise unreasonable because he could have hired a private doctor to remove it or something similar. he clearly has the means to ensure silence and secrecy. but i disagree. of course he could have, but i think he left it in there on purpose. i think it was like a symbol to him that guilt is enduring and can never be wiped off the board; gregory edgeworth committed a crime by standing in the way of justice and he paid for it, of course, but he passed the debt onto his son, and so he is right to pursue justice by framing the junior edgeworth. you cannot escape punishment by virtue of death, and nor can you remediate your transgressions. miles edgeworth, while a skilled prosecutor and while a shining example of the good of the von karma name, remained a criminal by simple virtue of the blood in his veins, and von karma sought to punish him for it. that is the pillar von karma's character is built on: the inescapability of guilt, and the necessity of punishment that follows.
a lot of people call him a contradictory character, but i think he makes sense a lot of sense. he's very straightforward if you look at him from a certain angle. and of course he is extraordinarily interesting as well!

Sorry to ask in English! I know you’re terribly busy, but is the Priest!Gaara AU running with the idea of Lee being a common penitent? Is he someone who believes in what a priest stands as a mediator for, or is he a person who believes in himself? (Dramatic differences of opinion.)
Further question: if Shukaku exists, is this the classic “priest is actually possessed by a demon” trope?
(Further potential story layer: the nonbeliever has to save the person victimized by the dark end of that faith, and what it opens you up to the attentions of.)
There’s always interesting themes and nuances of corruption versus purity in any AU steeped in religion~ it could be fun. 💕
SKUUN 🖤it's okay x) I mostly use a translator, but sometimes it tires me to find the right words and check the translation - this is another reason why I'm sometimes so SLOW.
damn, I have so many debts in questions about AU, but! Since I've already show so much, I'll explain the concept. (the one I had originally, but feel free to use lol)
Gaara is just tired of useless confessions. ( - he wasn't going to and didn't really voluntarily join religion, just because of the external signs, everyone decided that he was possessed by demons and it would be safer under the wing of churches - so this is just a biased attitude) Lee is actually possessed by a demon, but he doesn't know how to control it. (it's literally just the equivalent of gate & waterfall's vibe, so)
I will attach an automatic translation for you from the piece that I have already used in the short description))

There’s a woman in Liyue, a hermit. She lives far from the main road, on the beach of Guili plains, but most people know how to get there. To find her, you have two options; one, follow the shoreline towards the harbor from the broken bridge leading to Mingyun village; two, find the river that runs through the northern part of the plains and follow it south-east until you reach the shore. But if you don’t trust your sense of direction, you can always hire a guide.
Gaming is reliable, he visits her often for tea. Aunty Y/n, he calls her, though she’s not much older than he. She supports his dancing, encouraging him even when things were rough with his father. Now, Gaming takes his father to her place for dim sum once a month. There’s something about her he can’t quite place, a reason calling her big sis seems too casual no matter how many times she assures him it’s okay. His dance is graceful, and though he only carried the lion’s head, Y/n feels as though she can see its body following suit.
Some people complain about spirits on the road. If you’re worried about those, Chongyun can be convinced to act as a guide. He finds the area calming, and frequents it for training. He too calls Y/n aunty, and she brings him tea and popsicles for when he’s done meditating. There are no monsters around her house; Chongyun believes it’s due to her aura. It is balanced, neither attracting pure good nor evil. On occasion, Xingqiu will tag along to read and soak in the environment.
If you choose to go it alone, you may bump into chef Xiangling collecting crabs or delivering new culinary creations. Apparently the acoustics are good too, and Xinyan can be found practicing rock sets– Y/n enjoys giving feedback, and her plants seem to grow better with the music too. Qiqi and Baizhu of Bubu Pharmacy will visit once a month to collect nearby medicinal herbs, Y/n always has coconut milk for the zombie and tea for the ill doctor. Changsheng is surprisingly relaxed, as though in the company of an old friend.
The ever elusive adeptus Xiao has been spotted nearby, he confided to the Traveler that he could feel his karmic debt being held back. She is not what she seems, he said, before disappearing back to Wangshuu Inn.
Ganyu agrees, as does Xianyun, Madam Ping, Moon Carver, and Mountain Shaper. Even Yanfei can sense something is amiss, but it is the perfect place for meditation. Y/n has since been certified as a legal mediator and helps Yanfei with reparations.
Zhongli and the Traveler make their way along the beach, Paimon drifting along looking for shells. In the distance, a small house comes into view.
