Batman comics (as In all of media including batman and his family) have been eating my brain again, so here's a Robin!Jason and Mute Cass headcanom (I just like the jeadcanim of Cassandra being mute, also that's why I write her speech difrently).

This is a modern AU where Jason Cass got to meet as kids both already being adopted by bruce because let me be happy. (Also keep in mind this is Jason from the 80's - I think it's the 80's during his robin run - from after DC re-wrote his origin story and had him as robin)

Cass: 《she's cool, I guess》

Jason: " what, you don't like her? "

Cass: *shurgs*

Jason: " hm. Who's your favorite them?"

Cass: 《I like Fluttershy》

Jason: "because she's quiet like you?"

Cass: *eye roll* 《no, because she's kind and gentle》

Jason: "ah- yeah that makes sense "

(I've been a fan of MLP:FIM for years now, and though I know very little of those characters - I just read 15 Batgirl 2000 comics today, and Jason's Robin run starts on batman #418 if it not mistaken and last one I read was #449 - #450 - but I thought it would be fitting. Well Jason just likes Dash because she is my favorite and he is my favorite and that's it, but he might like how confident she is? And for Cass fluttershy just felt fitting :') )

Like is there a helpful I don’t know pan-flit or something on them or do I need to give up sleep to read the comics??? Which batfam is the famdom counting? Like is it all canon?? Did you just cut out the last issue cause no one counts it as canon?

I really wanna write proper dpxdc stuff but I don’t even know which one is actually nightwing and which one is red robin smh. I probably only know red hood cause hes so popular. If anyone has any suggestions il 100% open to anything. A show. A comic. A fic. A spreadsheet. A word document. Hell ill take a powerpoint uploaded to youtube 14 years ago

I should probably just read the comics and stop using kid cartoons as a base for all my knowledge but it worked so well with the avengers (honestly I think Avengers Assemble did such a good job depicting fandom portrayal)

Anyway im rambling (it’s how showers go for me) but if anyone wants to ramble about their passion related to the dc universe or just batman related hit me up!

I know I haven’t posted in a long time, I’ve been traveling all over, BUT I’m going to my FIRST SPN CON TOMORROW!!!!!

Photo ops with Jensen and Misha as Cas AND I’M FREAKING OUT!!!!!!!! I’m so nervous but also excited! These men/characters saved my life multiple times when shit got DARK. I’m prob not going to be able to speak so I’m hoping they can just read it in my eyes. We all know they can have eye conversations.
