I've looked through a lot of Dabi playlists the last few months, and it seems like we all use pretty similar songs for him.

But there are a few songs that I think fit him so well it's almost like they were written for him specifically that I don't see people use as often, so I figured I'd share them here.

The lyrics to this just fit his life so goddamn well, even up to talking about the years stuck in hell and how long he's been planning revenge.

In a way, I can see this fitting how Natsuo feels about Endeavor too.

I can see this one playing during his fight with Shoto in the Final War arc.

Honestly most of the Bad Omens songs I know fit him pretty well, but I think this one works the best.

Just change all the references to God to being about Endeavor and it fits pretty perfectly.

Never expected to put a Steven Universe song in a Dabi playlist, but the abandonment issues he and Spinel have are pretty similar.

"I'm the loser of the game you didn't know you were playing."

Ending on a sad one, but I feel like it fits Touya after he tried to go home and realized that everyone left him behind, and that not even him dying could change his father.

he knows every word to every song, faithfully crooning along to the music while he drags his lips along your body in messy caresses, smearing webby strings of saliva across your flesh. you know that he’d never dare to let you see such a side of him if he were sober—too cool to be silly, too composed to be authentic.

okay so like 6 or 7 years ago now (2019-2018, jesus christ) i watched this short dabihawks animatic

- it was like 19-20 seconds long

- it wasn’t coloured, it was kind of sketchy maybe? the lines looked like they were drawn with a pencil brush

- the way it was animated was kind of like paperdoll style? like if you have a drawing with different layers and each body part is on a different layer so you can just rotate/move them around like that. do you know what i mean?

- it was basically just hawks and dabi flying but there was a song playing (i’m 99% sure it was playing the chorus which was something along the lines of ‘you get me up so high’ or something)

but i heard the song and was like this shit goes hard and listened to it a bunch (plus i think the only other song the group/artist had released) and just now remembered it but i cannot fucking find it, it’s driving me nuts. other things i remember are that it was maybe pop/edm vibes? and it was gay - not the song in the animatic i don’t think, but their only other song was specifically about a dude i’m pretty sure

also i think the cover was orange, kind of bright. not anything specific just a single colour with some subtle patterns, like someone had used the airbrush or swirl tool with symmetry on if that makes sense. very 2016-2019 single cover

Got new Toga that just came out

Play the event. It has the best LoV filler in terms of being close to MVA

It starts with a simple 'LoV has to save some random PLF person' and by the end of it Shigaraki just spawns at the mere mention of controlling the drone being like playing a game

I'm dead serious.

And then Tomura got them all sushi. Again.

I missed classic LoV events so having this with Toga who fights Ochako was the best surprise out of it

You also get a cool Dabi and Togachako Memory, so it's a win/win on all sides