“How long has she lived here?” Paimon asks.
“Not long, but… I do not believe she ever left.”
“What do you mean?” The Traveler asks.
The old Archon does not reply, only smiles sadly and raises his hand to wave.
Y/n has turned around from where she was looking out at the water, and she smiles and waves back.
“Mr. Zhongli! Who are your friends?”
It is brief, a trick of the light perhaps, but the Traveler falls just behind Zhongli and the world shifts.
Zhongli is no longer the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor’s consultant, but Morax the god of contracts. His white hood is pooled around his neck, and his long robe flows in the wind. The house is gone, replaced by a simple stone table like the one on Mt. Aocang and many sit around it. Y/n’s simple clothes are now elegant and flowing. But it is momentary; the Traveler blinks and all returns to as it is.
Only the Leylines remember, she will not leave until the final contract is resolved.

The piercing strobe lights did nothing to alleviate the oncoming headache Shiu felt. He sat in a circular booth, Toji and Sukuna by his side as they listened to the club manager's- Hudson- incessant monologue of excuses. The last few months had been prosperous ones for their chain of nightclubs which littered the city. All except one, which had brought an influx of police reports, violence, and drug related incidences, posing a threat to the exclusive status they sought to maintain.
The substances and business that came with this type of nightlife was no secret. It was unavoidable and truthfully the trio could not care less; there were only a few rules: don't get caught, don't create trouble, and pay what you owe.
Clearly there must have been some miscommunication along the way.
By looking around there were no obvious reasons for the lack of income. The club was full to the brim, constant movements of the crowd imitated rouge waves and LED panels that ran in strips from ceiling to floor eliminated any attempt at modesty. The room had merged into one neon blur and Shiu found himself counting down the seconds until he could leave.
Though, there was something that had caught his eye among the chaos. Someone.
You were stood on a heightened platform by the DJ wearing a skimpy excuse of an outfit that would no doubt get you arrested for public indecency anywhere else. Your hips moved in provocative rehearsed movements, matching the beat of whatever obscene song was playing and though the sparkling red tassels of your top and skirt made you the embodiment of an encrusted necklace in the catching light, Shius' eyes could not be moved from yours. He was enamored.
What was it? He didn't know and he didn't mind to find out. It was like you were his own private show as the crowd continued, too engrossed in their own ecstasy. How he reveled in it.
"Gentlemen, please understand-"
"We've heard enough of your bullshit, Hudson so don't give us another reason to get rid of you" Toji seethes, as his hand makes hard contact with the table, leaning in dangerously close.
This was the reason Shiu was here. The mediator. The voice of reason between the two hot-heads. But today he needed a break.
"I suggest you understand were the money for the last two months profit went before-"
"I'm getting more drinks" Shiu announces dismissively and Hudson perks up, seeing this as a chance to diffuse the tension. He silently thanks the stars before bursting out,
"No, please! Let one of my girls do that for you-"
"I'll be fine."
"I insist-"
"No."
And with that, he left, impartial to Hudson's badly disguised plea.
You had never felt so high- well, you had probably never been so high either considering the amount of swirling smoke that lingered in the air- but that was besides the point. Tonight you felt alive. You didn't need this job. With your father being a successful business man and overall coming from a stable background of money you never had to worry about keeping the lights on. You had the best nanny, were sent to the best nursery, primary school, college and now university where you weren't going to leave drowning in debt. Your life was one everyone else dreamed of, never experiencing the materialistic lows...never experiencing the familial highs- not going as far to say you have daddy issues, no, but you had never been particularly close with either of your parents and left school with only superficial relationships.
Maybe that was why you found yourself in these situations. Flirting but never dating, changing personalities depending on who you met, just doing enough to have someone take interest in you was all you ever needed to feel the adrenaline surge through your veins. The attention made you happy and now you were getting all of it.
Getting all of it from him.
Throughout your set you kept your eyes trained on him. A faceless silhouette of a man who seemed ever so intrigued. It wasn't the first time a client paid increased interest in you -that was how you bought the £2000 fur coat you came here in- but it was the first time you paid any interest back, his face becoming visible as he stood up, disappearing into the unidentifiable crowd. Which is why you made your way down from the platform without a second thought.
Hudson would probably scold you later for it but that didn't matter. Supposedly he was in a meeting for the majority of the night anyway, so if none of the other girls let it slip then he wouldn't have to know in the first place.
Waltzing through the room in character you frantically scoped for the man like a predator to its prey until you spotted him- sat on a stool at the bar.
Now what? From the watch on his right hand and his suit you could tell he had money, or at least was good at pretending he did but- who wore a suit to a nightclub? Maybe he was an unfortunate salary man down on his luck but with such a strict dress code, what were the chances of him being let in? Was he here to make a deal with Hudson? You prayed it wasn't the latter, if you messed this up there would be no amount of pleading that could stop you from being fired and as much as you didn't need this job, you loved it. There's no use turning back now. You've already left your post so you might as well have a good reason for it.
Walking up from behind him you dragged your hand across the back of his shoulders as you sat, allowing the tips of your pink patterned nails to press through his blazer into his skin.
"You've been watching me." You say, eyes fluttering in a sultry gaze.
Good God was he handsome. His dark hair was kept short, combed intentionally to the side. He looked up at you with fox-like eyes, you couldn't decided whether they were dark green or light brown but it didn't take much effort to be captivated by them and the charming smile he graced you with.
"I could say the same to you."
You feign a giggle, inching your hand to take the drink in his before continuing,
"You're quite the sight, not everyday a man in a suit comes into a place like this."
He chuckles.
"Sorry for not matching your attire sweetheart, but I'm here for business."
"Good to know."
You knew better than to ask what kind. You smile up at him, eyes staring into his as you take a swing of his drink- the once scorching burn now a mere tingle down your throat.
"Drinking on the job?" he raises an eyebrow at you
"I'm not, I'm entertaining a customer."
"By drinking the customers drink?"
"He didn't have anything to say when i took it, so yes. Unless my generous customer would like to buy me a drink instead?"
Shiu laughs at your boldness. You certainly matched your appearance and if it weren't for the fact he had been drinking, he worried the slight pink flush on his face would give away your salacious affect on him.
"And what will the lady have?" He asks showing the bartender his card.
"whatever this was, please" you say gesturing to the cup.
"How polite"
"I thought i was a lady"
"A lady who i don't yet know the name of"
"That's okay, I think i prefer the ones you've given me so far"
The night progressed with flirty exchanges, the two of you sharing basic information about yourselves until you knew where he grew up- Korea- and he knew about your university life. It was the first time in a while you felt someone had paid genuine interest in you, asking thoughtful questions about the topic and picking up on minor details. If you weren't careful you could easily tell him your life story as you began to unintentionally let your guard down, prior thoughts of rinsing him of his money slipping away from your mind in the midst of your newly found amity. He had remained respectful during your encounter, keeping a fair distance, eyes not wondering once.
It wasn't until the familiar entrance calling from the dj that signaled your next act blared through the speaker had you realised just how long you had spent together.
"Oh shit...Unfortunately I have to leave you, it's my turn back on the platform" you smile tepidly.
"That's a shame, Doll. I enjoyed your company", His deep voice begins as he stands up. So he was tall too? It all seemed too good to be true. "Am I still not allowed to know your name?"
"I don't know yours" you step forward.
"Shiu."
You take another step, reaching up to rest your hands on his shoulders and keep balance as you stood on your toes, pressing a soft, prolonged kiss on his defined cheek.
oh bold you were.
"Thank you for the drinks, Shiu"
You turned around, walking off without a second glance.
Shiu stood there, watching as you disappeared out of view with a face of disbelief. Should he of felt used? Maybe, but he couldn't help but want more. Now he had a taste of you he couldn't feel satisfied with just a view from a booth. He wanted to know more. He wanted to ask more. More...more...His head filled with inquisitive ruminations. He wondered if he should've asked for a number, though he could find that through records just like your name, he wanted it to be you who told him.
Wandering back to the booth he was greeted with empty seats, the first major warning sign. He let out a deep sigh, already knowing where the rest of the night was heading.
The music died down as he made it to the back of the building, soon being replaced with a series of grunts and the cracking of knuckles. He opened the door to find blood splattered on the concrete floor, acting as a red carpet to his arrival.
Sukuna sat ontop of Hudson landing blow after blow to his face while Toji sat on top of an empty shipping crate watching intently with a cigarette hanging from his mouth. His knuckles where red indicating he was simply taking a break before he decided to join Sukuna again in their little spontaneous activity.
"Where the hell have you been?!" The aforementioned man yells out passing the two men on the floor with a look that could kill.
"I got busy with something. Last time i remembered killing someone was not in our plans for tonight"
"Don't try and tell me about 'our plans for tonight' when you pissed off to fuck knows where, Shiu"
"All I'm saying is we are going to have to cover this up and find a replacement before tomorrow-"
"That's your problem to worry about now, don't you think?", Sukuna pauses his actions to speak, "Compensation for slacking off today. We were the ones who put in the hard work of finding out where the money went after all."
Shiu shakes his head in deep irritation before letting out a sound of agreement. He knew what would happen if he left them alone, this was the price to pay.
It looks like you're getting a new boss.
I had a politics test which stressed me tf out but thank god for the half-term. I should be able to write frequently with the extra time

can i ask you for more about omegas and alphas reaction of beta and his boyfriend from the last promt?
Of course!!
I think the alphas would mainly be confused. Why would an alpha who is incredibly rich and powerful go for a beta? The guy has so many options and he goes for a boring beta with student loan debt and could is best used as a mediator. Most alphas never look twice at betas. I'd guess these alphas are super vain and egotistical more than likely they don't even really see omegas as people, and only look at their breeding potential or looks. They would probably grill the beta with questions trying to figure out what exactly this beta is giving the alpha to get this kind of attention. They might try to ask the rich alpha, but he would threaten them, and they'd take the hint.
The omegas are absolutely. FUMING!! Who does this beta think he is, taking such an eligible bachelor like that. That would be even more confused than the alphas. What does he have that they don't? The beta can't have kids, isn't motherly. It is a genuine possibility that one of the omegas may try to attack him. They are just as vain as the alphas if not worse. This would probably be the reason the beta leaves the group.

🟨 SAMARIA COUNTER-TERROR OP HEATS UP - Morning events from Israel
ISRAEL REALTIME - Connecting to Israel in Realtime
▪️A HERO SOLDIER HAS FALLEN.. Amit Friedman, 19, from Or Yehuda fell in battle in Gaza. May his family be comforted among the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem, and may G-d avenge his blood.
▪️JUDEA-SAMARIA - an extensive IDF divisional operation began in three areas in Samaria, Tubas, Tulkarm, Jenin. Various firefights, 11 terrorists eliminated. Parts of Jenin and Tulkarm without power and water due to IDF activity.
.. Enemy report: IDF forces are operating simultaneously in several locations in the West Bank - in Jenin, in the Noor al-Shams, in the Tulkarm, and in Al-Fara in the Tubas area. IDF forces deployed by the hospitals.
.. Enemy report: a vehicle was attacked in the Jenin area, three (terrorists) were killed in the attack.
.. Foreign Minister Katz on the operation in Jenin and Tulkarm: "Iran is working to establish an eastern terrorist front against Israel in the West Bank, according to the Gaza and Lebanon model. We must deal with the threat just as we deal with the terrorist infrastructure in Gaza - including the temporary evacuation of residents.”
.. IDF D9 bulldozers plowing roads to find landmines and IEDs.
▪️YEMEN.. extreme weather, storms and heavy flooding, continue in Yemen with massive impact. This is likely the reason why the Houthis have not attacked Israel in a while.
▪️OBSERVATION BALLOON/BLIMP.. After Hezbollah hit the "Tal Shamayim" military observation balloon/mini-blimp in the north of the country, the Ministry of Defense and the IDF are considering canceling the project, not fixing the system and closing the dedicated unit that was established for the purpose of operating it.
▪️SIREN TESTS TODAY.. 10:00 in Nechusha, Bnei Darom and in Yavneh.
▪️ECONOMY - THE MINUS.. in Israel 40% of bank customers - 2.5 million people - are in overdraft, including even a third of the customers in the top deciles, and all of them pay insane interest. (In Israel your credit card has a strict limit that must be paid off monthly, BUT your bank account is allowed to go negative - with a limit - for which you pay high interest, like you do on credit card debt it the U.S. This is commonly referred to as “a minus”, as in a negative balance in the bank account. Last I saw the minus interest rate was around 15%.)
⭕ Last rocket/drone alert was 7:30 PM last night. (Usually immediately after I write and post this there is an alarm.)
🔸DEAL NEWS.. A delegation of the working ranks from Mossad and Shin Bet will leave for Doha, Qatar today after holding consultations in Israel and returning from Cairo, Egypt last night. The delegation is expected to continue the working talks with the mediators with the aim of working to reduce the gaps in the open issues of the outline of a hostage/ceasefire deal. The delegation is expected to meet with representatives of Egypt, Qatar and the US, who continue negotiations and work with Israel and Hamas. The source briefed on the details said that the issues are very complex.
